I have ordered Croma gift card worth Rs.2500 by 17th September 2019,
I got 2 gift card (1*500 and 1*2000) from croma actual expiry date mentioned on the card is 1 year.

Today I checked the validity of the card, for one of gift card worth Rs.500 I have validity till this month end but for another gift card worth Rs.2000 that's expired, ordered both card at same time with same order.

I am tata employee I used to believe Tata enterprise but this really disappointed me lot, am looking for some positive revert for this complaint.
Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I sent mail to Croma customer support team regarding this issue, they just replied me to check with vendor.

I got Croma gift card (worth Rs.2000) so it's croma responsibility to solve such kind of issue if any customer raises complaint.

Really very bad... I never go for Croma products and never recommend this to anyone, such a worst customer care support which Croma provides.

    It's been 15 days and I am fed up of all of calling Mailing and complaining
    Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    As per the update received from concerned teams, the product has been delivered on 29/08/2020.

      In reference to the captioned subject i have purchased a washing machine whose bill is attached for your reference.Â
      From the day of purchase when the engineer came to my home for installation of the machine some faults are seen but engineers convey to us it will nothing it will work day by day when the machine goes on working.
      From that day to till date several times untrained engineers came to my home to see the machine who are totally unable to understand what the actual problem in the machine from the last 5 tp 10 visits almost all the parts in the machine are changed. Now they told us the machine display cpu is not working properly so now they will change it once it will comeÂ

      If i have several problems in 1 year of washing machines tenure then how it works in upcoming years.

      So its request to you please change the product.

        I bought e elica hood wd hac bf60 on 19th aug from croma blore ssmanor a018, kalayan nagar, yesterday and today that's 26th and 27th, they are trying to deliver seal opened product to me and when i spoke to concerned person over phone, he said i should take it as it comes opened only and they are forcing me to take delivery of opened (Twice sealed product) customer service is pathetic.

          I've mistakenly ordered Redmi K20 for Redmi K20 pro. So after the realisation I tried to cancel the order. They've said to consult to customer care, and I consulted them. They've said the order "cancellation request" is complained and I would get a message regarding it in half an hour. But there is no such message. So I again called them and they again repeated the same talk and again they said I would get a message. But nothing changed. I did get none. So I tried to contact them again, but this time I couldn't be able to connect the call, it just automatically rejects. It's been 10 days and I didn't get my order, refund money and more importantly the message that they've said they would send. It costs "22, 000 Rs". And I even cried a lot of times. I hope croma refunds my money.😫

          I've been torturing them by calling their customer care. Guess what happened, they've refunded my money. So my advice is to just show the real torture. Have a nice day.🤪👍✌️

            I bought a double door lg refrigerator model no gl-t502fpzu from croma electronics paying inr 53, 990 and 2 years extended warranty inr 4, 990 on thursday (20th aug 2020). Fridge was delivered on 21st aug 2020 afternoon. But the installation & demo didn't happen till now. A lg representative walked into my home yesterday (24th aug 2020) around 7:00 pm and asked for a knife to cut open the packing material of the fridge. His name is karthik with phone number [protected]. He was very rude and showed his frustration on me. I said that i don't have a knife which cuts the packing material, he simply walked away without doing anything. Such people with attitude should be fired from the organization. The expectation is that lg representatives who are coming for installation and demo should carry their own tools. People is service industry should first learn how to behave with their customers instead of yelling at them. As a working women, i had to stay back taking 3 days leave (22nd, 24 & 25th aug) for the installation, but till now no calls from either lg or croma on the installation and demo. I sincerely need compensation from lg end for putting me in trouble and going on lop. I will definetly take it to social media if i dont get immediate response from croma end

                I have purchased dell laptop 15 day ago. From croma sector 22 chandigarh same was defective piece. My laptop develop heating problem
                Battery driange. And shutdown after abrupt noise. And no battery backup mrs ruchi area sale head sitting in gurgaon doesn't have any answer neither they are replacing nor providing refund.. Service level is pathetic

                  I have purchased TCL 55P8E UHD SMART ANDRD, Order No.[protected] on 12th August 20 and TV was delivered on 14 Aug 20. Today is 17 August still there is no communication for installation from Croma. I called Croma Helpline no 5 time and they don't have any information. Evey-time I am told that the request is forwarded to TCL. Croma is not taking any responsibility of installation. I have also requested for order cancellation if installation is too difficult . What is the use of spending money and book TV on priority?

                    Bought apple iphone on 07th August 2020 @ croma stores for which I paid by hdfc credit card under brand offer @ 0% no cost emi for 6 months and cashback of 5000 rupees after 120 days under the brand emi offer prevailing that day. But when my statement came, it was the shock of the day, as there was no mention of emi and claimed the full amount as outstanding, if I do not pay in full, i will have to pay 4% extra per month appx, and I cannot pay in one shot such a huge amount? And I do not know where and whom should I complain regarding this event, croma and hdfc credit card people only can resolve and that too at the earliest as my due date to pay back is month end.

                                Hi team,

                                I bought a new hp laptop i3 generation 10 from croma store, janakpuri, new delhi-07 on 26/7/2020 for my office work.

                                It costed me approx rs. 44, 000/- including 2 year extended waranty sold to me by croma representative.

                                I paied rs. 15, 289/- as down payment and rest amount i got financed from bajaj finance.

                                On 27/7/2020 i used it for my office and it started giving issues likes slow performance,, blank scree, system hang, basic apps becomes unresponsive, overheating etc..

                                On 28/7/2020 i called hp customer care and they adviced me few basic trouble shooting steps which i performed and they assured me that laptop would start working fine now.
                                I used it for that day and the next day but same issues were coming and i was'nt able to work which hampered my days performance in office.

                                Next day i again called hp customer care and they transferred me to their level 2 technician who took remote of my laptop and performed troubleshooting and again ensured me that laptop will work completely fine..

                                But nothing improved and i faced same issues while working in next consecutive days..

                                On 1/8/2020 i decided to go to croma store to make a complaint and they suggested me to visit hp service center located in rajouri garden new delhi
                                And ask for assistance.

                                Same day i visited the hp service center and they submitted my laptop stating that they will check and troubleshoot the issue and will call me to pick up the laptop.

                                On 6/8/2020 i got a call from hp service center to pick up my laptop and i visited the center for pickup.
                                I asked the tech sandeep :what all troubleshooting have u followed, he stated the same steps which i had already performed with hp customer care.
                                I asked him what if this laptop again gives me same issue, he told me then u have to buy extended ram worth 5-6k to increase the performnace which i totally denied.
                                I went home used the product and obviously it gave me same issues which i faced earlier.

                                On 7/8/2020 i went to croma store again to return the product and get my refund,, they simply denied any assistance and said they will again send it to hp service center for troubleshooting.

                                I told them i have already spent so many days and time in all this i just dont need this laptop anymore as hp service center also denied me further support stating u have to purchase a new ram which i denied..

                                I spoke to croma service manager praveen pandey,, on phone he literally shouted at me saying that he cant do anything jusyt leave the laptop and he will get it checked.
                                At last i had to leave the product there and they said they will call me once they get revert from hp.

                                I request u to please provide me resolution for this complete harrasment i faced.

                                I need refund of my full amount which i have paid and a legal action against croma and hp especially the service manager of croma praveen pandey (Ph# [protected]) for harrasing and insulting me..

                                I am attaching all required documents for ur assistance.

                                I except a speedy reply and resolution from you.

                                  I bought online apple ipad througg online croma portal and it been around 12 days still it is not deliverd. When i call to customer care center they always try to refuse me. I am very disappointed with croma fell cheated.

                                    I had purchased a tv last year in september from croma store in borivali west, mumbai. While selling the tv, the executive had committed 2 cashbacks which i will get in 3-4 months time. Exact cashback amount was not committed but it was in the tune of rs. 2000 to rs. 4000 for each cashback. I just received one cashback in february of around rs 2, 200. My emi is also over now.
                                    On the bill which is very long and confusing it's written at the fag end that i am only entitled of cashback upto 5% of the value.
                                    Post march due to lockdown the shop was closed and now the shop has opened and they say that no scheme of 2 cashbacks are there.
                                    Since it's not mentioned explicitly on the bill i can't even fight. This is clear case of misselling. Never expected this from a company that belongs to tata group.

                                      [ ] please refer our repair request[protected] your mechanic visited on 4th august 2020. When i mentioned in my complaint as machine is dead your mechanic should have bring spears circuit with him. Now he is saying wait for 2 to10 days.in this rainy season it is very difficult, unnecessary delaying and vesting 2 times last 8 days from 27th july i am suffering. Please do it earliest.
                                      [ ] when lg representatives attending their complaint within 2 days. Next time we will buy products from respected brand shop. Not from croma.
