I am complaining because i am not satisfied this product and croma poor team service. If you can not resolve complaints please stop sale as like poor products.

When i first learned of this problem, i contacted at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint. Customer care executive are fake. You have nobody take to responsibility for service.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. But all staff ta ta fisss.

    Extended warranty given by croma is just cheating the people. It is not only croma, it is with any vendor. They say extended warranty for two years but wont cover any thing with in the warranty time. It is a game played by product manufacturers and dealers to grab the money from customers indirectly.

    I was cheated badly by croma and kent ro with a game they played. Croma executive forced me to take extended warranty for two years by charging rs. 2474. He said it covers filter replacement as well for 1year inclusive product and two years extended, totally three years.

    But filters got damaged with in 8 months. Of course, everyone facing the similar issue with kent ro. Their new models are not working properly and getting damaged with in few months. I also faced the same. Kent is manufacturing worst products now a days.

    Now service man said, it is more than 6 months and they wont cover filters and croma saying they will cover only after one year. This is the game they are playing together with csuotmers.

    This game can be good for them to cheat and grab the customers money but not sure if they are not thinking about losing the faith on them in the customers.

    From my side, i will never buy any thing from croma and wont refer to buy kent any more.

      Team, my concern doesn't need anyone to present at my home address.

      While paying for the laptop rs.1000 added extra. I didn't processed since price got auto increased later 500 coupun provided by croma to clear the cart. This is kind of cheating. While placing order it was showing 13% off and the effective price is 42990 (Snapshot attached, prior to ordering this laptop i had sent the snap to my family for confirmation) however while paying i paid 43490 saying 500 discount provided to clear the card. I had no option but to place the order thinking i would discuss this. Mr. Amarjit from akshar plaza is aware about my concern and the person who called for delivery confirmation is aware of it.

      Pls give justice an refund my extra paid money back to account (If cart discount added for clearance then the amount is[protected]= 42490) however i paid 43490 (, rs.1000 extra).

      No resolution till date.

            Since 1st Jun I have got a ticket logged with Onsite Go as recommended by Chroma at the time of purchase in Aug 2018 while they pitched for extended warranty.
            I was reluctant paying extra but they pressed on the need and sold the extended warranty.
            Now when I am in a bad need of my refrigerator to get repaired, I am not getting any support from Chroma, as Onsite go has taken 26 painful days and umpteen calls and mails to their escalation team. Finally an engineer visited my place yesterday when I mentioned that now I don't have any way left than to reach consumer court.

            The engineer came and tried filling gas but to no avail, and after an hour he left as it is saying there is some blockage at freezer and hence it can't be fixed. He will update onsite go and they will get it replaced.

            During all this Chroma support had no response to my mails as I kept them in copy on all emails. I contacted Chroma during this time around 12th June, 20th June and 24 th June but not a single time I got the desired support or update. A default response on email and call is seriously irritating.
            Yesterday I got a call from Onsite go that as a last resort they have logged a case with Whirlpool and an engineer will visit me shortly.
            Today I got a call from Whirlpool that engineer is on the way but I will need to pay for the visit and repair.

            I am baffled with the way this service warranty is given. If I had to pay then I would have better done it 26 days before without facing so many issues and waiting till eternity. Secondly I should have never bought the extended warranty in the first place.

            Chroma have played smart, earner money just to push the product to customer and for relaxed, no support, no response, no accountability.

            I feel cheated and would like to take this further to consumer court as not even Chroma support has provided the contact for grievance cell or ombudsman and now I have no way left. This was the last thing I could have dreamt of after purchase from a Tata group and a brand.

              Respected sir,
              Hlo myself rajesh Kumar bought a printer on 03/06/2020 from m2k rohini they gave us fake guidance at the tym of buying and now the product is shown out of warranty we complain the customer service couple of tym but they are not responding. They said us that it prints 10000 pages and now the printer is not printing 500 pages itself and now it's toner is very low. I also contact hp customer care but they are also not responding us they are saying contact the retailer because product is out of warranty.
              Pls sir I humble request uh pls refund my money back .

                I have bought so many products from them because of the name of TATA as it's Tata brand but such people who manage and such employees are spoiling the brand name

                I request the management to take an action
                Recently I bought a Bajaj geyser on 14 June 2020 paid extra amount when compared to other Store as they promised installation but it's 25 June and no response, called customer service also visited the store and spoke to suman Croma manager who promised installation by Tuesday 23 and still no one has called for installation and neither forw any demo

                  I bought lg refrigerator from croma. It is making noises now. I have logged a complaint with croma on 9th june (Complaint# bof130620ew00045), they promised to resolve it in 4-5 days.
                  On 5th day i called croma support ([protected]), they changed their statement and told me that due to covid situation complaint will take longer time of 10-12 days.
                  On june 22nd (11 am ist) i called croma support to check the complaint status, customer representative told me that they have closed my complaint without any information or confirmation from me.
                  I requested to talk to their senior, but none of their seniors were in shift, so they created new case for me promised that their senior will call in 24 hr.
                  I did not got any call, next day (June 23) i called croma support again this time again told me by eod i will get the call.
                  June 23, 5 pm ist i called support croma support as i did not get any calls from croma, they told me none of thier senior management is in shift they will be available next day morning 10 am and i will get call back in 24hr.
                  June 24 10 am ist, i called croma support and again got same reply that their senior management is not avaiable as they are not in shift.
                  Looks like they don't have an senior mgmt and they are just fooling customers. Now they are telling me that complaint will take another 15-20 days to resolve.

                        I took refrigerator of lg company in 2015 from pune aundh branch and i shifted vadodara last year but on 31 st may my refrigerator stopped working so i complained and person from lg came to check on 1 st and told compressor gone and till then till today no reply from lg guys. Taking only time and giving fake commitment.. Very pathetic.
                        I am been suffering from daily losses of vegetables, milk getting bad due to summer.

                          I have purchaesd a new led on 31-may-2020 through amazon which was delivered on 4-jun-2020. On 7-jun-2020 the engineer from croma service centre, new delhi came to our place and told us that the wall mount bracket is wrong. He suggested us to approach amazon and get the part replaced.in return we got a response from amazon that we can purchase the part which will be reimburse to us based on the invoice bill.

                          It has been an entire week, i am really struggling with service centre to get the part arranged.

                          1. Once the lady said we do not have the part but ordered
                          2. Then service engineer mr. Manoj said that we will not give you any bill
                          3. Then again the lady said we have the part in our stock but my sir is saying we will give new ordered part and not from our stock

                          Everytime there is some or the other excuse. I so tired of following up and they never bother to call back or update the status.

                          Led is just lying there worst than a show piece. There is no response either from amazon or from croma. Croma has become "corona". A real big pain in my head. They are not even responding on mails, twitter, call centre.

                            Croma 43 inch tv

                            I have purchased croma 43 inch tv last year in july month but now 8n my tv connection related problems are generating youtube is not working on my tv property also some other app are also not working browser is working net connection is proper but apps are not opening so kindly check issue...

                            Had purchase super general ac on kurla phoenix mall during first services operator had broken blurer fan while so many followed and call operator came to fix the new fan again second time operator had broken fan don’t know why croma company do this with customer after 02 months followed operator fitted new fan but problem is that why so many followed required with croma even had purchased under warranty product however out of 02 services i had received only one services through croma one is pending pls send the operator for second services

                              The most pathetic fake online retailer. I had placed my order (Order id[protected] on 14th june via online portal of croma. On the portal it was mentioned that delivery will be done by 16th of june. But even after a week i haven’t received the delivery. I started emailing croma support and till date haven’t heard back on email. Then i started calling them and registering complaint, everytime i called the support they would tell me to hold on for a day or two. And finally on 21st that i called support they are now telling me that the product is not available with croma and they are arranging the product hence delay. Finally i have cancelled my order and now i hope they return the amount within a week. They are just doing false promises on their website and playing with their customers.

                                They sold me a 4k tv... I told them specifically that i need the content on 4k. Thyey said don't worry it's an 4k tv... It will be in 4k.. But the content isn't in 4k... Then why did they fooled me by saying it is 4k tv. When i went into the store they showed me a you tube video. Quality was good. I told them to show me netflix in 4k. The said that net speed isn't good here.. When you connect it with a faster internet it will show 4k... I believed. But netflix quality isn't showing.. But i can say that it's not even hd.. Same with amazon.. Video quality is even worse in amazon... I want company to compensate me

                                  I am writing to you to raise an issue about: computers & consumer electronics

                                  The issue that i have experienced was: i ordered apple airpods 2 on 6th of may and and get it delivered on 15th of may. When i use airpods i got to know that one pod is not working so i dialed customer care number and tell them the issue. They submitted a service request:-sr[protected] on 19th of may. After that no action taken by them till now no notification or mail that by this time your issue will be solved. Every time i dial customer care number i got to know update will be send to you within next 24 hours but i didn’t get anything from them.

                                  Just think about my prospective as well i order a product on 6th of may and its 20th of june for now and i’m still waiting for my product.

                                  Please short out this issue as soon as possible. I’m totally frustrated upto this time now.

                                  It occurred on: 6/05/2020

                                  Please replace/return/refund as fast as possible.

                                  I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                    I was promised that the dishwasher will be delivered within 10 days. As of the date of the complaint, 19th june i have still not recieved any delivery from croma.

                                      I have placed an order of siemens dishwasher on 5th june 2020 and have paid full advance amount of ₹37650 at the time of placing the order. I was promised that the dishwasher will be delivered within 10 days. As of the date of the complaint, 19th june i have still not recieved any delivery from croma.
