Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased an Air conditioner from Croma, Drive-in road branch on (Invoice: SAA[protected], Purchased on[protected], the invoice is in name of Rasik Butani, however from the day of the company person giving doing the installation & demo the machine was faulty and water dropping from outside unit from multiple locations, thereafter the company sent many technicians several times to check the machine but problem not solved.
They are asking me that water will be drop permanently, I have shown many well working Air conditioners in my colony, no one dropping water from the outside unit.
My complaint number being AHD280618FS00559, Date- 06/07/2018, They have resolved without a solution on 29/06/2018.
I have placed second-time complaint number AHD060718FS00457, Date- 06/07/2018, They have resolved without a solution on 29/06/2018.
Then I have reached to Croma, Drive-in road branch for the same, Ms. Urvashi (Customer care executive).
She has registered Complaint number- AHD100718FS00221, DATE-10/07/2018. Again, they have resolved without a solution on 12/07/2018.
I have written an email to [protected]@croma.com on 28/06/2018, but not get a single answer from them.
I am demanding full of refund payment from Croma.

As per telephonic conversation with Mr. Akbar, he informed that the technician has already visited and informed that the water leakage in outdoor unit is due to atmospheric moisture and nothing can be done in this regard.
