    I purchased ceiling fan of Crompton Greaves ltd from market.I thought I bought quality ceiling fan but my thinking is not comes true because side biding of all four fans I purchased is scattered into pieces which fallen on my meals plate and at sleeping time. Your renowed co. Change me ceiling fan earlier but again it's scattered. Plz change this time with different model no.

      I have purchased a JMG online. It has some problem with the motor. I approached service center. They have fixed it temporarily. Again it was having same problem. Again I have approached the service center. This time they are saying that motor has to be replaced. They said it will be replaced within few days. Regret to say that it is nearly 2 months now, but the motor has not recd. at the service center. Very very poor service.

        I had purchased geyser from retailer with proper bill and warranty card. The geyser leaked, retailer lodged complaint with CG when I approached him with the complaint. The mechanic visited and opened the gyser and concluded that the tank has leaked. Went back saying that he will register it with CG and CG executive will come.
        Now I understand that the mechanic could not find the serial number on the equipment and that is why it can not be processed. Now when I approached CG executive things started unfolding. I am surprised to get more wiser about the process.
        First of all the CG executive disowned the Retailer, the retail bill and the warranty card that is duly stamped by retailer. More or less concludeded that to take the warranty claim I am doing all this drama.

        When I asked that why this product is not having the serial number. He revealed a very good thing that CG scraps these products in market without serial number and I must have got from some scrap dealer. then I must have approached the retailer who in return of some tax plus addon must have made the cash bill and warranty card. and based on this I have come to CG for claiming Warranty.

        I appreciate this imaginative mind. Further another imagination that sr no must have been removed during installation by plumber. Does it make you laugh...

        I have this conversation where in some other similes have been given to educate me which shows the customer centric approach.

        Leaving that aside, I wish to request that my complaint is pending for last one month and winter has already set in. time to use geyser has come and just for serial number you can not keep on blaming me. At least show me that I have tempered. This equipment has been opened by none other that your channel partner which you can disown anytime as you have done in case of retailer. so please make immediate visit to close the case.

        Hope it would be resolved immediately .. this way or that way..for me to decide future course of action.

            This is the 4th & last complaint from my side.

            I again put a complaint today i. E on 26.10.2016 regarding the same problem and still my problem did not resolve.

            Complaint no is-[protected].

            This time your engineer came & told motor pump is really taking air for which water cant lift up and find attached complaint attend letter written by engineer mr. Ajay das.

            Your company lost my trust by doing nothing after getting serious complaint from me since a long time i. E approx. 3 months only engineer visited & doing nothing again again.

            I am giving one more chance to resolve my problem after that we will meet in consumer court and court will decide what to do.

            I did not know crompton is a one of the worst company working in india since a long time. I came to know there are lot of customer complaints in narela area all are belong to crompton. I will say you to stop manufacturing this kind of worst product instead of giving problems to the customers.

            During this period doing complaints all ere from crompton side taking lightly and did nothing.

            I am also facing same problem till now. There is no permanent solution from your side. This is the 3rd time i am doing complaint.

            Pls. Install a quality tested water pump 1hp & ensure me your brand value.

            Your engineer always come & not giving solution & came back saying motor is ok. I don't want that kind of engineer who is not capable to give a permanent solution instead of giving problems again and again. He also does not forget to collect a photo copy of invoice.

              I bought exhaust fan in chennai on 11/10/2016 in Rathna fan house. They did not check the fan, today before fixing my electrician check the fan, we surprise that it does not work . I don't know the reason . please sent someone to check the fan and repair it, .
              Power is not being supplied to the geyser and as a result water is not getting heated, I purchased the product on 27th October 2015, in amazon. I am attaching purchase invoice as an acknowledgement. As per company norms I have still one year warranty left so please kindly help me with your best service.

                  I had purchased pedestal fan in month of May 2016 & after 1 month it started causing trouble while moving.

                  The complain was raised after that & till date it is unresolved.

                    My daughter anjali and her friend aiswaraya was travelling from tvm central to kanhangad in maveli express 16604 on 7/10/16 in s1coach seat nos were 37, 40. I have taken tatkal ticket from kanhangad kottikulam station on 6/10/16 and i have sent the phone message about the pnr no [protected], train no, doj, berth, name of passengers, and a photo of ticket as watsapp msg. Ttr named mr sujeev asked for the ticket and my daughter has shown her phone msg details and her orginal adhar card. Her name was also there in the chart. But he was repeatedly asking for the orginal ticket. Ttr sujeev was not convinced with phone msg details he was drunken and misbehaved to both female students. He shouted to them a lot and asked them to get down at the next station and to go to ladies coach at night. My daughter and her friend was totally afraid. Sujeev threatned them again by telling to write a letter to pay a fine of 1360 rps to the court for not travelling with orginal ticket. What is this sir? They are two teenage students and at night how they will go to other compartment since their berth and seats were available. Also they have paid the money for tatkal ticket of 830rps. What is the justice for passengers after taking tatkal ticket and again how we will pay the fine for not having orginal ticket in hand? How can i send orginal tatkal ticket to my daughter before onward journey? She was not having any mail id and that is why i have send the phone message details about the ticket. During onam vacation she came by showing the phone message only in this same train. But now she could not travel. What is the reason? So i humbly request you to take necessary action agaist mr sujeev ttr for misbehaving to the two ladies students at night.                         I have purchase Crompton FHP Motor on 25.07.2016 and on warranty period but my Motor is out of order (within 45 days) due to some manufacture problem. I made a complain in your toll free no. [protected] vide complain No. I[protected] on 12.09.2016 and Technician visit after 5 days(17.09.2016). He take the Motor to his workshop and return me after 18 days (on 03.10.2016) by telling its perfect now but the same day i started same problem occours.After that I again made a complain vide complain No. I[protected] on 05.102016 but there is nothing to do from your end. It is unexpected.Almost 30 days gone, Please do something……

                              We have purchased a wall fan flo 16" from m/s ganguly electronics

                              Regret to inform you that the fan is not working since sunday. we have contacted your toll free number. which is changed 3 times and the final sms is unique service complain no: [protected] tel:24510056, which is not answered.

                              We have some compton fans one of that which is having a slippage in the shaft. another having a jark start.

                              The material quality and the q a qc is deteriorating which need to be supported. also please send someone to repair the wall fan.

                                Two times the technician came opened the element and thermostat.and told heating element burnt. after he came with element and failed to fix it and said the element is not fitting in its position, and left. but till date the complaint is as it is and as on to day the problem is not rectified . and leading to customer dis satisfaction.

                                Today again i called the[protected], They gave me this number to contact [protected].
                                i called this number and they told you need to contact Mr.Vamsi Krishna Vijayawada on [protected].
                                I called Mr.Vamsi Krishna, he asked me to send me the model no, my contact Number and address on SMS to his number. I sent the detail immediately.
                                let GOD help me in resolving my problem and put back the water heater back into service as soon as possible .
                                We purchased one above-mentioned fan on 6/07/'2016 from M/S Parul Electricals, Netaji Nagar, Kolkata-700040. The fan started giving problem only after 1 month, . On lodging complaint, it was repaired but it has again broken down. My new compliant no-[protected]. If it is not properly repaired this time, I shall go to the consumer protection forum.
                                I have purchased three water geysers, Mixer grinder, and Fans last year.Geysers and Mixer are not working properly every two months one or other appliance get brackdown six months ago two geysers where changed but complain is still there quality of the product is not as per ISI standard.Action against CROMPTON GREAVES should be taken immediately.

                                  I have purchased the fan on 3rd Sep-2016 and found defective. I called the customer care they visited and told they will see the matter latter and go back without signature of me/family member.
                                  I again complaint on 7 Sep-2016 (Complaint number [protected]) but no visit was arranged by Crompton Greaves. On 12 Sep-2016 and 15 Sep-2016 I again contacted to customer care bu till date (18 Sep-2016) I don't get nay response.
                                  This conpany has worst products, they are deliberately sell defective products in new packing. So why they are not entertaining the complaints.

                                      Hi All,

                                      This is a great pain and huge mental Torture by Crompton service center Dhanbad Team & their response to customer .

                                      I have purchased Crompton Submersible Pump from Shree Ram Sanitary on 3rd September 16, after installation when we started it was getting tripped .

                                      On 05 September I have logged a complaint to customer care with No. [protected] and by noon One service center staff has come for checking the pump .

                                      As per his advice it seems there was some soil or dust has been stuck in the motor, we considered his words and called plumber team to reinstalled the Machine .

                                      We have paid Rs 5500 again for the same and after that there was no fault like that .

                                      Again we replaced the Motor as per service center advise and after installing in front of his physical presence it was having same Issue .

                                      Now service center advised that you have voltage problem, we have purchased a New Stabilizer with Rs 8500 and set with Panal Box .

                                      Same Issue has happened, again service center advised that you have Neutral Issue from Electric pole, we have called electrician and tightened Our Neutral line .

                                      Again same Issue is happening and no support from Service center Dhanbad .

                                      My question to Crompton service team is that why being a customer I should face all these Issues when we have provided all support here .

                                      Need your fastest support for us here so that we have a faithful Goodwill of your services .

                                        I have purchase Crompton Water Pump on 25.07.2016 and I think I am under your warrantee period but my pump is now out of order (within 1 month) due to some water approached inside the pump by leakage.                                         Water heater purchased started leakage after 18 months. But company is stating that date of purchase of the appliance has been tempered with so as bring it within the purview of warranty period of two years. This is not correct. No foul play is there. Company is requested to repair the leakage in the assembly of water heater.
                                        Need to know how I get replaced a damaged led bulb with in guarantee period.
