Dear Sir / Madam,
Sub: Reversal / re-payment of incomplete transactions made on 30.01.2017 through IMPS Funds Transfer.
Please refer to my e-mail of 02.02.2017 followed by reminders vide e-mail dated 06.02.2017, 08.02.2017, 09.02.2017, 10.02.2017, 16.02.2017 and 21.02.2017 on the subject.
I had an outstanding amount of Rs.3, 572.00 only in my Car Loan A/c No.[protected], as on 30.01.2017. I attempted to deposit Rs.3, 570.00 (Rs. Three thousand five hundred seventy only) in my above mentioned Loan A/c No.[protected] through IMPS Funds Transfer from my Savings Bank A/c No.[protected] with Punjab National Bank, Sector-Alpha-2, Greater Noida but the System showed some problem in completing the transaction. So, I attempted another transaction of Rs.3, 500.00 (Rs. Three thousand five hundred only). Again, the System showed problem in completing the transaction.
After some time on checking my Savings Bank A/c, I found that both the transactions of Rs.3, 570.00 and Rs.3, 500.00 (Tr. Nos.[protected] &[protected] respectively) were effected and the amounts debited in the A/c.
So far I have neither received back the payment nor any reply from your end of my repeated requests despite elapse of more than 25 days.
In view of the above, you are requested kindly to make reversal / re-payment of the aforesaid incomplete transactions made by me on 30.01.2017 through IMPS Funds Transfer and credit / transfer the amount(s) to my Savings Bank A/c No.[protected] with Punjab National Bank, Sector-Alpha-2, Greater Noida.
