I went to hinjawadi, pune d mart store and i found gents toilet's tab is continuously running and lots of water being wasted. Store staff goes there every now and then along with customers and nobody noticed or no attention has been given. This is absolute negligence where mh is facing serious water crisis and droughts and this type of insensitivity from a reputed store is not appreciated.

    Dear sir/madam
    As i visited d mart lal kothi jaipur today. There staff was very roude to me. And they did not give me the prouducts which i want to buy. There policies are not in written that how much quantity they can provide to a customer. And they even dont give me singles pieces also. The person whose name may be mr manoj was there. He refused to give me products and answered me very badly.
    Hope you will take proper action againt all what happened to me. I felt samfull because of his misbehaviour.

      I went to dmart yesterday just because of sunday it was havy crowd on the billing counter and the staff is very rude... While billing the staff member counted double for the same thing.. The item was kohinoor rice it's price is 320 rs/packet he counted it as 640 rs after i received the bill i told him that something is wrong he said no pls wait i have to deal with other people too... What could i do?? Pls refund my 320 rs.. And this is not the first time they did this... They did this many times before

        1 St April in the morning I saw Dmart stuf[censored]sing shopping cart to collect gurbage. This happened in Badlapur Dmart. We customer use these carts to carry food items while shopping. Use of shopping carts to collect gurbage is not acceptable.

          I am purchasing all my house hold item from Dmart because of trust in quality and price and offers. This time I am quite disappointed because you are promoting park avenue product at good discounted rate but that's duplicate which I have received.
          I was not expecting this type of cheating by you and your team.
          I would like suggest all customer if at all you get in believable offer on branded items please do check twice...
          As far as DMart is concern let me see what step you and your team is taking against it to prove that you are concern about your customer n quality of product.
          Would be waiting for your prompt action...as a reply.

            I have not made any purchases in the last one year at d mart stores but amount debited showing on 25 feb 2018 in my credit card statement. I used to purchase there previously. Why did this happen now? The amount is around rs. 2200. No purchases but amount deducted from my credit card fraudulently. It is showing as 'd mart lb nagar' in the particulars column of my credit card. I use axis credit card. Thanks

              Hi team,

              This is sagar, i would like to bring this to attention by hoping justice will be given.

              On 02/03/2018, i visited dmart located in kananakapura, wherein i was able to see offers of buy 1 and get 1 for almost all cosmetics, i took 2 items to billing counter but manager called ganapathi refused to give buy 1 and get 1 and spoke very rudely and he was warning not to enter dmart, this is not the way to treat the customer and also i was not allowed to avail the offer.

              Can you please take this as very serious issue, as i would like to file a case under consumer court.

                I rajendra hiralal kabra residung at jalgaon. On dated 25.01.2018 i had purchsed good from d mart rs 668.30/- vide bill no [protected] dated 25.1.18 at 05.57pm. The cbi card (Last four digit 2363) was swiped and transaction failed receipt received again the same card swiped the transaction successful. However the payment deducted from my account is twice.
                After 6 days i check my transaction in bank, but amount was credited and as per bank person tolds that the double payment is credited in d art account.
                Then i went in d mart 2/3 times however no satisfactory response, answered that no double payment is credited in our account and refused to issue the bank statement and told that we will enquire and lan line coantact numbers given for inquiry which are never responding.
                Till today i could not received the extra amount which is deducted from my account.
                It is requested pl go through above and resolve the matter urgently.

                  Many customers and me have been very loyal to dmart. I am very happy with the discounts and the products available at your store at the same time i am very disappointed with the level of service at your dmart hongasandra store, off lately i have experienced a very disturbing practice at your store, right at the entrance at the store, they have started putting stickers everywhere on the personal jackets that and clothes that we are wearing while visiting the store, before tagging the bag they are putting stickers on our personal used products inside our personal bags. This is pathetic! I would rate your products at store 10/10 and your staff at the store 10/0 that’s a big “0” cause they are very rude, they even threaten customers saying "go complain to the head office we don't care" please stop this nonsense before we as a loyal customers switch over to star bazaar and big bazaar etc.. Please work on your customer experience cause thats what matters at the end.. This requires your urgent attention! Please learn from your competitors star bazaar and big bazaar on customer ethics! Thank you!

Last time on jan 19/01/2018 while shopping one of the foodstuff that i purchased is contaminated with chemical odour and its presence. I had to face medical problem, vomiting etc, hazard to my life. Your concerned customer care and department was informed of the problem but was negligent towards the complaint, didnt even bother for he hardships faced by me due to consuming your food product.                       Dmart in hosur road ties opening of any bags used by the customers to seal the opening using "plastic tags" and these tags will be opened at the billing counter during billing and these "plastic tags" used for tieing is not reused but thrown out. Charging heavily for the cloth bags.
                      Every customer is treated as theif inspite of having cctv monitors.

                        To day i visited d'mart hongasandra bangalore. Its really very pathetic service over there while coming out. Security guard are very disrespectful. While coming out after billing security guard do a double check. It's really a mystery for me that what do they try to find out inside the bag. If some one intentionally wants to steal something he can easily do that. They are making a big crowd and if anyone will ask to make a little fast they will become very angry. When i asked that where is your manager they simply said that i don't know. Even i am going to post this experience on social media and whoever is purchasing from d'mart in knowledge i will ask to stop buying from there.

                        If you people are really concern about the security please keep a bar code scanner or magnetic security tag scanner and don't waste the time of your customer. And its a humble request that teach your people to behave well with customer and make your manager availability.

                          Dmart ready order no 1973766, in the item "dates tit bits", we have noticed full of small black bugs (Insects) inside the packet. Also, dates are packed in 14 nov 2017, which is having only 3 months expiry date. So, as on date, it's two and half month old packet. There may be problem in airtight packing or already bugs exposed dates are packed in the packet. Unfortunately my kid and my family also eaten those before noticed that bugs. We are really worried about the consequences of this consumed spoiled dates.
                          It's mear failure of the quality testing of dmart. It also shows the inferior quality of the items supplied by the dmart. Eventually dmart has compromised on quality issues, which will impact the health of dmart customers.
                          As my order is concerned, we are deeply annoyed by the dmart ready. We have lost trust on dmart items.
                          Hence, we are requesting the dmart to compensate on the loss caused on this order.

                              Dear sir/madam
                              I am a senior citizen living in bandra west, was visiting my son staying in nerul..
                              Since suggested by him about an offer on banana chips at d mart i was tempted to buy all the variety available on offer..
                              I also picked up a few packs of washing powder also available on offer..
                              Apart from the offer items many other miscellaneous items were also purchased by me..
                              As i approached the cash counter to pay the cashier girl signaled to a self claiming store supervisor by the name of seema ghanvat who questioned me in a very rude tone, she asks me why are you buying so many pkts of chips, i was for a moment feeling i have done something very wrong, i felt like a criminal, there were other customers also listening to us...
                              It was really insulting as i felt she was asking about my personal right as to what and how much i should buy..
                              To add more salt to my wound one mr. Ashish kumar also assisted her to prove her right..
                              I had no choice and kindly told mr ashish i shall gladly follow your shop rules, you can give me what ever quantity is permitted
                              I already explained since we don't have a d mart shop in bandra i am just buying it at time.
                              But it seems he was just interested in showing his powerful position

                              The total quantity was just 21 pkts..

                              I think i need to caution my family and well-wishers sp. Senior citizen that be cautious about dealing with dmart as should they face an embarrassing situation like me...

                              I have made it a clear point never to deal with d mart again as to, not want to be insulted after paying for goods purchased...

                              Wishing you all the best for just selling small volume of goods...

                              I highly regretted shopping at d mart..

                                Hi,
                                I am the regular customer to d mart, but for the first time i and my family (Mom & daughter) insulted by your kanjurmarg dmart staff specifically mr. Vijay ingawale & shobha chavan

                                On 13.01.2018 i went to your kanjurmarg dmart store in evening, my daughter was having chocolate which we bought from outside store, when we were busy in shopping, ms. Shobha chavan was working on same floor. She suddenly took chocolate from my 2.5 year daughter's hand and also rudly questioned my mom & me about chocolate. And also had verbal fight with my 55year mom, when we asked her to use proper words & gesture her reply was not tolerable.
                                During this time mr. Vijay ingawale joined this discussion and he was giving cold shoulder, talking rudely and also used threatening words to me and my family on store floor. These two people i. E (Shobha chavan & vijay ingawale) not at-all having manners to speak to a customer. They straight away started blaming that you have stolen this chocolate and not paying even before checking the truth.

                                I need to know what action do you take for such unprofessional and rude behaviour.

                                I need a email reply or a call to explain this further.

                                I expect a reply in next 2 days maximum else i would have to escalate the matter further without a choice

                                  I have purchased I pack of Red. Bull can of 4. Which price tag was RS. 325/-. When I paid the amount the billing amount was 360/-.
                                  When I asked for the same, the sales person took nearly half hour to resolve this.
                                  If somebody purchase more than 30-40 items he is unable check the billed rates with price tag.
                                  That means all the people who purchase the items with price tag will be fooled at the payment counter.
                                  Next time this will go to consumer court.

                                    I purchased deepam cooker and it's lid is not proper it's not getting adjusted to the bottom utensil of the cooker. I took the cooker to d mart hinjewadi as i purchased the product from there. They asked me to contact the deepam customer care service but they ain't responding. I purchased the product on 17 december 2017 and it's almost going to be a month but there is no response.

                                    What will i do with a cooker whose lid is not getting adjusted to its bottom.? Total wastage of money. Kindly do a refund or replacement
