My croma gift card expiring today. Spoke with executive from croma who assured that all the cards expiring during lockdown will be auto extended for 3 months. But when i am trying to purchase online today, i am not able to purchase as it says the card is expired. Note that the original validity of card till today, that means i am not able to do purchase based on original expiry. And i did not get any extension on expiry date as promised on call. I am stuck in ahmednagar city for last two months because of lockdown, where there are no croma stores so could not physically visit store to utilise it.

    I have refused split ac delivery from croma kondapur hyderabad branch. Tried to call branch several time but no pickup of phone. Please refund the amount for offline purchase of haier ac. I have refused ac due to croma delivered an online ordered and immidately cancelled ac to my home. I thought it's haier ac delivery from offline store and allowed in my society.         I had placed a order with the order no:[protected] o[censored]sha maxx air 40 cm 3 blade pedestal fan (Blue) on 30-may-2020 which is scheduled to be delivered on 1-june-2020 but after tracking it online there was no updation in status of the order and after enquiring about it, i came to know about the unavailability of it and also that my order is put on backend which was very disappointing to know as online it clearly shows that due date is 1-june-2020 for my pincode. The product continued to show as available for purchase on their website till now after i placed my order, which proves that the product was not out of stock when i placed the order after i placed the order, and therefore delivery of the product was within the control of croma retail. Yet there has not been any valid justification from the company till date.

          Hi team,

          Im really upset with your croma service and your product. I have booked one week back (24th of may 2020) samsung a/c with full cash on card payment. Delivered the a/c on 27th of may 2020. But today only electrician came for installation for a/c. But in that a/c there is 4 to 5 scratches in that indoor a/c. Im was wait for more than 6 days but this issue. There is no proper responce in the showroom. Kindly initiate the right person and check the a/c and please change the a/c or return back the a/c to croma and refund the amount.

          I was bought the a/c in mountroad croma chennai.

            We have purchased lloyd ac from croma store ramanthapur hyderbad branch on 25th may 2020, they are not responding for installation. It's been almost a week but installation is not done. We were planned to purchase another ac from same store but due to bad response from croma and lloyd service. We were purchased lg from bajaj and same phase installed next day of purchase date.

            I would like to return my product as is it is not needful for us.

            I request to croma team to collect my product as i would like to purchase product from bajaj

                Purchased o general 1.5 ton ac from croma preet vihar store for rs. 55000/- on 23 may’20. The staff confirmed that they have 5 of 1.5 ton o general ac in stock and promised delivery next day on 24 may’20 at our residence. We followed up with customer care everyday until yesterday 27 may’20 on the pending delivery but all they said that the service request has been registered and we will be contacted shortly.
                Today, on 28 may’20, i again called customer care to follow up on the pending delivery and they informed that the ac is out of stock and we should purchase an alternate brand from their store. It was shocking for us and we immediately visited the preet vihar store to check availability. The same suggestion h as been made to us today to purchase an alternate brand. The practices of the store and the organization are highly un-ethical and unprofessional.in this scorching heat, we have been patient for 7 days waiting to hear from croma on delivery but there is no better solution being provided to us.

                  I had ordered a whirlpool 1.5t ac on 19th march which was delivered on 4th may (Delayed due to covid lockdowns). When installation person opened the product, the indoor unit has body damage. However, it is 29th may and there is no response from croma on replacement.

                    They delivered the product on 22.05.2020..
                    We are calling continuously to branch manager daily he is telling will send person for installation.But till now we didn’t receive any communication from Voltas.

                      1-low cooling problem.
                      2- wire burning smell after compressor cut.
                      3-motor shaft is having a excessive play & some oil stain on the motors.
                      4- two days back ac compressor got tripped and whole night compressor not responded.
                      I have taken extended warranty of 2 years that too a replacement warranty.

                      But never received any response from them.

                          Purchased room cooler last year only from croma preet vihar. Now in the m/o apr when i open the cooler it's water pump is not working. Bt due to lockdown can't lodge complaint.
                          Last week lodged with croma. Till now no response from croma.
                          Their phone numbers are also not reachable or something else, won't able to contact n lodge complaint.

                          Can't find solution.
                          Services of croma are worse nd getting worsen.

                            i am your customer and i want to draw your kind attention towards my problem which I am facing due to Croma ac purchased from your Delhi Janakpuri store on 17 April 2018. I want to tell you that when visited your Croma store to purchase ac I have seen many ac in my budget with good brands but your sales person has introduced me Croma ac with same rate as compare to other brands by introducing me one extra benefit which attracted me to purchase croma ac that they will give me the extra benefit of Replacement Warranty and due to that benefit I have purchased Croma ac and my invoice no is SLA[protected] after purchasing Croma ac I have face many problems like issue of cooling and many other noise problems several times which is resolved also by Croma but I have not complaint but now for m last week my ac is not cooling proper and again types of noise is coming from my ac and then I registered my complaint in crom two days ago and two days back the engineer has come to check the ac and he checked the ac and told me that the cooling coil of my ac has been damaged and he told me it will take 7 days to arrange the damaged part now I am facing lot of problem in this hot summer I have son of 2 year and I am facing a lot of problem I have not got any benefit of replacement warranty I am suffering a lot with my son in this hot summer due to Croma ac a lot now I am very frustrated from Croma ac I don't have any benifit of this Croma AC and I just want to ask you this is the way you deal with your customer trust with very heavy heart I have to say that from now also I will not recomend any one to buy any of your Croma products because Croma has broken my trust now I request you to please either refund my money or replace my ac as soon as possible.

                              PC 04 error and not cooling

                              I have veen trying to reach croma cust. Support from past 2 3 days but constantly number is unreachable and off and i have mailed also for the same problem but no solution provided till now. I have purchased this ac on september 2019 only and it is very much new from the condition but this issue is happening on brand new ac i'm unable to undersrand ac is not cooling at all and showing pc 04 error on display...

                                  Sorry for the trouble but i ran into a situation (My mistake) where i was unable to use 10000₹ worth of gift card that got expired in jan 2020.

                                  It is really a big loss of me and i am really desperate to look for help and whatever you could do to help reinstate it.

                                  I have raised an incident to customer support croma as well but haven’t received a response yet.

                                  This is a huge amount is really looking forward to get a hope that i will be able to use it.

                                      Today i went to visit croma based in nadiad gujarat at around 1:30 pm and a security guard restrain me to enter the shop why a salesmen was not available. I told him i’m not here to roam, let me in i’ll see few models of televisions because i wanted to buy a television sony a8g model but he refused me to enter. I’m greatly disappointed with this kind of behaviour and would never allow me to visit the croma again
