Last week I purchased a Croma fully automatic washing machine and a Samsung led 43 tv from Kothrud branch pune. When the person came in for installation of washing machine both o[censored]s found out that the pipe was leaking and promised me to replace it. But it’s been a week and there’s no response from that person and Croma itself. And the Samsung led tv while purchasing it a person by the name Raj suggested us to get the Airtel dish connection with it as this model of Samsung contains a inbuilt set up box of Airtel. So I agreed with it. Then the very next day of the delivery the person came for the installation plus a guy from Airtel came in for the connection. When everything was done we checked if everything was ok but there was no channels coming up as the Airtel person told us that your tv software was not updated. And the installation person said it’s not on our hand. So if no one is responsible than who is? Then again I called crom regarding the same all the time they asked me to wait. It’s almost been a week but no necessary action has been taken. I have already registered a complaint with their customer care but still response has been received. Pls take some necessary steps so that I can make use of the things I have purchased.

    2 week ago i purchased a water despencer from croma preet vihar. They told us if there are any defects or any faults in despencer you can easily replace it with in 2 years. After two days of purchase the normal button of water nozzle gets stucks and all the water came out side. I called to croma regarding this and they send their technician. They opened the despencer & checked and they also found same problem. But after set up all the three buttons (Hot, normal & cold) are not working. Now we called many time to the croma customer care they always say that "we registered you complaint & we will call you regarding this" but till now there are no message or call from their side.

    Please help us regarding this. We want to replace this despencer because i am not able to use it.

      I bought this powerbank and has been using it often along with another powerbank.
      This powerbank was sent back with my helper 1 month before the warranty expired because it started to tear from the sides.
      They sent it back with him saying that it’s a physical damage and cannot be exchanged.
      When i returned from my overseas trip i began to follow up with their resolutions team, but they kept buying time and saying we are looking into it.
      Atm the battery pack seems to be expanding more each day and this was highlighted to the team via facebook (Their preferred form of contact).
      They are refusing to take responsibility for th le fact that it’s a power pack issue.

      If i remember right, they told my helper that it’s happened because of overcharging! I think this is the lamest excuse ever given, cause the days of overcharging expired 15 years ago!

      I require you to step in and pull these guys up for cheating and not taking responsibility!

      We bought a croma tv of 55 inches and it got dead because of motherboard issue and then the next day croma says we will replace the motherboard and they replaced the broken motherboard to another broken motherboard and it lasted 2 min in front of the croma guy such a bad service from croma

        On 14 sept 2018, bought samsung microwave mw7000k, 15th sept (Yesterday) demo & installation done. After that, found numerous scratches in turn table in this fresh newly purchased item. Contact with croma store phoenix mall chennai. Kindly replace the entire microwave item since defective. Croma is like reputed one. Kindly take action else we would take some actions.           Purchased one plus 6 in your borivali outlets, that time vodafone exicutives in your outlets given me sim and told that this sim is free there is no any changes, i refused several time than he requested he got taget please help, and promised me if i activated than it will charchable, but i am not activated, now vodafone sending me bill and not agree to cancel the sim, i am all ready 4 activated vodafone no. This is very bad to say croma like reputed stored allowing vidofone in your store,
          If this continues your costumer not interested in visiting your store

            We had purchased panasonic led 165cm th-65fx600d on 31st august, 2018 from infiniti retail limited trading as croma retail, mumbai - phoenix-a027. The engineers while doing the installation found that the tv was defective and they said that it would be replaced with a fresh piece. After that panasonic service center engineers came took the inspection of tv as per their procedure and now 15 days have passed we are still waiting for the tv. This shows how bad is the service of panasonic company and also of croma retail. They keep on saying that we need approval from seniors.

              Purchase of dell laptop and microsoft office home edition lifetime package was done on 12.11.17. The croma person of growels 101, kandivali created new login id and password for microsoft sign in. Later when asked for sign in details he says he forgot password and not able to recover even. Till date i haven't received password. Kindly help me in this matter, my law exams are close and i am not able to access microsoft office.

                I had purchased above fridge from croma store pacific mall ghaziabad on 02.8.18 which was delivered on 02.09.18 and installed on 03.09.18. After installation i am observing following:
                1. Cooling of the fridge is not effective.
                2. Color ordered was not delivered.
                3. There is provision of two vegetable tray whereas only one delivered.
                4. No ice tray keeping provision.
                5. There is scratches in body during transport.
                6. No side tray in refrigerator.
                7. Product is two star rating whereas i promised four star rating.

                  Dear sir

                  I was billed lg 55 inch tv at croma anna nagar store and he was issued bill copy and tv will be devliver from their goodown with in 24hrs said.

                  And i was received lg 55 inch tv at 3.30 pm on 6-sep-2018 and 4.30pm
                  Lg instalation call received and lg instalation staff was reacehed at my
                  Home open the tv box and switch on and the screen right side bottom corner
                  Big puched mark inside the screen available and you should inform to the purchsed shop.
                  So based on the lg person instruction i was informed and replace new tv immediately but there is still pending new tv against defect prodcut.

                  So now i was metally upset and in this tv also i was signed loan at bajaj finance and the 1st emi also strat without new tv.

                  We request you to take serious action and replace new tv immediately before 10-sep-2018.

                    I had purchased the above said washing machine in 2014 and it had a complained and i had raised a service request on toll free no [protected] on 05/09/2018 and the service request was registered and i received a notification. On the same day afternoon two boys comes to my house of the age group of around 18 to 20 years very shabbily dressed and so i asked them for an identity card. They were not able to produce anything however i permitted them to work since they had come basis the compliant registered by me and notification received. They are not experienced persons from the working i could find. They completed the work and showed me working and they claimed an amount of rs 1300/- for the service and spares. I had asked them for the bill/receipt for the amount but they were not able to produce and informed me it will be sent by an email. I did not expect croma a tata company will send so inexperienced engineers and very shabbily dressed persons and that too not providing acknowledgement for the payments made. Next day (Ie 06/09/2018) when i used the machine it started working and stopped in 2 to 3 minutes. I called up the toll free no around 9.30 am and informed them and so they informed the above said service request is not closed and i also explained them a company of repute like tata group should have sent experienced engineers and should also have produced bills for the payment being made. Later in the afternoon by around 12.00 i had to call once again on the toll free no and i spoke to navishkumar and requested him to resolve the problem by by sending an experienced engineer. Since there has been no response till 07/09/2018 i am raising this to resolve my issue immediately. I wanted to repair my machine with croma to get best of the service and timely resolution.

                        In February 2018 I pre booked few gift cards from Malad croma store palm court complex while placing order I sent them advance cash as bank transfer to book the order next day got a call that I need to do complete payment so that I will receive my gift cards asap so I made full payment of 1.5 lakhs but didn't got response from them for at least 10-15 days always told me there is some issue in their store so delivery will be delayed being a regular buyer I faced such issue many times so told them I will wait but now it's more than 6 mnths everytime they come up with some or the other excuse nd not refunding my amount nor giving delivery
                        Now I m not interested in product I need my refund else I already started legal process to take my refund

                            updation of name on invoice

                            Sir,

                            I had purchased an ac from croma store, please refer the bill attached.

                            I just want to update the name in invoice from
                            Amit puri to my company name c/o amit puri
                            As this is the requirement of my office, but croma customer service and store manager denies to do so.
                            Change of the complete name is not valid/legal, but this is updation of name.
                            Existing name will still be part of...

                            This is to inform you that i had purchased 1 no. Whirlpool washing machine model bl ws 7213h grp360 from tata croma rajouri garden 110027 on date 1.12.14 vide invoice no:slf02a[protected] dt 1/12/14. I had also paid for extended warranty for the fore said washing machine for the period of 2 years from 1/12/16 to 1/12/18.

                            Unfortunately, i had a problem with my washing machine where i was getting e1 error on the panel for which i complained to tata croma on 12/08/2018 with complaint no:bof120818ew00031. Accordingly, technician was deputed to my place for the correction of the washing machine which he attended to the first time after two days. Pressure senor was changed by him the next day, but the problem was not solved. He again visited my place after one day and informed me that the electronic panel would be changed, which i as informed would be done the very next day.

                            Unfortunately i am waiting till date from 12/8/18 to 22/8/18 for the panel to be changed which i am now informed is not available in the stock and would not be done before 26th or 27th august 2018 that is after 14 days.

                            I am really pained by the poor quality of services being provided by tata croma. It has taken too much of a time for replacement and correction of the washing machine.

                            And in the mean time i have to do all the washing manually which is time consuming for a working person like me.

                            Further more, i have also got the feedback from that had i taken whirlpool's warranty directly the part would have been changed the next day but since i have taken tata croma warranty and since who not keep the parts in ready stock therefore i am made to suffer to such a long time.

                            You are advised to kindly correct the machine immediately and let me tell you that i am not going to advice any other person in my friend circle to purchase anything from tata croma since after sales services provided by tata croma for third party products is very very poor. As i can see it would have been better off had i purchased the machine directly from whirlpool because whirlpool services provided by the them are prompt but because tata is an intermediary and tata does not have product i am made to suffer.

                            Kindly look into the matter seriously otherwise i will approach consumer court for the poor quality of services.

                              I have booked panasonic 32 led tv from croma store, infinity mall, link road, malad west, mumbai on 12th august, 2018. Till this date the delivery of product is not given, inspite of several complaints on customer care number and by e mail, there is no response. Every time and every day new person give variety of reasons for no delivery of led tv. Such as bhivandi godown is huge and it takes time to search location of tv, etc.

                                Respected sir, i have purchased many tv, ac electronic products from croma, aurangabad, maharashtra shop. Invoice no sla[protected] of 4, 15, 829rs which includes samsung led 55mu6470uhd/4k on 15/10/2017. Suddenly led tv is not working since last 15 day. I have complained about it, samsung service engineer came and broken the back cover of tv and diagnosed the problem of mother board. He was not efficient person and also damaged tv part. Today he came and replaced the mother board but tv is not functioning. Now he told that the panel is not working, they'll replace it. What is going on? Everytime the different part is not functioning within 10 maths of purchasing. You are selling new products or defective one. Your service is too poor, the person's you send have no knowledge about the products. Is this tata's croma? I'm regular customer of croma. I m loosing my faith on croma. Kindly go through it and replace the tv. Waiting for your good reply, dr nisha taur

                                  I placed my fridges order on 15th aug 2018 at borivali west croma center. I was told delivery of the product will be done in one day if i bill immediately which i did and next day delivery was written on my bill as well. However support staff later said there are no product in warehouse and so delivery will be done on tuesday (Today). Now i am getting messages that product will be delivered on 23rd aug that is thursday which mean the product delivery time croma is taking is "nine days" as per current update. Not sure how long it will actually take.
                                  This is one of the most pathetic services i have seen.in today's time when when amazon delivers in one day this is a very bad example. I had bought the fridge for a party i had on sunday as my home, from wednesday till sunday it was not delivered and now its further delayed.
                                  Croma customer care number had useless options, it does not give any option to talk to any company representative.
                                  I would like to cancel my purchase and refund so that i can buy it from other vendor.
                                  Extremely pathetic service.

                                      Today i went to the jubilee hills croma store to purchase the oneplus 6 mobile but the staff has told me that there is no stock is available if you are buying a extended warranty then we can arrange the stock but i don't want to take that extended warranty & the croma staff is not giving me the oneplus 6 without extended warranty and they are telling me the mobile cost is 42199/ but the actual cost of mobile is 39999
