The product details - samsung led 109 cm 43m5570 purchased on 27-8-17 for rs 54825. We had ordered lg 32 inch led tv from croma sion branch on 12/7/2017. Alongwith tv we got philips sound bar, but it was defective as informed by the philips installation officials and they told that it needs to be replaced. The same was complained to croma customercare on 20/7/2017.
Till date we have neither received replaced product nor any positive response from your officials inspite of continuous followups with them on daily basis....
