I had made a complaint about microwave for poor heating but unqualified technician failed to troubleshoot & burnt the transformer. Now they are charging 3100 for repair.

Yesterday night around 8pm, i ordered a one plus 8 from croma online. After entering the otp received on my phone for completing the transaction, it showed as payment successful, but after that the web page just became blank for about 15 mins. I then closed the web page, and then checked on my croma account. Theere is no record of an order, but the amount has been debited from my account. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible....

Extended warranty given by croma is just cheating the people. It is not only croma, it is with any vendor. They say extended warranty for two years but wont cover any thing with in the warranty time. It is a game played by product manufacturers and dealers to grab the money from customers indirectly.

I took refrigerator of lg company in 2015 from pune aundh branch and i shifted vadodara last year but on 31 st may my refrigerator stopped working so i complained and person from lg came to check on 1 st and told compressor gone and till then till today no reply from lg guys.
