    I ritesh vishnu garud, purchased croma led 39inch tv on 30th june 2020. At that time i was being told by staff members that i will receive demo service within 3working days. My problem is this tv is smart and i don't know how to use it. Croma representative doesn't response to our quiry, now it's more than 4 weeks but no person has came to give demo for the use of led tv. This isn't fair. What did i do wrong, why these people are doing such bad things to us. We just want to understand the function of smart tvs, that's it. Very poor service response from croma. We are completely unhappy with this. For your reference i have attached bill. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Otherwise i will be forced to take legal action against croma.

          I was looking out for a washing machine and a new croma branch was opened at siripuram, vizag as such i have visited the branch last week and enquired about the different companies and models available.We choose to go with IFB a 6.5 kg machine and have processed the loan formalities.
          Yest[protected] we again visited the stores to pick up the washing machine and was suprised to note the following:
          1.The product that we are looking ws not avbl.in stock.
          2.I hv take HDFC consumer electronic loan and my permanent address is different from my delivery address, for which ur stores manager says as per rule we cannot deliver the item to the palce where we are staying but will deliver to the address mentioned in the aadhar card(permanent address).
          3.Mr.Sundar ws again explained about the place we stay but he ws not bothered about the customer just mentioned that we cannot deliver due to policy matter.
          4.The dly is a samll issue, but why ws it made a big issue and lot of argument took place and finally we were to return back.
          5.We have picked up the washing machine from another stores without any hassels...

          Is this the way a consumer is to be treated, we have wasted a lot of time going to croma stores several times and finally was denied the product that we want to purchase.

          I am sure that u will be loosing a lot of customers due to such inefficient staff and insane policies, my humble request is to pls enquire on the issue and see that the customer is given importance and that too during such hard times.
          Your have spent a lot of money and put up a world class showroom but the entire system in the stores confusing and not customer friendly.

          This is the experience which i had and its quite disturbing.

              not working (doesn't on)

              My laptop is not working since 20th july morning. It doesn't even on. At first i thought it might be due to low battery. So i put it in charging, but it doesn't on even though putting it in charging.

              I face problem since after 2 week of purchase bajaj cooler from croma ahmedabad.
              It doesn't work proper, fins doesn't move properly and cooling not ok, i tried a lots of time croma help line number [protected]
              But i didn't get any help from this number, all time busy number, very poor service i am not satisfied with the service and don't want to purchase any products from croma.

                Approx 10 times call customer care and mail to customer support

                No revert or call received from croma & tried to call customer care they said kindly wait will revert

                How much more time they required worst and pathetic response from croma once you purchase product from croma no one help or support

                  I regret buying anything from Croma.We have purchased water pureit purifier from Croma Andheri West opp. Infinity Mall.

                  with additional one year warranty from Croma with no fault from our side water purifier got faulty within 6 Months of purchase when the technician came from Croma he started asking for Rs 1800 to fix the fault. Why I need to pay when purifier comes with one year warranty since last 4months my pureit water purifier is down.

                    Croma as given me a 500rs e-gift voucher which as expiry date till 01/09/2020 but today i applied that voucher for buying some product in croma.com but it telling card expired how is this possible y they r providing expired card as gift. I'm so stressed bcoz of croma's foolishness.

                      Dear sir / Madam
                      This is regarding my purchase of phillips juicer HR1863 done on 05 feb 2020.The juicer stopped working within a month as it blasted while extacting the juice due to which the parts from the running juicer fallen here and there in the kitchen which was very scary situation .As once this kind of thing happen any one can get fear o[censored]sing the same product.On requesting phillips service centre asked for Rs1000/- which i paid as the service boy refused for repairing. but he left all the screws untight which i saw after he left the my house .The juicer is still not working.I would like to request to croma to kindly get the product replaced as soon as possible as doctors had adviced juices as a diet for my mother who is 70 years old but no one is listening neither croma nor phillips i bought the product on 5 th feb and i am writting mails from 19th march to both croma and phillips

                        I have buy a samsung handset a70 on 29.8.19 and i having a screen issue in 5.7.20 so i have submitted my handset to croma in warranty to repair and there is no damage will submitting my handset i have taken all pictures but after 2 days i got a call that ur screen is damaged. I have complain so now croma people are informing me that already ur screen has damage, my question why didnt u informed while taking handset while making jobsheet. Why after 2 days. Also i have tell to repair on paid basis i will pay bcoz i need on urgent basis 10 days are still gone i didnt receive any call that ur handset is ready. Very very slow service and bad experience with croma also complaint raised with gharakshuraska. Be alert while buying any thing from croma and also dont buy any other policy or insurance they didnt give any claim while any damage or issue will there. While in warranty they will tell this dosnt cover in insurance. While selling all things are included

                            I received a message from croma on 7th jul 20 that my order has been dispatched by cts awb no. Ban[protected]

                            But till now i am not able to track the same.
                            And now in the web site it only in the order received status.

                            When i ordered it was assured that the delivery date was 6th jul 20.

                            I am now started feeling that you are cheating on me, what is going on please respond, i have called the customer care several times but not clear response.

                            Pl don't push me to lodge police complaint or resort to legal action.

                            Croma just seems tk be cheating customers in name of Covid. My order for a harddisk was placed on 9th June 2020.
                            I received an sms that said that the order was placed and dispatched. No dispatch note number or any tracking details were available anywhere. Booked a service complaint SR[protected]
                            It's been 1.5months and now the Croma customer care says my money will be refunded. No signs of refund. Their reasons being they are working with minimal staff and courier services disrupted.
                            If the products cannot be delivered, don't accept orders and money against orders.
                            I currently feel helpless and sincerely repenting on my decision on shopping with Croma. This is the worst experience ever.

                                We have paid for refrigerator and got a damaged product. We ordered for replacement. Even after covid relaxations are made, we are yet to receive update. Daily update is we get from this that they need 24 hrs. For amost a week, getting the same update. We paid for product a month earlier. They are not accountable and no proper response is provided. Not even ready to refund immediately. They say refund would take 20 days to 1 month. Very disgusting

                                  The croma store in sion promised to call me when the repair centers are open. They said it would open in a week and they give me a call and i had to drop the product then. Even though i requested that the product be kept with them and it would be fine to take as long as it required. They denied my request saying sir it will sit here only. To decrease their workload they imposed an extra trip on me. There is no croma experience anymore. I specifically told them warranty would end in august if possible keep it with you so at least it will stay in warranty. All i feel now is that it's more than a month and they are actually waiting for my warranty to expire. They provide false information as well. Its strictly given on the box that its 2 year warranty. They say check their computers it's only one year.

                                      I came to croma Kukatpally, ordered 1 lakh product for one of my known person. I done with payment. I gave primary customer has Hira, primary registered mail is my mail and number only. Then lockdown cames products not delivered. After sometime I got to know that he is a thief. So I cancel the product, I mailed many times to croma to Cancel and I do not have an option to come croma to say all this because of lockdown, Am struck at my home town. After few days government give some options to open shops only. I got a email that your products delivered. When I call to croma said: how you delivered the product, I cancelled the product, they are saying we don't Cancel the product after payment, I delivered to customer only. If they delivered the product to customer then who am I? . Just because of delay responce in customer My products delivered to thief. The thief s are croma and Rahul.
