    I booked Apple Watch SE cellular on Croma online store. The order confirmation page said to collect the watch at Connaught Place Croma store... I am sitting here for the last 1 hour and the store people says they have not received the order and they can’t even track where the order is stuck.
    Look like we are living I Stone Age where no one knows anything, everyone is busy attending to new customers and does not care for my issue since I have paid already.
    Wow this is Croma which says 24x7 service and even beyond...

      Hi sir,
      I got a new Croma Android tv from mandya showroom two weeks back. Now I am facing display problem and audio problem in tv. Already twice the Croma servicing people came and try to resolve but still same . It's a brand new product and facing this kind of issues at early stages. Requesting u to please replace the product itself. I don't think so it lasts for years. So please replace it .

        This is with regards for no timely delivery of Washing Machine as promised.(HOPELESS SERVICE), false promise.
        The executive of Croma gallery- Ghodbunder Road Thane West (Mr Amit) has assured of delivery of Washing Machine on 04th Nov 2020 at my residence in
        Malad (W), as full payment was made on 02nd Nov 2020.
        On 04th Nov when calling executive Mr Amit for the confirmation of delivery, he had assured the appliance (Washing machine) will be delivered latest by today evening.
        We recieved call from the delivery boy (Vijay Kori) and he informed he will deliver washing machine by 2100hrs as stuck in traffic, when again calling him at 2200hrs he was on delivery for some other appliance somewhere and informed in a very rude and rough tone.
        This is not at all acceptable, false promises are given to customers at the time of booking.
        I would like to request you to take strict and disciplinary action against the delivery person Mr Vijay for his misbehavior, and need and acknowledgement.

          Greetings.
          I would like to bring to your kind attention that I bought a Hitachi fridge vide Invoice No. SLA[protected] dated 24 October 2020. The product was not available for delivery still the salesperson accepted the order but there was nothing to supply.
          The state of affairs at the moment is this that nor the South Extension outlet of CROMA is delivering the product nor they are reimbursing the money paid by me.
          Before I move to the court I thought of checking up with the Senior Management of the CROMA if they would like to intervene and help me out.

                      We had been calling at [protected] complaining for the faulty machine but it's really sad that there has been no action..only talks. We got assurance from [protected] that technician will come but that never happens.
                      I would request to replace it as it is under warranty.
                      Never expected such ignorance from croma though I am a local customer since years.

                        Order placed on their online store for a DELL Laptop. Full payment of Ts 64494 made. They then called that laptop is not available and told me to cancel the order on their online store. When I tried I found that it shows Invoice generated an no option to cancel !! Called them back - they said send an email to customer care. The email got a system based reply saying the "complain" will take 7 - 10 days !! This is no complaint !! They put up a product on thie rstore which is not available with them - make the customer pay and then take you round in circles ! Till today after calling customer care ten times - standard response from their call centre is that they have forwarded the request for cancellation and it will take 7 - 10 days !!! This is highway robbery ! Enticing a customer with a product - making him pay and then just not responding !!

                          Doesn’t know how to take pre-booking. Doesn’t have the knowledge of products they are selling. They even gave me a wrong bill of what I ordered. And moreover, Worst Customer Care Service in the world. Customer Care Executive just hang up the call after making a hold of 1min. And it happend with me thrice in 10 minutes. I was a big fan of Croma but now, My perspective has been changed. This is all about Croma, Ansal Plaza, Greater Noida(UP).

                              I ordered a Sony WF-1000XM3 Wireless Noise-Cancelling Headphones with the Croma gift cards on 27/10/2018 at 11AM, the order was successful with the 3-hour delivery. They said they will send me a confirmation email shortly, but the email never arrived.

                              Then I called the customer service, and with my consistent effort, I was able to talk to them after one hour of trying. Then the representative said I can't see any order, even after I provided the order number. In the end, he raised a ticket and said they will call me within three business days. I mean, seriously, you guys are advertising three-hour delivery and now saying they will be able to help me in three days and who knows when I will get my product.

                              I would like this resolved quick, otherwise please send me my money back.

                              After watching all the complaints here I am confident this website is a complete scam, none of the orders are ever confirmed. I am never buying from Croma again.

                                This is regarding the purchase made on[protected] for an HP laptop at Croma Wakad Pune. I received an Old laptop with the manufacturing of Jun 2018. I had raised a complaint on Croma Customer care but did not receive any resolution. I do not want them to replace my laptop but at least replace the battery.

                                    I ordered an Amazon Echo Dot 4th Genreation on Wednesday, However, I have not received any confirmation on the Croma website or through email or SMS, also money has been deducted. there is nothing in my croma orders section.

                                    Due to Croma's PATHETIC customer service, I'm not able to track if this order is confirmed or not or how will I get my money back.

                                    I want my money back asap. This is Ridiculous that you guys cannot even call back to check on your customers, I have raised a request from croma website as well to which I have not got any response.

                                    There customer executives dont even reply.

                                    I request Croma to escalate this higher and get me my money back.

                                      This is regarding LED TV 55 inches Croma brand purchased by me last year.
                                      I booked complaint that it is getting hanged. Your person came on 19th Oct, he said software problem and tried to resolve. I paid him Rs. 810.
                                      Next day on 20th problem again occured. We called him, he said hardware problem and talk to service centre.
                                      I called service centre, there I got reply that Board must be changed.
                                      I told them to send quotation on email. She said yes. But nothing happened later.

                                      My questions:
                                      1. How come a gadget of thousands of rupees does not work even for 13 months?
                                      2. Are you going to resolve the issue?
                                      I am ready to pay the charges.
                                      3. How come the product failed immediately after warranty period?
                                      4. Are you going to consider Rs. 810 paid by me for unresolved issue?

                                      Your immediate reply is appreciated.

                                      Your call centre called me for feedback where I gave negative 10 marks, but no response from your side. Whether Call centre is just a formality?
