Respected sir.

I am sreedhar kumar. Bangalore. I am a retired official.

Invoice no[protected]obangalore. To settle the bill i gave my credit card cashier swipe the card twice and insisted to put my pin on two occasions and i ritually did so. O the cashier informed there is no access to the card. Again i gave my debit card she competed for the payment issues. For my surprise, the credit card is debited twice and my account linked to the debit card also debited leading to thrice debit for a single transaction.

Now i am running short of available limit in my credit card. Kindly reverse 2 duplicate payments and see my credit card limit is restored to original status
Or make any necessary arrangements as i want to make some more purchases.

The maximum price of sorghum in the outside market is Rs.50 / kg but in D-Mart the price of sorghum is Rs. 67 / kg How is this possible? This is a customer fraud. I just want explanation.

    I have visited D-Mart on 21st Sunday, I have taken Lipton Green Tea box capacity of 100 packs in it, Displayed MRP as 470/- and offered 100/- discount and displayed 370/- rupees as D-Mart Price, I have thought of 370/- and went for billing and the billing amount is 419/-, I was shocked with the billing amount, I asked regrading this to the concerned person, They had given nonsense answers to me, As a busy life, and the rush at the counter for billing no one can see what is displayed price and what is charging, Please take a serious action on it, Kindly do the needful Sir.

      The staff swiped my card. I got a message that money has been deducted. Then he cancels it. Said that payment could not take place and i would get the money refunded within 24hrs. I paid again. It has been a week since then and i haven't got the money yet. And they would be telling one thing or the other. First they told to contact the debit card toll free number. Then next day they told me to write a complain with my card number and phone number. I would be contacted the next day. But nothing happened till now.

        Had bought from dmart powai items worth 1479 on 14th july using icici debit card. I was charged twice the amount due to a server issue at the counter. The counter executive told me to wait for 24 hours for the charges to get reversed.
        It has been more than 96 hours, still i am yet to receive it. I tried calling the bank, they said i need to check with dmart for the same. Kindly help

        I purchased 2 Badam milk bottles(manufactured by dodla dairy) in your rajahmundry branch on 15th July. Manufacturing date is 15.6.2019.on lable shows use best before 20days.but they sold after expiry.please pursue the issue

          Procured Tropicana mix fruit juice against bill no.[protected] dated on 17.07.2019 from Gandhidham. HSN code is 2202 as per bill. Found seal was properly closed but inside raper was opened. I already complained to gandhidham and he ready to replace but i can't go their due I stayed mundra away from gandhidham is around 70km. So I request to replace the same by any of courier or else. Also I need clearification for action to be taken from. Your side to Tropicana company.

          Hi, Please note that we have recently changed the closure of Tropicana Tetra packs to a new one which does not have the ring pull as earlier. The cutter inside the closure breaks the seal of the pack when the cap is unscrewed. This is printed on the pack as NEW ONE-TWIST CAP.

            With 1 litre Prabhat milk there was a free prabhat dahi pouch of Rs. 10 ..But I was given only 2 pouch though I bought 8 litres of milk.. When asked about that I was told only v can give 2 on 16/7/19.Iwas writtern on the pouch free with1 litre milk. I bought the milk from D mart ready Deep tower branch. kindly look into the matter at the earliest .

              I ordered some products online out of which there was cheese slices worth 325 rs which were not required i returned it on 28 june 2019 its the 12 of july today they are saying they have refunded the amount but it has not been received in my bank account. They are just giving excuses that they have refunded and will check and call me back no call is being received from them i even mailed them regarding the same and got the same reply to check with my bank

                I paid rs 504/- through credit card on[protected] it got failed but amount was deducted. Then i paid cash. But bank is saying the transaction is successful but d mart is saying we did not get money. D mart manager is saying come tomorrow. I don't have that much time except sunday. Kindly do the needful on urgent basis. Else i have no option but to go to consumer forum. Will demand 100 times amount for harrasing

                  Today (6th july 2019), i visited dmart hongasandra, bangalore.
                  While shopping, i clicked a photo of price board shwoing wheat flour prices. It was for my future reference as there were multiple varieties with respective price board.
                  Immediately, one sales staff comes to me and tells that photo is not allowed.
                  I found it strange as many malls don't have such restriction.
                  Still i deleted the photo as per staff's request.

                  By then one manager named naveen kumar v s approched me and started talking in very rude way.
                  I told him that i didn't know that photo is allowed here and the photo is already deleted.
                  I even told him that this is the first time someone informed me about it.
                  So i told him to be polite and calm down while talking to customer.
                  Even then he threatened me by saying if i repeat to capture photo, i will be in danger and i am standing in dmart property.

                  When i asked him that prices of the products can anyways be seen in the bills. What big difference does it make to click a photo of price board?
                  He says prices shown in bill is ok but clicking photos of price board is not allowed.
                  Not sure how it make sense. But anyways i had already deleted the photo and he continue to behave like my boss.
                  I didn't feel like i am in a repute dmart mall.
                  It was so cheap experience any customer could experience.

                  Inspite of me assuring him that single photo is deleted, he kept blaming me that i have many more photos in my phone of dmart price boards.
                  Though phone is considered to be private gadget, i still handed over my cell to him.
                  Asked him to verify and understand that i am not lying.
                  Being a customer, i did so much but after finding no photos on my cellphone, he says that i have hidden those photos.
                  God knows what made him says so without any evidence in our first interaction.
                  I told him to unhide all photo and check if he thinks so. He then replies that he don't know how to unhide photos.
                  But he knows to blame.
                  A manager behaving his stupid and rude is heights of pathetic service.

                  He still goes on asking me to show if i have purchased anything in dmart or am have just come to capture photo?
                  When i told him that i have a trolley in corner full of items, instead of beliving me, he ask me to show the trolley!!
                  He didn't believe customers words. He was behaving as if it is mandatory to buy item after entering dmart.
                  Else, he will throw the customer out.

                  Being suprised by his behaviour, i asked him to show he id card so that i can note down this name.
                  He shows is id card and says that he is not bothered even if i complaint to modi.
                  His rude, unprofessional behaviour.
                  Then his confidence in saying that complaint won't affect him in any ways make me think if dmart is bothered about customer service quality or not?

                  Many other customers were watching this drama.
                  If dmart complaint wants to verify this manager's rude behaviour, they can even check the camera recording for 6th july hongasandra dmart around 2:30 pm.
                  I wish you have audio recording too, so that you can hear his threatening dialogues.
                  Because his colleagues and other staffs will definitely support him and not the customer.

                  Few customers even came to me and said that dmart staff is being very unprofessional and rude.
                  It looks like dmart has hired rowdies.
                  If the manager is like this, what could we expect from sales staffs working under him?
                  What will a manager like "naveen kumar v s - from dmart hongasandra" teach to his staffs?

                  Even in the small shops or road side vegetable sellers are far more polite, understanding and sensible.
                  Even if you give them business of 10 rupees, they will built trust. They will be ready to lend products so that payment can be made later.
                  But in dmart, even giving the business of 1000 rupees, customer are treated in very disappointing behaviour.

                  I would like to know that action dmart is taking for "naveen kumar v s"
                  He shouted and insulted me in public.
                  Is higher management of dmart capable of returning respect to the customer?
                  Can you make him apologies to the customer for being rude and unprofessional?

                  Even if you need bill to verify my genuinity as regular dmart customer, let me know, i will email the bill to you.

                  But i want to know that action you take for such people?
                  How you restore customer trust and faith about your customer service?

                  There is no quality on baby diapers from last three months, previously baby diapers was very good and now I observed some products like grocery items also not good, this issue is not only in Bangalore, in Hyderabad also

                    Hi, i purchased household item today from dmart here i asked the counter person to not add one item which was the joy facewash but he still added it in the bill it was under the scheme one plus one.                       D Mart Guntur is not allowing backpacks to be placed in their baggage counter.They are allowing only normal plastic bags, hand bags and etc. And they are saying that they won't even allow baby milk inside if you want to feed have to come out and feed.And suggested me to put my backpack outside where ever i feel comfort.when I asked if I lost that bag she replied reluctantly that if i want to go put my backpack out side but we won't allow backpacks to place in their counter.
                      Please take appropriate action to provide basic public amenities.

                          Hi on 25 june i purchased a orient summer breeze fan at dmart kusaiguda, and today we installed but there is a manufactur defect while switch on the fan getting noise from inside, i went to kusaiguda d mart for replacement, but they says replacement not possible and need to call orient customer care, or they will replair it and return to me with in 7 days. This is how dmart services to the customers. Please take immediate action on this, the same product replacement policy available from amazon, i need to struggle without fan at home for 7days?                                 Staff in the store is keeping no parking board on the road (which is not legal ) on asking to remove board. They are using abused Language.
                                Road are made for car parking not blocking with private no parking board.
                                More over trying with bed words.

                                    As i call on web given telephone no they are also not responding.

                                    At entrances on d mart kalyan
                                    When keep baggage on lockers
                                    Staff ask to see the lagguage open and also show them bill.
                                    Are you going to pay the bills for what we are carrying in our bags
                                    What the polices you have.
                                    I may try to expose in micro blogging .
                                    How dare your staff to mis handle the customers on very own entrances and you customer care phone no is useless.
                                    And i think if you are going to this way, get out somewhere there no need of customer or customer may no need you.

                                      I am manpreet from amritsar, Punjab. I visited D mart amritsar on 2 June 2019 at 8 pm. I had large handbag which was not adjustable into their service bags. I said please my bag is expensive n you please adjust it with clips not extra bags but there was a service boy he replied you go from here I will not do according to you . He spoke very loudly n cried on me in front of other customers. He missed behaved with me n I walked away from there without shopping . Which type of staff is it n their services for customers? ?

                                        I had visited today as on 8-6-2019 at Gandhinagar at 10.15 Am, and all my purchase finished at 10.45 Am. when I reached to pay cash every counter as long queue some of them non working, some of them indicate system slow, after some long queue I am able to pay cash at only 11.45 Am. its very shocking for me as a reputed firm like Dmart, and suffer lot as I have with my all family. so Kindly firm at your hand and take necessary measures at your hand, I shall be thankful to you.
                                        D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
