Sir/mam i have filled a online passport form from passport seva website and i have done online payment through debit card and after that it was showing payment not paid and then i wait for 6 more days but still it was showing payment not done.I request you to please do fast to refund my money so that i can continue with my passport process. Couple of days ago i have paid the amount of passport and still i m not getting the confirmation of payment it showing payment confirmation not yet received from bank so i just want to know haw many days will need for the payment confirmation as it is mentioned to working days but to working days over so let me know about this all...

I need your urgent action on this. I have paid 1008.5/- through Oriental bank of Debit Card payment deducted from my account but Payment status shows Failed.

Type of Application: NORMAL
Fee (Rs.): 1000/-
Transaction Date : 8.6.2017 (around 4.55 pm by POS Transaction fronm Oriental Bank Debit Card)
Payment Status (Internet Banking) Failed
Not able to reach the SBI customer care. I tried reaching the number[protected]. But the number is always engaged that is why i am writing this email.
