Dear Sir / Madam,

Sub: Reversal / re-payment of incomplete transactions made on 30.01.2017 through IMPS Funds Transfer.

Please refer to my e-mail of 02.02.2017 followed by reminders vide e-mail dated 06.02.2017, 08.02.2017, 09.02.2017, 10.02.2017, 16.02.2017 and 21.02.2017 on the subject.

I had an outstanding amount of Rs.3, 572.00 only in my Car Loan A/c No.[protected], as on 30.01.2017. I attempted to deposit Rs.3, 570.00 (Rs. Three thousand five hundred seventy only) in my above mentioned Loan A/c No.[protected] through IMPS Funds Transfer from my Savings Bank A/c No.[protected] with Punjab National Bank, Sector-Alpha-2, Greater Noida but the System showed some problem in completing the transaction. So, I attempted another transaction of Rs.3, 500.00 (Rs. Three thousand five hundred only). Again, the System showed problem in completing the transaction.

After some time on checking my Savings Bank A/c, I found that both the transactions of Rs.3, 570.00 and Rs.3, 500.00 (Tr. Nos.[protected] &[protected] respectively) were effected and the amounts debited in the A/c.

So far I have neither received back the payment nor any reply from your end of my repeated requests despite elapse of more than 25 days.

In view of the above, you are requested kindly to make reversal / re-payment of the aforesaid incomplete transactions made by me on 30.01.2017 through IMPS Funds Transfer and credit / transfer the amount(s) to my Savings Bank A/c No.[protected] with Punjab National Bank, Sector-Alpha-2, Greater Noida.

    I was try to generate pin though sms, ivr, and ski atm. But i didn't receive one time pin on my registered mobile number. I try several time but all in vain. I contact sbi home branch. They said to me you receive one time pin otp very shortly on your register mobile number. But i didn't receive. I try to customer care but they failed to solve my problem.
    I want my pin number of my atm card.

      I Shanti Singh is an account holder of SBI. My account no is [protected]. My ATM card no. is [protected]. My card is blocked for unknown reason. I cannot withdraw my money and facing a lot of problem.

        Not able to login

        SBI is one of the worst online banking system where I havent seen in my life.

        From past two days trying to login to personal banking but following message is displayed all the time "You have already logged in. In case you have not logged out of your earlier session please try later."

        what is this I tried all the trouble shoot issue (deleting cookies e.t.c) but still same issue....

        I made an online transaction on 23.02.2017 using my sbi debit card for passport appointment booking at psk bangalore, but due to technical error transaction failed but amount has been deducted from the account. I tried to call[protected] several times but it is always engaged.

              I opened a sbi account and I receive my passbook and atm card

                Sir, i swap my sbi debit card to swap machine on dt 19/02/17 in bike showroom for purchasing a bike at allahabad. Merchant wants 1.25% of charges for card sweping by us (Card holder).                   ATM issue charges two times debited from my account in continous two months i.e jan 17 & feb 17, and still atm card is not issued to me, when i asked in the bank about my query they suggest me to contact customer care, when i contact customer care i was suggested to contact to branch, visited 3 times to bank and 3 + times contact to customer care but still there is not any solution to my problem

                    I, kamalakar a having a sb account number in sbi, kurupam branch have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to +91 [protected] pl.

                          I have done the payment on regular basis. when i applied for a loan they have rejected my case due to CIBIL issue.

                          when i have checked my CIBIL report it is showing that their is over due pertaning to my cridet card of SBI.

                          i have written the mail to SBI & Head of cards regarding my issue but their is no response from them would request you to kindly sort out this issue at the ealist.

                            Sir,

                            i have sbi card no [protected]

                            there is a issue about payment in this card for which i have called on your toll free no lots of time, but there is no proper answer given by your side.
                            in august 2016 i have paid my sbi card payment by cheque no 16457 bank of india, for rs 8302/-there was a massege that this cheque was dishonoured, so from your company a person came to my house and collected another cheque of rs 8310/- cheque no 16458.dated 9/8/2016 from same bank, but after this the first cheque of rs 8302/- also cleared from my account,
                            thus on bill of 8302/-rs, payment received by you was. rs16612/-

                            now after that you send me another bill of 64000/- against wich i have redeem points of 2000 value against my bill and i have paid my bill of remaining 62000 by cheque no 16459, bank of india.
                            which from your side told me that said cheque was dishonoured.and one photo copy of memo also given to me as cheque was dishonoured on 2/9/2016, due to 84 other reasons-connectivity failure, cheque present date was 1/9/2016, and cheque dishonoured date was 2/9/2016.

                            but my cheque was cleared on 08/09/2016, from my bank and amt of rs 62000 was debited from my account that means due to connectivity failure you have deposited that cheque on 7/9/2016 again and that time cheque was cleared,

                            ihave given my bank account statement to your collection person jignesh amin and also given cheque clear certificate from my bank also. here also i attached both of above things

                            all of above given to them there was a legal notice also given to me to present in the lok adalat
                            and your collection personds forcefully told me to pay 3400/- rs.

                            i have told them to give me bank memo of cheque dishonour of date of 08/09/2016, but further they are not solving my problkem.

                            i am 2 years old sbi cardholder and till date no issue against me about any payment in 15 yaer of my carier not a single cheque was dishonoured from my account and there was not any due of any kind of my card or bill payment, as a responsible person i regulerly paid my all bills, all credit card payments, all loans also.

                            due your mistake today my cbill score shown as negative and i cant take any emi loans

                            pls look after in this matter,

                            pls send me cheque dishonoured memo of dated 08/09/2016, or find actually where my money goes?

                            here i attched all three documents bank statement, cheque clear certificate from my bank, your memo of dated 2/9/2016

                                I am to inform that while filling of the application form for OJEE-2017 vide no.1005293 of Miss Pratiksha Sahoo at Step - III payment of Rs.1000/- has already been made through netbanking vide reference no . IGAAUWYDQ4 dtd.17/02/2017 but the process has not yet been completed stating "you are required to pay the fees Rs.1000" although the payment has already been deducted from my account vide the reference id stated above.Rs.1000/- has already been deducted on 17.2.2017 from SB A/c No.[protected] and deposited to A/c No.[protected] as ascertained from the bank. But neither the amount has been reversed to the bank account nor the process of filling up of the application has been completed. Please solve the problem.

                                  Fraud call from SBI..

                                  Today i got fake a call from a person with Bihari speaking tone and they asked me to give atm expiry date and card number. I got a call from [protected]
                                  please do take action from these fraud guys. He said your atm card has been blocked so give your atm card details and we will unblock your atm card immediately.

                                  when i asked them about my SBI account/card details, they were not able to provide me anything apart from my mobile number.

                                  They told that my sbi card can be unblcoked using nay bank'card details.

                                  I tried complaining at local police office but took my paper complaint only and no FIR filed.

                                  I understood it was a fraud call, so disconnected it. Beware of caller from this number and request to concerned authority to kindly look into the matter.

                                    I booked train ticked twice in irctc unfortunatly it was failed there is no informations and money was refunded. But whats my problem is this 2 transaction service charge debited in my account now ticket are cancelled money refunded what about service charge? Is this refund?
