This guy is absolutely rude. Using fowl languages and does not know how to treat female. Was shouting at me in front of entire crowd, i could have slapped him there but it would have got intense. He has no way to treat customer and i am expecting a strict action against him.

Even the management is not good. Long queue. Most of counter are always closed. Only few counters one. That was still managable but such behaviour is appealing and unapologetic. I will never shop from dmart again and would also bad mouth about dmart and would never encourage my known persons to shop fro such pathetic service centered market. Disgusting. Off brand service. Thumbs down..

Today me and my family had been to d mart store belgaum. Actually we were planning to purchase salt of 20kg bag but the staff said only 50kg bag is available. I agreed on it as it would be easy for me to carry. I took tata salt worth 50kg bag. (1kg per packet).in the billing counter the stores manager - chandrakanth indulkar denied from giving me the 50kg bag and told the billing executive not the provide. When i asked him the reason he said he can give me only worth 10kg with a very rude tone. When asked him the reason he said go ask the ground staff. Why it was not told to me in advance before i took the product from the ground staff to the bill counter.
Really unhappy with the service provided by the stores manager d mart belgaum.

I have even written the complaint at stores complaint book.

Please look into the issue and do the needful asap.

I have done a purchase under cin l51900mh2000plc126473 for rs 6412.95 on 21apr18 morning from ramamurthy nagar outlet bangalore and they said the swipe machine is not working and used two cards of mine for payment and the swipe machine showed payment from one card but i got debited from my both sc and hdfc cards for the same amount. I tried calling them now, call not connecting. Can you please do the needful to return either one of the payments.

My brother has purchased 2 underwear for me 1 is cutdryer and other one is full size underwear but cut dryer is good but full size underwear is too small. Actually i told him that my cutdryer size is 80 and he brought cutdryer and full size underwear both are 80 size so i want to exchange my full size in 85 size. He purchased 1 hour ago and he went to d-mart to exchange they are not exchanging the underwear so what should i do with that underwear i didn't used that. So please do needful me

Newly started D Mart is started parking charges in Guntur. I visited and purchased in many D Marts such as in Hyderabad and Delhi. I didn't pay any charges for parking purpose. But here in Guntur they charged. And they haven't any etiquettes of behaviour with the customer. And they didn't give any explanation about parking charges.And they given unrelated coupon.

I have taken item 'prill' of mrp 165/- rupees. However on bill amount 610/- was written. After checking the tag of dmart on this item it observed that amount of 610/-was stick on product of worth mrp 165/-

Very much disappointed by this since i am regular customer of dmart and first time i have checked the bill and found this non sense.

You can predict how much dmart is 'looting' by this technique as many people taken almost a bucket of product in weekly visit

This is absolutely not expected from dmart.

What i want: i want proper bill with return of extra looted money.

Divyesh patel here from Anand. I went to d mart in v v nagar area. I am a regular customer. I saw granite matcha d tox face wash in only 145 rs and they are charged me 175. I checked it twice but they didn't change the price in a shelves. Cashier is very ridiculous and she was standing last from exit door.she called a supervisor but supervisor told me the ingredients was different so these comes in 175. I am not a fool guy I said u check d price but they didn't. Ridiculous service. Next time hire someone with a good manner . I need a reply from d mart . I didn't buy that item because of price. No good service. Very upset.

D-mart at kopar is beco. Bad to worse..it has customers coming in ang billing to physical attack and slap others for no reason.please check camera footage at around 4:15pm evening a customer almost provoke me into a very cheap fight while the staff at counter just looked on, and slow and careless staff attend at counters.Am too much disappointed pls do the needful..and let me know what is done bout the horrible incidence of today.the queue at entrance is poorly manged ..I suggested better service by a simple way but they just do not bother to implement

This store is not mnc outlet its just a less than a fish market even where systematic found. There is no proper q line maintained in this store both separate for cash and another for card line is essential. What security surveillance this store only knows to their managements in case of wrong q public and those are with cash tender are commonly billing to front even q line public are present. And what this store is doing nothing they want only billing billing just and nothing more then why these type of stores exist in cities or good market places. Better to shift such stores in other areas. People comes shopping to do shopping and not for rift if cash customers behave such way and even now this store fellow also show off as there wont be any proof for the those cash customers who behave like a miscreants at the q line against to other q line peoples in case issues who will be responsible and normally cash customers are coming in one person only whereas in case card customers normally comes with family people and these hell things if happen at the expanse of these hopeless stores and some miscreants cash customers then... Whom to ask...

I went to hinjawadi, pune d mart store and i found gents toilet's tab is continuously running and lots of water being wasted. Store staff goes there every now and then along with customers and nobody noticed or no attention has been given. This is absolute negligence where mh is facing serious water crisis and droughts and this type of insensitivity from a reputed store is not appreciated.

As i visited d mart lal kothi jaipur today. There staff was very roude to me. And they did not give me the prouducts which i want to buy. There policies are not in written that how much quantity they can provide to a customer. And they even dont give me singles pieces also. The person whose name may be mr manoj was there. He refused to give me products and answered me very badly.
Hope you will take proper action againt all what happened to me. I felt samfull because of his misbehaviour.

I went to dmart yesterday just because of sunday it was havy crowd on the billing counter and the staff is very rude... While billing the staff member counted double for the same thing.. The item was kohinoor rice it's price is 320 rs/packet he counted it as 640 rs after i received the bill i told him that something is wrong he said no pls wait i have to deal with other people too... What could i do?? Pls refund my 320 rs.. And this is not the first time they did this... They did this many times before

We are last 5year customer stay at yavatmal so. At amravati dmart we purchase kivon casual on date bill19/2/2018 amt.3225.40 but i want xxl42 & i collect xl42 when i go to replace he say change only 7 day i going on 2/3/2018 so i request you to chang my kivon casual. I am purchasing all my house hold item from Dmart because of trust in quality and price and offers. This time I am quite disappointed because you are promoting park avenue product at good discounted rate but that's duplicate which I have received.
I was not expecting this type of cheating by you and your team.
I would like suggest all customer if at all you get in believable offer on branded items please do check twice...
As far as DMart is concern let me see what step you and your team is taking against it to prove that you are concern about your customer n quality of product.
Would be waiting for your prompt action...as a reply.

I have not made any purchases in the last one year at d mart stores but amount debited showing on 25 feb 2018 in my credit card statement. I used to purchase there previously. Why did this happen now? The amount is around rs. 2200. No purchases but amount deducted from my credit card fraudulently. It is showing as 'd mart lb nagar' in the particulars column of my credit card. I use axis credit card. Thanks

This is sagar, i would like to bring this to attention by hoping justice will be given.

On 02/03/2018, i visited dmart located in kananakapura, wherein i was able to see offers of buy 1 and get 1 for almost all cosmetics, i took 2 items to billing counter but manager called ganapathi refused to give buy 1 and get 1 and spoke very rudely and he was warning not to enter dmart, this is not the way to treat the customer and also i was not allowed to avail the offer.

Can you please take this as very serious issue, as i would like to file a case under consumer court.

I rajendra hiralal kabra residung at jalgaon. On dated 25.01.2018 i had purchsed good from d mart rs 668.30/- vide bill no [protected] dated 25.1.18 at 05.57pm. The cbi card (Last four digit 2363) was swiped and transaction failed receipt received again the same card swiped the transaction successful. However the payment deducted from my account is twice.
After 6 days i check my transaction in bank, but amount was credited and as per bank person tolds that the double payment is credited in d art account.
Then i went in d mart 2/3 times however no satisfactory response, answered that no double payment is credited in our account and refused to issue the bank statement and told that we will enquire and lan line coantact numbers given for inquiry which are never responding.
Till today i could not received the extra amount which is deducted from my account.
It is requested pl go through above and resolve the matter urgently.

Many customers and me have been very loyal to dmart. I am very happy with the discounts and the products available at your store at the same time i am very disappointed with the level of service at your dmart hongasandra store, off lately i have experienced a very disturbing practice at your store, right at the entrance at the store, they have started putting stickers everywhere on the personal jackets that and clothes that we are wearing while visiting the store, before tagging the bag they are putting stickers on our personal used products inside our personal bags. This is pathetic! I would rate your products at store 10/10 and your staff at the store 10/0 that’s a big “0” cause they are very rude, they even threaten customers saying "go complain to the head office we don't care" please stop this nonsense before we as a loyal customers switch over to star bazaar and big bazaar etc.. Please work on your customer experience cause thats what matters at the end.. This requires your urgent attention! Please learn from your competitors star bazaar and big bazaar on customer ethics! Dear sir, i regularly shop at your store located at karjat. Last time on jan 19/01/2018 while shopping one of the foodstuff that i purchased is contaminated with chemical odour and its presence. I had to face medical problem, vomiting etc, hazard to my life. Your concerned customer care and department was informed of the problem but was negligent towards the complaint, didnt even bother for he hardships faced by me due to consuming your food product.
