I placed order from croma in April and the manager promised if they fail to deliever the product I'll get the refund within 7 days. But it's 21st May now. Initiated refund on 13th May but no refund till now. They have not even cancelled the order.

    It occurs problem in sound suddenly it gone and suddenly it came and i bought it before 1 month approx. I don't know what is the problem in the led but i want to know that why it is occur nd my led is under warranty so want it's repair or replacement so plzzz do it on urgent basis.

      I bought a new laptop dell inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 and got only my laptop, power cord and the touch screen pen as part of the accessories when i bought it on 10-may from chroma koramangala branch, bangalore.
      Meaning there were missing items of the power companion and mobile adaptor.

        I have ordered a phone through croma . and the company didnt deliver the product on time. I had to cancel the order because of delay in time. But now they are not processing my cancellation request.

        The customer care doesnt give a proper response
        As per the update from concerned teams, refund has been processed on 23/05/2020 and would have been credited within 5 working days.

          I have cancelled the product on april 24, 2020 for the order id[protected], its being more than 23 days long, i have not received the refund. So worst service provide by croma. When i will get the refund?. I have contacted customer care service many times. But no useful response received still. I have received the mail on may 8 saying that there was a service request created for my complaint by mentioning this number sr[protected] and is promising that i will get refund in 5 to 7 days. But at the time of writing this mail (May 17). No refund has received.
          Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I had bought a voltas room cooler from croma store on 14.5.17 (Transaction number slf02a[protected] with extended warranty of 2 years. Recently the swing stopped working. The worst part is that same problem happened last year as well for exactly the same reason which should have been sorted last time only. I tried to contact the voltas customer care number [protected] on 1.5.20 but i was asked to call back after 3.5.20 as no executives were available due to covid crisis. I called again on 7.5.20 but the result was same. I tried launching an online complaint to voltas service.com on 9.5.20 but the site was down due to lockdown. I finally managed to launch an online complaint to voltas on 11.5.20 (Request id [protected]). The company person visited my house four days later on 15.5.20. After checking my product he advised to replace a part but advised me to take approvals from croma first. I immediately sent them a mail. I called croma customer care on 16.5.20 where i was told that the product is out of warranty. When i told them the sequence of my complaints and inability to contact voltas due to covid i was told that i should have contacted croma instead of voltas. Please tell me as a customer how am ia supposed to know that i have to contact croma first when i had purchased a voltas product. I was also told that despite nationwide lockdown croma customer care was fully functional and i should have contacted them earlier. My request to speak to someone superior was also denied citing limited staff. I would want them to replace the defective part and also replace the part that is leading to this problem again and again

              Dear croma,
              This is to bring into your kind notice that we have purchase one dakin split ac and one canon printer with 2 year extended warranty; but both the machine are not in working condition details are mentioned ;
              1. Dakin ac is not cooling; it has gas leakage issue.
              2. Canon printer is not giving any print.
              Ac details are:-

              Dakin ac; this is ac is not working. It’s not maintaining the temperature as we require (There is a cooling issue).

                    This complaint is regarding order no[protected] placed on croma website for home delivery. I had ordered a jbl wireless bluetooth headphones and they have accepted the order. During lockdown its understood that delivery is possible. There is no problem for me to wait. But they change the mode of shopping without even bringing to my notice. I am worried that since i have already paid the huge amount, anyone can collect the order in my name. But i have all the required proofs. Ill attach below

                      I moved out of the country and do not stay in india and hence was unaware of the timeline and hence could not use them in time.

                        I have brought Mobile on 19th Dec 2019 on 0% interest for 6 months EMIs of Citi bank Credit Card and as per EMI Schedule I should be pay 2333/- monthly but I am paying around 3300/- monthly.

                          As i am switching on the tv its just showing smart tv logo on the screen and in 10 second the tv is turning off. The tv is turning black in few seconds. This is my 3rd time purchase of croma tv. I have purchased croma smart tv 2 times before also and both the time it has turned faulty in few months of purchase and now even this tv is not working within few months of purchase.

                                I have purchased Iphone 11 from Croma sector 12, Dwarka on 2nd November and paid through HDFC card. I was told that i will receive 6k cashback in 120 days and I haven’t received yet.
                                I can add even after 130 days now, I haven’t get my cashback in my account.

                                  delivery option change to store pickup without notice.

                                  I had ordered a smart phone on 12th april 2019 with the option of home delivery by 21'st april (It was the only option for my location in bangalore). And i got the first invoice as home delivery. But the next day it turned to store pickup without my consent or prior notice.
                                  I would like croma to resolve this and get it back to home delivery as i can't engage in store pickup. Home delivery was the only option available at checkout...

                                  I have purchased a samsung tv from croma whitefield innvoice number sla[protected]. I was ready to pay full amount for the tv but the salesman forced me to pay with axis bank credit card with interest free emi option. I was told that the interest part will be credited back. He also said that there is a cashback offer and i will get rs 6600 cashback in 45 days. It is more than 3 months and still i have not recieved any cashback. Even they have charged emi every month with interest. They forced me to take interest free emi which was fake and cheated with cashback promise of 10% this is absolute cheating innocent customers. I am attaching the innvoice here.

                                    I received a bill invoice from croma kurla when i purchased this laptop on may 20 .But on the bill there is no service tag number without which dell wont provide me any customer support. Croma helpline won't receive my calls.

                                      I have made a purchase from croma a lenovo laptop, pf168v3q, according to croma representative. It has 1 year warranty and i came out of the store, after 7 months it started creating issue i decided to sell it on cashify so executive came amd told its out of warranty. As per lenovo website croma representative cheated on my by showing that warranty is 12. Months left but it wal preactivated. Now laptopt is not working proper as it seems like opened earlier used when found non functional, was refurbished by croma and re sold to me.
