I had placed a order with the order no:[protected] o[censored]sha maxx air 40 cm 3 blade pedestal fan (Blue) on 30-may-2020 which is scheduled to be delivered on 1-june-2020 but after tracking it online there was no updation in status of the order and after enquiring about it, i came to know about the unavailability of it and also that my order is put on backend which was very disappointing to know as online it clearly shows that due date is 1-june-2020 for my pincode. The product continued to show as available for purchase on their website till now after i placed my order, which proves that the product was not out of stock when i placed the order after i placed the order, and therefore delivery of the product was within the control of croma retail. Yet there has not been any valid justification from the company till date.
