My name is jay parekh, i tried ordering from the dmart ready app a numerous time but your app is pathetic, firstly it does not open and shoes that the website is getting updated then after trying for 2 hrs it finally showed me what products i can order, after doing that again the app crashed and had to wait for 2 hrs, finally after going through so much trouble i registered my account, put address and then its showing me slots booked till 17th april, when your app is not working properly how is it possible that your slots are already booked, i need a call back from senior management asap

I am not able to order. I don't know its app bug or what. But its been so irritating. Why they are saying home delivery is available while it is not taking order even if They are charged 3% of delivery charge of the bill. I have been waiting since a week. It just wasted my time. I could have order from another site but I stick to dmart . This is how dmart treats their customers.
