    I had shifted my house and hence raised a request for re installation of water purifier on 28th November 2020. Expecting the normal time required for the services to be provided I waited till 4th Dec but since not receiving any update called again only to understand that my request not entered in the system. But at the same time my new address has been updated already. But the gentleman this time assured to speed up the process and get it resolved in 2 to 3 days. Today on 6th as promised I got a call stating the technician will visit today. But unfortunately again in the evening I get a call from technician stating today he had another area to cover so he will come tomorrow when he is in the area near to my side. Totally disappointing services from Chroma. Definitely not going to buy anymore products from Chroma. I totally regret for buying most of my things from Chroma and that too with extended warranty from Chroma.

      I bought Samsung A51 from Croma Wakad on 14th November. Started the phone on 15th November. Used it on and off till 23rd Nov. following issues with its Audio (volume less than Samsung J Max that I had previously), Image Resolution (pixelated), Phone call voices garbled. We visited croma wakad, pune on 24th nov to get the phone checked. They sent the phone to Samsung workshop / repair centre. The phone was under observation for 5 days, and after this long they say it was a software update. We requested customer services team at Croma Wakad to exchange the Phone for a better version and higher price. We did mention that ok to bear the difference and if they want to deduct some (some as in some.. and not give us offer less by 10K) amount for the exchange that is fine as well. But no one was ready to listen / support. And we came back with the same mended phone. This was a gift and it has now ruined the experience and emotions attached for good.

        I register complain regarding AC service at customer care. Service man was come and just remove dust from AC not use any Bloor or machinery and also just throw water in outdoor unit. He told we are not using any Bloor or vacume to clean Indoor as well as outdoor units

            I’m very disappointed by Apple company big name big brand that’s it. Recently I bought a MacBook Air somehow I managed the money and bought it my work is completely done online I had to buy immediately on a urgent basis. I bought a MacBook from CROMA well defined store for electronics. After I bought this I found some default in camera resolution I went back to Croma told about the issue inspite of solving my problem they told its manufacture of apple they have made the recent (20202) models like this. Got so upset I landed to maple store to compare my model with same model. To my shock the model which was kept on display was very much perfect it’s camera resolution was perfect with proper clarity high resolution. I tweet same on Twitter He told me to give MacBook to service centre they will look after the issue: I was completely down hearing this. My new MacBook which I bought few days before I have to give it to for service keeping my work on hold I submitted MacBook at Croma store for service. Later I got a mail after 10 days saying your problem got resolved and kindly collect it front store immediately I rushed to store and again I see the problem is still existing.
            I didn’t collect cried and returned home with disappointment. Then I got a mail saying if I will not collect they will give it for charity. Anything could be worse then this ?

              Actually i had a Croma gift card with card no.[protected] & amount of Rs-5000.

              Today i went to Croma outlet to buy some item with this card, But unfortunately it got expired in Oct'20.

              As i live in remote area, Due to Covid lockdown i didnt used the card in the timelines.

              Please renew it so that i can use it.

                  We bought an one plus 7t pro display phone (which you put on the store as a demo ) they told us it will cost us 39, 700 and 4 things will come free
                  1. One year extended warranty
                  2. 1year screen protection
                  3. 1 year free repair on any appliances
                  4. Croma earphones
                  They didn't gave us bill on the spot, second day when we got the bill, the phones price mentioned on the bill was 30, 700 and they charged us 9 thousand for those schemes above-mentioned, and when confronted they gave us vague answer that if you buy those schemes they only phone will be available to you at this price. It was demo phone used for about year or two years who knows then they gave ripping price still we bought thinking this things are added for free, but they scammed us, by adding chargeable scheme which they told us that will come free and phones price is 39, 700. This is pure scam either by your company or your store(Junagadh).
                  This is the copy of invoice

                  Item code 221588 is the phone which they said will be priced 39, 700 around

                  Then the item code 184053, 226040, 226097, 219045 will be given free.

                  They did not gave the bill the day we bought the phone, they said because of the rush bill will be available to you tomorrow.

                  Second day when I got the bill I saw they charged for this schemes 39, 727
                  In this phones price was only 30, 799

                  And things that they told us to added free of cost was charged

                  For item code-184053, RS charged-2, 622
                  For item code-226040, RS charged-2, 867
                  For item code-226097, RS charged-2, 639

                  And then they throw in the croma earphones for 799 saying it's free,

                  Item code 219045- RS charged-799

                  Totally they charged 9000 rupees extra saying this all stuff is free

                    Its past 90 days and as per the offer which was then showing on the website I was to receive INR3000 cashback on my credit card (this offer by the way was there at that time on all websites selling the mentioned Apple product but I chose to purchase online from Croma)

                    I have not received any cashback not any information regarding the reason for delay

                          I had purchased a jabra 65t elite from croma store on 15 nov 2020. Having used the product before i was aware that jabra faces some bluetooth problem in left earbud quite frequently. So i enquired with the store and i was assured that i would get hand to hand replacement if any problem was detected.
                          This was because i had made it clear that amazon is providing the product for same price and giving no questions asked replacement. The product malfunctioned the very next day and i went to croma service stating the same. The left bud was continously giving a cracking noise. However the team refused to accept any malfunction. Now the product is also producing a hissing noise. The team is saying they will send the product to jabra service centre. I fail to understand why a replacement is not provided when the product fails the very next day. Service team led my Mrs shikha is absolutely unwilling in admitting the fault. When the admit that product has fault, instead of providing a replacement they are sending it to service centre for repairs which takes days. This fraud would only defer people from buying again.

                            I am prateek Agrawal, have booked LG TV on your Bhopal Store and chose EMI option and used my Bank of Baroda Credit Card.

                            Invoice No.- SLA[protected] and Product Description- LG LED 139cm 55UN7350 4KUHD

                            But in current month bill i had to pay full amount of Rs. 59000/- approx and could not avail EMI offer.

                            Please escalate the matter with the bank and do the needful at your end and arrange to provide cashback offer and EMI offer .

                              I purchased an HP printer at Croma Prabhadevi on Nov 13, and was promised delivery on Nov 16 (latest by Nov 18 due to Diwali rush). But I have still not received the printer, and the customer care number is un-responsive. The 3 - 4 times I could talk to customer care, they asked me to call back with no update. This is frustrating - I have already paid Rs. 6200/- and no delivery with almost a week gone by.

                                Hello i naresh dixit purchased a dell inspiron 13 5000 laptop from your store in Bangalore on[protected] and I was told invoice would be mailed which i have not received even after continuous follow up. But now my laptop is having issues and for reinstalling licensed software's and product key i need to have my registration ID which I was told would be in my invoice. I urgently need assistance on this as its affecting my work as its dependent on my laptop and software.                                   I bough a Bajaj Geyser on 15th Nov. I was told that the service is inclusive of the price. On 18th Nov, 2 people came to my place for the installation and open the box, when they looked at the bathroom, i was told that your site is not ready and it has to have the tabs. I told them that i have the Tabs but they denied the installation that this is not their job and you need to call a plumber. They didn't installed the Geyser.

                                  I would like Croma to do the installation without the "Terms & Conditions" applicable.

                                    I purchased a new Croma TV 49 inches durng the month of August from Avadi Croma branch. The magic remote which comes along with the TV did not function which was found by me the next day of installation. The installation person came again the next day and collected the magic remote for service/ or replacement.
                                    Now till now four months had gone but I have not received the magic remote. Made many phone calls but got only explanations in return.
                                    I have also made a complaint in person with the Avadi Croma branch where I bought the TV.
                                    But till now only explanations are getting to me that tooo after my phone call.
                                    Till before I had a great hope about the service setup with Tata products. But now I lost my hope.
                                    I hope atleast ths complaint will help me to solve the magic remote issue.

                                      I regret to inform that after mere 47 days i faced great inconvenience & harrasment in the above product. There was no cooling in the refrigerator on 10/11/2020 & i had to give complaint for the same.The complain was resolved by the technician on 11/11/2020. However the same problem has reoccurred again on 17/11/2020 & there is insufficient cooling in the fridge .

                                      I would like to mention that i have purchased a new fridge for hassle free & continued performance .I am unable to use the fridge anymore & the same would have to be replaced by croma or full refund has to be given . I am keeping emergency medicines in the fridge which have to be kept at the required temperature & cannot face problem in the same .

                                      Kindly ensure that there is no further harassment to me in this regard .
