This is to bring into your kind notice that we have purchase one dakin split ac and one canon printer with 2 year extended warranty; but both the machine are not in working condition details are mentioned ;
1. Dakin ac is not cooling; it has gas leakage issue.
2. Canon printer is not giving any print.
Ac details are:-
Dakin ac; this is ac is not working. It’s not maintaining the temperature as we require (There is a cooling issue).

I have tried to call you on given number that is[protected] but i was unable to get through to you.
I would request you to please send an engineer to get it fix/repair asap.
Note:- as this ac and printers have 2 years on site warranty both bills have been sent to your registered email i’d.
