Sir rewards customers care is not pick d phone m continue calling to reset the password I forgot my rewards password do needfull...please do needfull..debit card customer care sbi are not pick the phone always waiting and not to pick the phone and always do the same behave..please sir customer service is so delay and always do late always pick the call half and hour. M facing problem

    Sir,

    I opened a sb accou t in sbi bikaner ( jail road) branch.
    I got my user name and password for internet banking but my account.
    When i login i to my internet banking account it shows that no account mapped with this username.
    I called customer care they tell me to unhind account by clicking on profile tab but there is no account hidden.
    How to resolve this problem.

      I am account holder of SBI, CSP Kodariya under Patahi (East Champaran) branch of Motihari R.O. (Bihar). System of withdrawal is only verification of biometric finger impression only. Several times machine of CSP does not verify finger and CSP representative not resolving problem. I asked several times to transfer my account to Patahi Branch. But, it is told that there is not possible to transfer of account. In this condition what I have to do for easily withdrawal of cash. Kindly resolve this problem. This problem is not only with me. This problem is also facing by various citizen.

          Sbi credit card is not well as others, i have also using different credit cards, they are very supportive and providing superb customer satisfactions through using the credit card, But sbi is really torturing inorder to take unneccessary charges, i lost lots of money in every month since october to till february, sbi is charging without giving any informations of the transactions.As a new customer cant afford the above activity.kindly i requesting to payback the money.

            The amount is deducted from my bank account

              I hold an account in SBI. Recently I came to know about E-buddy App by your bank, hence I started using it. I was able to add money but I was not able to transfer the amount to another account under transfer to account option, for that, it stated transaction failed. I called customer care and intimated but the response was "its an technical issue so contact your Branch", Further, I contacted Ambattur Industrial Estate Branch SBI, they said" we cannot help with this, please contact customer care". Again I called customer care but there was no proper solution given. When you introduce an app, it is your reponsibility to make it function well, if not provide an alternate solution, how can you bluntly say it is an technical issue and not transfer the amount, now I am stuck with any money and not able use the money I have in E-buddy wallet. Please sort this issue at the earliest. Ref Account No: [protected].

                I complain against my SBI credit card no [protected] because I request to customer care for deactivate my card because try by some one for unauthorized transaction and confirmation mail received from SBI card customer care for deactivated my card on 08.04.2016 but now I received a mail from SBI card statement for annual charges against my deactivate card .                   I recived call from agent of sbi credit card in september asking loan. He said approved loan. I clearly told him i not required loan now, i need in november 2016. Further they sent the cheque . In october they sent first emi statment and asked me to make payment.
                  I informed them since i dont want loan now, i will encash cheque in november. So i not made payment in october.( my question is why i have to start paying emi without taking loan.

                  Sbi credit card people again genarated the emi in november asking me to pay prevoius month payament, late, fee, extra fee etc, etc. Again i called them and told them its not currect. I told them to start emi from december.

                  In november i encashed my cheque of 3lakh.

                  Why i have to pay earliear emi, eventhough my cheque not encashed i have to pay?

                  Sbi not given me even correct person contact number. They bludy people putting music in call centre and wasted my time.
                  Finally now i forcebly paid all extra amount, emi charges etc. About 40000 extra collected by me. I thought sbi is good bank but they cheated me like anything. They are looting inocent customer. Which bank i have to trust?

                    Sir. I opened sbi kiosk banking account at majhergram on 2014 And regular salary account at bagula sbi on 2016. Both have same cif no. Now i have transferred regular account from bagula to jaguli. But my cif have not transferred. When asked branch manager of bagula he replied he can not do anything because cif is in majhergram.jaguli branch manager is saying without cif transfer you can not draw any money from our brach though ifse have transferred in our branch. And majhergram sbi ph is dead[protected].i have no other account in any branch. My all saving is in the salary account of sbi. And though it is a chaque, atm facility account i was not given then till date.applied for internet banking but bagula banking guy said Internet banking user id and password wil be sent in your adress.i an waiting for them till 6 month.
                    So please guide me what to do.

                          HI,

                          Last 2-3 months i am facing many problems regarding technical issues in net banking. SBI website is not supporting at all. every time it is showing due to some technical issue we are unable to process your request. I am just fed up with all . I am just requesting them to upgrade their website or application according to the current demand. Because now a days everyone is doing online transactions & their website or application is not enough capable to support customer's transactions.

                            My staff received a call from [protected] .he was saying that he is from Ahmadabad sbi head branch. he asked for adhar card number, atm pin, atm card number and saying that today is the last day if you dont give me details your account will get closed permanently and you will fine rs 3000 .when i take the call and asked him about my staff details like name and address to verify that it is fake all or not .he stated saying that you will be responsible for charge apply on my staff account . also he continuously taking name of MITALI GAS ( indian gas supplier ) that your connection of mitali gas will also get discontinue .I strongly have doubt that there is some connection in both mitali gas and this caller . i send my staff to sbi branch to tell them but they just say dont receive call we dnt call like this instead of taking action agains this caller . please take some action before some innocent poor person get victim .

                              I had lost my mobile number now I want to change my new mobile number
                              And the big problem is that I can't go to my branch that is SBI Dehuroad Branch. because I'm out of Town for one year So what can I do. But my ATM is with my brother he take money any time but now I'll not get the detail how much is withdrawing.
                              And even I don't have the SBI Online Banking or Mobile Banking

                                Mana 17.02.2017 ma apna sbibudy walt ma 5500 rupees add kiya tha but dusra din jab mana dakha walt sa pura paisa debit ho gaya hai...
                                Dear sir this is to inform you that my earlier number which was register in Sbi was blocked so I need to update my new mobile([protected]) for using my internet banking kindly process my request and do the need full
                                The deputy manager ( Vinita Roy )and clerk ( Trisha Kumari ) of SBI tatisilwai have a very bad behavior and stupid mind..
                                They don't know how to talk with senior citizen as well as Local public.
                                So I request to you, please take quick action against them.

                                Sir. Mai new account open karna chahta hu . But branch manager na mujha kaha k apka account rs 5000 sa open hoga. Sir ky aysa koi rules hai

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I had an transaction of rs 4000 / through sbi freedom (Sbi Amila branch-012996) app to my another sbi credit card on 20th of February. But it is not credited to the said credit card and neither it got returned. That's y I called 24×7 helpline many times and every time their excuse was that their systems were not working. Please note that I m an railway employee working thousands of kilometres way from bank branch. Hence it's next to possible for me to go to branches to inquire about my transactions.

An amount of Rs. 172.50/- haa been due to an OUT RETURN CHEQUE charges, I just want to know that recently the charges was Rs. 17/- but suddenly how come they charged me for an amount of Rs. 172/-????

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I bade on line payment for the following property tax.& APSPDCL. The transition failure message generated after the payment and thanking message from SBI for using the debit card. The money is deducted from my S/B account.

                                    8.4.2017 On line payment Rs.1842 to GHMC against PTIN [protected]
                                    8.4.2017 On line payment Rs 3491 to GHMC against PTIN [protected].
                                    9.4.2017 On line payment Rs 175 to APSPDCL against Ser No.[protected]

                                    I have made complaints to SBI S.R. Nagar branch where my SB account is operated after complaining personally and mails, ii) also sent my complaint to GHMC and APSPDCL. There is no response from any one including the SBI SR Nagar branch.

                                    Dear Sir, as you are aware that the PM wants cashless transitions but the systems and agencys are not in co-operation.

                                    I request all concerned to rectify the system and set right my payments immediately.
                                    The GHMC sends lot of messages for property tax payments but the co-operation is nil in solving the problems.

                                        Why is there a deduction of rupees 11.50 from my account without any transactions.
                                        Kindly refund my amount debited or else give me an concrete reason as to why is it deducted.
                                        I'm not getting my salary credited to my account through SMS what might be the reason.
