I have paid my credit card dues through paynet online for an amount rs.10000/- through sbi bank debit card via paynet

transaction ref no. Is hsm[protected]dtd 16/12/2016

i have transaction failed an e-mail from paynet nor the same is refelected in the payment history. Moreover, the amount has been debited from my saving bank a/c of sbi bank account still not refunded.More then 20times contact branch and customer support .But they didnt reply properly

it is requested to please clarify the above anamoly and refund my money immediately ..

        Sub: harassment by officers of sbi, ghonda, delhi.

        I am head of school, government girls sr. secondary school, brahmpuri, delhi. our school has an official bank account no. [protected] in state bank of india, ghonda branch, delhi-110 053 for various works such as staff salary, disbursement of economically backward students’ scholarship amount, transfer of sundry proceeds to various vendors etc.

        My complaint is against the extremely poor and frustrating functioning of the sbi, ghonda.

        Vide our letter dated 10.06.2016, we had submitted a letter along with account numbers and other details for crediting the government scholarship into individual accounts of 50 girl students of our school who have accounts in the same branch. the proceeds in respect of 38 students were credited after a couple of days. our staff members visited the bank on many occasions to pursue with the bank officials for crediting the money into remaining 12 students but nothing moved for days and months. having tired of visiting the bank on innumerable occasions, we wrote a letter dated 25.1.2017 to the branch manager apprising him various irregularities committed while transferring the proceeds. details are as under –

        I. bank credited the scholarship money twice into two students’ accounts.
        Ii. bank credited the scholarship money thrice into one student’s account.
        Iii. bank returned the scholarship amount in respect of three students back to ddo’s account without indicating any reason.
        Iv. bank neither credited the scholarship money into following five students’ account nor returned it to ddo’s account in spite of various reminders –

        Since our personal visits and follow up was being ignored, again a letter dated 13.2.2017, 8.2.2017 and 17.02.2017 were written to the branch manager requesting to trace scholarship amount. this letter also remained unreplied and no action was taken by the bank. however, no action seems to have been taken by the bank and whereabouts of missing scholarship money is not known yet.

        As regards innumerable personal visits to the bank as usual, let me inform you that on 4.2.2017 our teacher mrs. suman rani went to the bank to enquire into the matter. she was advised to meet mr. praveen sharma, operation manager, sbi, ghonda. it is unfortunate to state that mr. sharma made mrs. suman rani to sit before him and wait from 2pm to 7pm on 4.2.2017. still he did not resolve the problem; and advised her to keep on visiting the bank daily from 2 to 7pm to help him retrieve the entries and tracing the proceeds as per students details given below –

        On 17.02.2017 i once again visited the sbi, ghonda. i gave written a letter and reqeusted branch manager to help us in retrieving the misplaced amount as the poor students and their parents were making hue & cry about scholarship amount. the branch manager written on my letter, “please come and visit at branch after banking hours & meet mr. p. k. sharma to resolve your issue”.

        I want to ask, “is this the way bank works”? is it not unbecoming of a government servant to behave? i am greatly frustrated and upset.

        Through this mail, i request you to immediately look into the matter and instruct sbi ghonda to immediately trace the missing proceeds and credit the same into above mentioned students’ account

          Hello,
          I Snehal Lau Tirlotkar was applying for passport through online mode and initiated a payment of 1500 using a State Bnak Of India debit card the amount got deducted from my bank account but the payment status in the passport application portal was failed. The payment has not been refunded to the bank account. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

              I am attemt to register a ca cpt online registration june 2017 on 3rd feb 2017 at 5.57pm... i used my sbi debit card (domestic type) but as i clicked on the pay option i suddenly got an error message, 'error occured. payment unsuccesful', due to this, the amount deducted from my account, and failed to register (ca cpt online registration june 2017)... so please refund me the desired amount into my account... i checked my transactions and found this very transaction in the name "pos prch"pos[protected] icai, delhi with the amount inr 6100 deducted from my sbi account...                 Respected Sir/Ma'm,

                Today the 20th Feb 2017 at 9.30 am and 9.36 am I got calls from one person who introduced himself as a bank official and asked my ATM card and AADHAR D card number where he said my bank account would be freeze within 3 months as they are not link with my account. Hence, to avoid this, I was told to provide the above details to him. I was shocked that he seems very articulate and good at conning me to give him such details. However, after he failed to convince he resort to using abusive language and hang up the phone. This is the number from which he called me [protected]. Through this, I want the bank to alert all of its innocent customers not to fall prey in such scammers. Old and illiterate people can be easily be convince given that they are technically sound and have articulate skills to convince the helpless people.

                Whenever I try to login it displays 'you are already logged in... in case you have not logged out of your earlier session please try again'... I have logged out before... I have been getting this message for the whole day... I changed my system also the browser... same message... what is the problems

                    My name is p.Satyanarayana rtd rly employe.My retirement settlement money was transfered to state bank of india/ bhaskararaoper/ vijayawada. But on the same day i received msg from sbi that hold for inr 4, 00, 000.00 created in your account
                    *****10507 on17/02/17. Immedietely i went to branch and met branch manager he said that some rly officer told him to hold the amount from my account without any reason or any written evidence (document). So iam asking what powers he has to do like that without proper written evidence moreover i have not taken any loan from sbi. So i humbly request you to take necessary action and do justice to me on releasing my amount .

                      सर मेरा नाम जसमेल सिंह मठारू और इसी नाम का डॉक्यूमेंट जमा करके मैंने अपना अकाउंट आपके बैंक में ओपन कराया था पर मेरी जब पासबुक बनकर आई तो उसमें सिर्फ जसमेल सिंह लिखा था उसमें मेरा सरनेम नहीं लिखा था और मेरा जब भी चेक मुझे मिलता उसमें जसमेल सिंह मठारू होता और मैं जमा करता था और वह चेक क्लियर हो जाता था पर अभी मैंने दो चेक जमा किए वह दोनों चेक मेरे वापस आ गए मैंने बैंक में ही जाकर पूछा तो कर्मचारी का कहना था आपका सरनेम नहीं लिखा है आपकी पासबुक में तो मेरी उसमें क्या गलती है मैंने पूरे डॉक्यूमेंट दिए जिसमें मेरा पूरा नाम जसमेल सिंह मथारू लिखा हुआ था और डॉक्यूमेंट आपके पास है चेक भी कर सकते हैं उन्हें मैंने समझाया और वह मानने को तैयार नहीं हुए और मेरी दोनों चेक रिटर्न कर दिया मैंने उन से निवेदन भी किया कि मेरे डॉक्यूमेंट दोबारा से जमा कर लीजिए और मेरा चेक क्लियर कीजिए तो आप के कर्मचारी जो दास जी हैं वह सुनने को तैयार नहीं हुए और उन्होंने कहा चेक सुधरवा के लाओ जिसमे खाली जसमेल सिंह लिखा होना चाहिए जब मेरे पेनकार्ड में जसमेल सिंह मठारू लिखा है तो खाली जसमेल सिंह का चेक कैसे बनेगा सर आपसे विनती है कि अपने कर्मचारियों को परिस्थितियों को समझते हुए समस्याओं का निराकरण करने का तरीका बताएं नाकि ग्राहक से बदसलूकी करके काउंटर से भगाएं आपकी जो ब्रांच फाफाडीह मैं है उसमें जो चेक क्लियर करते हैं दास सर उन्हें थोड़ा ग्राहकों से बात करने की तमीज सिखाएं क्योंकि बैंक ग्राहकों से चलता है ग्राहक किसी एक बैंक से नहीं ग्राहक तो यह बैंक नहीं दूसरे बैंक में जाकर अपना खाता खुला कर अपना काम कर सकते हैं

                        This official behaved arrogantly and rudely. The branch issued toke numbers and when I was at the counter when my no came, they asked me to join the mismanaged queue. Waited an hour extra because of this. Want appropriate action.
                        There are old people and women in queue who first wait for their token number after that they have to join the line and again wait for their number to come, if we cannot implement "digital india" practically at least accordingly banks should not increase the inconvenience.

                            Since 15 days I have visited so many times in bank's branch to get my welcome kit but still no response from them. No body is giving response its really embarrassing.

                              I was make a transaction amount of ₹200 on 09.02.17 But it was not successful.and balance also deducted.so I call to SBI care and representative Said my balance will be refund in 7 days.but until I'm not receive My balance.

                                Dear sir, I issued a cheque of ₹30000/= to icici bank, which was misterpreted by sbi bank cheque clearing department.they thought it to be ₹50000/= and got dishonoured for insufficient fund.I did clearly mentioned ₹30000/= in letter and in word in respective space in cheque and even requisition slip was filled properly but they made such mistake and charges were deducted from my account for dishonoured cheque.

                                      I am Naveen Kumar Gupta. I have an account in SBI. From last December an unnecessary deduction of Rs. 5.75 is taking place form my account whenever I am using it for online purchase or recharging paytm or Ola wallet.
                                      Till now 5-6 times the money has been deducted from my account and whenever I am raising a complain in SBI I just got a message after 4-5 days that your problem is resolved but no one is giving me the exact reason for deduction.

                                      Hi I got my internet banking kit from my sbi branch about 10 days ago and i was advised to use it after 48 hours but when i tried to use that after more than 48 hours it says that invalid credentials. Can anyone advise me how to get it resolved?

                                      SBI has deducted 115 INR without any notice. The amount is reflected in my balance but not mentioned in the mini statement. I haven't made request for any services, so what's the motive behind this deduction?
