Havells geyser (Instanio) not heating within barely 2 months of its purchase. Purchased refrigerator on 24th dec'19, item delivered on 26th dec'19, demo completed and it was switched on on 27th dec'19 but refrigerator didn't started cooling till 28th dec'19 morning. Complaint to croma on the same day. Till today 08th jan'20 didn't get any solution of replacement.

I purchased this product (E-faber hood tratto plus bk ltw 60) on[protected] from croma aundh pune and still i have not received it.
Every time i call them they just say we will update you and still we have no updates. I have already paid them full money and they promised to deliver in 2-3 days. They not resolving my issue and they have no idea about the product....

Hi, I was ordered an item on 1st December 2019 to my address. Actually I am new to croma, I have purchased an item worth of 6999 Rupees.
