I had lost my mobile number now I want to change my new mobile number
And the big problem is that I can't go to my branch that is SBI Dehuroad Branch. because I'm out of Town for one year So what can I do. But my ATM is with my brother he take money any time but now I'll not get the detail how much is withdrawing.
And even I don't have the SBI Online Banking or Mobile Banking

Please help me

    Mana 17.02.2017 ma apna sbibudy walt ma 5500 rupees add kiya tha but dusra din jab mana dakha walt sa pura paisa debit ho gaya hai...

    The deputy manager ( Vinita Roy )and clerk ( Trisha Kumari ) of SBI tatisilwai have a very bad behavior and stupid mind..
    They don't know how to talk with senior citizen as well as Local public.
    So I request to you, please take quick action against them.

      Dear sir,
      I had an transaction of rs 4000 / through sbi freedom (Sbi Amila branch-012996) app to my another sbi credit card on 20th of February. But it is not credited to the said credit card and neither it got returned. That's y I called 24×7 helpline many times and every time their excuse was that their systems were not working. Please note that I m an railway employee working thousands of kilometres way from bank branch. Hence it's next to possible for me to go to branches to inquire about my transactions.
      Kindly revert back as soon as possible.

An amount of Rs. 172.50/- haa been due to an OUT RETURN CHEQUE charges, I just want to know that recently the charges was Rs. 17/- but suddenly how come they charged me for an amount of Rs. 172/-????

        Dear Sir,
        I bade on line payment for the following property tax.& APSPDCL. The transition failure message generated after the payment and thanking message from SBI for using the debit card. The money is deducted from my S/B account.

        8.4.2017 On line payment Rs.1842 to GHMC against PTIN [protected]
        8.4.2017 On line payment Rs 3491 to GHMC against PTIN [protected].
        9.4.2017 On line payment Rs 175 to APSPDCL against Ser No.[protected]

        I have made complaints to SBI S.R. Nagar branch where my SB account is operated after complaining personally and mails, ii) also sent my complaint to GHMC and APSPDCL. There is no response from any one including the SBI SR Nagar branch.

        Dear Sir, as you are aware that the PM wants cashless transitions but the systems and agencys are not in co-operation.

        I request all concerned to rectify the system and set right my payments immediately.
        The GHMC sends lot of messages for property tax payments but the co-operation is nil in solving the problems.

            Why is there a deduction of rupees 11.50 from my account without any transactions.
            Kindly refund my amount debited or else give me an concrete reason as to why is it deducted.
            I'm not getting my salary credited to my account through SMS what might be the reason.

              I have try to deposit 2500 in CDM at 9:24pm 24/02/2017 in SBI Kannur main branch.When i clicked confirm it was showing the transaction is processing But suddenly transaction failed . And come a receipt that showing TIMEOUT TRANSACTION RECEIPT. I didn't get my money back. So i am requesting for refund the amount what i have deposited in the machine. please make this happen quick because i need that money to pay my fees to college. So i need the money urgently. So please resolve this problem quickly.

                Iam an Sbi a/c savings bank a/c holder. I use cashless transaction for payment after demonitization using SBI Debit card. As it was notified by the Government not to charge fuel surcharge from customers, SBI is still charging Fuel surcharge, I have complained with the customer care and the useless are closing my complaint without proper response.

                On what basis are they charging fuel surcharge even after Govts order.

                  Recently i went to the branch manager of madhavadhara sbi (Branch code:12839) (As on 22.02.2017) for getting counter signature on mandate form as i have joined in the present station on transfer from chennai. I paid the requisite fee of rs.115/- in cash towards servive charge as my account balance on the day is zero in as much as i did not get salary for the last one and half month ie from 14.01.17. On perusal of my account, the bm threatened that my account will be closed soon. I replied that feb salary will be credited soon so no problem. But the manager, purportedly lacking manageral conductance with costumers and showing ill feeling towards me threatened me that my account may be closed even before that thereby creating panic in me.in this way the manager, not considering my transaction history, treated me as fool. He has shown to me poor ambience which he ought not to have shown to any costumer of the bank. No person can be prosperous forever to maintain full balance. I complained via cms, but no satisfactory action. Hence i request the concerned authority to take appropriate action against such public authority.

                    The sbi ATM in outram line, next to venus, has a security guard probably over 40, more than a guard he is a threat. I entered to take out some money, spoke politely to him. He started shouting suddenly telling something which I couldn't comprehend and he kept repeating the same thing over and over again, getting very aggressive. Still, politely I asked him to come and show me what is wrong, he got angry with me and started raising his voice, saying "don't you even know that much. I am telling you and you are not listening to me". I said I don't even know what you are talking about, then he looked back aggressively making a disgusted face at me, thats when I walked off. You can even view the CCTV camera to get a better understanding of the situation that I had faced.it happened on the 23rd of feb, 2017 around 8:40 - 9:00. I really hope that you will take this matter seriously and do something about it.
                    I got scared of that man because It was just me and my cousin and I didn't know what was wrong with him.
                    Please see to it that something is done about this man, because if action isn't taken I'll take it in my hand and report to the police station which is just about 50 meters from the sbi ATM

                    Today on 30 th August 2021 at 9:15 pm i was visit at SBI ATM near Tollygunge studio, inside the ATM booth two person was continue using ATM Machine at a time, when I object two person is not allowed at a time inside the ATM, but security Guard use slang languages and misbehave with me and my wife.
                    It hurts me that a security guard is supporting with this.

                      Today i went to sbi bank where i am customer since 5 years. I went to bank to deposit 10 rs coin of 1000 rs. Which are give us during demonitization by bank staff. I want to take use this money but in jhunjhunu area nobody is take this money as a any service pay, so i went to bank but staff is also refused to take this and razz me two staff and one is saying that you should go daily temple and 10 rs coin give to temple . where all people are razz on me i feel harshed. At last i want to know that what to do of this money.?

                        I have account in SBI jale branch after 10 to 15 days of submitted the form I got passbook in which they have mentioned wrong village name.when I complained about this they told me it will take 2 or 3 days for correction and due this my ATM card not delivered to me.i am very disappointed for this.what kind of service they are providing??? In rural areas SBI satff are very rude they don't have proper knowledge specially in Jale branch. why they are not submitting correct details of customer.

                            I have facing problem about my ATM CARD because i lost my first ATM card then i have give request to issued another ATM card from bank and then after 15-16 days i have received a MSG from bank that your ATM card is received from bank and u can collect from bank then i am going to bank and i ask to the counter person and she was giving me the register to check my name and A/C NO. and i found my A/c No. but my ATM card not found and she easily says that your ATM card is not here.I specially not going to my office for the ATM. and but i found nothing and seriously i have destroy my day for that.

                              I have applied for renewal of passport of my wifeMrs.R.Pandimadevi on 6 Feb2016 and it failed twice but an amount of Rs1512.75 was deducted twice from my IOB debit card [protected] under[protected]VID04771 andVID05415.Subsequently on 18Feb2017 Rs1512.75 only has been credited to my IOB SB account no.1199 under00034655 VID39262 .The second amount Rs1512.75 has not been refunded till date.ARN 17-[protected] File no MA[protected] dtd 06Fef2017.
                              A fresh amount of Rs 1512.75 was paid through the same debit card on 7Feb2017 and got the appointment and received passport.
                              Please arrange to affect refund of Rs1512.75 immediately. Regards N.Rajasekaran.

                                I, yogesh kumar rajput, adv. Having s/b a/c no. [protected] in the state bank of india, branch majlis park, adarsh nagar, delhi-110033 since 2005,
                                i have deposited one cheque no. 932963 dt. 21.02.2017 for rs. 25000/= drawn at state bank of india, karol bagh, new delhi. Mr. Vijender singh said about in this cheque this is a fraud singed cheque and return me on dated 23.02.2017 at about 4.10 pm by the same person. I also requested to sr. Manager also.
                                That the cheque is a absolutely true and correct. I have recd. The same for my legal consultancy fee.
                                Now i am very very harassed / hurt due to the behave of mr. Vijendra singh using the wording as fraud/ farzi in the presence of many customers in the bank for my true and real cheque issued by my client. I can he say fraud without expert opinion of signature experts. I requesting to take appropriate action agst. Above said person.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  Sub: Reversal / re-payment of incomplete transactions made on 30.01.2017 through IMPS Funds Transfer.

                                  Please refer to my e-mail of 02.02.2017 followed by reminders vide e-mail dated 06.02.2017, 08.02.2017, 09.02.2017, 10.02.2017, 16.02.2017 and 21.02.2017 on the subject.

                                  I had an outstanding amount of Rs.3, 572.00 only in my Car Loan A/c No.[protected], as on 30.01.2017. I attempted to deposit Rs.3, 570.00 (Rs. Three thousand five hundred seventy only) in my above mentioned Loan A/c No.[protected] through IMPS Funds Transfer from my Savings Bank A/c No.[protected] with Punjab National Bank, Sector-Alpha-2, Greater Noida but the System showed some problem in completing the transaction. So, I attempted another transaction of Rs.3, 500.00 (Rs. Three thousand five hundred only). Again, the System showed problem in completing the transaction.

                                  After some time on checking my Savings Bank A/c, I found that both the transactions of Rs.3, 570.00 and Rs.3, 500.00 (Tr. Nos.[protected] &[protected] respectively) were effected and the amounts debited in the A/c.

                                  So far I have neither received back the payment nor any reply from your end of my repeated requests despite elapse of more than 25 days.

                                  In view of the above, you are requested kindly to make reversal / re-payment of the aforesaid incomplete transactions made by me on 30.01.2017 through IMPS Funds Transfer and credit / transfer the amount(s) to my Savings Bank A/c No.[protected] with Punjab National Bank, Sector-Alpha-2, Greater Noida.

                                        SBI is one of the worst online banking system where I havent seen in my life.

                                        From past two days trying to login to personal banking but following message is displayed all the time "You have already logged in. In case you have not logged out of your earlier session please try later."

                                        what is this I tried all the trouble shoot issue (deleting cookies e.t.c) but still same issue.

                                        Sir,
                                        I was booking a E-ticket through IRCTC and transaction was unsuccessful, but my account debited ₹847.
                                        I received a following msg from BZ-ATMSBI.

                                        "Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 622XX4643 for a purchase worth Rs847 on POS [protected] at irctc_PayTM txn#[protected]."

                                        Pls refund my balance. Thanks..

                                        I'm facing the same problem since last couple of days. Now it has become a big problem.
                                        SBI should do something about it immediately.
