We purchased water motor on 23th april 2017 for my house. After purchesed i calld customer care for complaint abuot the motor were not working properly.
I logged complaint two time with in 06 days but no action has been taken yet.
I want to know, is this kind of service such porvide your company allways to the customers. Your product and service is bollshit. Please do the need full.

      I purchased a water heater on 15.11.2013 and logged a complaint on 8th march 2017 as its leaking.
      Executive came and tried to solve the problem but he was unable to do so. He informed some spare are required which need to be couriered from their warehouse but more 60 days passed no one turned up.
      I have called service center so many times but nothing has done.

        I have purchased fan yesterday from dewas distributor named as primes sales with invoice no. 2171 dated 25th april 2017 product avancer 1200mm bakers brown anti dust. The distributer has given us damaged piece. When we called him immediately he was not picking up the call. On reaching directly to his shopee he refuced to replace the same as well as misbehaving and eend ul with blunt discussion
        Request you to pls replace the damaged piece as well as take necessary action against such misbehavior

        1. I have purchased ceiling Fan Avencer 1200mm bakers brown Anti dust on 25.04.17 invoice no. 2171, the dealer has given defective piece when I opened the box the fans blade has been damaged . I revisited the shop but the dealer was not present, then I again visited the dealer he refuses to change the same. Also the behaviour of the dealer was very rude, he was shouting like he has given me the fan in free.
        Very rude and vulgar language used by your dealer
        Inform me on the necessary action taken by Cg against the dealer.

              Hi I had bought a fan which claimed that it's dust free b the it's really sad to see that within 10 days of purchase I can see a lot of dust and white colour fan has turned into black.
              Really very disappointed with the wrong information given. I have already purchased and don't know how you guys can correct.
              Didn't expect this from Crompton which is a well know brand.
              Please stop false marketing and let me know what u can do about the fan that I have brought in impression of dust free.

                I Ms. Armaiti Bharucha had purchased a crompton greaves ceiling fan in November 2015. My 2-year warranty is still valid. Since February your technicians have bee trying to resolve the noise that the fan emanates but have been unsuccessful. They even changed the wings but the noise still continues. Last week we lodged another complaint and I even got an SMS for the same on my registered mobile number but no technician has called to resolve my query.

                This is not acceptable. I want my issue resolved. If required change the whole damn fan, but I cannot tolerate the noise any longer. My Complaint number is [protected].

                  I m corporate employee and using vodafone number last 6.5 years, but now we havn't satisfied with your services and behavior of your stores.

                  Without my information charges in my two billing cycles for internet services. Charges. (Aprxx2800rs and 1400 rs) and your barnala stores agreed to reimburse only 70 %. Kindly help to reimburse full waive off, so that we have use this number smoothy.

                    The complaint has been registered on the call since long.
                    No one attended it.
                    Once an engineer called and he was like the shop is closed, i said we are closed from 2pm to 5pm. He hanged up saying book another complaint.

                    This is still not resolved.

                        I brought the Mixer grinder (DS51-OJYAB-121761) on 13.5.16. This is 2nd time i am finding it is not working although it has been used for very limited time. This type of service i never expected for CG being a loyal user of other appliances. I would request to solve the problem urgently & try to give a long term solution. This is really hampering your own image in the market.

                          We purchased desert cooler ozone last year on 04. 05.2016 with serial number DAC751-PDMPM-04812 at kadiri anatapur dist, andhrapradesh. Since then it's not working. Only fan is working properly but cooling system is faulty nd not at all working.we complained many times but there is no response from the service people.                           Suddenly last night fan stopped working and some burning smell started coming. Looks like either fan motor or some associated part got burnt. It is still under warranty. Last year when purchased, initially itself fan was not working. It took one week for CG to resolve the issue. Not happy with product performance. Pl resolve the same.

                              executive came and asked me to replace the heater in 2-3 days but after 40 days no one is coming to replace, I logged a complaint in Crompton website and got a call from dealer that it will replaced in 15 days but nothing has been done.

                                I have purchase a B1 12 watt LED bulb through Amazon.com. But one months after its not working properly. Some times its give light and some time its not working. Local electrical checked my electrical line and told every thing is fine and bulb is not working properly.
                                so on 15/02/2017 I went to your authorized center UNIQUE SERVICE, Kolkata and request to change or replace the bulb but in that moment they had no stock and made a job order.

                                But unfortunately till I am getting my product where I have called them several time and they are also not aware when I will get my product.
                                now in this situation please suggest me what should I do for better service.

                                    I purchased a Sogo coffee maker which stopped working after a few days. The company referred me to CG as handling service. They were unable to repair and offered me a smaller capacity coffee maker which I refused. The company has not provided any relief in spite ofmany messages, phone calls, etc. and send ing them a copy of my bill I am left with an item that does not work. The reps I spoke to do not appear to care that a customer has been cheated.

                                      I had bought a crompton ceiling fan on 20/9/16 . This fan came with two years warranty. It performed well in previous summer season but in starting of current summer season it suddenly stopped .

                                      We called on helpline number . Two person came to our home and tried to figure out the problem, they came up with that fans motor was not working.
                                      They left our home and said that they would replace the motor in two or three days but now it has been six days and they have not replaced it yet. They are also not picking up the phone . We had also lodged complain and got complain no. [protected]

                                        I bought a crompton water heater on 01oct16 and within 15 days o[censored]sage it became fault. Have raised a complaint with customer care D[protected]. Service man came and said that he changed a wire in it. And the heater was working for few days. Again it became fault and again have raised a complaint with customer care but they gave the same complaint number. Another new service person came and told that the previous service person had not fixed the fault correctly and need to change the coil. Again he made a temporary arrangement and asked for one week time to change the coil. But till now it is almost 60 days gone and he did not return to change the coil. Again I called the customer care and the complaint number is [protected]. But they closed the complaint and told the coil is out of stock and it takes one week to get the coil. Almost four weeks gone and still no response. Now I have again raised a complaint [protected] and still no response. Again and I raised complaint and the reference number is [protected] on 3rd march. They called me and again said the the coil is out of stock and will change it on Wednesday. Till now there is no response. Please take back the heater and refund me. Have not used for more than 10 times.
