I have purchased chrome cast 2 from from site on 31st dec 2017, with express delivery option. I have made complete payment.

Express delivery states date delivery in 24 hours. But till now nobody contacted me and also no update on delivery. I have contacted from support and they are mentioning it may deliver tomorrow but cannot guaranteed. What does it mean? What kind of service it is? One of the worst service seeing first time. They alao suggesting me to pickup from store. If so then why they given shipping option in their site?
One of the horrible service.

    I bought a apple iphone 8 for rs 64, 000/-from croma vashi on 16/12/2017 and found that the earpiece was not working on putting it on, immediately informed them and was told to bring the handset to their shop went there and was told to leave the handset so that they can send it to the service centre after continuously following with them i got a call from them to come and collect a new phone from them on 23/12/ went there to collect the new phone on 25/12 and was made to wait for almost 2 hours stating that d. O is missing hence they cannot give me the new phone and was told to contact them on 26/12 spoke to many people there mr nishant, aditya patil, irfan but no avail, i contacted them on 26/12 many times and was told that the phone has to be sent to banglore and it will take 7 days but till date nothing has been done and neither they are giving any concrete reply. Feeling cheated by chroma

        Hi,
        I purchased a philips induction stove from croma new bel road, bangalore branch today and the experience provided by your representatives was really bad and disheartening. First of all, they asked us to park our vehicle in a separate paid private parking spot as their own parking space was full owing to a wrongly parked employee vehicle and their personal vehicles. We parked our vehicle there and brought the item after going through the pathetic experience which was not approving at all as the sales person was not showing any interest at all.

        The representatives showed absolutely recalcitrant attitude towards purchasing a 3569 worth item (A small item - in their own words) and above that they were not even ready to reimburse the parking amount for the private parking space (100rs). Its not about the 100rs extra that we had to pay, more importantly its the attitude of your representatives which was very demeaning. I had purchased items (Well never kept a track of it but yeah easily worth lakhs from from croma retail over the years including exhauxst fan, water purifier samsung note2 and samsung s7 edge which in itself is worth over a lakh to mention a few of them from different branches in bangalore.

        Well, dont know how to express the saddening yet horrifying experience and that too on a new years eve (Jan 1st 2018).

        Note:parking of car was done in a different spot upon advice by the security guard and also upon expressing our concern to the sales people, they didnt bother and gave a deaf ear to it.

          I have purchased the above all in one desktop from croma juhu. I was informed that the product has an option of extended warranty online. But it dosent seems to have. Why was the wrong information provided for the extended warranty which is not available. I have already written to acer but it is wrong to misguide customers on the basis of which a customer makes a decision for purchasing a product.

          I want the extended warranty at any cost to be done by croma. I am ready to pay but i want this to be arranged.

            I have buy the galaxy s8 phone from croma - eva mall manjalpur, vadodara.
            Buy on 20/12/2017 and after 2 day mobile get problem that it getting frozen or hang & get restart automatically. Since i already inform to the croma person since problem occurs 1st time..
            But now chroma manager is telling that we are getting u the results next day bcoz our head is not present today. While at time of buying they told if any problem occur within 7 day we will replace you the item or refund.
            Now chroma manager is telling we will have to wait for do release from samsung care and then i have to wait for our chroma service head manager who is absent today and so on all excusing answer. Online is also better coz they actually means commitment and this person dont care commitment.
            I have also taken consent with signature that i[censored] dont replace by today otherwise u have to refund. But now hw is telling that wait 1 more day. Go to whenever you want to go and make my complaint, and told aaj to kuchh nahi hoga aur consent paper ko jaha leke complaint karni hai kar lo, i will reply.
            Dekho ye attitude chroma walon ka...
            I m suggest you to not buy the s8 or u like buy it from anywhere else croma store..

              Pathetic service,

              I ordered sony mdr-xb50ap/b extra bass earphone (Black) online with the confirmation
              "your order (Ref. No.[protected], booked through our pick from store (Pfs) facility, is confirmed. Your invoice no. Sla027ec0000612 is attached with this mail."
              I received a call from the store abhijeet chowdhary assitant store manager informed that the product is defective hence we wont be able to honor my order.

              I asked for a refund immediately but since it was a refund we as consumers have to wait for banking hours and all 48 working hours, if it had to be another order they are open 24/7 to accept payments, as a good will gesture i asked similar product at same price person infromed that similar product is three times more expensive than the amount i already paid.

              Unhappy with the service provided
              That was suppose to be a gift.

              Resolution provided which isnt acceptable to visit the store to collect cash.

                I got croma e-gift cards worth rs. 64990 from onsite go because of warranty on my apple macbook air which was bought from croma store and stopped working in the warranty period. I have not made any transaction but the croma store in garden galleria mall, noida is telling that i have used rs. 25000 worth of e-gift cards on croma online store on 9th november, 2017. I have not made any such transaction and there is definitely some error on croma's end. I request you to resolve this at the earliest. The following are the e-gift card numbers:

                    Today i really faced pathetic services from your chennai stores and store employees are playing with the customer as well as they are misusing your store with the customer.

                    I have ordered the below today,

                    I went to phoenix store from my home to store 15 km after reached the store they are simply telling the panasonic headphones already stocked out. So, we couldn’t able to provide the product back. I asked for the reason they said some of customers directly came here and bought the headphones that is the reason for stocked out.

                    My question is why you are separately maintaining the website and customers bought some of the products from your site then directly go to your store to collect before that your store employees put the products into their pockets. I won’t agree whatever they convincing me and many peoples disappointed about your pathetic services. First integrate your store applications with the croma website then start selling it on online.

                    So, i need the proper resolution as well as why they mentioned as product delivered in the all three order history. If product is delivered to customer then why i’m sending this mail to you. Kindly think about my situation my money as well as time wasted today about your fake deals.

                    Kindly escalate to your backend team for the reason of why i couldn’t get my product which i ordered.

                    I purchased Samsung S8 from Croma India when there was an offer of Rs.5000 cashback and brand EMI. Its been over 3-4 months now, but I still have not received any cashback. Also, on the EMI, I was supposed to not be charged any interest but I am being charged that as well

                      Sir the tempered glass i have bought from your store at south extension.. I dunno for what reason but the tempered glass lifted lil from superior edge and developed a crack. Wen i went back to croma it has been said that dey told dey won't b able to replace it and the manager walked off telling this.. Kindly arrange a replacement for the tempered glass i have bought... I have always been a regular and loyal customer to croma.. And hope you guys don't break trust of your customers

                        I'm very sad about your company i have ordered panasonic speaker on 14th december amount is paid by net banking but i did not get any confirmation from croma and when i'm looking in my order list there also i don't find any information so i called croma customer support i have called 20 times from that day and i have sent a mail regarding same complaint they are telling that we have raised the ticket as but i have called once again no response some are disconnecting the call please refund my money back or ordered material please deliver.

                          Hi i have purchase samsung c9 pro on 13 dec from bhyander branch n saw that camera quality is third class also phone is hanging... I went to store today morning n they send me to service centre of samsung.. The plastic cover of the back side was removed by service centre executive n saw there was a scratch on phone which is why he is not able to approve doa. Now i don't want this phone i m fed up since yesterday n running around from croma to service centre and visa versa... This is really not acceptable that u guys are not helping me.. Executive has drop an email already n i m really frustrate that the phone is just one day old n i hav3 to face so much of run around.. Worst customer service u guys are giving me.. N i just don't want this phone now... Let me know what u can do

                            I bought 2 products from croma and faced poorest customer service in both of them. You'll did not help me with the technical fault with the dell laptop which is under warranty and made me run from post to pillar to get it sorted. The representative in croma connected me to another technician who asked me 2000 rs to remove my hard disk which i did for free of cost in the authorized service centre. Also, i bought the product in march 2017and the dell records show it was purchased in jan 2017 which is the month they shipped it to croma. Croma didn’t update that in dell records and the customer service representative in croma in phoenix market city, kurla is asking me to call dell and ask them to update in their system.

                            My 2nd product is a water purifier which i purchased a year ago with 2 years extended warranty. After a year i came to know that it was partnered with a 3rd party warranty company whom croma had to pay the money they took for me for the extended warranty. When lodged a request for the repair, the technician from the brand company asked me to pay as they weren’t aware of any extended warranty. He told me that it is a big racket where croma takes money from its customers for the extended warranty but doesn’t pay it to the 3rd party company. So whenever there is an issue, the customer has to pay first and then gets that amount reimbursed from the 3rd party company called onsitego. But if there is no repair in the extended warranty period, all the money goes in croma's pocket. When i checked with onsitego, they told me that there are not tied up with a few brands and hence the customer has to pay first which croma does not tell the customer while purchasing the product.

                            Very poor after-sales service.

                              Our refrigerator is having problem of no cooling, request for service was made on dec. 4, 2017. Tech person came in two days and said' no cooling' problem is due to not having enough gas in system and another tech support will come to fix problem in 3 days. After calling so many times no body has showed up to fix the problem till today (Dec. 12, 2017). Such a small problem can not be resolved in 8 days i do not know what should i say about your service efficiency and customer care. My registered mobile no [protected]. Today dec 12 your customer care promised that service tech. Will show up on dec.13 at 10 : 30 am it is very hard for me to believe that will happen.

                                Hello,

                                I would like to lodge a complaint against croma. I ordered a tv online from croma for my parents in panchkula, haryana. The tv costed 30, 000 inr. First of all tv took forever to arrive and bluedart kept updated false messages of premises being closed. My parents were stuck 4 days in the house waiting for tv and then when the tv arrived, the tech did not arrive and asked to wait for 2 days as he was away for a wedding. They waited two days for tech and finally when the tech arrived, he said that tv was faulty and had to be replaced and just left. I feel so helpless and have no idea what to do as i live out of india and my parents cant do much about it. We wasted 30, 000 and have ended up with lots of inconvenience and not working tv. Also i trusted tata brand but i feel it was the biggest mistake to put my money there.

                                Hello,

                                I would like to lodge a complaint against croma. I ordered a tv online from croma for my parents in panchkula, haryana. The tv costed 30, 000 inr. First of all tv took forever to arrive and bluedart kept updated false messages of premises being closed. My parents were stuck 4 days in the house waiting for tv and then when the tv arrived, the tech did not arrive and asked to wait for 2 days as he was away for a wedding. They waited two days for tech and finally when the tech arrived, he said that tv was faulty and had to be replaced and just left. I feel so helpless and have no idea what to do as i live out of india and my parents cant do much about it. We wasted 30, 000 and have ended up with lots of inconvenience and not working tv. Also i trusted tata brand but i feel it was the biggest mistake to put my money there.

                                Croma support called my parents and inquired the issue but did not provide any resolution. We still have a tv at home that does not work and 30, 000 inr wasted.
                                Can someone plz help or suggest something.. I would highly appreciate that.
                                They sent a replacement and that was faulty too.. terrible company..

                                  I bought livpure water purifier from croma before one year... At that time they sold there extented 1 year service of purifier... They never called me about this... Now when i asked for a service they sent 1 person from onsite for checking on 11/12/17... He was not having a single genuine part of livpure... Membrane of purifier was covered free of cost in my service... He placed a duplicate 500 rs voytron membrane instead of original 2500 rs original membrane... I am attaching pics of that duplicate filter... The height of the matter is that the service provider man who came was even not knowing correctly how to reassemble the purifeir... He took 3 hrs for it... Purifier leaked for 3 times... I wasted my time... This was never expected from a company like croma... Now they are calling me that this time they will send a genuine person this time with genuine parts... But this is not enough... I want all my other filters also to be replaced free of cost amonting only 1000 rupees... Thank you...

                                  I bought my samsung S7 edge mobile on 7th jan.2017 from croma store ceiwn interiors mall faridabad...
                                  Complaint is regarding the mentioned mobile pls check attached copy of my complaint.
                                  Bcoz of employee misguidance i did not took the insurance...and now i am bearing the damage loss... pls read attached copy for whole details...

                                    delivery not done on time.

                                    Warm greeting of the day!!!
                                    As per my subject, i did not got my product which i purchase on dt[protected] by doing online payment. I did payment in croma store in front of one sales person of croma. Next morning i got call from the delivery boy to deliver product i told please deliver in evening 4 pm because in afternoon i will be office so in evening i will take leave for 3hrs for receiving the product....

                                    We bought a 32 inch croma tv from r city mall ghatkopar. From last 40 days the after sales service has not been given to us. They had just been giving us dates, they are just fooling us, seriously i am sick of this brand and i want these stupid brand to be kicked out of the market. I mean dude which brand does this to their consumers, sick sick sick of these stupid brand promises. Warranty in this name they fool us.
