I have purchaesd a new led on 31-may-2020 through amazon which was delivered on 4-jun-2020. On 7-jun-2020 the engineer from croma service centre, new delhi came to our place and told us that the wall mount bracket is wrong. He suggested us to approach amazon and get the part replaced.in return we got a response from amazon that we can purchase the part which will be reimburse to us based on the invoice bill.

It has been an entire week, i am really struggling with service centre to get the part arranged.

1. Once the lady said we do not have the part but ordered
2. Then service engineer mr. Manoj said that we will not give you any bill
3. Then again the lady said we have the part in our stock but my sir is saying we will give new ordered part and not from our stock

Everytime there is some or the other excuse. I so tired of following up and they never bother to call back or update the status.

Led is just lying there worst than a show piece. There is no response either from amazon or from croma. Croma has become "corona". A real big pain in my head. They are not even responding on mails, twitter, call centre.

    Croma 43 inch tv

    I have purchased croma 43 inch tv last year in july month but now 8n my tv connection related problems are generating youtube is not working on my tv property also some other app are also not working browser is working net connection is proper but apps are not opening so kindly check issue...

    Had purchase super general ac on kurla phoenix mall during first services operator had broken blurer fan while so many followed and call operator came to fix the new fan again second time operator had broken fan don’t know why croma company do this with customer after 02 months followed operator fitted new fan but problem is that why so many followed required with croma even had purchased under warranty product however out of 02 services i had received only one services through croma one is pending pls send the operator for second services

      The most pathetic fake online retailer. I had placed my order (Order id[protected] on 14th june via online portal of croma. On the portal it was mentioned that delivery will be done by 16th of june. But even after a week i haven’t received the delivery. I started emailing croma support and till date haven’t heard back on email. Then i started calling them and registering complaint, everytime i called the support they would tell me to hold on for a day or two. And finally on 21st that i called support they are now telling me that the product is not available with croma and they are arranging the product hence delay. Finally i have cancelled my order and now i hope they return the amount within a week. They are just doing false promises on their website and playing with their customers.

        They sold me a 4k tv... I told them specifically that i need the content on 4k. Thyey said don't worry it's an 4k tv... It will be in 4k.. But the content isn't in 4k... Then why did they fooled me by saying it is 4k tv. When i went into the store they showed me a you tube video. Quality was good. I told them to show me netflix in 4k. The said that net speed isn't good here.. When you connect it with a faster internet it will show 4k... I believed. But netflix quality isn't showing.. But i can say that it's not even hd.. Same with amazon.. Video quality is even worse in amazon... I want company to compensate me

          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: computers & consumer electronics

          The issue that i have experienced was: i ordered apple airpods 2 on 6th of may and and get it delivered on 15th of may. When i use airpods i got to know that one pod is not working so i dialed customer care number and tell them the issue. They submitted a service request:-sr[protected] on 19th of may. After that no action taken by them till now no notification or mail that by this time your issue will be solved. Every time i dial customer care number i got to know update will be send to you within next 24 hours but i didn’t get anything from them.

          Just think about my prospective as well i order a product on 6th of may and its 20th of june for now and i’m still waiting for my product.

          Please short out this issue as soon as possible. I’m totally frustrated upto this time now.

          It occurred on: 6/05/2020

          Please replace/return/refund as fast as possible.

          I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

            I write this complaint with utter disappointment.

            I have placed an order of siemens dishwasher 12p sn256io1gi slvr under the name jay mahendra shah on 5th june 2020 at 3:08 pm and have paid full advance amount of ₹37650 at the time of placing the order.

            I was promised that the dishwasher will be delivered within 10 days. As of the date of the complaint, 19th june i have still not recieved any delivery from croma.

                    I have bought CROMA CREL 7318 Tv from croma.com website online. I ordered tv on 5th May 2020 and expected delivery date was 15 may 2020. After many calls and complains I got the delivery on 8th june 2020. The tv worked fine for only one day, after that lines came on the tv screen. So I called croma and asked for replacement. The technician came and initiated the replacement process. I was told by technician to call Waluj store executive named Neeraj sir whose phone number is [protected]. I called and asked him about the replacement to which he answered that the Waluj store do not have CREL7318 model. He asked me to pay extra money and take other model. Why the hell should I pay extra money? Firstly I got very late delivery that too a faulty peice. And when I am opting for replacement croma is taking no action from past 1 week. I was told we can't provide same model as replacement and he asked me to pay RS 2700 extra for similar model with no specification upgradation. Why should I pay extra cost even if the replacement policy is still active? I either want my refund or a replacement with same model or other model without paying even a single penny.

                      Very sorry to share the worst experience with croma, i don't knw why but i am not at all satisfied with your client communication process. I have bought the ac from store on sunday 14 june. Here are few things which i want to escalate:

                      1) no confirmations on billing and installation time and warranty vouchers over the email. A client keep wondering about those things as there is no single email or sms stating these commitments from croma side.

                      2) installation service is super slow as compared to amazon and flipkart. When a person opts to buy from your store he definitely looks forward to fast service, its been 4 days and not a single call or sms about the technician visit.

                      3) i have really not bought ac to kept it in my home.. I[censored] can deliver next day why then take so much time for installation, what is the use of ac sitting idle at my home. It definitely doesn't solve my purpose of next day delivery.

                        I had made a complaint to croma earlier on 30th may 2020. I had sent number of mails on 7th, 10 th, 11th june about the same. Problem not attended at all. This consumer grievance has been raised a week back. Even though i get replies that the problem will be attended to maximum of 15 days.. Now it is over 18days. Still it has not been attended. I have paid rs 4000 for extended warranty of 3 years but i am not getting any service. There is going to be another lockdown from 19th june.                           I have purchased Samsung 65 inch 80 R TV with Samsung fridge 700 litters side by side doors. My complaint is about sales and service staff.
                          1Poor communication and no response to calls
                          2 Even after 1 week of purchase installation is stuck due to wall bracket which Samsung technetium says its provided by Croma .Croma guys just don't pickup phone or give vague reply that it will be done.
                          3 I was given thermal paper copy of bill which is not acceptable by us and not readable
                          4 No hard copy of warranty in spite of repeated calls and messages
                          5 poor customer relation service by toll free number

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I had redeemed my sbi credit card's reward point to croma e-voucher (Cv71hyrk44) of rs 5000 to buy some online product. The credit has massaged me the e-voucher no. However, in the payment portal of croma this voucher is not accepting and showing the error voucher not found. I tried to contact customer service, however, there phone is mostly non-operational or they are telling to go to the store. There is no store in our state and under this type of pandemic situation it very difficult to go to the store. Most surprising thing is for utilizing e-voucher i need to go physically, then what is use of e-voucher? Kindly take some necessary action.

                                    Voltas 1.5 ton window air conditioner bought through croma stores in annanagar chennai, is not working effectively since 29th may 2020. So reported to croma on 30th may 2020. And as per their oral communication the complaint number is bof 300520. W 00346 dt 30.5.2020. (11 days back) i am surprised that till date they have not attended to it. The above ac was bought in dec2017 with additional amount of rs4000 paid towards extended warranty of 3 years. The warranty is upto december 2021. They are quoting covid 19 as an excuse for the delay. I wish to inform you my another airconditioner, carrier make had a problem 25 days back which was attended by carrier service engineer the next day. The restrictions were more at that time but inspite of the restriction it was attended next day. What is so special about croma.in this hot summer in chennai when this problem not attended in 2 to 3 days even after much relaxation, then i would like to get a refund of for this. “voltas airconditioner “ i will rather go in for a better make.
