I received a message from croma on 7th jul 20 that my order has been dispatched by cts awb no. Ban[protected]

But till now i am not able to track the same.
And now in the web site it only in the order received status.

When i ordered it was assured that the delivery date was 6th jul 20.

I am now started feeling that you are cheating on me, what is going on please respond, i have called the customer care several times but not clear response.

Pl don't push me to lodge police complaint or resort to legal action.

Croma just seems tk be cheating customers in name of Covid. My order for a harddisk was placed on 9th June 2020.
I received an sms that said that the order was placed and dispatched. No dispatch note number or any tracking details were available anywhere. Booked a service complaint SR[protected]
It's been 1.5months and now the Croma customer care says my money will be refunded. No signs of refund. Their reasons being they are working with minimal staff and courier services disrupted.
If the products cannot be delivered, don't accept orders and money against orders.
I currently feel helpless and sincerely repenting on my decision on shopping with Croma. This is the worst experience ever.

    I like to cancel my order, because of wiating it for more than 10days.. And still the product is in warehouse where i booked on 29.06.2020 to till date.. No traction.

      We have paid for refrigerator and got a damaged product. We ordered for replacement. Even after covid relaxations are made, we are yet to receive update. Daily update is we get from this that they need 24 hrs. For amost a week, getting the same update. We paid for product a month earlier. They are not accountable and no proper response is provided. Not even ready to refund immediately. They say refund would take 20 days to 1 month. Very disgusting

        The croma store in sion promised to call me when the repair centers are open. They said it would open in a week and they give me a call and i had to drop the product then. Even though i requested that the product be kept with them and it would be fine to take as long as it required. They denied my request saying sir it will sit here only. To decrease their workload they imposed an extra trip on me. There is no croma experience anymore. I specifically told them warranty would end in august if possible keep it with you so at least it will stay in warranty. All i feel now is that it's more than a month and they are actually waiting for my warranty to expire. They provide false information as well. Its strictly given on the box that its 2 year warranty. They say check their computers it's only one year.

            I came to croma Kukatpally, ordered 1 lakh product for one of my known person. I done with payment. I gave primary customer has Hira, primary registered mail is my mail and number only. Then lockdown cames products not delivered. After sometime I got to know that he is a thief. So I cancel the product, I mailed many times to croma to Cancel and I do not have an option to come croma to say all this because of lockdown, Am struck at my home town. After few days government give some options to open shops only. I got a email that your products delivered. When I call to croma said: how you delivered the product, I cancelled the product, they are saying we don't Cancel the product after payment, I delivered to customer only. If they delivered the product to customer then who am I? . Just because of delay responce in customer My products delivered to thief. The thief s are croma and Rahul.

              Ordered real me 6 pro on 29.06.2020. Where they say product is not in stock now.. I do no why fake details should be submitted to customers.. It said.. The standard delivery date 06.07.2020. Considering that i placed an order in Croma.. But checking with them.. They say.. No stock.. I paid my money and still waiting like a fool.. Seeing the availability in other outlets poorvika.. Where 3hrs delivery is available for the product i am looking... By last monday i would have had a new phone. If i didnt book in croma.. Running behind you pepole now..

                I have received the damaged product from croma, whitefield bangalore. I can't reach their support either via phone number nor via email. When i checked with samsung support. They are asking me to check with the delivery center.

                The delivery guy showed me the product, however he did not remove the plastic of the product from front side. That's where I found I found the product damaged.

                  Hi,

                  I have ordered a mobile handset model number vivo y91i (5 pis) & oppo a1k (2) from croma retail through online. My order number is[protected]. But did not receive any order confirmation email or sms after that. I did not even received the invoice of that purchase but my money got debited from my cc account for that. I called the help line number and they told that there is no information found against my order number. They provided me an email address to send the details. I sent 3 times but did not get any response back from them. Which is now worrying me.
                  This is really an unprofessional and worst service from a merchant like croma. However what i want to know is, what is the current status of my order? When i will receive the order confirmation email along with invoice? When my mobile handset will be delivered to my address?

                  Please assist me with this to know at least the status of my order.

                        It is very unfortunate to mail you directly being a promising user of croma products range and home appliances, i am highly disappointed with the way your company is dealing with customer care service.
                        I have purchased somewhere around rs.2 lacs of home appliances of croma brand from croma - juhu vasundhara in 2019 with a customer name of arshie yawar (Invoice no: aia[protected] and that was my biggest mistake of my life to but ac, tv, fridge, washing machine, microwave, juicer mixer grinder etc and paid thousands of bucks for extended warranty.
                        15 days back my croma 1.5-ton split ac have stopped working so i had to call the customer care to file a complaint as my ac is under extended 2 years warranty for which i had paid around rs.4000/- extra at the time of purchase. Now its been more than 15 days and my ac is still not working and croma customer care is worthless in send the right technician.
                        Firstly, customer care executive told that the technician will come in 4-7 working days, i have waited the whole week and called them 5 time again after 4th day was over, but no body came. I have made 14 calls to customer care till now and every time i was being assured to send the service person in next 4-7 working days.
                        On 1st july a young boy suddenly came up and i briefed him that my ac is not working an i am unbale to sleep since last 15 days and requested him to please check and correct what is the problem. He doesn’t even know how to diagnose the problem, he was just cleaning the ac with cotton cloth, washed out the filters which i already did. I told him that issue is not cleaning the filters but something else.
                        After cleaning was over and the ac didn’t showed any improvement, he called a person named tanveer and told him that he didn’t diagnose what is the problem. It was so annoying moment, i took his cell and directly spoken to tanveer, he told me will come by tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes.
                        I am tired of calling tanveer to come and check and he switched off his mobile. I got a number to his superior mr rajesh and i called him and explained the whole scenario. Mr rajesh has also promised me to send someone 2 days back and no one has come as of now.
                        I am seriously annoyed and disappointed in chasing croma people for bloody to repair my 1-year old ac which is still under warranty which seem useless to me. What a bad day it was that i bought appliances of croma. My new tv motherboard was also had problem and replaced in weeks.
                        Its my humble request to send some sensible technician who can do the repair properly.
                        I also suggest you to improve your customer care service, i will never ever suggest anyone to buy any croma product. We also have career and voltas ac at home and they sent the technician within 24 hours of the call even in lockdown times.
                        Worst decision ever to buy anything of croma, a genuine feedback.

                              I had made a complaint about microwave for poor heating but unqualified technician failed to troubleshoot & burnt the transformer. Now they are charging 3100 for repair.

                                Yesterday night around 8pm, i ordered a one plus 8 from croma online. After entering the otp received on my phone for completing the transaction, it showed as payment successful, but after that the web page just became blank for about 15 mins. I then closed the web page, and then checked on my croma account. Theere is no record of an order, but the amount has been debited from my account. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                  I had purchased Dell Inspiron 3584 laptop from a croma outlet in juhu last month.I was told that there is a long queue outside and low internet range so I was told to get my Ms office activation in two to three days by contacting dell customer care support.I tried speaking to Dell customer care executive many a times atleast 12 to 15 times
                                  from last one month regardingg my office activation but no one is responsibly explaining the thing...Why cant croma help us in getting this done???Is this not the chroma's primary responsibility to get us our MS Office activated??Really disappointed with this after sales service of chroma...Will never ever suggest anyone to buy things from Croma.
