Today morning went to dmart at 5.45 as per the government instructions we went early to get some goodies. At entrance one guy asked me show the id card (He though i am under18)
Showed him that i am married and again he asked me how u came (Rude manner) told him i came self again he stopped me and asking me to show the car key or bike key. I asked him what is ur problem.. He is very very rude nd he asked me get lost from der nd stating it wont effect your shopping on our business.. Also used offesenve words and other staff are announcing that dont take any pictures or videos if any one doing that we will take ur phone nd seeze it.. I asked one of the manager that all these points are mentioned in tnc? In govt rule is there any where they aksed to stop ladies who came alone?? No response. Infront of lot of people he abused nd used offence words on me.

    I ordered from dmart ready app around 4 days back, delivery was scheduled for 11th april..but we did not receive it yet.

    none of the number available on internet or in app are operational.

    Order delivery -veena dynasty, Nalasopara.

    Its very urgent, pls deliver in first half.

      Hi! I had done the shopping on 12/04/2020 from d-mart ready app, mumbai with order no:9395621 at 03.47 am the bill amount was rs.12387/-. I did the payment through my upi id via google pay the transaction was successful deducted from my account but on d-mart ready app it is showing payment was unsuccessful
      Please reply what is the status of my payment?
      Is the delivery confirmed?

        Frauds. Took order 5 days back and didn't deliver. Now i have to follow up for refunds. Such group of cheats is a shame at the time of national issues. They said that they are taking group orders of more than 12k of minimum value. I needed some products urgently and preferably online. I made a payment of 12.6k. This is fraudulent that inspite of taking advance payment they didn't even bother to inform about late or no delivery status. Moreover i had paid delivery charges of around 400/-.

          My name is jay parekh, i tried ordering from the dmart ready app a numerous time but your app is pathetic, firstly it does not open and shoes that the website is getting updated then after trying for 2 hrs it finally showed me what products i can order, after doing that again the app crashed and had to wait for 2 hrs, finally after going through so much trouble i registered my account, put address and then its showing me slots booked till 17th april, when your app is not working properly how is it possible that your slots are already booked, i need a call back from senior management asap

          Yeas, agreed. No slots are available. I am keep tracking for available slot since five days. No slots are available till 17 th April and very next 1 min its showing no slot available till 18th April.
          I am not able to order. I don't know its app bug or what. But its been so irritating. Why they are saying home delivery is available while it is not taking order even if They are charged 3% of delivery charge of the bill. I have been waiting since a week. It just wasted my time. I could have order from another site but I stick to dmart . This is how dmart treats their customers.
          I am also facing same, since a week it shows slot are full, in midnight in very first min it shows next day is full. Worst app or worst slot management, in one second who is taking all bookings? Or are you affraid to deliver in some areas, if so show it properly so we can buy from other providers instead of waiting for slots.

            Dear sir
            I am a senior citizen aged 72 and is buying my day-to-day needs from your shop near anand nagar crossing thane west ghodbunder road maharashtra, since the opening of this new supermarket. Best service and naturally plenty of loyal customer, and proud to be one such customer. I stay at a distance of 2 kilometres from this shop and visit once in a week for weekly purchases including milk, curd etc. I walk to the shop and buy a maximum of 5 kilogrammes of things, my carrying capacity. Now due the present situation the entry to the shop is limited with some token system, to go and collect the token and come again for the purchase at the token mentioned time. For a senior citizen like me this is an ordeal for being staying at a far-off place and also to repeatedly walk for token getting and making purchases. Till now by arguing with the official i am able to enter with some delay time of half an hour, this causes much humiliation to me as well as disgruntlement to the already in line people. Please provide some consideration for senior person like me at least when explained the situation. Hope you will consider the request on humanitarian consideration. Please provide a reply with forward to the shop to ghodbunder road branch.

              Dear team,

              I had booked grocery online on 07.04.2020.
              And got delivery confirmation on 08.04.2010 and d mart will deliver the grocery to me on 10.04.2020.

              I was calling to seawood dmart[protected] today since 11 am to 07 pm. Only once at 03:12 pm they picked up my call and told that today it will be delivered. But he did not asked my order number. Till now not received call from delivery person.

              So, request you to plz inform seawoods dmart to call me and update the status of delivery.

                My online order i'd is 8504473. We had received less items on 08/04/2020. Ur delivery boy says u can order rest amount via offline mode and we will delivered the same.

                Today i called on [protected] (Mr nilesh) for offline order but he denied for the same.

                I request him to talk with ur supervisor or any higher authority, he talked with his supervisor but his supervisor ruddly denied for any favour to customer.br...

                I had ordered about 14 articles to be delivered at my home at anand, gujarat. I had ordered the groceries, etc. On 7th april, 2020 (Id no. 8710602) through dmart ready app and it was to be delivered at my house yesterday (9th april 2020 by 9 pm). I have not got the ordered goods at all.

                Kindly inform when am i supposed to receive the same. I did not receive any intimation about the postponement of delivery of goods too.

                  On march 31 2020 at sanath nagar dmart i had bought ambica rava laddu. When i opened the pack i found fungus on the laddus. The manufacturing date was expired and yet the product was being sold at dmart. So carelessly the dmart services work. I was very disappointed. It is like playing with the people's life. And if someone buys and the person does not see the manufacturing date and eat expired food then their may be health issues caused. Dmart at sanath nagar always keeps home foods old stock. Few products get oil smell. Like murkul etc. It's service is poor. I request the dmart food and grocery staff operater to kindly look into this matter and keep the un expired home foods. Kindly look into this matter and take the action immediately. Thank you

                    I have purchased double bed sheet at sanath nagar dmart in march... But it has a full of damage. So i went to the store within in one week. But due to corona effect nd lockdown they said there are no exchange scheme right now only purchases only so come after 30th.. So i went in april but again they said come after lockdown... What should i do.. Is there echange scheme is running right now??? I have to change my product 😭😭

                        I had placed online order by using dmart ready application on 4th april 2020. It was mentioned that order will be delivered on 06th april 2020.

                        However, 5th evening i got a call saying that items will be delivered on 6th evening only because of no vehicle available. I agreed because anyway delivery was scheduled on 6th april only while booking.

                        On 6th evening, i again received call from d mart gandhidham branch saying that there is no other order to be delivered in my area and therefore it is not possible for them to send vehicle for just one order. I was really not satisfied with this response because we are paying delivery charges for delivering items at home. Be it my single order or multiple order from same area, for me it is to be delivered because i have paid for the service.

                        As we all are aware time is not good due to covid-19 and people are not allowed to go out and buy items. For this reason, i feel dmart also came with home delivery option keeping in mind the need of daily consumers. However, i see that specially gandhidham branch, is looking for own convenience rather then consumer need.

                        Today 7th, i had to follow up and i came to know that now police is allowing only morning time slot to do delivery and i am still not committed when will i get my order delivered. I am really not happy with the service.

                        This is not the way such a big company has to operate. Time is critical and corporate are supporting whatever way possible.

                          We are a regular customer of dmart Mumbai .why cannot you accept family orders in time of difficulty.
                          Accepting payment only thru card is that fair .
                          Pl be helpful to regular customer or in regular time we will be forced to buy material from small shops.

                              In current situation of lock down people are heavily depending upon home delivery, i have raised order no - 8235570 on apr1, 2020, as delivery slot of next day 2nd apr morning was available i selected the same.
                              Same order is yet not delivered, there is no communication from dmart team either.
                              Wrote mail to dmart team on same and got ticket no - #338192,
                              Till the time i write this delivery has not happen and there is no communication from them too.

                              Point is if you can not deliver, just say so, do not ask ppl to unnecessarily wait in lock down situation.

                                I wad being told they are selling induction when i called them to check. Hence in this crisis situation i went to the store walking 25 mins as my induction stopped working and it was billed as well while checking the induction a lady manager suddenly stepped in and said who gave u this? I cannot give u this item i told her it's being confirmed by ur staff and i really need it. She was extremely rude and did not understand the situation. I tried to explain her that i badly need it she started telling me it is from government i cannot sell it... Can u please tell me where is it written? In this crisis situation i badly need it hence i went there and after confirming from their customer care... It is highly disappointing and she did not even apologies. I belong to a hospitality industry and we know how to handle a guest complaint. I want a strict action to be taken against her. If it wasn't a crisis situation like this then i wouldn't have told her also. It is highly insensitive. I am extremely disappointed. I was extremely decent without creating scene i left from there but i won't spare them. You guys have to take a strict action against the store. If managers are like this then i doubt what kind of training is being given to their ground staff.

The phone number 62337171 remains unanswered. No positive reply from email id of customer care. My friend got delivery on 25.03.2020 of order placed on 17.03.2020.
                                was it my mistake that I paid in advance?

                                  I couldn't take my grocery, they are forcing to wear branded mask only what if a person doesn't get mask from anywhere, he has no right to buy basic food items for him self ?

Vishal. Mr banwari, and ms neha garg are suddenly aggressive and ready to fight with us and say you go nay thing and you go any where we are don t give any receipt and we are not responsible when we came back without any argu because at d mart have majority of staff persons but it is very bed behaviour.
