I purchased 1.5hp self primer crompton greaves pump dealer new rama krishna sanitary emporium situated at ganesh nagar, near janakpuri, new delhi (Recipt enclosed) vide invoice no.014 dated 03/08/2017. I called the plumber and other labour to install the same on next day i. E 04/08/2017. They all tried for hours but the motor just didn't even start. Then we contacted the dealer about the defect in the motor. He outrightly rejected of taking any responsibility and instructed us to take-up the matter with service centre. So, we had to carry the pump from residence to service centre where after inspection he found major fault and declared the pump as defective and put the replacement tag on it and instructed us to get it replaced from the dealer.

We packed the pump and reached from all the way from gurgaon to janakpuri on 5th, but to our surprise he refuse to replace the pump and informed that this issue will be discussed with the company and only company will replace and this process will take two more days.. But even after five days in spite of repeated requests and reminders telephonically dealer was in no mood to entertain us. Then in this regard, we discussed the matter with regional manage who advised us to get it repaired, as the product is out of stock and advised us to repair the same. As we were in dire need of motor due to water crisis, so we accepted his request for repair. Ultimately we got the got motor back on 13th, and that too unpacked. Again when we installed it, then again it didn’t work and gave the same old problem. Then as per plumber, electrician and my own observation, we realised the motor was returned to us without any repair work done on it. Then again we contacted rm, who didn’t respond and then we contacted the area manager, gurgaon and delhi mgr and dealer and requested them to replace the motor today itself of same make or of some higher model and take difference amount from us, but they rejected our request saying that this is against co’s policy. Everyone was just directing us from one person to other, but no one assured us of replacement and how much time they would take in doing that and thereby kept us in abeyance. But now after so much of follow-up, and having undergone so much of suffering i. E. Living without a drop of water for so many days, mental harassment and monetory loss, ultimately when the co. Personnels and dealer all showed their inability to replace the motor, we then purchased another motor of different company to solve the water crisis.

Now, as we have spent so much on plumbing/ electrical work for installing and de-installing 3-4 times, transportation between gurgaon & delhi, taking leave from office and having undergone so much of agony, it is the duty of the co. To refund me the full amount, if they have little concern for their customers.
Though i had already registered 5-6 complaints to the company but the company is not at all responding.

    Water is dripping from the transparent pipe of the geyser. We made a complaint no toll free no [protected] and the complaint no is [protected]. The house was visited by the technician and told that tank will be replaced. We have received a message that complaint has been resolved and repair is done as per your satisfaction. But the problem has not been attended so far.

        Hi everyone,

        I have got call from crompton and her name is priya and she is from
        Delhi she told me to send my scanned copies of the educational documents, voter id card and photo to [protected]@outlook.com. After a day i got call from them [protected] and they took the telephonic round. Next day they told me that i got selected and i am gonna receive the offer letter soon. My monthly salary will be 28k. For document verification i should pay 980rs through paytm. When i said i dont have paytm account then the lady sent me the account number also. So i thought to pay for a min. But somehow consulted friends and got to know that nobody will ask you money for the job. So guys be careful before paying any money to these kind of people. I understand that people who are in need of job will believe them easily as they conduct telephonic interview...

          Refer your requrompton pop up toaster on 19/07/2017. Est no [protected] dated 16/07/2017. Wrt my complaint you have sent sms stating that the service center m/s sunrise enterprises, h. No, 4-40-109, plot no 28, kismathpur, rajendranagar, hyderabad has collected the pop up toaster on 19/07/2017. Till today the toaster has not been delivered duly repaired. I contacted the mobile no [protected], [protected] and there is no response. I contacted crompton greaves consumer electricals ltd. B-12, ida, uppal ph;27207538/39. They gave service engineer mr. Venugopal mobile no.[protected]. After repeated call he responded and assured that the product will deliverd duly repaired. Within one week.           The problem is not fixed even after the executives have paid at least 5 visits. Now i want all your products off my place and refund me the amount. My fans are noisy since the first day of installation, its the same after 1.5 years.
          In future i will never do any business with this company nor would i suggest it to someone.

            Their pedestal fans of such bad quality that one wonders whether they have any quality concept at all. The high flow fan i purchased an year back is wobbling with the adjust screws broken. The plastic is of such poor quality that it easily break at the slightest presssure. Moreover, it is a top heavy fan which can easily topple down if put at a height.
            The metal protective cage has already started rusting and the paint work ios absolutly third quality. I wonder how they are in the market with such shoddy workman ship

              I purchased a pump (Crompton) 1hp on 23rd july 2016 but which is not working properly. I have made many complaints to the crompton company but did not give any sanctification service or any permanent solution. This is 9th time that i am placing a complaint. I talked to crompton concern mr. Ajay (Bawana-delhi), mrs/miss suman (Valinagar - delhi) and mr. Vicky mohit (Ito-delhi) but they are saying motor is ok you have to check your pipe line. I did the same but facing same problem and install an another 1hp motor (Arranged self) running ok. Finally it has been proved that fault observed with that motor which i have purchased but company is denying that and telling it is ok. I have raised 9 complaints within the year and did not get any solution. I want my money back asap otherwise crompton company has to prove how it is ok. If it needs i can take this issue in court because i want justice and want to punish this fraud company.

              it goes strip off.

                Dear Sir,
                As per your concern, we have send complained for new motor burned, that is purchase from Shreeji Electricle, Akola in May 2017, and installed at our new sortex plant, but at this time our work stop, so please send your engineers for resoved our problem.
                My product is ACGJMG-RJ Plus. I was preparing juice and all of a sudden the equipment stopped working..The motor stopped working. My product is under warranty period. Please send someone to repair it. Product serial number is RJPLUS-PECAP-20680

                  Your service engineer vinod ([protected]) had come to my place to repair the toaster on 20/7/2017. When he started checking i was shocked to here that the service engineer has never used a toaster in his life and he has come to reapir a toaster. Secondly, he was not able to do anyting on it so he took it to his asm for repair..
                  Its been more than 15 days i have no idea what has happend to the toaster bcz i have called the call centre on [protected] many times and they have given some no. But the no. Given is not answered. Now after making all the attempts to get the latest situation on the toaster i am forced to write a complaint..

                  I request you to kindly rectify this matter and respond with the status of my toaster.

                  I purchased a set of 3 LED bulbs last year and the company claimed that it will have 2 year warranty.
                  One of them got damaged and I send a mail to customer service to claim warranty.
                  They replied that a representative will contact later.
                  But noone contacted me yet and customer service is not responding to further emails.

                    Dear sir,

                    We purchased crompton fan avancer e-senser from krishna electrical and hardware panthur bangalore on dated 31/5/17. From day one i. M facing issue with the fan i have open multiple tickets with the support team for the same and they are not able to resolve the issue. The details of the tickets are as below : —

                    1) [protected] : — closed saying the remote was not in sync.
                    2) [protected] : — closed without resolving the issue. The technician was not even able to know the functionality of remote, he left saying we will come tomorrow and after leaving he just close the case.
                    3) [protected] : — currently this case is pending state from more that 20 days (Open it on 29 june 2017). The technician told us the we need to replace the fan as it is faulty and we will raise the replaced request. When we call him after 7 days he informed us as fan is not available he has order pcb which he will get in 2-3 days. After 3 days he started avoiding our calls. Then we call the manager of "sri nandi electrical services" mr channa. He assured us that next day he will send the technician as they have received the pcb which is in there warehouse. Now almost 10 days has past now he is also not responding to our calls.

                    We have send mail to the escalation manager mr. Mayur indurkar. But he is also not able to help us

                    Request you please help resolve this issue.

                        I'hd purchased a crompton aura premium ceiling fan on 22/5/2017 from mithila electricals ([protected], [protected]) (Product sl. No - (21) pecbg279262). From the date of purchase the fan is giving a horrifying sound. The sound is so intense and horrifying. Because of this sound it is impossible to sleep at night. Whenever i switched on the fan the sound is get started.in this regard i'hd lodged a complaint to customer care (Complaint no-[protected] attended by s. S enterprise[protected]. After 2days a technician came to repair to my house but after repair the sound has doubled. It was so irritating. The technician told me that the blade is faulty so it has to be replaced
                        (Blade color is "husky brown"). After few days i call back to customer care again but they assured me that technician will come to my house and will solve the problem but no one came. Then i call to the technician repeatedly and he said that he told the fact to his company i, e, s. S enterprise (Ph. No-[protected]) but due to non availability of the blade (Husky brown) he could not do nothing.in this situation i request you to deliver the husky brown aura blade to the proper destination as they do properly...                           This is to inform you that, i had purchased a pump and pannel board of crompton greaves, last year and unfortunately the pannel board is burned, i called your tecnician, they told that the cerkit board is burned and need to be replaced, but few days later your costumer care told that the board is not available, if this is the case then why the company is producing such products where we dont find the parts? And if it is available please replace it as soon as possible, since the waranty period is over i am ready to pay for the parts.

                            I owned a cg's pedestal fan just two months ago and now the speed control buttons on the fan are malfunctioning.
                            This causes me a serious trouble.
                            Also sometimes fan is turning off by itself suddenly .
                            I request you to assign an executive to come to our place and fix the problem immediately.

                              In my opinion, the 'guard ring' for the table fan is an utter waste of the consumer's time. I see it as poor engineering and hence extremely non user friendly. Why can you just give a clip lock or some other mechanism which holds the two covers of the fan in a mere second.
                              And what kind of thinking is behind making the min words for a complain 350 words. Don't consumers have better work to do??!!?

                                I have ordered on last 31-may-2017 one 20hp (940rpm) crompton greaves motor from a sub dealer named rajesh gupta, kolkata. As per shopkeeper i have to pay the amount first so that he can send me the product through transport system & i paid rs31100. But when i received the motor it was 20hp (1460rpm). Then i asked him to exchange it. But he is now not ready to exchange because i don't have the prove for previous order confomation. & also saying that bill is made so he cant exchange it. Regarding this i have spoken to company help line no & they gave me a no of kolkata sales excutive no to speak with & named mr ayan chaterjee. When i spoke with him he told me sell that motor by myself to someone else & again buy what i want. Please tell me here how this is possible for me? I belongs to a village area & how many people are using this kind of high power motor.

                                  We have bought 8 motors from r. Manilal surat out of which one cgl 2.2kw/3hp/2900 rpm motor has burnt after 5 mins of starting the motor. We have sent the motor to kerela electric your authorised service center in surat but they are denying it to repair under warranty.

                                  We already have supplied 1000's motors of crompton and it is the quality of crompton which drives us back to crompton.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and resolve it at earliest.

                                    This is regarding service request # [protected] raised by me on 22-may-17 regarding fire in the stabilizer.

                                    This service request was attended by your service partner “bluemind enterprises”. The technician who had come to attend the stabilizer said “one component is burnt, i have made the wires direct as of now and will replace the component within 2-3 days.” after he left, we also noticed that he had not put back the cover plate making it dangerous for anyone who may touch it accidentally. Neither did he ever come back, nor replace the component till date.

                                    Please find below the pics of the condition in which the stabilizer was left by your technician:

                                    We contacted the number ([protected]) as given by the technician several times, but every time nothing was done.

                                    Please find attached the call recordings of the conversations with bluemind enterprises.

                                    We contacted bluemind enterprises through whatsapp also, where he committed that if he wouldn’t be able to repair the stabilizer by monday (17-jul-17), he would replace the stabilizer with a new one. Again he failed to repair the stabilizer and his reasons for not able to repair kept on adding. Moreover, he kept on blaming crompton greaves for unavailability of spare parts.

                                    Yesterday, when i called your customer care, then i came to know that the service request was closed by your service partner the same day without actually closing the issue at our end and he was taking us for a ride or “cheating” in other words. This partner of yours has been misleading us in the name of crompton greaves. Your representative also shared the number of your ghaziabad manager mr. Vimal ganotra ([protected]).

                                    Please find attached the call recording of that call also (File name - [protected]@cg crompton g ([protected])_[protected]. Mp3).

                                    Though i asked your customer care representative to escalate internally, i also tried to contact mr. Ganotra yesterday and today also but he never answered the call. So i sent all the pics and snapshots and details by whatsapp and smss but he was not responsive except his last response on sms – “sir if it is repairable then we can only repair, please let us know when we can send engineer, crompton will ensure that repair will be done up to your satisfaction”. He seems least bothered about the commitment by your own partner (Without being asked by me to replace the item) without realizing that your partner is doing commitment on cg’s behalf, hence needs to be fulfilled, either at cg’s cost or cg’s partner “bluemind enterprises’ cost.

                                    So today, bluemind enterprises started calling me and bothering me. Request you not to involve them anymore in my service request.

                                    Also in question is the role of mr. Vimal ganotra – does he have person or financial relations with bluemind enterprises, so as to put at stake the reputation and commitment of such a big and valuable brand of crompton greaves and thapar group at stake?

                                    I have been a big fan of thapar group and crompton products and therefore, since 1993, we have been buying crompton products. But such a kind of service and response has shaken my faith on the goodwill of the organization.

                                    Hope you will take appropriate action to get the commitments fulfilled and restore my faith on the organization.

                                      I need to file a complained on behalf of my father (Gurbaksh singh) against crompton greaves.
                                      I bought an electric motor from an authorized crompton dealer which got defected within 6 months of running. The authorized dealer gave me a toll free no to register a complaint and ask for the engineer visit. I did the same on 21st july'17 by calling on that toll free no and the agent advised me that my complaint will be resolved within 48 hrs and just after disconnecting the call a message also came on my mobile displaying my complaint no.
                                      Now it has been 24th july'17 and till now no engineer has shown up neither i received a call from any. So i again called on that toll-free no and they gave me the no of the dealer handling my complaint. But when i called on that no. No one picked up the call. My complaint no is [protected].

                                      So request you to expedite the request as it is impacting the business and take strict actions henceforth.

                                        My name is nizamuddin ansari i had bought a new ceiling fan hill brizz
                                        Which got damaged while fitting and become completely unbalanced after that i had made a complaint on the toll free no. Which is[protected].
                                        After this i received a message of the local service centre and i called on that service centre they told me that the engineer will come to your home within 24 hrs. But its 4 days ago no engineer came here and when i m calling to the service centre they are not receiving my call
                                        And when i called on the above mentioned toll free no. They said the engineer had reached to your home but ur were out of station
                                        This is fake no engineer came here and i had not been out of delhi
                                        The customer care provided me the contact no. Of delhi manager that is [protected] but he is also not receiving my call please take any action as early as possible

                                        This 5th time I am complaining about the same Mixer grinder. Once again it has stopped running. Looking forward for prompt response. I look forward a permanent solution being a reputed compnay. Product is only 1 year old & having 2 year warranty.
                                        I purchased a Fan as detailed in the "Complaint subject" from your dealer Avik Entetprise, 1/1 Satyen Roy Road, Kolkata 700034 on 7.6.17. The Fan Produce Noise. VERY DISTURBING.
