Hi, I was ordered an item on 1st December 2019 to my address. Actually I am new to croma, I have purchased an item worth of 6999 Rupees. I doubted about serviceability to my address so I have called customer care and asked when will you ship my item? they said expected delivery date is 8th December so please wait until the last date. ok, meanwhile I have checked about the status of the order like shipped or any other details but still nothing. days were gone I have called on 9th about my shipment. they said your item was returned to the seller because of an unserviceable address. then I asked them if my address is not serviceable then you should cancel or you should inform within 3 to 4days after I placed an order then how could you say now? they said sorry sir that is another department. Ok, I said ok please cancel my item and refund my money back. they said ok we will cancel, now today date is 16th December 2019. and meanwhile, I have called several times to cancel an item, every time they are saying the case was escalated please wait 10 more days. I am really surprised are they doing business or fraud? even a small seller can cancel any item in a single day but the big company still doesn't have a cancel option on site or no immediate action to cancel. I just called them about this they said the same thing 10 more days, I don't know what I have to solve this. I am writing this to please avoid fraud from Croma. I am submitting some evidence of my case please check it thank you.
