To day i visited d'mart hongasandra bangalore. Its really very pathetic service over there while coming out. Security guard are very disrespectful. While coming out after billing security guard do a double check. It's really a mystery for me that what do they try to find out inside the bag. If some one intentionally wants to steal something he can easily do that. They are making a big crowd and if anyone will ask to make a little fast they will become very angry. When i asked that where is your manager they simply said that i don't know. Even i am going to post this experience on social media and whoever is purchasing from d'mart in knowledge i will ask to stop buying from there.

If you people are really concern about the security please keep a bar code scanner or magnetic security tag scanner and don't waste the time of your customer. And its a humble request that teach your people to behave well with customer and make your manager availability.

    Dmart ready order no 1973766, in the item "dates tit bits", we have noticed full of small black bugs (Insects) inside the packet. Also, dates are packed in 14 nov 2017, which is having only 3 months expiry date. So, as on date, it's two and half month old packet. There may be problem in airtight packing or already bugs exposed dates are packed in the packet. Unfortunately my kid and my family also eaten those before noticed that bugs. We are really worried about the consequences of this consumed spoiled dates.
    It's mear failure of the quality testing of dmart. It also shows the inferior quality of the items supplied by the dmart. Eventually dmart has compromised on quality issues, which will impact the health of dmart customers.
    As my order is concerned, we are deeply annoyed by the dmart ready. We have lost trust on dmart items.
    Hence, we are requesting the dmart to compensate on the loss caused on this order.

        Dear sir/madam
        I am a senior citizen living in bandra west, was visiting my son staying in nerul..
        Since suggested by him about an offer on banana chips at d mart i was tempted to buy all the variety available on offer..
        I also picked up a few packs of washing powder also available on offer..
        Apart from the offer items many other miscellaneous items were also purchased by me..
        As i approached the cash counter to pay the cashier girl signaled to a self claiming store supervisor by the name of seema ghanvat who questioned me in a very rude tone, she asks me why are you buying so many pkts of chips, i was for a moment feeling i have done something very wrong, i felt like a criminal, there were other customers also listening to us...
        It was really insulting as i felt she was asking about my personal right as to what and how much i should buy..
        To add more salt to my wound one mr. Ashish kumar also assisted her to prove her right..
        I had no choice and kindly told mr ashish i shall gladly follow your shop rules, you can give me what ever quantity is permitted
        I already explained since we don't have a d mart shop in bandra i am just buying it at time.
        But it seems he was just interested in showing his powerful position

        The total quantity was just 21 pkts..

        I think i need to caution my family and well-wishers sp. Senior citizen that be cautious about dealing with dmart as should they face an embarrassing situation like me...

        I have made it a clear point never to deal with d mart again as to, not want to be insulted after paying for goods purchased...

        Wishing you all the best for just selling small volume of goods...

        I highly regretted shopping at d mart..

          Hi,
          I am the regular customer to d mart, but for the first time i and my family (Mom & daughter) insulted by your kanjurmarg dmart staff specifically mr. Vijay ingawale & shobha chavan

          On 13.01.2018 i went to your kanjurmarg dmart store in evening, my daughter was having chocolate which we bought from outside store, when we were busy in shopping, ms. Shobha chavan was working on same floor. She suddenly took chocolate from my 2.5 year daughter's hand and also rudly questioned my mom & me about chocolate. And also had verbal fight with my 55year mom, when we asked her to use proper words & gesture her reply was not tolerable.
          During this time mr. Vijay ingawale joined this discussion and he was giving cold shoulder, talking rudely and also used threatening words to me and my family on store floor. These two people i. E (Shobha chavan & vijay ingawale) not at-all having manners to speak to a customer. They straight away started blaming that you have stolen this chocolate and not paying even before checking the truth.

          I need to know what action do you take for such unprofessional and rude behaviour.

          I need a email reply or a call to explain this further.

          I expect a reply in next 2 days maximum else i would have to escalate the matter further without a choice

            I have purchased I pack of Red. Bull can of 4. Which price tag was RS. 325/-. When I paid the amount the billing amount was 360/-.
            When I asked for the same, the sales person took nearly half hour to resolve this.
            If somebody purchase more than 30-40 items he is unable check the billed rates with price tag.
            That means all the people who purchase the items with price tag will be fooled at the payment counter.
            Next time this will go to consumer court.

              I purchased deepam cooker and it's lid is not proper it's not getting adjusted to the bottom utensil of the cooker. I took the cooker to d mart hinjewadi as i purchased the product from there. They asked me to contact the deepam customer care service but they ain't responding. I purchased the product on 17 december 2017 and it's almost going to be a month but there is no response.

              What will i do with a cooker whose lid is not getting adjusted to its bottom.? Total wastage of money. Kindly do a refund or replacement

                I have been to d'mart rc puram, hyderabad today. I waited in a line for almost 20 minutes and when my turn came, a billing lady kept 'counter closed' board infront of me and asked me to move to next counter where 10 people are in a line already.

                Please note that time was 7:59pm when the counter is closed. I have noticed 4 counters are closed at 7:59pm and when i asked management, he said that women/girls timings are till 8pm. I asked him why don't you have shift wise people? And, is it the answer to a customer? If billing timings are till 8pm why are you running store till 10pm??

                You can hire women for morning shift and men for evening shift. Closing counters at 7:59pm is not acceptable.

                Management is unprofessional and not maintaining store timings. If you wish to close counters at 8pm, close d'mart at 8pm.

                And one of the billing person said that management is not allowing employees to have lunch. Running a store without sufficient employees and most of the existing employees are leaving at 8pm.

                  Today i. E 30 december 2017 went to dmart around 6:00 pm. We searched for the trolley and it became difficult to find one after some time i requested one of the customer who is about leave and took the trolley from him. I wondered when i went inside the store 5 trolleys were placed a side by putting some cartoon box in the trolley. I questioned on of the employee of the dmart why the trolleys were kept aside where as customers are facing trolley shortage. His reply is very rude with high pitch voice and said we are having less number of trolley here. If it is so why the trolleys were placed aside without using them? For this no answer and he left from there. After completing my shopping i have seen 4 trolleys filled with different different items and kept the corners behind the billing counter so asked one of the employee why these are placed like this without use he answered me those are back shopping products sir. Then i explained whole scenario after that no response from the dmart staff and i have seen 8trolleys were left in the parking basement. So pitty dmart administration invested on trolleys but they are not useful for the customer... Please find the attached image for your reference...

                      From last 3months i am doing online booking for daily home staff from d mart and from last 3 month receiving the goods at my home which is in mumbai only, now on 27/11/17 i had done an online booking and also paid the amount online and received confirmation of order and payment also, now on 2nd day received a sms that my order has been canceled from d mart as not reachable area for delivery and refund will take 10 to 15 days time frame.

                      As firstly i was receiving the same at same address and if their is such thing of area not reachable than they should have mentioned the same on site, now after taking my payment they are not refunding immediately, and i am leaving in city not in a remote area why they had provided service in last 3 months and now suddenly direct cancellation after taking my amount and now not refunding immediately only customer care saying for inconvenience sorry only. Ridiculous, very bad experience no customer care and responsibility from d mart.

                        I visited dmart store in amritsar punjab yesterday 27 nov at around 3.30 with my coworkers and at the check out we were getting charged wrongly for 2 items out of 5, first the cashier argued that we are lieying about the prices so we had to show him the price tag, we requested to speak to manager as we wanted to make a complaint, as manager came he was so full of attitude and just said its human error and was so rude as we were on the wrong side, as we expected a apology or some sort of respect from him but he was far from it, he was speaking so loudly with us in front of his staff and wanted us to show as well where it shows that price as he said we are lieying, his cashier confirmed the mistake but he just said can't do anything as already done and noticed, as we were not happy and said (Logo ko bewfkoof mat banao) and what he replied was (Log khud bewfkoof banne atay hae yaha).

                        That was the last thing we expected from him, anyhow we walked out from there them, we all promised to not visit that store again and aswell tell everyone about the same, so disappointed, i'm hope someone will take some action about it if not u will loose your customers as others do

                          Hi aishwariya here. There was wrong billing done in my bill. Rs 179 was charged extra for blanket where we had purchased only 1 blanket and in bill they have added the amount 2 times.

                          I brought Lotus sunscreen for kids from Dmart. They are selling at discount prize on different MRP than the one in usual store.

                          Please refer to the photo of two same quantity of sunscreen. One bought at Dmart have MRP 335 and one from other store have MRP 295.

                            First i want thank dmart for being here in satara. However we satara customers needed more closing time at least for saturday sunday. Ur store getting closed earlier. From 8:30 ur staff from check in security asked us there is only 20 minutes are remaining plz hurry up. When we are going to purchase in short period ur staff whispers, billing counters are going to closed hurry up. Almost all customers are worried & asked their companion to walk out earlier & ur store going to closed before 9:30pm. We are request u to make the closing time 10 pm. Cause satara city haven't any good options than dmart it's already away from city so many of the customers are missing to come after 8pm. Plz looked at this point we hope it will being lots of business changes. Thank you.

                              Extremely rude lady selling ladies lingeries and night gown on first floor at d mart dahisar store. Not only she refused to accept the defective night gown bought from her for exchange, on telling her that we are not coming here to shop henceforth with such rude and unacceptable return policy of defective pieces sold by them, she has the guts to tell us "yaha bahot aate hain, ek tumlog ni aaoge toh hume koi farak nahi padega" extremely egotistical attitude with zero service to regular customers. D mart kindly look into the behaviour of such people in ur stores. You have already lost your most regular customer today coz of that lady's ego. Goodbye.
                              Customers beware of frauds selling their useless products at high prices which you could get at 50℅ at other stores. There appears no check for obnoxious staff selling their apparels there. Teach them respect

                                Dmart at khoparkhairne navi mumbai. I priya is a regular customer of dmart. Today i bought a slipper and grocry items from the shop. At the time of billing the billingman told that there is no tag in slipper. So if you want to purchase the slipper go upperside and bring another slipper. I requested her that i have many items and i m alone here so plz send a staff to bring another set of slipper. But she rudely refuse and said then this is your problem. No help is provided to me and i came out from the shop without slipper.
                                Is this the way you treat your customer. Very dissapointing. And by reading your satisfactory action taken oresentage i m sure you will not take any action. Shame on your staff behaviour. Worst customer satisfaction ratio.

                                  I have visited on 24th october 2017 dmart and i have lossed my bag and home key in dmart bangalore jayanagara branch.
                                  I enquired next day but store manager and staff they are not answering my question and they treat me very bad. They are not bother about customer and there is no proper guidance. Request you please take action and arrange my bag and home key. If something goes wrong in my house they only responsible.

                                    The worst experience i have faced i bought a product nysa lunch box mrp was 203 and d mart price is 169 when we went to billing counter the biller was billing on mrp when asked for reason they told not to purchase the product. And when to manager she had no clue and they informed about the sap application and after that a lady officer told that she has lots of complaints like this and no applogise nothing straightway dnt shop.

                                      Today we made a purchase of rs 6237.62 from d-mart store hongasandra,...in that one product cadbury chocolate for 47, we purchased only one but they billed for 3 quantity... We came home and we checked the bill then we came to know it was charged more quantity...

                                      I went back and asked store manager and they check at counter and camera, they given the refund 94 but store manager was rude... If we don't check... It is like lost money... He didn't even apologize.. It was their mistake billed more quantity.. I have trust in d-mart sore, it is lost now... The customers who are purchasing at d-mart store should be careful, check the bill carefully... I made many purchases recently and now i'm thinking, how many times it might had happened and lost money...

                                      I think they are doing intentionally and compensating for the discounts they are giving... As many customers are trusting and blindly going home... They are cashing it...

                                      Hi, On 13th of this march I had purchased groceries from Dmart HONGASANDRA for Rs 3166...paid through SBI Debit Card.
                                      ...In the groceries purchased 5ltr Sunpure Oil Can cost of 850rs has a stinking smell... I lost the bill ...When I called the customer care they insisted for the bill and told they will replace it only if bill is produced... Pls replace it pls pls have paid 850rs for it and it's not a small amount pls ...
