Hi, i am gautam khanna, resident of purvanchal royal city, greater noida.

I have purchased 3 air conditioners from croma store at ansal plaza, greater noida on 7th april 2019 via invoice no saa[protected]. These are split acs of lg brand (Duel inverter) with 2 t, 1.5 t and 1 t capacity respectively. The sales man vipin mishra who delt with me was smart enough to sell me 3 acs while i was just inquiring about choices available. Vipin forced and convinced me to take 2 year ongo extended warranty also on all the three acs explaining that one year standard warranty would not be enough since in the first year these higher starred acs would hardly require any service. He explained that your acs will be covered for all type of services, repair or replacement if required through extended warranty and it is worth to spend few thousand more and take extended cover. I thought he is talking sense to me and i paid extra amount for all 3 acs for 2 years extended cover as he said.
Now here is where i was cheated. Vipin cheated as he did not told me that this 2 yr extended warranty is from croma and not from lg. I never knew that this will be the beginning of my suffering and hardship as a consumer, by customer service quality of croma.

I faced several issues with all acs in the very first 3 months o[censored]sage but complaints were resolved by lg engineers during first year of standard warranty after followup.

At present my 1.5 t ac is not working properly since the beginning of these summers ie march '20. I raised complaint at lg but its technician refused to address saying that ac is out of warranty now and i have to raise a complaint with croma since extended warranty is from croma and not lg. Unfortunately due to covid situation and lock down croma remained closed for 3 months.
I have raised several complaints since july but till date fault in my ac is not repaired. After several followups lg technician visited me a couple of times but could not repair the defect in unit. The captioned 1.5 t ac is with 5 star rating but since it does not cool properly i am forced to operate it for whole day and night. It has resulted in increase in my electricity consumption substantially in last 3 months.

I am deeply disappointed and desperate now after following with onsite and store and chasing them for last 3 months and demand replacement of this faulty ac unit since it seems not reparable.

As a consumer this has turned out to be a worst experience to buy electronics from croma. I hope my complaint will be addressed and this faulty unit will be replaced asap.

    I have ordered croma 25l convection & grill microwave oven cram0191 black 202977 imei/sr. No. 123 on flipkart on date 06/07/2020. I received the appliance and after unpacking the box from day 1 its not working. Immediately i raises issue with croma customer care on number [protected] and also through mail where i mentioned invoice no. Fad6a[protected] which is mentioned on the invoice. But croma customer care told there are no details fetching with either from invoice number or from email/mobile number. After great difficulty i got another invoice number from flipkart customer care sle003fk1309863. After approaching croma customer care with the new invoice number they informed me they have registered a compliant on the same issue with compliant number chn010920fs00452 dated 01/09/2020. On 11/09/2020 i received a call from croma and informed me they are allocating a technician for repair of the same from nearest place to my residing place and again on 19/09/2020 also same called received. But nobody turned up. Today again i called to customer care for status of my compliant and they have informed me they cant provide service at my residing place.

      Subject : poor battery performance of the new laptop purchased from croma, indirapuram
      Ref : invoice no. Sla[protected] dated 04.06.2020
      Dear sir,
      I purchased a lenovo laptop on 4th june 2020, from aditya citi centre, indirapuram croma store. After coming home and using the laptop for a day i observed that the the battery of the laptop is not normal and drains out in 1- 1.5 hours while i was promised for a back up of 4-6 hours of working. I called the croma customer care and the croma centre told us to contact lenovo helpline. We could not reach the lenovo customer care as it was 10 pm. We went to the croma store and the croma store kept the laptop for testing and assured us that our issue will be resolved but when we reached the store we were given all the assurances except no refund or replacement can be provided only the product can be repaired. After spending rs.62000/ no one would want a defective laptop.
      I have been following up with croma and lanovo helpline but the issue is still unresolved. I mailed lenovo and croma both several times but none of them is ready to take responsibility of the faulty laptop which they sold me. The croma centre has tested it physically and lenovo people have also tested three times but no remedy or replacement has been provided. None of the two croma or lenovo people are owning the defect. Even when it is clearly a manufacturing defect, the lenovo people are saying they have checked that the machine is perfectly fine without any substance and they say back up upto 4-6 hours means it includes less than 1 hour and 1.5 hours also. No report of the performance of battery strength has been shared with me showing that the battery is giving back up of 4-6 six hours as committed/promised at the time of sale to me.. I want to replace defective piece by a good piece. I have been regular customer of croma for many years and on this reliance i purchased this laptop from croma but this time croma centre has cheated me badly. Earlier croma people were saying the delay in addressing the issue is due to corona pandemic but it is almost three month and i am waiting for a solution. I am exhausted calling at croma and lenovo and i am suffering by this issue mentally and physically. Every time i call they say leave the laptop and they will check it. I have been suffering mental peace, my work and in monetary terms too.

        Ac body damage by the installation agent and not install properly. More then 15 days ago. Company person told me that ac body is coming from bombay. But still no response.

          I have purchased an hp laptop on 12th august 2020 through croma online and received the same on 15th aug 2020. On 16th i opened the laptop and found defective as it continuously giving an error 'pc ran out of error'. I visited croma-kondapur branch given the laptop they installed some updates and returned to me saying it will be fine. But immediately on 18th i went to showroom and handed over the laptop to them as it is not working. After so much hue and cry they said it got repaired and everything is working fine and send it to my house address on 28th aug 2020. But the problem remains same after updates installation every moment it is getting restarted without my intervention and also getting 'pc ran out of error' every time i tried to login. This is the worst experience with croma and the croma customer service. Can you let me know if you are going to do something on this or not.

            I bought a samsung refrigerator (Samsung ff 324l rt34t4413s9/hl 3s ri) on 24 aug 2020 from croma koramangala, bengaluru. During purchase i was told that specific model was not with them and it will be shipped from hyderabad to my address. I paid the amount in full and waited for their shipping details. The item reached my place 28th aug 2020 by bluedart. During delivery i observed that the delivery people were very casual with the item and had even asked them to be careful. On monday, 31st aug 2020, when the samsung installation person unboxed the item, we found it damaged. I immediately raised a complaint and as instructed by the customer care, i sent them visual proofs of the damage. A return pickup was scheduled and after much delay, it was picked up 05 sep 2020 at 12:30 pm by the local warehouse people, the warehouse being situated in the neelamangala area of bengaluru. Since then, neither have i received any acknowledgement of pickup nor any information about my refund being processed. Contacting the customer care and support only results in additional regret messages but no info about what or why the delay. I have been sitting without my money and without the item since 29th august 2020.

              I ordered an dell inspirion 3593 laptop from croma electronics on 18/8/2020. Innovice no. Sle001ec1374975.
              After two weeks it's keyboard keys stopped working. The expensive laptop is of no use without its keyboard keys. I contacted and complained in croma customer support. They are offering a repair in my product. How would i accept the repaired product which started giving problems in just two weeks. I want croma electronics either to replace my product or refund me my sum. Please look into the matter.

                I ordered asus tuf a15 ryzen 7. My payment done via net banking. But croma can't give any confirmation mail or sms about my order. So i complained it. So they tell your product is out of stock do we give you refund within 7 days. But when i call at croma they tell give refund within 10 days and so poor service. I get back to my money. I get mail at 4 september 2020, if i can't get my money back within 7 days i complained against croma in indianconsumerforem.

                  I had ordered headphones from croma on 22nd august but still not received the order. Each time i contact them, they say only one line that order is dispatched. I am fed up of this attitude.

                  When i tell them to refund money which i have paid, they tell that it is not possible and against policy.

                  Worst experience of online shopping and lots of mental stress!!!

                    acer a315-56 aspire laptop webcam not working

                    Brought laptop on 28/08/20. The camera of laptop darkens during online
                    Sessions. I had taken laptop to store on 31/08/20. Spent half a day in
                    Croma fort store (Wifi is very slow) as technician felt its a software issue and upgraded software and also a new camera software was installed on laptop. This issue still persists. I asked for replacement. I was adviced to raise online complain. I also did so.

                      I purchased airpods from croma aurangabad,
                      After coming home i noticed that there was a disturbance sound coming from right earbud,

                      I went to croma the next day itself but they asked me to submit the airpods and they will send it to service center to get them serviced or whatever which will take approximately 1 week,
                      I don’t understand why should i keep them for 1 week, what was my fault if they came out damaged inside the box, even the cap of the case is loose (I ignored that tough) but how can i ignore the technical fault.
                      Also they will be unable to listen to that disturbance in the store’s high surrounding noise.

                        Today i went to purchase laptop at croma store pimpri pune. I purchased lenovo laptop, due to unavailability of lenovo laptop bag the executive pitched for hp bag, dell, bag and acer bag, of which the quality was poor. She pitched that product because 999 was off on the bag and the rest difference amount was supposed to pay by me. She did it so quickly and billed laptop and 2other bags. Other leather bag i purchased for 1100 and hp bag which was provided me was charged for 99rs. When i asked i dont want this bag ill purchase croma bag which was for 1400, on that bag im willing to pay the difference amount of 400. She denied by saying the bill is made. When i raised the query to the manager. And told him this lady forced me to buy this low quality hp bag by saying it is for 100 rs. Even he did not listened to me and did not changed the product.

                          I have ordered Croma gift card worth Rs.2500 by 17th September 2019,
                          I got 2 gift card (1*500 and 1*2000) from croma actual expiry date mentioned on the card is 1 year.

                          Today I checked the validity of the card, for one of gift card worth Rs.500 I have validity till this month end but for another gift card worth Rs.2000 that's expired, ordered both card at same time with same order.

                          I am tata employee I used to believe Tata enterprise but this really disappointed me lot, am looking for some positive revert for this complaint.

                          I sent mail to Croma customer support team regarding this issue, they just replied me to check with vendor.

                          I got Croma gift card (worth Rs.2000) so it's croma responsibility to solve such kind of issue if any customer raises complaint.

                          Really very bad... I never go for Croma products and never recommend this to anyone, such a worst customer care support which Croma provides.

                              In reference to the captioned subject i have purchased a washing machine whose bill is attached for your reference.
                              From the day of purchase when the engineer came to my home for installation of the machine some faults are seen but engineers convey to us it will nothing it will work day by day when the machine goes on working.
                              From that day to till date several times untrained engineers came to my home to see the machine who are totally unable to understand what the actual problem in the machine from the last 5 tp 10 visits almost all the parts in the machine are changed. Now they told us the machine display cpu is not working properly so now they will change it once it will come

                              If i have several problems in 1 year of washing machines tenure then how it works in upcoming years.

                              So its request to you please change the product.

                                I bought e elica hood wd hac bf60 on 19th aug from croma blore ssmanor a018, kalayan nagar, yesterday and today that's 26th and 27th, they are trying to deliver seal opened product to me and when i spoke to concerned person over phone, he said i should take it as it comes opened only and they are forcing me to take delivery of opened (Twice sealed product) customer service is pathetic.

                                  I've mistakenly ordered Redmi K20 for Redmi K20 pro. So after the realisation I tried to cancel the order. They've said to consult to customer care, and I consulted them. They've said the order "cancellation request" is complained and I would get a message regarding it in half an hour. But there is no such message. So I again called them and they again repeated the same talk and again they said I would get a message. But nothing changed. I did get none. So I tried to contact them again, but this time I couldn't be able to connect the call, it just automatically rejects. It's been 10 days and I didn't get my order, refund money and more importantly the message that they've said they would send. It costs "22, 000 Rs". And I even cried a lot of times. I hope croma refunds my money.😫

                                    I bought a double door lg refrigerator model no gl-t502fpzu from croma electronics paying inr 53, 990 and 2 years extended warranty inr 4, 990 on thursday (20th aug 2020). Fridge was delivered on 21st aug 2020 afternoon. But the installation & demo didn't happen till now. A lg representative walked into my home yesterday (24th aug 2020) around 7:00 pm and asked for a knife to cut open the packing material of the fridge. His name is karthik with phone number [protected]. He was very rude and showed his frustration on me. I said that i don't have a knife which cuts the packing material, he simply walked away without doing anything. Such people with attitude should be fired from the organization. The expectation is that lg representatives who are coming for installation and demo should carry their own tools. People is service industry should first learn how to behave with their customers instead of yelling at them. As a working women, i had to stay back taking 3 days leave (22nd, 24 & 25th aug) for the installation, but till now no calls from either lg or croma on the installation and demo. I sincerely need compensation from lg end for putting me in trouble and going on lop. I will definetly take it to social media if i dont get immediate response from croma end
