I have brought Mobile on 19th Dec 2019 on 0% interest for 6 months EMIs of Citi bank Credit Card and as per EMI Schedule I should be pay 2333/- monthly but I am paying around 3300/- monthly.

Kindly resolve my query....

As i am switching on the tv its just showing smart tv logo on the screen and in 10 second the tv is turning off. The tv is turning black in few seconds. This is my 3rd time purchase of croma tv. I have purchased croma smart tv 2 times before also and both the time it has turned faulty in few months of purchase and now even this tv is not working within few months of purchase....

My croma led not working i have facing problem.....

I have placed a mobile prepaid order cancellation request on 13th of April.But no one is replying to my mail nor is the customer care helpline effective.I paid through my credit card if the refund doesn't return to my account on time I will be charged.I need the cancellation and refund initiation to be processed immediately...

I have purchased Iphone 11 from Croma sector 12, Dwarka on 2nd November and paid through HDFC card. I was told that i will receive 6k cashback in 120 days and I haven’t received yet.
I can add even after 130 days now, I haven’t get my cashback in my account....

I had ordered a smart phone on 12th april 2019 with the option of home delivery by 21'st april (It was the only option for my location in bangalore). And i got the first invoice as home delivery. But the next day it turned to store pickup without my consent or prior notice.
I would like croma to resolve this and get it back to home delivery as i can't engage in store pickup. Home delivery was the only option available at checkout...

I have purchased a samsung tv from croma whitefield innvoice number sla[protected]. I was ready to pay full amount for the tv but the salesman forced me to pay with axis bank credit card with interest free emi option. I was told that the interest part will be credited back. He also said that there is a cashback offer and i will get rs 6600 cashback in 45 days. It is more than 3 months and still i have not recieved any cashback. Even they...

I received a bill invoice from croma kurla when i purchased this laptop on may 20 .But on the bill there is no service tag number without which dell wont provide me any customer support. Croma helpline won't receive my calls....

I have made a purchase from croma a lenovo laptop, pf168v3q, according to croma representative. It has 1 year warranty and i came out of the store, after 7 months it started creating issue i decided to sell it on cashify so executive came amd told its out of warranty. As per lenovo website croma representative cheated on my by showing that warranty is 12. Months left but it wal preactivated. Now laptopt is not working proper as it seems like...

Bought an iron from croma with extended warranty service, which needed to be replaced due to some issues. Then received new same product, but when that product also got issues then at the time of fixing, i was charged with service charge and that service charge is not being reimbursed by croma saying extended warranty is expired at the time of product replacement.

This was not informed during first purchase and during replacement...

I purchased an o'general asgg18cgta 1.5 ton 5-star inverter split ac from the croma store at e-150, saket road, saket, new delhi 110017, on 16th february 2020.

Through croma, the ac was finally installed by a technician from the authorised o'general service centre in manglapuri, on 7th march. The technician who came to fit the ac did a very sloppy and careless job. Firstly he made a large jagged hole on the side of the machine,...

Hie this is mrs avachar. We have purchased a fridge from croma on monday. Which has not yet been delivered. But that is not my problem the problem is the executive is not even interested in replying or answering the calls. He is disconnecting the calls not even answering the messages. This is not the way to deal, and this is not the 1st time last time when i purchased the tv was a same experience tv wasn't delivered on time. Pathetic service...

I had placed an order (#[protected] for croma 1 ton 3 star inverter ac (Model # crac7556) on 05/03/2020 and the delivery date was committed 12/03/2020. As per the status updated for my order on croma wesite on 06/03/2020, the order was handed over to logistics partner (Bluedart) vide awb # [protected]. I had also received invoice and delivery challan for the order. When i tracked the awb on bluedart website, it was showing no tracking....

I bought an lg front load washing machine on 9th mar 20 for close to 35k and was delivered the same on 10th mar at 9:30 am. When we opened the machine door, we could see the seal is worn off.

I am looking for a replacement at the earliest please as this is very upsetting and completely unexpected from croma. The product to be shipped must be shown to custiomers at the outlet rather than simply sending any defective product...

I have bought hitachi tv from croma aundh pune store on 22nd feb 2020. Since i wanted delivery in sindhudurg where delivery was not available, i asked them to get product available in goa branch. Manager agreed in 3-4 days product will be available in goa store. Post that after 2 week i got call from croma aundh that tv is available in goa branch. My relative visited croma goa 3 times but tv was not available then i called croma aundh one...

Ordered Date: 11th Feb 2020 - Online payment was also done on the same date.

Product delivery date was on 17th Feb 2020. I didnt receive the product on delivery date and NO PROPER update from croma Team

When called customer service they said product not available . so i requested for order cancellation.

From 17th Feb - 27th Feb (10 Days)...

Since the last two months I have been complaining by calling in your Customer care centre that the display of my washing machine is not working however so far none of the Technicians are able to resolve the problem and the complain is not attended properly with utter poor services from CROMA due to which I am suffering a lot . Machine is under warranty period ....

I buy a onw plus wrap charger from croma on 24 feb 2020 in 3 hours delivery when the charger arrives i plug in my phone in this charger then i come to know my phone mother bord is damaged so i dont jave any use of this charger, i acll thier customer for return of the product they said they cant do this. What kind of return policy it is?...

I purchased jbl 3.1 sound bar from croma pimpri pune on 16th feb 2020. The sales guy told that the display piece is only piece available and hence it is discounted.

Since, i didn't find and issue with the product i agreed and purchased the same. However, they said the original box is missing at there store, they just rapped in plastic and delivered. But they never told me that all the accessories provided...
