    I am trying to get my hands on the latest iphone but it's not available at the croma retail near me. I have purchased all my electronics from croma retail and their services are extremely good but as of now, i am not able to get my hands on the latest iphone. I want to purchase it asap from croma retail only. Do let me know when it will be made available.

    Croma delivered the TV on 26th January, 2020 with a promise of getting it installed by 28th Janaury, 2020. Till today there is no intimation of any sort from them regarding the installation or anything. Their customer care is nor different from the IVR.

      Purchased refrigerator on 24th dec'19, item delivered on 26th dec'19, demo completed and it was switched on on 27th dec'19 but refrigerator didn't started cooling till 28th dec'19 morning. Complaint to croma on the same day. Till today 08th jan'20 didn't get any solution of replacement.
      Daily have to follow-up for any solution and daily i am getting an update that i will get update and solution within 24 hours but since last 4 days no solution provided.
      Kindly help.

          Every time i call them they just say we will update you and still we have no updates. I have already paid them full money and they promised to deliver in 2-3 days. They not resolving my issue and they have no idea about the product.

            I have brought six Croma Gift Cards online worth rupees total for 8500/- in the year 2019.

            The first order was placed in the Jan 20th 2019 for rupees 5000/- and subsequently I have ordered gift cards for the remaining amount i.e 3500/-

            Denominations and Cards Value are below:-
            1 card worth rupees[protected], 3 cards with rupees[protected] and 2 cards worth rupees 1000/-(2000)
            Total worth of 8500/-

            on Jan 1 2020 I checked the validity of the cards in the croma website and I was shocked to see 3 cards are expired before the 12 months validity period

            Expired cards and denominations
            1 Card with 5000/- and 2 cards worth rupees 500/-
            Total rupees 6000 worth croma gift cards were expired.I have visited the croma store in Kamkya Bangalore but the issue is not resolved.

              This is in regard to an order i place with croma store located in ansal plaza, greater noida (Up). The order was placed on 15th december and full payment was made against invoice number sla[protected].

              I was promised that it will be delivered at my home address within 4 days as the stock is available in mumbai warehouse.

              I also called your customer support number on 24th december and requested them to file my complaint. They promised that complaint is filed and i will be receiving a ref number on my registered mobile [protected]. But i did not receive any complaint ref, neither someone called me from croma. I am surprised at such a bad customer and after sales support.

              Today it is 25th december, 10 days have passed but i have not yet received the order. This was a gift for 24th december and croma has already ruined my experience.

              Request you to escalate this matter with senior management at croma customer support for such a pathetic customer support.

              I had asked Croma sales executive to provide me with a laptop with good speed . The laptop which they showned me in the croma center was working good. But the one which they gave me is extremely slow. Even a browser take 2 minutes to open.

              I want to return this laptop and buy the one with good performance.

                  Hi, I was ordered an item on 1st December 2019 to my address. Actually I am new to croma, I have purchased an item worth of 6999 Rupees. I doubted about serviceability to my address so I have called customer care and asked when will you ship my item? they said expected delivery date is 8th December so please wait until the last date. ok, meanwhile I have checked about the status of the order like shipped or any other details but still nothing. days were gone I have called on 9th about my shipment. they said your item was returned to the seller because of an unserviceable address. then I asked them if my address is not serviceable then you should cancel or you should inform within 3 to 4days after I placed an order then how could you say now? they said sorry sir that is another department. Ok, I said ok please cancel my item and refund my money back. they said ok we will cancel, now today date is 16th December 2019. and meanwhile, I have called several times to cancel an item, every time they are saying the case was escalated please wait 10 more days. I am really surprised are they doing business or fraud? even a small seller can cancel any item in a single day but the big company still doesn't have a cancel option on site or no immediate action to cancel. I just called them about this they said the same thing 10 more days, I don't know what I have to solve this. I am writing this to please avoid fraud from Croma. I am submitting some evidence of my case please check it thank you.

                        I have made a purchase of mobile phone under the friday(HDFC) cashback offer from the croma store on 16/08/2019. As per the terms cashback should be credited on or before 16/11/2019.
                        No official mails or notifications given on the delay still now. On cross verification they are saying its technical fault.

                          This is osama ansari ([protected]@gmail.com) i have purchased a samsung a20s phone from croma rcity mall ghatkoper. Inspite of giving all the details that i will be taking this phone abroad as a gift for my family member also specifying the country and strictly assuring about the sim issue, they sold me the product by saying there wont be any problem in using abroad sim and now after coming here i am facing sim issue and embarrassment of giving a wasteful gift as a phone where it is of no use. I am really upset with the croma staff for cheating on this just to sell the product and wants to return the phone and want the money back for this fraud case. Or else i demand a phone with universal sim acceptance. I am deeply hurt with this and file a complaint of this issue. Please revert me on the above mail since i am visitor in other country and cannot share a phone number.

                            My mobile was given to the chroma jp nagar outlet for repair on monday (25/11/2019), it had only small scratches as per they had mentioned on the receipt. After 5 days they are telling your mobile had liquid in inside and also if open the mobile for repair then you have to pay for physical damage also. I have purchased so many expensive things from them. Cooler, washing machine, mobiles, etc
                            My mobile is in warranty, they are making the false claim after 5 days and ridiculous service. Please help me on this matter. I have been chasing them from last so many days to give an update on the mobile, they said they are checking it and then they have not event opened my mobile. How to trust this cheaters.

                              On 17_nov, 2019 i have paid amount of 13208.06 via google to croma j p nagar, 2nd phase, bangalore, karnataka. The amount got deducted from my account but croma billing person said its not received but when contacted to google pay they said amount has been refunded back to merchant. So croma has to provide the amount or process to my account and its been 10 days i have not receive back, on calling the toll free number they are telling we will call you back in sometime and no response yet received.

                                On 31st march 2019 i had purchase a new mobile phone vivo v15 pro from croma infinity store, faridabad store at 0% emi scheme. As per the selling terms, croma would be charge 1500 rupees extra from customer for avail 0% interest scheme at product value through emi and after the completion bank would be release 1500 cash back directly in customer account. Now croma is not ready to pay cash back offer to consumer because everything was verbal.

                                  That was just a miscommunication through the website. Delivery mode changed on my Croma account, but the courier service was given the correct address only for home delivery.

                                  I bought one plus6t from croma last year in November 2018.they told me I will receive cashback if I use axis bank debit card for the payment...so I did use my axis bank debit card but till now I have not received any cashback...

                                    I have purchase faber chimney 90cm from rajkot croma on 18th october 2019 invoice number sla[protected]. I was waiting for my product to be delivered till now also not getting reply from store or customer care.
                                    7th time i called customer care still not received any reply from anyone!!!
                                    Neither customer care nor store manager responding me.. Please take a look in this matter in immediate basis otherwise i am going to take legal action on it. I have all customer care communication recorded with me.

                                        We have purchased the croma washing machine on 31st may 2019 from croma store gurgaon.

                                        It started giving problem from beginning of october.

                                        The first complaint was logged on 2nd october, 2019 complaint no del 021019fs00064, which was resolved 12th october, 2019. The problem was that the machine was not draining out the water after the washing in entire process. The time taken to resolve the complaint took 10 days.

                                        On 19th october, 2019 again machine started giving the problem and we raised the complaint complaint no del 191019fs00952. At this time after the complete process of washing the water was draining regularly. Again on 2nd november we registered the same complaint vide complaint no del011119fs99182, engineer visited and checked the machine he did some tits and tats and said that now it is fine.

                                        Again today machine started giving the same problem - water is draining continuously. We have registered a complaint again today, again we registered a complaint, no del091119fs00445.

                                        At the time of purchase of the machine the showroom executive told us that if machine faces any problem company will replace the machine.

                                        Request you to kindly look into this issue and help us in getting the unit replaced as committed by your representative.
