i have sbi card no [protected]
there is a issue about payment in this card for which i have called on your toll free no lots of time, but there is no proper answer given by your side.
in august 2016 i have paid my sbi card payment by cheque no 16457 bank of india, for rs 8302/-there was a massege that this cheque was dishonoured, so from your company a person came to my house and collected another cheque of rs 8310/- cheque no 16458.dated 9/8/2016 from same bank, but after this the first cheque of rs 8302/- also cleared from my account,
thus on bill of 8302/-rs, payment received by you was. rs16612/-
now after that you send me another bill of 64000/- against wich i have redeem points of 2000 value against my bill and i have paid my bill of remaining 62000 by cheque no 16459, bank of india.
which from your side told me that said cheque was dishonoured.and one photo copy of memo also given to me as cheque was dishonoured on 2/9/2016, due to 84 other reasons-connectivity failure, cheque present date was 1/9/2016, and cheque dishonoured date was 2/9/2016.
but my cheque was cleared on 08/09/2016, from my bank and amt of rs 62000 was debited from my account that means due to connectivity failure you have deposited that cheque on 7/9/2016 again and that time cheque was cleared,
ihave given my bank account statement to your collection person jignesh amin and also given cheque clear certificate from my bank also. here also i attached both of above things
all of above given to them there was a legal notice also given to me to present in the lok adalat
and your collection personds forcefully told me to pay 3400/- rs.
i have told them to give me bank memo of cheque dishonour of date of 08/09/2016, but further they are not solving my problkem.
i am 2 years old sbi cardholder and till date no issue against me about any payment in 15 yaer of my carier not a single cheque was dishonoured from my account and there was not any due of any kind of my card or bill payment, as a responsible person i regulerly paid my all bills, all credit card payments, all loans also.
due your mistake today my cbill score shown as negative and i cant take any emi loans
pls look after in this matter,
pls send me cheque dishonoured memo of dated 08/09/2016, or find actually where my money goes?
here i attched all three documents bank statement, cheque clear certificate from my bank, your memo of dated 2/9/2016
