I ordered a Sony WF-1000XM3 Wireless Noise-Cancelling Headphones with the Croma gift cards on 27/10/2018 at 11AM, the order was successful with the 3-hour delivery. They said they will send me a confirmation email shortly, but the email never arrived.

Then I called the customer service, and with my consistent effort, I was able to talk to them after one hour of trying. Then the representative said I can't see any order, even after I provided the order number. In the end, he raised a ticket and said they will call me within three business days. I mean, seriously, you guys are advertising three-hour delivery and now saying they will be able to help me in three days and who knows when I will get my product.

I would like this resolved quick, otherwise please send me my money back.

After watching all the complaints here I am confident this website is a complete scam, none of the orders are ever confirmed. I am never buying from Croma again.

    This is regarding the purchase made on[protected] for an HP laptop at Croma Wakad Pune. I received an Old laptop with the manufacturing of Jun 2018. I had raised a complaint on Croma Customer care but did not receive any resolution. I do not want them to replace my laptop but at least replace the battery.

        I ordered an Amazon Echo Dot 4th Genreation on Wednesday, However, I have not received any confirmation on the Croma website or through email or SMS, also money has been deducted. there is nothing in my croma orders section.

        Due to Croma's PATHETIC customer service, I'm not able to track if this order is confirmed or not or how will I get my money back.

        I want my money back asap. This is Ridiculous that you guys cannot even call back to check on your customers, I have raised a request from croma website as well to which I have not got any response.

        There customer executives dont even reply.

        I request Croma to escalate this higher and get me my money back.

          This is regarding LED TV 55 inches Croma brand purchased by me last year.
          I booked complaint that it is getting hanged. Your person came on 19th Oct, he said software problem and tried to resolve. I paid him Rs. 810.
          Next day on 20th problem again occured. We called him, he said hardware problem and talk to service centre.
          I called service centre, there I got reply that Board must be changed.
          I told them to send quotation on email. She said yes. But nothing happened later.

          My questions:
          1. How come a gadget of thousands of rupees does not work even for 13 months?
          2. Are you going to resolve the issue?
          I am ready to pay the charges.
          3. How come the product failed immediately after warranty period?
          4. Are you going to consider Rs. 810 paid by me for unresolved issue?

          Your immediate reply is appreciated.

          Your call centre called me for feedback where I gave negative 10 marks, but no response from your side. Whether Call centre is just a formality?

            Robotic vacuum cleaner/Issue with my return

              I visited Croma store, South Extension on 17/10/2020 and deposited the advance booking amount of Rs. 10, 000 for LG 70 inch TV. The next day (18/10/2020) they called me and said since this had already been billed at another outlet before me, now they will not deliver. They wasted my time in the first place in the store, while I had made up my mind soon after entering the store to buy the TV, by offering cash back and EMI options which took one hour to figure out and finally they said that this was not possible. Now they are saying that since it was booked at another outlet before me, they will not deliver the TV. I take strong objection to this unethical behaviour and demand that my product be delivered as I have already deposited the booking amount as well. I am a senior media person and my time is very precious, and being such a big brand, I expect that Croma do justice and get my product delivered. My senior citizen mother was also with me for so long in the store, and I exposed her as well in this Covid time. I expect quick redressal of my grievance and hope to hear from you at the earliest.

                I made a purchase on 17 oct 2020 of Rs 61304.00/- (iphone 11 and mobile accessories). The amount has been debited from my account but there was no order confirmation. Tried to talk to customer service immediately but they were of no help. Said my voice is cracking and hung up the phone. I wasn't expecting such service from croma.                   I have purchased a Apple earphone from Croma store on 14th Sep 2020 for @Rs 2400. The piece is on a one-year warranty with manufacturer . But with 2 days it’s not work any more
                  I have tried reaching their service-staff but no response. I am not satisfied with the repairs undertaken. Since the piece is on warranty and the problem is persistent, It was full manufacturer problems I request you to replace it with a fully-serviceable one at the earliest kindly.They have make a fake damaged bill from Apple brand store.

                    I had ordered a Realme 7 mobile phone on 13th October 2020 at nearly 12.30 a.m. The amount of 15, 009 was debited but the order was not placed. I had placed the order with ONE-DAY DELIVERY as it was to be given as a gift on the 15th. But the so-called TATA enterprise could not deliver it even after 3 days.
                    I have called their customer support nearly 10 times and mailed them my response 15 times. But whenever I get a call from them the call is very hazy unclear and the voice of the employee can not be heard.
                    The call center employee blamed me saying that it was my mistake that the call was so hazy. And every time I request a callback it comes after 2 days.
                    Whenever I ask them to mail me the details(which they wanted to communicate on-call) they never respond even after 48 hours.
                    Is this how you treat customers?
                    I was not able to gift it just because of your carelessness and your unresponsiveness.
                    Either Place the order today or I would request compensation for the mental torture that I had to bear.

                          Had purchased croma smart tv from sion croma in March 2019. Have 5 years of warranty on it.. Few weeks back the liquid was flowing on display of TV screen so technician told will get replacement. Inspite of repeated follow ups haven't received any voucher from on site croma so we are not able to go to sion store for replacement. Kindly look into this matter as we are not getting proper response from them

                            I ordered a vaccume cleaner on 13th of oct and amout of 8999 is debited from my account but there was no response from croma, no text no mail no invoice generated and when I called croma they asked me to call the bank(bank confirmed the transaction) and then croma asked me to wait for 3 days for the response.

                              I have ordered for the Apple MacBook Pro MWP42 10GI5 on 7th of October, It's been one week i am trying to contact Croma custmer care team regarding my two complaints, First complaint is In their website they give in the Product name it mentioned 8GB RAM, But in the detailed description its 16GB, i will attach the screen shot, They are already changed.
                              Second concern is They promise me they will deliver the ordered product on 14th October, until now it's dispatched not even single information about the delivery yet.
                              I've been calling every day their customer service agent will say our concern team will update you within 24 hours, It's been one week, still waiting.
                              Please help me to find me a solution. Your help will highly appreciate.

                                Ordered a HP 15s-dr0001tu (Product Id: 219231) laptop worth ₹32, 994 on 9th October 2020. It was a Store Pickup from Croma Breach Candy Mumbai. The next day (10th October 2020) i checked my croma account saying product is ready, i was just about to collect my laptop i get a call from croma breach candy store saying product is out of stock and the piece they had was faulty and what not! And even still the staff was trying to sell me another laptop around 42, 000. I said i don't want another thing from croma. I just want my refund.. and the breach candy branch is the worst. Called total 6 TIMES.. never picked a single call. They said refund would be done in 7 working days. I just want my refund in time or else I'll fill a proper lawsuit in court.

                                  I have purchased a Lenovo Laptop from Croma, PLOT NO 18 Mangalam Place, Sector 3, , Rohini Vikas Surya Shopping Mall, New Delhi, 110085 in March 2016. They did give me a temporary butter paper bill for my purchase. I have frequented the store many a times giving my every possible contact number that I might have given them for registering my purchase of laptop and still there is no help from the staff's side. I have also given them my only mailing id for the same. But they are not helping me out. I wanted to service my laptop but allas of no help from Croma on helping me out with a duplicate bill.
