    I had placed online order by using dmart ready application on 4th april 2020. It was mentioned that order will be delivered on 06th april 2020.

    However, 5th evening i got a call saying that items will be delivered on 6th evening only because of no vehicle available. I agreed because anyway delivery was scheduled on 6th april only while booking.

    On 6th evening, i again received call from d mart gandhidham branch saying that there is no other order to be delivered in my area and therefore it is not possible for them to send vehicle for just one order. I was really not satisfied with this response because we are paying delivery charges for delivering items at home. Be it my single order or multiple order from same area, for me it is to be delivered because i have paid for the service.

    As we all are aware time is not good due to covid-19 and people are not allowed to go out and buy items. For this reason, i feel dmart also came with home delivery option keeping in mind the need of daily consumers. However, i see that specially gandhidham branch, is looking for own convenience rather then consumer need.

    Today 7th, i had to follow up and i came to know that now police is allowing only morning time slot to do delivery and i am still not committed when will i get my order delivered. I am really not happy with the service.

    This is not the way such a big company has to operate. Time is critical and corporate are supporting whatever way possible.

      We are a regular customer of dmart Mumbai .why cannot you accept family orders in time of difficulty.
      Accepting payment only thru card is that fair .
      Pl be helpful to regular customer or in regular time we will be forced to buy material from small shops.

        Hi team,
        My order was supposed to delivered 1 st of april. But still no one called or delivered the order. Please don’t do false promises.

        Please call me on the same number.
        If i call the customer support the queue will be 20. As soon it gets to 3 the call will automatically disconnects.
        If i email no response. Pathetic support and service. It’s waste of time

          In current situation of lock down people are heavily depending upon home delivery, i have raised order no - 8235570 on apr1, 2020, as delivery slot of next day 2nd apr morning was available i selected the same.
          Same order is yet not delivered, there is no communication from dmart team either.
          Wrote mail to dmart team on same and got ticket no - #338192,
          Till the time i write this delivery has not happen and there is no communication from them too.

          Point is if you can not deliver, just say so, do not ask ppl to unnecessarily wait in lock down situation.

            I wad being told they are selling induction when i called them to check. Hence in this crisis situation i went to the store walking 25 mins as my induction stopped working and it was billed as well while checking the induction a lady manager suddenly stepped in and said who gave u this? I cannot give u this item i told her it's being confirmed by ur staff and i really need it. She was extremely rude and did not understand the situation. I tried to explain her that i badly need it she started telling me it is from government i cannot sell it... Can u please tell me where is it written? In this crisis situation i badly need it hence i went there and after confirming from their customer care... It is highly disappointing and she did not even apologies. I belong to a hospitality industry and we know how to handle a guest complaint. I want a strict action to be taken against her. If it wasn't a crisis situation like this then i wouldn't have told her also. It is highly insensitive. I am extremely disappointed. I was extremely decent without creating scene i left from there but i won't spare them. You guys have to take a strict action against the store. If managers are like this then i doubt what kind of training is being given to their ground staff.

No positive reply from email id of customer care. My friend got delivery on 25.03.2020 of order placed on 17.03.2020.

              I went to sidda pura d mart but they did not allow me to enter though i covered my face with handkerchief.

              I couldn't take my grocery, they are forcing to wear branded mask only what if a person doesn't get mask from anywhere, he has no right to buy basic food items for him self ?

                One executive and mager both are behaving like a rowdy sheeter and one smart lady in staff is behaving like his bad behaviour that two rowdy sheeter a are totally waste in dmart hyderguda branch touching the ladies and behaving like a rowdy sheeter one is rough speaking bad language and hypering on customers .Take a strict action on them or else suspend that bloody ### to other place if it is not possible to u it will go to CCS AND it will take a strict action on that both bloody ### .

Mr banwari, and ms neha garg are suddenly aggressive and ready to fight with us and say you go nay thing and you go any where we are don t give any receipt and we are not responsible when we came back without any argu because at d mart have majority of staff persons but it is very bed behaviour.                     Today on 11-mar-20 i went to panvel dmart to return the 4 oil bags of which i was not happy with quality, but supervisor not accepted the goods by stating that it is not in their policy to accept the goods after 7 days. Invoice no[protected] dtd 29-feb-20. Now what do i do with these oil bags and how would i get my refund. Its almost wasted my 1hr travelling and more than half hr waiting in q.

                      I had orders a few items vide my order no. 7233535 and one of the tetra milk packet was broken and milk spilled out. The 5 kgs sugar packet too was all wet and hence i returned it back. I did get a call from the customer care, but after that nobody contacted me. I need a replacement for those items,. Pls help me solve this problem and send me the items asap.

                        This is very frustrating that my transaction is been successful form phone pay app. Amount of ₹ 734 (Transaction id: p2001072013530298268166
                        Executives in the dmart told me that it is not successful and i will get the amount back.. And asked to repay..

                        Till now the amount has not come. I raised the complaint with the bank they clearly told that amount has credited to dmart account.. But the people from hongsandra dmart are not ready to listen me.. They are saying you have to come to the dmart to check that.. But i have reallocated from the city..

                          I have purchased some commodities worth rs.534 from dmart dahisar west mumbai on 19.02.2020 using andhra bank debit card. The transaction was declined twice and so i did payment using cash. But the amount was deducted from my account for both the failed transactions and i have not received a refund for the same inspite of making a complaint at the dmart customer care section dahisar with the bill.

                          Last week purchased Wheat flour from Visakhapatnam D-Mart (Maripallem area). The quality was not good. It seems that there is mix of Maida and not pure Wheat Flour. Please lookinto this urgently and improve the qulity.

                          Further, there is some products which are not in pack of 100 gms/200gms e.g Corriander, Cumin.

                            I have visited dmart amritsar on 13.02.2020 for shopping. Dmart is charging rs 16 for a carry bag which is contempt of supreme court dire tions and they are mentioning on the bill for the carry bag as 'plain cotton cloth'... On asking one mr. Rahul deokar having employee id 10002168 and mr singh having employee id 10012492 misbehaved with me. I just want that i[censored] are charging for a carry bag then why the same has not been mentioned in the bill. Please intervene in the matter and give me reply, either i have to approach consumer forum.

                                On[protected] i purchased goods at d mart store at tuni, egdt.
                                I swiped my debit card for rs4018.28 towards bill payment. But d mart staff informed that the transaction failed and amount not credited at their end.
                                I received message from bank that the amount is debited in your account towards payment made at avenue supermarket.

                                D mart staff had taken my information but till now i didn't received any communication from d-mart and till now i. E.,[protected] the amount is not credited/reversed to my account.
                                Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                  Hello sir,

                                  I faced the unacceptable service from the dmart store shaikpet hyderabad.
                                  I purchased the product from dmart and went for exchange of the product and they charged 1% on the product value and denied to provide the receipt for 1% charges. But they printed the credit note copy with the total amount but they gave me the amount with 1% deduction.
                                  They refused to give the bill to me so i have taken the photocopy of the bill and return credit note which is attached in the mail.

                                  I asked why dmart is charged for 1% without providing the receipt. They are saying some stories to cover their mistake and i asked for the policy even that they denied.

                                  Finally, i send the feedback to the dmart team and got a call from dmart and offered 1% charges which they charged me. (I have recorded voice with me) i don't know if they are doing transparent business they can provide the receipt for 1%.

                                  After complaining they are ready to refund the 1% so they are diverting this issue.

                                  Sure dmart is doing unofficial transactions on returning the products.

                                  Looting the customers without any records.

                                  Please see the loop of the mail they can't even reply to my emails. So this shows they are hiding their mistake.

                                  Please file the complaint on priority for the dmart avenue supermarket.

                                  Here in vadlamudi d mart branch, guntur district, andhra pradesh. They are not providing any kind of bill to the customer and they are fixing their own price on the product and committing to crime with their vulgar behavior towards students. Serious action should be taken.

                                      We bought d-mart packed rava from akurdi, pune outlet. The rava when heated turns into something like plastic pieces and when the plastic pieces are rubbed it turns into rava grains again. This doesn't happen with other brands rava. I have a video of this attached below. Hope this helps stop sale of this product. I think there is something like plastic or polymer product in there which makes it melt when heated and turns back to rava when cold.
