[Resolved]  Croma - Vadodara — Received a dented product - identified few days later

Address: Vadodara, Gujarat

I have received a dented product(Refrigerator - A small dent which is down right of the body and is not visible from front and left side view) on 10.03.2014. Till date No body has taken the issue seriously. Also no body has come for even demo.

I called customer care for so may times but Croma people are saying that i have not made them acknowledged regarding the issue. What is happening with Croma and its Brand Value? I have been harassed by Croma and having very bad experience with the Croma People.

Updated by anuj_dsc The CROMA people .. I have no words for them .. They used to make a miss call. And suddenly they stopped calling me regarding the issue.

Updated by anuj_dsc Croma people stopped calling me.. unable to solve the problem. They used to give a miss cal to my mobile phone .. and after sometime they stopped calling me regarding the issue.

It has been three months no body turned up to me.

My complaint with Croma is closed ???Who said it?? It has been 3 months the situation is same.Do the needful immediately.
