Bought an iron from croma with extended warranty service, which needed to be replaced due to some issues. Then received new same product, but when that product also got issues then at the time of fixing, i was charged with service charge and that service charge is not being reimbursed by croma saying extended warranty is expired at the time of product replacement.

This was not informed during first purchase and during replacement also.

This seems to be the money earning business in such a way... By selling defected item and expiring extended warranty at the time of replacement.

This needs to be heared as not enough information is provided at the time of purchase. And now service charge is not getting reimbursed.

    अब मैं आपसे अनुरोध request करती हूँ कि मेरे में एक नई chopper खरीदने की क्षमता हिम्मत नही है मेरा आपसे हाथ जोड़कर प्राथना हैं आप अपने croma स्टोर से मोटर ठीक करवा देवे
    मैं आपकी regular customer हूँ और मैं East of kailash croma centre में ठीक करवाने गई थी यह Centre मेरे घर के पास है, मै संत नगर ईस्ट ऑफ कैलाश में रहती हूँ
    यह मेरी मम्मी ने मुझे बैसाखी पर Gift किया था जो की मेरी मम्मी nirman vihar में ही रहती हैं

      I purchased an o'general asgg18cgta 1.5 ton 5-star inverter split ac from the croma store at e-150, saket road, saket, new delhi 110017, on 16th february 2020.

      Through croma, the ac was finally installed by a technician from the authorised o'general service centre in manglapuri, on 7th march. The technician who came to fit the ac did a very sloppy and careless job. Firstly he made a large jagged hole on the side of the machine, and then he installed the fixing plate about two inches incorrectly, without aligning the ac to the hole that had been cut in the wall. The wall cutting was done exactly as marked by an experienced mason, and even when the people present pointed out to inshat ahmed that he was fitting the ac without aligning it to the hole - the mason was standing there ready to make any cutting adjustments - the technician took absolutely no notice of what they said and hurriedly went ahead with this dreadful fitting. He said he was in a hurry to go somewhere else. This means that the ac does not fit neatly - it is sticking out from the wall and there are pipes clearly visible inside the bottom of the ac! These facts can be clearly seen in the attached photographs.

      After i complained about the large jagged hole in the side of the ac, another technician came on 11th march, and replaced the piece of plastic that had been broken. However, they did not fix the incorrect positioning of the ac so that it fits flush to the wall. It looks horrible, and is a dreadful example of how an ac should be fitted! even the wires on the compressor outside look a mess.

      This faulty installation is not acceptable. The fact is your technician did a very sloppy job and did not instal the ac correctly. I am raising a serious complaint about this and demand that the ac be correctly installed. please see the attached photographs.

      Please treat this matter as urgent. I purchased the machine for my mother’s bedroom - she is nearly 91 years old and having removed the earlier one, she is now without an ac.

        Hie this is mrs avachar. We have purchased a fridge from croma on monday. Which has not yet been delivered. But that is not my problem the problem is the executive is not even interested in replying or answering the calls. He is disconnecting the calls not even answering the messages. This is not the way to deal, and this is not the 1st time last time when i purchased the tv was a same experience tv wasn't delivered on time. Pathetic service ever.
        I have to go out of town tomorrow won't be available for next 2 days.. Also we both are working can't be instantly available for delivery whenever these people call... They don't even have ethics of informing the status of delivery...
        If you people don't need business why test others patients close your shop n enjoy

          I had placed an order (#[protected] for croma 1 ton 3 star inverter ac (Model # crac7556) on 05/03/2020 and the delivery date was committed 12/03/2020. As per the status updated for my order on croma wesite on 06/03/2020, the order was handed over to logistics partner (Bluedart) vide awb # [protected]. I had also received invoice and delivery challan for the order. When i tracked the awb on bluedart website, it was showing no tracking. I contacted bluedart and enquired. They replied me that the order has not been still handed over to bluedart by croma. I have been making follow-ups with croma for last 5 days, still there is no rsolution from them. My order seems lost somewhere, but croma is neither accepting the fact nor arranging second delivery against my order. They have only one answer that "our special team is working on your issue".
          I am still waiting to receive my order delivery. Croma can arrange delivery through their local stores nearby my city but they are also not willing for it. Seriously i have never faced such issue with any other shopping sites. I placed order for the first time on croma and faced this issue. I insist croma to deliver the order anyhow, by any means today as per the committed date or pay me the compensation for wasting my time and efforts and for blocking my money. I want the delivery today anyhow and croma must arrange delivery today through their local stores nearby my city.

            I bought an lg front load washing machine on 9th mar 20 for close to 35k and was delivered the same on 10th mar at 9:30 am. When we opened the machine door, we could see the seal is worn off.

            I am looking for a replacement at the earliest please as this is very upsetting and completely unexpected from croma. The product to be shipped must be shown to custiomers at the outlet rather than simply sending any defective product without a quality check.

              I have bought hitachi tv from croma aundh pune store on 22nd feb 2020. Since i wanted delivery in sindhudurg where delivery was not available, i asked them to get product available in goa branch. Manager agreed in 3-4 days product will be available in goa store. Post that after 2 week i got call from croma aundh that tv is available in goa branch. My relative visited croma goa 3 times but tv was not available then i called croma aundh one person said it's available in goa store but some issue with billing so they can't give. Another manager said tv again dispatched to pune and it's not available in goa. No one is giving correct answer. It's been more than 2 weeks not i have not received tv on their own store when i paid full amount 2 weeks back.

                Ordered Date: 11th Feb 2020 - Online payment was also done on the same date.

                Product delivery date was on 17th Feb 2020. I didnt receive the product on delivery date and NO PROPER update from croma Team

                When called customer service they said product not available . so i requested for order cancellation.

                From 17th Feb - 27th Feb (10 Days) - I was continuously following up with customer service team, then finally on 28th Feb 2020 received a call on Confirmation of refund has be initiated and same will be processed within 5 days.

                Even after 5 days amount was not refunded and again called customer service they said that we have already forwarded the same to accounts team and they will send remainder again today.

                When the product is not available they shouldnt have deducted my amount or showcased in online. Why this happened??????????????????

                Why refund is taking so much time????????????

                      Hi,

                      I purchased jbl 3.1 sound bar from croma pimpri pune on 16th feb 2020. The sales guy told that the display piece is only piece available and hence it is discounted.

                      Since, i didn't find and issue with the product i agreed and purchased the same. However, they said the original box is missing at there store, they just rapped in plastic and delivered. But they never told me that all the accessories provided by jbl is available with them or not..

                      The optical cable and hdmi cable was not provided and i was informed that jbl doesn't provide the same.

                      When the installation guy from jbl came for installation, he said jbl do provides the hdmi cable and optical cable. Hence, when i visited the croma pimpri to get the hdmi and optical cable. The sales guy (Mahesh) told me that they don't have the same and refused that he said jbl doesn't provide the same.

                      When i spoke to his manager, he said we trust our employee and he is sure that he has not given any false commitment.

                      This is not just about the hdmi and optical cable. These guys have broken my trust on croma. If this issue is not resolved i'll share this incident with all my friends, family members and will advise to not by anything from croma going forward. Also, i'll post the same on social media.

                      I hope i'll get a resolution on this.

                        This is the worst experience that one can have from croma retail.
                        I bought a nokia 6.2 phone on 14th february 2020 from croma ambiance mall gurgaon.
                        At the time of sale the sales man opened the box and showed the phone and repacked it again. After reaching home the phone never turned on and i directly contacted the sales person about the same.
                        Next day i took the phone and submitted it to the store.
                        There is no response from the staff responsible. Even after several calls, they dint have any update about the phone. The whole staff including the store manager is transferring the calls to the further responsible person.

                        It's height of waiting and calling. I request the concerned authorities to take action and apply for refund or replacement of the product.
                        Even after 5 days of purchase, i don't have any information and any update about the product.

                          Dear Croma,

                          We have had a good experience with Croma till today. We recently made a bulk purchase from Croma at Oberoi Mall, Goregaon East, Mumbai. Our refrigerator was delivered today (Invoice No. SLE005EA1212598) by Blue dart and we received an extremely poor service from them. First of all the delivery men denied to parcel it at our doorstep telling us that they do not have the manpower. After a lot of arguments they said they cannot do anything and Croma store did not tell them our home was on second floor. I had a very long waiting call with Croma representative and she said someone from Croma will visit us in 30 mins and assist them. After that in couple of minutes the blue dart guys came at our doorstep carrying our fridge in a very mis-handled manner. The cardboard cover and the wrapping was coming out and I am pretty sure the condition of of fridge inside will not be good. After complaining to them they said return it later if you have problem with this one. We were not contacted by Croma after that and no one has visited us since then from Croma, even after filing a complaint. Is this how you guys deliver our products? I am so disappointed in Croma for such an unprofessional behavior. When you sell your products then you make so many promises and once the money is received this is the way the customers are treated.

                          Croma is so much better in Delhi then in Mumbai. Really pissed off with you guys!

                            croma power bank issue

                            Recently in month of june 2019 i have purchased croma power bank of 5000mah from nasik store. The product has 6 months warranty and during that period the product worked well and as 7th month started that croma power bank starts giving complaints and at last it gets completely dead. So my question is why that product runs only the time of warranty. Their sales person told at the time of purchase that it will run min 2yrs. And now the company...

                            On 16th feb.2020 i purchase a smart ready led tv 32inches el 7344 from your croma store at city centre gwalior. I made the full payment and it was assured by store manager rajendra malviya that it will be installed today only i. E, 16th feb.2020.
                            Tv was sent but was not installed on 16th. On 17th feb.2020 some service mechanic called at 10.45 am and came at 12.00. Opened the box and wall mount was missing in the box. I contacted the rajendra malviya and he handed over the call to shubham some person from service team. Till 2.40 pm none haa attended after ao many reminded calls. With a big name of tata i must say that it is a blunder on your part that customer is facing the problem of being occupied in waiting for 24 hours almost.

                              Hello,

                              Please go through the below scenario, which are impacting your customer relation and can be reason to loose trust on you

                              I had purchase a hitachi 50 inches led worth rs 53, 000 on dec'16.

                              While purchasing croma asked me to go for extended warranty, which can help you in case of any issues with hitachi led.

                              Now, feb'20 month is running and suddenly my led display got black and no pictures are visible on display, however sound is perfect.

                              I called hitachi, i contact with croma and they said sir warranty is over and you have to pay whatever is the amount.

                              At the time of purchasing this hitachi brand product i was i doubt whether i am spending my money in good way or i should go with samsung, lg, which is using in my family from very long time.

                              But, croma gave me assurity this is also a very good brand in market and you can trust on it as this will also go long. This is long term investment don't worry sir you are picking a good brand.

                              Within a 3years led display not working and technician said you have to change backlit worth rs 7500. Such kind of joke or what it is. After spending 53000 within 3 years customer have to pay 7500 again. It look like i am spending money on gold, and on what basis you guys said you are providing good product to customer.

                              Shame on you hitachi, shame on you croma for introducing this kind of local product. Customer will think twice before visiting croma. Because you are the first one who gave assurity to customer.

                              I have totally wasted my money because i trust on croma and buy that hitachi local brand.

                              You are playing very well by making such kind of products which can run only 3-4 years and later on ram bhrose... Chala toh chand tak otherwise your product is out of warranty. If customer want then pay the money and croma will again loot you.

                              Very good strategy hitachi local brand of croma.

                              I will make sure that i will inform as much as people i can and will socialize this also.

                                I bought this product online, it said i can use pressure cooker in it. Now it says cant use normal utensils only induction bottom utensils can b used, i just bought this product less than 24 hours ago, now they are not ready to for a return. When i call them they said we cant do aything n abruptly cut the call. For a bachelor person they its too much already to spend 3000 now i have to spend more money to buy induction cook ware to cook on this stove. I just neeed to return it

                                  I had purchased symphony air cooler in the month of March 2019.within 5 days o[censored]sing it, water started sprinkling from the top.A complaint was given and they came after many days and said that the cooling pad is damaged.How come it gets damaged without even using for 5 days less than 3hrs per day...
                                  Every product would be displayed and when we are about to purchase, they always say stock is not there, we will get from some DC.same happened while purchasing Philips mixer in sep2019, they said stock is not there and will be delivered in 2 days.We waited for 6 days during which we were told that it would be delivered very soon but nothing like that happened .So finally, we went to the shop and we were told to come again after 2 days and after 2 days, we asked them and they were about to give the product which has got date of manufacturing somewhere in dec2017.how can such an old product be given to the customer .We received the refund after giving complaint to the manager.If the product is not available, they could have said no and that the product is not available.For everything, they will make us pay the money first and delivers a defective product and we have to worry about it and blaming ourselves for trusting Croma again.To my bad luck, I went there again to purchase washing machine and Kent purifier on 9Feb.Based on previous experience with Croma and with fear in mind, I requested them not to give defective products and mentioned about above experiences.Again for washing machine, they said the stock is not there and would take minimum 7 days.kent purifier was delivered after 2 days and installation person came on third day and fixed everything.Exactly after 10 minutes, it stopped working.Meanwhile, that person did not even bother about the quality of water, it was showing 15.he said gradually it will increase.(seriously not sure how he said this).he started asking for otp and we said we would give by eod and he started telling that he would not sign on warranty until the otp is provided .Left with no option, we had provided the otp and he left .immediately, we noticed, it stopped working.We called him many times, called the customer number and finally we have to go to the showroom and give a complaint.is it not the time of customer that is wasted and how can we trust you again.I am really afraid how the washing machine would be.Still hoping for the better one.I request everyone not to purchase here.better go for different shop .Even a small shop nearby has provided us with better customer experience

                                    It was the biggest mistake of my life to buy products from a CHROMA store. Product was delivered on Feb 03, 2020, and no installation has happened until today. When I called on Feb 06, 2020, I was told that they forgot to raise an installation request. WOW! I confirmed my details, and told them that the installation was supposed to happen to a new address. That lady took down my new address and assured that the installation would be 100% done the next today. To my surprise, no one came the next day as well. I called CHROMA customer care on Feb 09, 2020 atleast 3 times and I was assured of a call back and installation the same day. This time I was not surprised that no one called back as I had understood CHROMA's pattern of lying to customers and their utterly unethical customer service. When I insisted on speaking with a Supervisor, one representative put me on hold without asking my permission. Just Brilliant Chroma! I would make sure to spread this word on the internet now. Thank you for nothing.

                                      Havells geyser (Instanio) not heating within barely 2 months of its purchase. Despite repeated requests & complaints at both havells as well as croma customer care, there is absolutely no action in last 1 month. We feel cheated & harrassed. You also sold us 2 yrs extra warranty & not able to provide service in 1st year itself. How will you convince customers like me from not going to consumer courts & stop buying from you?
