I had ordered a Realme 7 mobile phone on 13th October 2020 at nearly 12.30 a.m. The amount of 15, 009 was debited but the order was not placed. I had placed the order with ONE-DAY DELIVERY as it was to be given as a gift on the 15th. But the so-called TATA enterprise could not deliver it even after 3 days.
I have called their customer support nearly 10 times and mailed them my response 15 times. But whenever I get a call from them the call is very hazy unclear and the voice of the employee can not be heard.
The call center employee blamed me saying that it was my mistake that the call was so hazy. And every time I request a callback it comes after 2 days.
Whenever I ask them to mail me the details(which they wanted to communicate on-call) they never respond even after 48 hours.
Is this how you treat customers?
I was not able to gift it just because of your carelessness and your unresponsiveness.
Either Place the order today or I would request compensation for the mental torture that I had to bear.

My complaint is still not resolved. Please resolve it as soon as possible.
I made an order today i.e., 17 oct 2020 of Rs 61304.00/- (iphone 11 and mobile accessories). The amount has been debited from my account but there was no order confirmation. Tried to talk to customer service immediately but they were of no help. Said my voice is cracking and hung up the phone. I wasn't expecting such service from croma. Transaction details will be attached below for your perusal.

        Had purchased croma smart tv from sion croma in March 2019. Have 5 years of warranty on it.. Few weeks back the liquid was flowing on display of TV screen so technician told will get replacement. Inspite of repeated follow ups haven't received any voucher from on site croma so we are not able to go to sion store for replacement. Kindly look into this matter as we are not getting proper response from them

          I ordered a vaccume cleaner on 13th of oct and amout of 8999 is debited from my account but there was no response from croma, no text no mail no invoice generated and when I called croma they asked me to call the bank(bank confirmed the transaction) and then croma asked me to wait for 3 days for the response.
          We pay money and get this in return?

            I have ordered for the Apple MacBook Pro MWP42 10GI5 on 7th of October, It's been one week i am trying to contact Croma custmer care team regarding my two complaints, First complaint is In their website they give in the Product name it mentioned 8GB RAM, But in the detailed description its 16GB, i will attach the screen shot, They are already changed.
            Second concern is They promise me they will deliver the ordered product on 14th October, until now it's dispatched not even single information about the delivery yet.
            I've been calling every day their customer service agent will say our concern team will update you within 24 hours, It's been one week, still waiting.
            Please help me to find me a solution. Your help will highly appreciate.

              Ordered a HP 15s-dr0001tu (Product Id: 219231) laptop worth ₹32, 994 on 9th October 2020. It was a Store Pickup from Croma Breach Candy Mumbai. The next day (10th October 2020) i checked my croma account saying product is ready, i was just about to collect my laptop i get a call from croma breach candy store saying product is out of stock and the piece they had was faulty and what not! And even still the staff was trying to sell me another laptop around 42, 000. I said i don't want another thing from croma. I just want my refund.. and the breach candy branch is the worst. Called total 6 TIMES.. never picked a single call. They said refund would be done in 7 working days. I just want my refund in time or else I'll fill a proper lawsuit in court.

                I have purchased a Lenovo Laptop from Croma, PLOT NO 18 Mangalam Place, Sector 3, , Rohini Vikas Surya Shopping Mall, New Delhi, 110085 in March 2016. They did give me a temporary butter paper bill for my purchase. I have frequented the store many a times giving my every possible contact number that I might have given them for registering my purchase of laptop and still there is no help from the staff's side. I have also given them my only mailing id for the same. But they are not helping me out. I wanted to service my laptop but allas of no help from Croma on helping me out with a duplicate bill.

                  I had purchased a Croma Food Processor from Amazon, and it stopped working after a Month. I visited Croma and deposited the Item with them. They said that I will receive the refund for the same within 7 working days, and today it has been more than 1 month but I haven't received my Refund. I paid for the Product using Credit Card and I being Charged Interest for the same, just bcz of the refund that has not been credited yet.                     I have taken a dell laptop on 19 July 2019 and I took 2 years additional warranty. After 11 month I got issue on battery. I went ot dell service center on 15 July 2020, they said the bill is not updated till now, as its showing on 28 oct 2018. But I bought on 19 July 2019. I raised the request on 20 July 2020 and till now my issue is not solved I'm visiting the store for more than 3 month regularly to update the bill but they are just giving reason only but not updating the bill. They are giving false information about this everything and just passing the days.

                          I have purchased apple airpods from chroma janakpuri on 24th aug (8:30 pm),. The product was not ok. It works like a fake product that your executive sells on the name of chroma. We paid more than 14000. On 29th we went to get it replaced, the executive said, go to the apple showroom. We are not accountable to that. Chroma doesn't care for complaints. Do as many complaints as you can. Why would we go to apple service, it is the responsibility of chroma to replace the product. There are consumer rights & forums too. The reliance digital is far better than the chroma people. I need either a refund or replacement. Kindly take action against the executive named vicky who abused me. I will be filing a case against you n the executive too. the manager is not supportive. They should learn some manners. Ruthless staff. I hope the complaint section don't work like that

                            I'm very regretted about chroma service and i feel bad as a tata employee. Because today i have buying one laptop in chroma worth of 68000. But i didn't get employ discount on my tcs i'd card. As the manegement told system not accepted the offer. Because already hv brand offer on this product. Here brand offer is provided by lenovo company. Here i'm asking about which my company providing benefits to employees. Please sort of this issue asap.

                              Hi, i am gautam khanna, resident of purvanchal royal city, greater noida.

                              I have purchased 3 air conditioners from croma store at ansal plaza, greater noida on 7th april 2019 via invoice no saa[protected]. These are split acs of lg brand (Duel inverter) with 2 t, 1.5 t and 1 t capacity respectively. The sales man vipin mishra who delt with me was smart enough to sell me 3 acs while i was just inquiring about choices available. Vipin forced and convinced me to take 2 year ongo extended warranty also on all the three acs explaining that one year standard warranty would not be enough since in the first year these higher starred acs would hardly require any service. He explained that your acs will be covered for all type of services, repair or replacement if required through extended warranty and it is worth to spend few thousand more and take extended cover. I thought he is talking sense to me and i paid extra amount for all 3 acs for 2 years extended cover as he said.
                              Now here is where i was cheated. Vipin cheated as he did not told me that this 2 yr extended warranty is from croma and not from lg. I never knew that this will be the beginning of my suffering and hardship as a consumer, by customer service quality of croma.

                              I faced several issues with all acs in the very first 3 months o[censored]sage but complaints were resolved by lg engineers during first year of standard warranty after followup.

                              At present my 1.5 t ac is not working properly since the beginning of these summers ie march '20. I raised complaint at lg but its technician refused to address saying that ac is out of warranty now and i have to raise a complaint with croma since extended warranty is from croma and not lg. Unfortunately due to covid situation and lock down croma remained closed for 3 months.
                              I have raised several complaints since july but till date fault in my ac is not repaired. After several followups lg technician visited me a couple of times but could not repair the defect in unit. The captioned 1.5 t ac is with 5 star rating but since it does not cool properly i am forced to operate it for whole day and night. It has resulted in increase in my electricity consumption substantially in last 3 months.

                              I am deeply disappointed and desperate now after following with onsite and store and chasing them for last 3 months and demand replacement of this faulty ac unit since it seems not reparable.

                              As a consumer this has turned out to be a worst experience to buy electronics from croma. I hope my complaint will be addressed and this faulty unit will be replaced asap.

                                I have ordered croma 25l convection & grill microwave oven cram0191 black 202977 imei/sr. No. 123 on flipkart on date 06/07/2020. I received the appliance and after unpacking the box from day 1 its not working. Immediately i raises issue with croma customer care on number [protected] and also through mail where i mentioned invoice no. Fad6a[protected] which is mentioned on the invoice. But croma customer care told there are no details fetching with either from invoice number or from email/mobile number. After great difficulty i got another invoice number from flipkart customer care sle003fk1309863. After approaching croma customer care with the new invoice number they informed me they have registered a compliant on the same issue with compliant number chn010920fs00452 dated 01/09/2020. On 11/09/2020 i received a call from croma and informed me they are allocating a technician for repair of the same from nearest place to my residing place and again on 19/09/2020 also same called received. But nobody turned up. Today again i called to customer care for status of my compliant and they have informed me they cant provide service at my residing place.

                                  Subject : poor battery performance of the new laptop purchased from croma, indirapuram

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I purchased a lenovo laptop on 4th june 2020, from aditya citi centre, indirapuram croma store. After coming home and using the laptop for a day i observed that the the battery of the laptop is not normal and drains out in 1- 1.5 hours while i was promised for a back up of 4-6 hours of working. I called the croma customer care and the croma centre told us to contact lenovo helpline. We could not reach the lenovo customer care as it was 10 pm. We went to the croma store and the croma store kept the laptop for testing and assured us that our issue will be resolved but when we reached the store we were given all the assurances except no refund or replacement can be provided only the product can be repaired. After spending rs.62000/ no one would want a defective laptop.
                                  I have been following up with croma and lanovo helpline but the issue is still unresolved. I mailed lenovo and croma both several times but none of them is ready to take responsibility of the faulty laptop which they sold me. The croma centre has tested it physically and lenovo people have also tested three times but no remedy or replacement has been provided. None of the two croma or lenovo people are owning the defect. Even when it is clearly a manufacturing defect, the lenovo people are saying they have checked that the machine is perfectly fine without any substance and they say back up upto 4-6 hours means it includes less than 1 hour and 1.5 hours also. No report of the performance of battery strength has been shared with me showing that the battery is giving back up of 4-6 six hours as committed/promised at the time of sale to me.. I want to replace defective piece by a good piece. I have been regular customer of croma for many years and on this reliance i purchased this laptop from croma but this time croma centre has cheated me badly. Earlier croma people were saying the delay in addressing the issue is due to corona pandemic but it is almost three month and i am waiting for a solution. I am exhausted calling at croma and lenovo and i am suffering by this issue mentally and physically. Every time i call they say leave the laptop and they will check it. I have been suffering mental peace, my work and in monetary terms too.

                                      I have purchased an hp laptop on 12th august 2020 through croma online and received the same on 15th aug 2020. On 16th i opened the laptop and found defective as it continuously giving an error 'pc ran out of error'. I visited croma-kondapur branch given the laptop they installed some updates and returned to me saying it will be fine. But immediately on 18th i went to showroom and handed over the laptop to them as it is not working. After so much hue and cry they said it got repaired and everything is working fine and send it to my house address on 28th aug 2020. But the problem remains same after updates installation every moment it is getting restarted without my intervention and also getting 'pc ran out of error' every time i tried to login. This is the worst experience with croma and the croma customer service. Can you let me know if you are going to do something on this or not.
