          Hi team,

          I bought a new hp laptop i3 generation 10 from croma store, janakpuri, new delhi-07 on 26/7/2020 for my office work.

          It costed me approx rs. 44, 000/- including 2 year extended waranty sold to me by croma representative.

          I paied rs. 15, 289/- as down payment and rest amount i got financed from bajaj finance.

          On 27/7/2020 i used it for my office and it started giving issues likes slow performance,, blank scree, system hang, basic apps becomes unresponsive, overheating etc..

          On 28/7/2020 i called hp customer care and they adviced me few basic trouble shooting steps which i performed and they assured me that laptop would start working fine now.
          I used it for that day and the next day but same issues were coming and i was'nt able to work which hampered my days performance in office.

          Next day i again called hp customer care and they transferred me to their level 2 technician who took remote of my laptop and performed troubleshooting and again ensured me that laptop will work completely fine..

          But nothing improved and i faced same issues while working in next consecutive days..

          On 1/8/2020 i decided to go to croma store to make a complaint and they suggested me to visit hp service center located in rajouri garden new delhi
          And ask for assistance.

          Same day i visited the hp service center and they submitted my laptop stating that they will check and troubleshoot the issue and will call me to pick up the laptop.

          On 6/8/2020 i got a call from hp service center to pick up my laptop and i visited the center for pickup.
          I asked the tech sandeep :what all troubleshooting have u followed, he stated the same steps which i had already performed with hp customer care.
          I asked him what if this laptop again gives me same issue, he told me then u have to buy extended ram worth 5-6k to increase the performnace which i totally denied.
          I went home used the product and obviously it gave me same issues which i faced earlier.

          On 7/8/2020 i went to croma store again to return the product and get my refund,, they simply denied any assistance and said they will again send it to hp service center for troubleshooting.

          I told them i have already spent so many days and time in all this i just dont need this laptop anymore as hp service center also denied me further support stating u have to purchase a new ram which i denied..

          I spoke to croma service manager praveen pandey,, on phone he literally shouted at me saying that he cant do anything jusyt leave the laptop and he will get it checked.
          At last i had to leave the product there and they said they will call me once they get revert from hp.

          I request u to please provide me resolution for this complete harrasment i faced.

          I need refund of my full amount which i have paid and a legal action against croma and hp especially the service manager of croma praveen pandey (Ph# [protected]) for harrasing and insulting me..

          I am attaching all required documents for ur assistance.

          I except a speedy reply and resolution from you.

            I bought online apple ipad througg online croma portal and it been around 12 days still it is not deliverd. When i call to customer care center they always try to refuse me. I am very disappointed with croma fell cheated.

              I had purchased a tv last year in september from croma store in borivali west, mumbai. While selling the tv, the executive had committed 2 cashbacks which i will get in 3-4 months time. Exact cashback amount was not committed but it was in the tune of rs. 2000 to rs. 4000 for each cashback. I just received one cashback in february of around rs 2, 200. My emi is also over now.
              On the bill which is very long and confusing it's written at the fag end that i am only entitled of cashback upto 5% of the value.
              Post march due to lockdown the shop was closed and now the shop has opened and they say that no scheme of 2 cashbacks are there.
              Since it's not mentioned explicitly on the bill i can't even fight. This is clear case of misselling. Never expected this from a company that belongs to tata group.

                [ ] please refer our repair request[protected] your mechanic visited on 4th august 2020. When i mentioned in my complaint as machine is dead your mechanic should have bring spears circuit with him. Now he is saying wait for 2 to10 days.in this rainy season it is very difficult, unnecessary delaying and vesting 2 times last 8 days from 27th july i am suffering. Please do it earliest.
                [ ] when lg representatives attending their complaint within 2 days. Next time we will buy products from respected brand shop. Not from croma.

                  I had placed the order online with croma.com on 25th july 2020 and the product was supposed to be delivered within 3 hrs i. E 10.30pm, but the product was delivered on 27th july 2020 afternoon.

                  I bought this headphones for taking calls for a long duration, after using it for 1.3hrs my left ear started paining and also the opposite party informed me that my voice was not clear. The main purpose of buying a headphone is to feel satisfied with the product, if not satisfied then it is the responsibility of the store (Croma) to see that the customer gets satisfied.

                  I made a complaint with the customer care call center number and informed them that i would opt to buy a more comfortable item from their store itself. Customer care had sent a mail stating to visit the near by store. Today i visited the store and was informed that no exchange will be made available and to visit a croma service center for getting the defect rectified. Why must the comsumer be responsible for a defective and less comfortable product? I will be happy if i get a refund and if return is initiated

                    Dear croma team,

                    Reference to your trailing mail, after requesting several times we have not received our refund nor any call received from your end till date.
                    You are requested to please refund my amount, the product is uplifted by you on[protected] and till date i am waiting for the refund.
                    It is sorry to inform you that your service is unsatisfactory. Please let us know how many more days you will take to refund the amount.

                    As you are aware that i have been following continuously since the putting for refund but you are not listing my request.
                    I have no option left to go to consumer court for taking this refund which is impacting my financial crunch.

                        The salesman didn't give complete specifications of the product. That man didn't specify that l340 is a gaming laptop. Such ignorance is a total blunder. That salesman also forgot to check the offers which lead to wastage of our time. How can they become so irresponsible! Also they were so rude to the customers. When i told them to give some discount other than that 3k discount since we are their regular customers they responded that if we wanted to purchase it then this is the final price otherwise you can leave. Is this a way to talk to customers! They are just getting ahead of themselves just because a crowd of people visited the store that day. That day it was my necessity so i kept quiet but i need to raise this issue further. Croma was not like that before as long as i remember. They were polite and didn't give half information to the customers regarding products. Now they have changed drastically. They just want to to remove as much cash as possible from their customers. I asked my friend and he told me that earlier croma used to do that *partition*for free. Now they charge rs 800 for it... For that 2 minute work. Come on dude its a 60k+ worth product and you can. T give us partition free as compensation for wasting our precious time and effort. Such frugality?! Need urgent resolution on this matter. I need to escalate this matter. Highly dissatisfied with the customer service. Due negligence and ignorance seen on the spot. Highly disappointing. Just extorting money from the customers. Need to file a ho complaint on this matter asap. The store manager did not show any concern on this issue. Is that the way you treat your customers? Need immediate response.

                          Hi croma,

                          Because of your brand, i bought a faber gas stove from your kalyan nagar, bangalore outlet. I have spent around 19k. Installation and other expenses are extra.. Past 3 month constructively get in touch with faber customercare to resolve and replace the stove as within a year of time all burner, nobs, ignition etc is not function.. The faber customer care is one of the worst substandard customer care.. The matter has been escalated to you but there is no affirmative response.. I don't want to keep this stove, as i am not well enough or offered to get stove from corma every year @ rs. 20k.. Therefore, may i request you to instruct faber to take back their stove and refund my money or else get me a better quality stove, i am ok to pay more amount..

                              I ritesh vishnu garud, purchased croma led 39inch tv on 30th june 2020. At that time i was being told by staff members that i will receive demo service within 3working days. My problem is this tv is smart and i don't know how to use it. Croma representative doesn't response to our quiry, now it's more than 4 weeks but no person has came to give demo for the use of led tv. This isn't fair. What did i do wrong, why these people are doing such bad things to us. We just want to understand the function of smart tvs, that's it. Very poor service response from croma. We are completely unhappy with this. For your reference i have attached bill. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Otherwise i will be forced to take legal action against croma.

                                    I was looking out for a washing machine and a new croma branch was opened at siripuram, vizag as such i have visited the branch last week and enquired about the different companies and models available.We choose to go with IFB a 6.5 kg machine and have processed the loan formalities.
                                    Yest[protected] we again visited the stores to pick up the washing machine and was suprised to note the following:
                                    1.The product that we are looking ws not avbl.in stock.
                                    2.I hv take HDFC consumer electronic loan and my permanent address is different from my delivery address, for which ur stores manager says as per rule we cannot deliver the item to the palce where we are staying but will deliver to the address mentioned in the aadhar card(permanent address).
                                    3.Mr.Sundar ws again explained about the place we stay but he ws not bothered about the customer just mentioned that we cannot deliver due to policy matter.
                                    4.The dly is a samll issue, but why ws it made a big issue and lot of argument took place and finally we were to return back.
                                    5.We have picked up the washing machine from another stores without any hassels...

                                    Is this the way a consumer is to be treated, we have wasted a lot of time going to croma stores several times and finally was denied the product that we want to purchase.

                                    I am sure that u will be loosing a lot of customers due to such inefficient staff and insane policies, my humble request is to pls enquire on the issue and see that the customer is given importance and that too during such hard times.
                                    Your have spent a lot of money and put up a world class showroom but the entire system in the stores confusing and not customer friendly.

                                    This is the experience which i had and its quite disturbing.
