I purchased an air cooler from croma kharghar Navi Mumbai store. When I purchasing air cooler the store salesman told me this is a 55 liter cooler but after I got delivery and that time I checked this is not a 55 liter cooler this is 35 liter cooler.. So I was go back to store and told all story about salesman mistake that time store manager said me I couldn't help you about this product if you want to return the product I will give you your money back but I have taken a finance from Tata capital and if I return the product may be my civil score will down. So please give me the solution if there have any..

My service no MUM310318EW00060 till now has not been attended siting truly false base less reasons. The man keeps calling giving dates and time but never comes on the address around the time.

    I had bought croma washing machine 'croma w/m tl 6.5 kg fa craw1200' on 2nd sep 2014, it had 2 years warranty, plus i had also paid for 2 years extended warranty, that means its still under extended warranty.

    Since last few months washing machine had facing lots of problems, its not working at all now. I have tried to contact croma support, but no response since last 11 days.

    I am attaching here, washing machine error videos, with invoice, which i had also sent to croma customer support team via email.

    1) sound while washing machine tub spins.
    2) water is not filling into tub.
    3) latest problem washing machine has, not able to do washing.

    I have been following up for 2 days for my delivery and have been following up with the customer care cell. Now they are not even taking my calls. They are hanging up every time I get through. No update on where my delivery is it was supposed to be delivered yesterday.

      I bought a freeze at 31st march 2018 from croma shop which is located in new bel road bangalore. Freeze has delivered 1st april 2018 to my room. Later when i have checked freeze then i found that glass of milk zone inside the freeze was broken.
      When i informed to the croma shop via call they said i am busy please call after same time later i tried to call but i was unable to reach them, then i went to the shop myself and i found they are not good with me and they are not ready to commit anything regarding freeze. They said, "its customer responsibility to check the freeze at the of delivery." its not a way to response to the customer but the freeze was ok form the outside but it was broken from inside in-spite of giving us any assurance they were not good and supportive to the customer. I did fist time shopping with croma and i found your service to the customer is not to good my experience was to bad. I hope you take any action as soon, i hope i do not need to complain to consumer form regarding this.

        I had purchased ac from croma ac on dated 29.03.18 product delivered on dated 29.03.18 and they had committed that ac installation will be free within 2 working days.

        5 days passed and still ac is not installed by them after lot of phone calls and mails today mechanic come for installation and asked for money.

        Croma is cheating the customer and this kind of services will close the store soon.

        Croma should understand the power of mouth publicity they dont care for customers and i will surely spread this on social media.

          I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have made a purchase of samsung galaxy s9 plus purple 64gb from croma.com on[protected] where the said product was supposed to be delivered to me by[protected] but till date i haven't received my ordered product after making numerous calls to croma customer support on [protected] and also mailed my concern to them i did not receive the product yet.

            My product has delivered today and supposed to installed today itself as commited by store staff. I tried to contact him 25 times nd finally he said it will be installed before 5 o clock dn 6 oclok when i called he said wait till 8 o clock. Now whn i contacted him he said it is possible only tomorrow. As he cmmited about installation by today i took leave from my offfice. I am very disappointed with this unprofessional behaviour of croma staff.
            This is my first nd worst experience with croma. I would like to return my product nd get my money back. As m not satisfied with the company service.

                I hesitantly had purchased a Croma Television 3 months ago as I compared it with much bigger and better brands like Samsung, LG, Sony and Panasonic.

                Looking at the Price I do agree that I compromised on the picture quality when compared to the other brands.

                I thought over a couple of days and took a plunge and purchased a Croma TV.

                Within 3 months the TV stopped working and I thought to myself that I made a foolish decision and my hard earned money had been wasted.

                In my pursuit of saving money I thought to myself that I ended up loosing my money.

                I reported the same to the Croma Customer Care and at the Croma Store from where I purchased the TV.

                The store Manager Mr. Basvaraj and Mr. Santosh were extremely apologetic that the Croma TV had given way so quickly. They had a technician check up the TV and after a report was filed on the problem/issue faced within a week the TV was replaced.

                I am really happy that I purchased a Croma TV and am delighted with the kind of Customer Support and Care the Croma Team has showcased.

                I am sure that a bigger brand name after sales service would have only repaired the TV instead of replacing it had such a thing happened.

                Thank You Croma for instilling confidence in a small consumer/customer like me

                  Dear Hi Team,

                  I recently purchased a (XIAOMI Redmi 5A (3GB+32GB) Grey ) from (Croma +rohini west metro station Rohini Unity one). I have enclosed a photocopy of my receipt for your reference. Unfortunately, the item does not function at all, I have read through all the details within the accompanying instruction (manual) as well as worked through the various trouble shooting methods but it seems that the ( XIAOMI Redmi 5A ) simply is a faulty product.

                  I talked to your customer care, They people are saying Phone will be repaired.When I bought a new phone, Why do I repair it? I bought a new phone, There is some problem in this phone, I will not repair this phone, I need a new phone in exchange for this.If you do not give me a new phone in exchange for this, So I will have to complain in the Consumer Court regarding this phone.
                  I am hoping that you may be able to send me a replacement product or direct me to a store where I may return the faulty item for a new replacement within the next 2 days.

                    मी दिनांक २५.०७.२०१७ रोजी croma सेंचुरी भवन, प्रभादेवी येथून croma power bank 10400mah, model no. Crca0065 खरेदी केली होती. ती खरेदी करते वेळेस तेथील customer executive ने असे सांगितले होते कि इतर कंपन्यांच्या तुलनेनी हि power bank चांगली आहे भविष्यात तुम्हाला या power bank मध्ये कोणताही प्रॉब्लेम आला तर तुम्ही ते product घेऊन आमच्याकडे या तुम्हाला ते व्यवस्थित करून देण्यात येईल.

                    सदर power बँक ला दोन usb port असून त्या पैकी एक usb port आत गेले आहे व त्यामुळे त्या usb port चा वापर बंद झाला आहे. या संदर्भात आज दिनांक १७.०३.२०१८ रोजी मी croma सेंचुरी भवन, प्रभादेवी येथे miss snehal thakur ज्या तेथे customer service desk या पदावर काम करत आहेत त्यांना भेटलो असून त्यांना हा प्रॉब्लेम सांगितला तर त्यांच्याकडू�... असे सांगण्यात आले की सदर power bank ची warranty ६ महिन्याची असून ती संपलेली आहे व physical damage असल्याने ते repair होणार नाही. मी त्यांना विनंती केली की त्याची warranty संपली आहे हे मला मान्य आहे परंतु हे तुमच्या कंपनीचे प्रॉडक्ट आहे आणि ते तुम्ही मला रिपेअर करून द्या त्याची रक्कम भरण्यास मी तयार आहे. परंतु त्या म्हणाल्या की warranty मध्ये असेल तरच आम्ही ते replace करून देतो, त्यात repair होत नाही.

                    सदर प्रकरणी mr saurabh uppal, asstt store manager यांना भेटलो असता त्यांच्याकडू�... हि हेच उत्तर मिळाले. मी त्यांना विचारले असता की जर दुसरे usb port खराब झाले तर आम्ही हि power bank फेकून द्यायची का? तर त्यांचं उत्तर असे होते की त्यात आम्ही काही करू शकत नाही.

                    मी या कंपनीला असे सांगू इच्छितो की जर एखादे प्रॉडक्ट कंपनी repair करू शकत नसेल आणि तुम्ही ग्राहकाला अशीच सर्विस देणार असाल तर तसे प्रॉडक्ट कंपनीने बनवू सुद्धा नये व ग्राहकांची फसवणूक करू नये.

                      Sir i was purchased a split ac volume 1.5 ton from croma store kamla nagar delhi last year.in this regard it was not in running condition and i had complaint many times in customer care but no action has been done by service centre or repair unit of croma.                         I brought an ipad 128 gb on 5th evening at 9pm from croma whitefield (Boring road) for a birthday present for my son.
                        I was offered a hdfc discount (Cash back) of 5k in case i swipe the hdfc card and take the emi option, i agreed for it and was send to another croma centre in marathi along with a supervisor for the card swipe.
                        I had wry clearly discussed with sales representatives "abrar" that to ensure that i get the 5k back and that am using the hdfc debit card. Had also explained sachin (Manager croma), to ensure that i get the cash back and that in no way shall i end end up paying interest to bank and not get the cash bank, sachin calculated the bank interest for 6 month emi of some 1800/- for 6 month and assured that i would get the 5k cash back.
                        Upon confirmation of same we went ahead for billing.
                        Upon reaching croma marathalli outlet for swipe, i gave my hdfc debit card and the manager there confirmed it 2ice in presence of abrar on the debit card and even they discussed to confirm if cash back was available.
                        Post swipe and billing i was told not to open the seal of the pack and that i would get a confirmation the next day on cash back of 5k else the product shall be returned.
                        1. The drama started from here. I chased the next day and was told that there is no cash back on debit card and that 5k cash back is not valid. I needed to contact my bank and ask them to cancel the transaction.
                        2. I contacted my bank and took croma rep abrar and sachin on conference with hdfc bank. Bank clearly explained them that cancellation is to be done by metchant (Croma) and that bank cannot do it.
                        3. I was assured to keep the product and that croma ho in mumbai shall send the confirmation of cancellation to outlet and post which i would be able to get the refund and return the sealed /unused product.

                        Above is just hilarious and am yet waiting for the conformation from croma while my emi is to start from 1st for transactions not required by me and for sale which was done to me by croma with wrong promise of 5k of cashback on usage of hdfc card on emi.
                        Pls help me resolve this immdly.

I had a complaint to customer service regarding automatic washing machine for repair before 5-6 days n according to cce agent will come within 3 working days but still no any response even no cce attend any calls and even i had a experience with same time from other brand and there is quickly positive responses but very bad experience with the brand of croma. Please suggest.

                            I am a loyal customer of Croma limited. Recently on 29th December 2017, I bought a Dell laptop from the Himalaya Mall in my company name located at Gangtok, Sikkim 737121 giving my GST number. As a thumb rule, intra-state supplies attract SGST + CGST, and inter-state supplies attract IGST. In spite of repeated reminders to the store manager and the store executive to generate me an IGST BILL, they charged me with the SGST+CGST BILL AND NOT IGST BILL due to some system failure. I had demanded an appropriate bill from the manager before buying the product worth sixty-three thousand rupees. To address my issue of rebate I talked to my CA regarding the same and he told me that the bill was not appropriate and I must approach Croma for the same. Within three working days, I had a talk with the store executive named Ankit and he was really harsh oh his language and after two weeks of argument on the same he finally connected me to the store Manager named Rupesh. He assured me that he will solve my issue ASAP and also told me to wait as he has put across my issue to the higher officials. During this period I called him several times for the update regarding the same but he always failed. Today (on 3rd March 2018) I called him and he told me that nothing can be done now.

                            I have been Croma's loyal customer for several years and just for a simple Bill, you treat your customer with an utmost disrespect saying that you cant rebill it?

                            This is a very serious issue to be addressed. I have attached the bill for reference. It was really a very bad experience with Croma and I would never hesitate to put my words to my nearest Consumer Court and Social Media if my problems are not addressed with the utmost interest.

                            Regarding the issue addressed above the Croma Manager gave me a call just now saying that I should courier my laptop bought on 29th December 2017( with all my data) to the store and he will again courier to Croma's warehouse and again ship it back to me and all the courier charges to be borne by me. I couldn't understand why I should ship my bought laptop to Croma Store with all my business data just for the Inappropriate Bill provided by croma due to the system failure. I don't mind paying for the courier charges but I seriously feel that nobody will give their bought laptop with all their data to the company for the exchange of false bill issued by Croma and made me feel cheated.

                            If so, I would rather request you to Refund My Money Back and I will be sending back your product with utmost care through courier service.

                            Hope you understand the seriousness of the problem addressed herby.

                            I have faced same issue. Wrong GST billing and I am fed up of calling them to get an IGST bill. As usual no response from them. Pls dont buy anything from there. I wish to bring this awareness to every customer.

                              May i solicit your kind help so that this case of mine gets resolved through proper channel

                              I had brought a split ac of 1 tonne from the croma store at select city walk, new delhi.

                              I had purchased it on 02.03.2018 (Friday). My invoice number is sla[protected].

                              The installation guy was unprofessional right from the beginning.

                              He called me up on saturday to enquire what all i needed, did i need extra copper wire length, did i need bracket, pipe etc.. When i told him that i had purchased bracket from croma and that there was no need for extra copper wire for me, he said then your installation will take time
                              After lot of request he came on sunday (Today).
                              He was constantly on the phone (Earphone) with some girl talking in vulgar language which was so uncomfortable for my family
                              He said that the bracket i had purchased from croma was not useful and got another longer one.
                              He charged rs 1550 from me, without getting any signatures done (No job sheet was given to me to be signed) and did not provide any bill for it. When asked for it he said go to the croma store and get a bill
                              He took away around 1m of copper wire that was left after the installation
                              The remote provided with the ac was not working and he even refused to address it. Saying that i had brought it from croma and that croma would send a demo team to address concern
                              The installation has been done in a very ugly manner without any neatness (The sleeve provided with the ac was not used, the drian pipe is not clamped etc)
                              He entered my house at 12:45 am and left after 4 hours around 4:40pm leaving the entire place in a mess without even trying to clean anything

                              Kindly look into this matter since i believe in brand tata and this guy looked like a criminal to me

                                I have purchased hitachi window ac from croma on 02/09/2016 after replacement of their corma ac (Which is totally dump ac). After replacement of croma ac, i have made second mistake by buying the next hitachi ac from croma. I also taken extended warranty cover of 2 years. Now my original 1 year warranty have been expired and i want the service from hitcahi. Now, hitachi is refusing to provide any service as normal warranty have expired and there is no extended taken by me. After discussing with croma customer care, i am surprised that they are selling their own extended warranty and no clarity on the same was given to me at the time of purchase. Croma is fraudulently is selling their product in the name of extended warranty.in common parlance, extended warranty is from the manufacturer, but corma is fraudulently selling their product. At the time of purchase, we have been convinced to take 2 years extended warranty by telling that general service will also covered and you can save general service charges of rs 800 (Rs 400x2 years) and effectively extended warranty will cost you a very small amount. Now croma is refusing that extended warranty does not include general service.
                                I have very bad experience with croma and will not suggest to buy any product from croma.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    As there was no nodal officer or contact email for one of your operative company Infiniti Retail which operates under brand Croma, hence reaching out the contact email for the parent companies.

                                    Apologies for reaching out to you but did not had any other option. Contacting the official number [protected] is very time consuming and without any resolution.

                                    This email is in relation to purchase done through Croma for Whirlpool air conditioner and the below listed problems. I had raised my concern to the Croma phone number and the service request number was SR[protected]. The matter is still not resolved. Here are the concerns.

                                    1.) While purchasing the AC I was promised a gift coupon of INR Rs. 500 however while making the payment I was informed that the coupon is not applicable.

                                    2.) I was promised that the installation will be free, however I was charged INR Rs. 500 (have the receipt for the same). When informed the technician of Whirlpool that the installation should be free they declined. As previously mentioned that contacting the Croma number is very time consuming I was left with no option and made the payment.

                                    3.) The AC remote was not sent separately and was inserted in the AC. Intialy we thought the remote was not provided and when we started the AC then we realised that the remote had got stuck in the AC fan. Not sure if this has caused a severe damage to the AC. The AC is running ok at present.

                                    4). The remote provided does not belong to this model of AC and does not work at all.

                                    5.) The AC water drainage pipe has also not been provided.

                                    As mentioned that intialy we thought the remote was not provided so I had placed my complaint at 9:52 AM. I had specifically asked to place my complaint on priority but then also I received a call back from Croma at 4:00 PM approx. I was informed that the matter will looked upon, but till date no resolution has been provided.

                                    First I had never expected that I will go through all theses problems with one of the most reputed company of India. But still have some hope that these matters will be looked into with utmost priority.

                                    I am including the purchase receipt and the receipt for the charges paid for the installation.

                                      I had placed an order from croma.com on 26th feb 2018 16:15
                                      Ist (Approx.), an specified amount has got deducted from my bank
                                      Account however neither i have received any order number nor invoice
                                      Number.

                                      When i am trying to place order again, i am receiving an error while
                                      Doing transaction, error attached.

                                      Request you to refund the amount i paid else complete the order.

                                      And order which i had placed is still showing in my shopping cart.

                                      I have been following since two days and the executives are just
