Hi SBI team,

I have applied for a credit card around a week back and today 28th Feb i got a call from credit card verification team with '[protected]' asking whether Siddesh speaking. I said yes then they will cut the call.

This scenario happenned for 3 times.

4th time i asked the caller to hold on and asked why you people shut the call without intimation.. again without any answer they shut the call.

Again i received the call this time its super just i lift the call and then they shut.

Is the service you provide for your customers?

This is the most worst expirience i have ever faced.

Should i take the SBI credit card or not? Iam asking this because before coming to your brand you are playing and making the customers frustated with your worst service, if i enter in to your services by taking the card then how will be my position?

Please take necessary action on credit card verification team.

    I am Faizuddin. I am having a very bad experience with SBI credit card. I am having a SBI card with [protected] .
    3 mahine tak sab kuch acha chala, 4th month meiN Rs.4000 wrong charges laga ke bill aa gayi, jo ki Paytm se huyi thi, jab ki maine aisi koi payment paytm se ki hi nahiN, mere paas paytm ki statement hai,
    uske baad maine paytm ko phone bhi kiya ki kya maine aisi koi payment ki hai, unhone kaha nahiN, uske baad, aur to aur mere mobile par bhi 4000 transaction ka koi msg nahi aaya,
    uske baad maine card band karwa diya aur 4000 ko kam karke payment kar di jo ki mujhe costumer care wale bande ne karne ko kaha,
    uske baad next month ka bill aaya jisme extra charges ke saath saath wo 4000 bhi juda huaa tha, 14/2/2017 maine phir se phone kiya aur full & final settlement ke req kiya, mujhe bola gaya ki aap ki problem 7 working days mein solve kar di jayegi, main wait karta raha kisi ka phone nahiN aaya,
    aur jab aaj yani 28/02/2017 ko maine khud se dobara phone kiya to pata chala ki aap ki request decline ho gayi hai, aap ka full & final settlement nahiN ho sakta, aur charges aise hi lagte rahenge, nahiN to aap pura paisa de dijiye,
    paise to main dene ke liye taiyaar huN kelin wahi dunga na jo maine use kiya hai? jo maine use kiya hi nahiN wo paise maiN kyun du, ab lagaate ab is month tak wait karta hu agar settlement kiya to thik, nahiN kiya to will meet in court. my phone no is [protected],

    SBI ki side se to call nahi aaya magar 4 fraud logo ka call zaroor aagaya, jo card ka no puch rahe hai uske baad CVV no puch rahe hai, aaj ye saare no lekar thane zoroor jaunga,

      i, Nani Obin m a having a SB account number in SBI, itanagar Shopping Complex, itanagar, have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to [protected]pl.

        I have been debited twice for an internet payment of Rs 1011.24 towards the IIT CEED exam . While the actual payment was made on 22/04/15 the duplicate payment debit entry was on 09/04/15 even before the registration for the same had opened.
        My repeated requests and complaints to my home branch to reverse this duplicate entry has not been done.

          I, sankar nath pramanik, account holder of sbi-vindhyachal-mirzapur road, dist. Mirzapur, u. P, sb. A/c no.[protected], also one atm card, find ridiculously that rs.115 had been debited twice on 19/02/2017 from my said account as annual fee. It is not out of the point to mention here that my wife late chhaya pramanik breathed her last on 02 feb. 2016 and i intimated branch manager, sbi-amoraboti chowrah, code 17615; and i surrendered her atm card to the branch manager, sbi-amoraboti chowrah, vindhyachal-mirzapur road, dist. Mirzapur, u. P immediately thereafter. It sounds sarcastic to note that annual fees are debited @rs.115 twice on 19 feb. 2017 after one year of surrendering atm card of deceased wife late chhaya pramanik from my said account. Further sms replies..."your complaint registered with ticket no.[protected]. Please quote this no. While making any enquiry about your complaint. Expected resolution time wed 10:11am... Dear sir/madam, your complaint cr[protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution (?)... What a nice solution from an administration of public bank! Sarcastic to customer... Please confirm,

              My name joshila Banerji my ATM card annual charges are levied on me, as a matter of fact my ATM card was closed and blocked. When ever I went to the ATM the card showed blocked, i complained the matter to the manager she says that you have to pay for services though it has been blocked or closed. Why should I pay for services not used?
              Is this the type of services we are provided.
              I want the amount credited to my saving account. I need you all to do the needful.

                Unable to carry out any transaction through the net like NEFT Transfer of funds to Credit Cards. The Mobile application is also not working. I approached the Chief Manager SBI Rajajinagr BANGALORE 560010 but his response was negative. He did not bother to solve the issue. kindly advise. Secondly I opted for SB SECURE OTP which is also not working it is highly disgusting

                I lost my ATM card and go SBI branch and a voucher slip fill up for withdrawing money but the branch counter harassment me and he told me . No ATM no cash . So my money my account but not my indefinite .
                I received a message in my mobile no.94...75 that my atm debit card (Maestro ) no<[protected] > is blocked.it was issued OCT 2004.
                I wish to withdraw this block with immediate effect, so that I can change my pin for purchase from shops.

                    4 days back I got a call from SBI Kurumannu, asking me to put the due interest amount against the agriculture loan account and mentioned today is the final day to deposit that money. So we somehow managed to get money to avoid any problems for the getting the subsidy (worth rs.4000). So when I went today, they said it is not only the ineterest but also the lumpsum amount to be deposited. I got literally a shock and told about the situation, everybody said that it is the total amount they told me during the call. But I'm 100% sure that they told me only the interest amount. Now the situation is, I won't be getting the subsidy amount. Also there were others, whom they had the same kind of call and got dissappointed with the irritating behavior of the people who are sitting on the chair and tricking their loyal and valuable customers. Please try to understand my situation and please help me.

Last year I started depositing money for ATAL PENSION YOJNA.But after depositing first instalment I am nt able to continue it.So I went to my branch regarding the matter.But they are not able to help me out .Now it has become difficult for me to deposit any amount in my savings account because money is getting deducted from it.Please I want help from your side.I am not able to deposit anything there.I will be very grateful to u.Thanking you -MUNIA ROY

                        Respected Sir,
                        I have been receiving defence pension from the DPDO, Kolkata through SBI, Dhakuria Branch till December, 2005. Due to change of permanent address I have requested DPDO, Kolkata to transfer my PPO before the SBI, New Garia (Srinagar) Branch.
                        I wish to repatriate before the DPDO Kolkata with effect from 01.04.2017 as I have faced difficulties to draw defence pension from the said bank. In this respect I have visited the DPDO, Kolkata Office and confirmed that i have to open an account with the nominated bank of the DPDO, accordingly I have opened an a/c with the Allahabad bank Branch code- 0211807, 87, Tentulberia Garia Kolkata-700 084.
                        I am not satisfied with the service and manner of the SBI Manager and staffs, accordingly I have written letter to send my PPO before the DPDO. A reminder was also issued to the SBI, BM New Garia Branch Office, till date no action has been initiated by the said Branch Manager.I have decided to close the pension a/c on 31.03.2017 that has been given in writing in my letter dated[protected] and[protected] respectively.
                        Now the BM is telling that DPDO has to give in writing for repatriation of PPO.I have requested him to give in writing in stead of that He said I will be transferred soon.
                        Kindly issue necessary guidelines and oblige.

                                My self SHUBHAM Nawlakhe. From Burhanpur mp . I never saw such a bank . SBI branch in Burhanpur is like jungle . Counter number 6 Patel uncle which is cash deposit and withdrawal counter give important to big amount persons . And work is done through other door . without caring about the long queue in front of counter. There are almost 10 counter in bank but 80℅ are always empty . I complain many times in bank through applications . But nothing changed . No technology was use in the bank for customer satisfaction . I make sure that I can promote this SBI services . Thanks

                                    My friend having SBI SB Account. Recently he applied for the new debit card and received the same within 10 days without PIN. As per their Kit PIN has to generate through SMS with prescribed format and sent to 567676. But we send the SMS with prescribed format more than 10 time but its not generated. Once we send the SMS means it will charge Rs.3/sms. Why its take more than 10 times to generate PIN. Really it frustrating to us. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      My PPO No.[protected]. I retired on 31/07/2016. Due to VII Pay Commission benefits are revised. Arrears details forwarded to SBI (CPPC) Virukambakkam Branch, Chennai, TN 600092 on 06/01/2017 for payment of Rs 15, 22, 462/- by CPAO, New Delhi. Disbursal Branch is SBI VOC Nagar, Thanjavur-613 007. Nearly two months passed.Nothing is heard. Request for early disbursement.
                                      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      This is ma second mail that i have send for the reason to know y they deducted, kindly check the mail previous mail for details.
                                      I paid Rs 1548/- to Oriflame India Pvt Ltd. New Delhi on 13.02.2017 through net banking, My SBI A/C No [protected], the payment transaction no. POS 819340. Rs 1548 deducted from balance but failed to pay Oriflame India Pvt. Ltd.. The said amount debited from my aforesaid account is yet to be refunded.

                                        I have a smart payout prepaid card of SBI bank. By that card i purchased petrol on[protected], which was a failed transaction. Even though my card was debited by Rs. 400/-
                                        That transaction has been confirmed as unsatteled by the bank but i have not received the refund amount yet.
                                        please manage for the refund.
