Complaint number [protected] dated 04 Dec 16 not resolved till date. The technician who came to repair was an immatured and totally inexperienced in repairing. He was even unable to open and fix the product. After reminding the same thing to customer care, the same technician was sent again on 29 th Dec. Now due to his hard handling, water is leking from the geyser. And the service centre is also not responding to this work. As a result I am unable to use my geyser for the last one month.

    Running time suddenly hang and stop the fan after switch on but fan not running. This complaint raising to dealer but he say you have register to toll free or send mail to complaint e mail register. So we request to short out that issue. Fan purchase on 10.10.2016 dealer name varalakshmi enterprise, no-201 kundrathur main road, moulivakkam, chennai-600125.

      I have lodged complain no.[protected] dated 21.12.2016 for problem arise in my geyser-10 litre, model no. Swh910s. Date of purchase is 07.11.2015 through n. E. Electricals, ambari, guwahati-781001 (Assam). But, your authorized service centre "murchana electricals, guwahati" has failed to resolve my problem. I have already been contacted with them several times but they have not respond my complain. Please take immediate action, other-wise i will go to consumer court for harassment and cheating occur on the matter.

        This is in regard to a water geyser purchase by me at Rohini Sector 7 Delhi-110085.

        There was a problem of chemical smell in geyser water so i complained to dealer and customer care.

        ONE OF YOUR EXECUTIVE MR. NAVEEN SAINI MISBEHAVED WITH ME ON TELEPHONE. HE TOLD ME THAT THIS IS NORMAL THING NOT A BIG ISSUE AS SOMETIMES COATING OF A GEYSER GET REMOVED BUT NO PROBLEM WE WILL REPLACE THE PRODUCT. THEN HE SAYS THAT IT'S YOUR HALLUCINATION THAT SMELL IS COMING EVEN AFTER TECHNICIAN VISIT.

        THIS IS HOW YOUR EXECUTIVES DEALS WITH CUSTOMERS..

        "HALLUCINATION"...EXCUSE ME...

        AND WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT YOU COME AND TASTE AND SMELL THE WATER THAT IT IS NOT MY HALLUCINATION...HE GOT ANGRY AND SAID TO ME THAT PROBLEM IS IN YOUR HOUSE WATER...THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN OUR PRODUCT...WE WILL DO A QUALITY CHECK NOW...

        GREAT!!! AN EXECUTIVE OF A BRANDED COMPANY BEHAVES LIKE THIS.

        BULLISH!!!

        I DO NOT WANT ANY REPLACEMENT FROM COMPANY. I WILL THROUGH OUT THAT DEFECTIVE GEYSER ON ROAD. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT. BUT I WANT AN APOLOGY LETTER FROM MR. NAVEEN SAINI.

        I hope company will understand the value of a customer whether employees understand or not.

          Sir,
          we are suffering a problem in water heater. The green light is ON as we switched but the water is not heated up. so we made a discussion with our near by plumber, he stated that THE PROBLEM MAY BE IN THE COIL in water heater. we are on this issue for the past 1 month. kindly help us to resolve this problem so that we will not suffer from this problem in the future

            I called up customer care since my crompton fan has been stopped suddenly, the service representative told coil has been burned, it can not be serviced by the company and closed the request. Again I called customer care[protected] the response was not proper, he asked me disconnect the call by saying his manager will give me a call. But I did not even get a missed call from them. the service is so pathetic. I am completely pathetic about their service.

            Purchased on: March'2016.
            Stopped on: October'2016(only 6 month over)

              With reference to my previous complaint dated 30.11.2016 in response your reply was received on 30.11.2016in which you had assured to resolve the problem with in several days, I am sorry to say that after 10 days no action has been taken for resolving the problem, you are requested to take immediate action in this regard and M/s Sai Engg works Meerut. My problem with you is still pending inspite of my reminders.

                I bought an iron press in the month of April 2016 with 2 years warranty, suddenly it stopped working. I logged in complaint on toll free number on 3rd Dec vide complaint number [protected], no body neither called nor attended our complaint till 5th Dec. I again called on customer care number then assured to get it attended, when no body called & turned till evening i took the number of Area Sales Manager ( Mr. Navin - [protected] ) he took some service person in concall & the response was surprising. Complaint was closed as they tried my number once & no response was found. Mr. Navin instructed him to send the person immediately, engineer visited my house around 6:30 P.M on 6th Dec & after checking the iron he declared thermostat is faulty & needs replacement. He was not carrying it & has committed to get it replaced yesterday i.e 7th Dec. After lunch i called him twice, he said i will do it in the evening but did not turned up. I spoke to Mr. Navin around 8:30 P.M, he was out of town & said i will check only when i come back & if you feel take this matter to higher authorities or where ever, i can only assure repairs if part is available or replacement but only after returning to Delhi. I just wanted to know what is the lead time to attend/resolve an issue? If company is no carrying sufficient spare then product should not be promoted. Kindly look into it & if possible arrange for refund as i am no more interested in using Crompton product.

                  I had booked a complaint for Crompton geyser not working at my house which is under warranty for First time [protected]. Technician arrived at 3pm & we intermediately came out of office to attend him. He corrected the fault and made it workable. Again we faced the same issue on Friday in the same week. Booked complaint [protected] the same day. Technician did not arrive on Saturday instead confirmed to send someone by Monday 11 am. As we both are working, it is not possible to attend them beyond that. They did not turn up on Monday & also the same got repeated on Tuesday.
                  On confrontation with them, the technician & his manager (Sandip Dey, Loc: Kolkata) pushed us and argued to stay beyond 12-1pm on weekdays. Sandip Dey also went to the extent o[censored]sing unnecessary arguments with me when I enquired about the delay in service. On debate, he even said you may complain about the same to the company.
                  Escalating and requesting to deal with such unprofessional PR handling by the manager & his team.

                    I made a complaint to the customer care about the malfunction of my geyser around 12'o clock today. I was allotted the complaint number [protected]. But to my great shock and horror O received a message around 5'o clock that the issue had been resolved when nobody knocked at my door for the repair. Does not it sound funny? Will the Company stop playing joke with an innocent and well-meaning customer.

                      I purchased a number of Crompton Greaves fan and other electrical appliances from M/s Divya Electronics Meerut out of them one ceiling fan was defective and making noise and is bubbling I reported the matter on toll free complaint M/s Sai Engg. works meerut was instructed to get it in order they inspite of my repeated requests they did not attended the problem after repeated phones they attended and told me that fan needs to be replaced as centre rod is not in order they did not replaced the fan On complaint to Mr Vimal they made a mobile recording of the fan in which bubbling is not clear and noice is not recorded as it is made from distance Kindly look in the matter and get it replaced as it is giving me mental torture I feel cheated . M/s Sai in Meerut are very rough people they did not behave properly with Crompton customers they are tarnishing the image of your renowned company Kindly look in the matter and get the ceiling fan replaced.

                        I purchased crompton cg-rd automatic electric iron (serial no. olkhp-158161) on 10/04/2016 at d-mart mira road branch, did not ironed a single cloth from your crompton automatic electric iron as it is since not working from the purchased date it, as per your warranty of 24 months so i request you kindly replace the same, waiting for your positive reply, kindly solve above on top priority.

                          Dear sir,
                          I have bought six celling fans and one electric gyser six month back from one of your dealer shop name varshikar electricals, parnaka vasai road west pin 401201
                          Immediately after two months ie in the month of april 2016 i launchd complaint thats its too much noise coming from celling fan and its too much noisy and irritating so i made complaint to customer care
                          They have send one of machanic to ch3ck the problem
                          He has visited and did some repair but within two days again same problem faced
                          So again i made complaint to customer care but when he has visited noise stopped for certain period and same mechanic visited so i made request to get replac3d this fan but he had complaint and said y u people harressing to launch complaints
                          I visited to shop they said if mechanic put a sticker on that to get replaced then only we are replacing otherwise not. So i request to mechanic but he has not done any thing.
                          I am attaching video how the fan noising and crompton graves such reputed company i bought all my equipments along with six celling fan in my new flat.
                          Again i requesting do the needful as earliest or else where should i get complaint pls guide me

                            I lodged a complain dtd[protected] regarding water heater/geyzer is not wor king. The complain no is [protected]/[protected]. On[protected] i received sms your complain resolved when i talked with customer care they assured me next day 100 % engineer will visit & rectify or replace the item. But till date no one visited to rectify the said geyzer. After that i requested sevearl times on phone & also on mail but till date nothing has happened & problem still exist. No one visited. Today your dealer /nominee patna told that your behaviour is not good as our engineer told we will not visi & rectify. He told me lot of false thing which never occured.
                            This was really a shocking for me. Can i expect anything from your end which saw me that i have purchase a good thing of reputed company like you.

                              I have bought a new Geyser on today I. E 13/11/2016
                              And installed it today itself but the Geyser is not working properly water is getting leaked from the knob of temperature adjustment. I have bought it by the trust of its name and the seller said that it will be handled by the company I have got frustrated by this product as the new product is creating problems for me it is creating a negative impact on us so please find some suitable solution for this

                                  I purchased ceiling fan of Crompton Greaves ltd from market.I thought I bought quality ceiling fan but my thinking is not comes true because side biding of all four fans I purchased is scattered into pieces which fallen on my meals plate and at sleeping time. Your renowed co. Change me ceiling fan earlier but again it's scattered. Plz change this time with different model no.

                                    I have purchased a JMG online. It has some problem with the motor. I approached service center. They have fixed it temporarily. Again it was having same problem. Again I have approached the service center. This time they are saying that motor has to be replaced. They said it will be replaced within few days. Regret to say that it is nearly 2 months now, but the motor has not recd. at the service center. Very very poor service.

                                      I had purchased geyser from retailer with proper bill and warranty card. The geyser leaked, retailer lodged complaint with CG when I approached him with the complaint. The mechanic visited and opened the gyser and concluded that the tank has leaked. Went back saying that he will register it with CG and CG executive will come.
