Dear sir/madam,
Ref: invoice no. Sla[protected]
Sub: unattended complain about refrigerator (Item code - 209467) purchased vide above invoice number.

Concerning the above-mentioned subject, i would like to state that we had purchased a refrigerator from nadiad, gujarat croma store (Pin 387001) vide above-mentioned invoice number on 8th may 2020 and installed on the same day.
On vary 2nd day of purchase: after getting it installed on vary the second day we found some cooling problem in the fridge and ;
On the 3rd day of purchase: we informed the same very next day to the store manager from which we purchased it.
On 4th day of purchase: he visited on the fourth day and he said we have overfill the fridge so it's not giving the desired cooling and after that, we also managed to clear some unnecessary stuff from the fridge after that we waited for two days to get the desired cooling but it failed,
On 7th day of purchase: we went to store and told your complain representative to register a complain (7th day of purchase) and he said complain already registered and assured us that the technician will come in 3 4 days but after waiting for 10 days (I. E. 17th day of purchase) nobody appeared,
On 17th day of purchase: then we again visited the representative (Not the same but a different one as the previous one wasn't available) and he said that no complaint about the said customer has been registered after checking online complain portal and then he said he is registering to complain now and he told us the complain registered and a technician will come in 4 days and we waited for 4 more days (21st day of purchase)
On 21st day of purchase: and when we inquired the same with your representative, he stated that he was informed by the technician that he has talked over the call and the customer denied the need of technician while in fact, we have never received such call from any technician that day. And after some strict argument from our side, then he assured us to send a technician on the next day ;
On 22nd day of purchase: and he appeared and he verified the fridge condition and cooling performance and freezer performance he informed over call to his superior about the replacement needed for the product. Even after the visit of the technician and his remarks about the replacement we have got no response from your store. And after this we were also facing new challenge in fridge pertaining to door of fridge which was not closing properly, we were facing issues with cooling and now it made us more panic as more than two-three problems are being faced by us in just 20 days.
On the 29th day of purchase: after a week we visited and inquired about the status of the same then we were informed that the time period for replacement has expired which was 15 days of purchase which we were not aware of. While as stated above we have visited your store after on 3rd day of purchase and on the 7th day of purchase (That time as stated above your representative told that complaint has been lodged by him which was denied by the other representative after 10 days).

So here my concern is why there are lots of fake promises for resolving the problem? And why this complaint still has not been resolved and we have to go to their places again and again? My concern is we trusted the brand croma and we bought it on with tata product name, but it failed us and we disappointed and in the future, we will think twice before buying a product from croma due to poor customer support department.

I have attached a bill photo and one of the issues of the fridge, as per manager of the store, this is not an issue, it's common in all the fridge : (

    We purchased croma refrigerator and washing machine from your shoe room located at a s rao nagar, hyderabad (Invoice no: sla[protected] on 2nd june, 2020. Refrigerator has been promptly installed. But even after repeated requests on phone, washing machine has not been installed so far. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

      Croma or amazon i brought an croma 1. Ton ac with free installation from amazon order #[protected] date 01 june 2020, delivered - friday, 5 june 2020 on delivery address pin 110032
      I am still awaiting installation, demo and warranty registration. Even after 3 days of delivery, it has not been installed
      Dear croma i am totally disappointed with your service, you people are not seeing at all customer satisfaction.
      I many times call croma after delivery for a. C installation on my native place pin code 201102 and which was schedule today but no any response till time
      Even i received one call from croma centre call centre from mobile number +91-[protected] they say that your ac a. C installation can not be done on pin code 201102, only they can installation on in delhi, he is helpless to solve this issue, is that customer service??
      Is this my duty to do follow ups with everywhere..
      Also stated we have no any details from amazon or croma, is this way to schedule service??
      Is this is a right way to support your customer???.
      This is totally disgusting your height of ignorance with respect to customer. Please take action on priority

        Purchased macbook pro 13 inch touch bar 256gb on 23 may.
        In new days i start facing problem with keybord than i raised a complaint to apple support that time i come to know from apple web that this is an old model of macbook and they took same amount as of new model

        I went to the store with product and tried to explain to store manager
        Store manager is tell that is your problem that u didn’t asked for 2020 model you asked for only new model and we dont have 2020 model stock and our staff is not aware with new model we don’t have idea abou new model so we cant do any thing with your product...

        I purchased on bajaj finance. I spent this much mony n i got old model becoz they were not aware with new 2020 model

                I have purchased iphone 11 on pune pimpri croma store on jan 1 2020 and i was assured, i will get 6000 rs cash back after 90 days of purchase, which i dint get till date.

                I understood it may be because of lockdown issues. I called croma customer support multiple times regarding the same in last month (May) and i have been informed that cash back issues resolved only after store opens and they were not sure, when it opens and there is no precipice for them check online.

                After i tried multiple times to helpdesk, one lady picked my phone and conference the call with store, not sure how, they were unable to do it before and did this time.

                The store guy asked me to send charge slip to them and which i did last friday and been told that it will resolve in 2 days. I called on tuesday again, same thing was informed to me saying will resolve in 2 days.

                Today i called again, maya from croma store says, she is not sure when it resolve, as it’s back end team issues not ours. If i ask for approx date of resolution, for which she refuse.

                My financial situation is bad due to corona. This cash balance issue helps me little in this situation.

                Had a great experience with croma store and help desk team

                Note : it took me 10 days to reach customer care executive via phone and store lady maya replied to my email today, when i asked to reply

                  I have raise the complaint with croma center for repairing symphony cooler as on 15 may 2020 this product was under warranty till 23 may 2020 & due to the lock down i have received the email from the croma team they will provide the services once the situation will be normal. But when i called as on 05 june 2020 to the customer care they said your complaint has been closed & our team has provided resolution to you.

                  While from the croma team no one has called me & no issue resolved & now they are saying that your warranty has been expired.

                  Kindly help to resolve this issue.

                    I have recvieved hitachi inverter ac with tampered packaging on 24th may 2020 (Images enclosed).

                    The packaging was torned out and the cardboard was pulled apart. There was no seal, the packing was done by an ordinary tape which itself was torned at several places.

                    I was not accepting the order at the time of delivery, but the delivery person told me to raise complaint at customer care or email at customer care, then my return request will be raised.

                    After rigirous continuous follow up with the customer care, ac was picked up after 6 days. (That was too annoying and tested patience)
                    As per customer care, same model of ac was no more available in croma stock, i was assured of the refund within 3 days.

                    There is no notification on the process of my refund as of now even after 6 days. The customer care knows nothing. I did not even received any email/mesg from croma regarding the process of my refund.

                    Kindly help me to process my refund by today eod.

                    It already been 12 days i have been tortured. Service from croma is pathetic.

                    Kindly get my refund processed as soon as possible and try to help my issue.

                      I ordered for a sunflame auto-ignition stove through tata cliq which is croma's online shopping portal on may 11th 2020. I have still not received the product. They are timelessly delaying the delivery. They promised delivery on multiple dates in the past but delivery did not happen on any of the promised dates. We raised multiple complaints with croma and tata cliq but nothing resulted in a resolution. We are fed up with their poor service as the same happened earlier for a different order also.

                      I want the product to be delivered immediately without further delay.

                          WE HAD BOUGHT SAMSUNG FRIDGE FROM KEMPS CORNER CROMA OUTLET ON 15.05.2020. BUT STILL NO PERSON HS COME FOR DEMO. THE COMPLAINT WAS GIVEN ON 16.05.2020 for fridge refrigerator not working after that several complaints were given but all in vain.
                          Till date the person has not come.
                          Kindly look into the matter ASAP or we shall return the fridge.

                              Hello sir,
                              I purchased hitachi ac on 25th of may from croma preet vihar outlet and got delivered on 26th of may. The staff ensure me that they would send the technician to fix the ac within 48hrs after the delivery of my product. But today it’s 3rd of june more than a week didn’t received any service from croma.. They send two so called technician who told us it’s very difficult to install it ac so u do one thing, open a carton and start at ur end... This kind of service provided by so called reputed brand..

                              Sir i need ur help regarding this matter.. Because we r facing lots of problem because of this harassment..

                                  It's been a while i have logged my 2 requests regarding the fault in refrigerator but i haven't got any revert from croma executive asking about the problem.in this time of lockdown you cannot provide services door to door but kindly give us a call and assure us that the issue will be solved soon

                                    My croma gift card expiring today. Spoke with executive from croma who assured that all the cards expiring during lockdown will be auto extended for 3 months. But when i am trying to purchase online today, i am not able to purchase as it says the card is expired. Note that the original validity of card till today, that means i am not able to do purchase based on original expiry. And i did not get any extension on expiry date as promised on call. I am stuck in ahmednagar city for last two months because of lockdown, where there are no croma stores so could not physically visit store to utilise it.

                                      Address: Croma Hyderabad Kondapur branch.

                                      I have refused split ac delivery from croma kondapur hyderabad branch. Tried to call branch several time but no pickup of phone. Please refund the amount for offline purchase of haier ac. I have refused ac due to croma delivered an online ordered and immidately cancelled ac to my home. I thought it's haier ac delivery from offline store and allowed in my society. My contact number is [protected]. Please provide refund for haier ac asap.
