Your billing counter prson at nerul sector 21 dmart swiped my credit card against which he said the "transaction got failed" but amount got deducted. Then again he swiped my card to get the money.in this ay twice the money got deducted. Your person said that money will come in your account but it didnot come. Then i called your person he said he will call me back but till now he has not responded. This behaviour of not valuing customer is annoying one.

    I visited d mart mall at surat sarthana jakatnaka as on 1st october 2018. I want to buy t searts from mall. I select 3 peace in which two are same but one is small n another s large size. I want to check both t seart due to perfect fitting. But your supervisor is not allowed me to carry three t seart at trail room. He said that you try first two then after third at time his behaviour is very rudely. He tell him where is your manager, he replied very rudely that he is available at ground floor. I asked why i am not carry three t seart at one time in trail room. Customer is fool and he will waste his time for the try one t seart then come out from trial room and take another t seart and then go again for try it. This is very time consuming and very uncomfortable for the customer

    Then after i visited manager and tell him whole story. And asked him for complain book. Manager told another lady for give me complain book. I wait 3 minutes but no one give me complain book.

    I have question that no one taking any responsibility of their work and the man who is stand at trail room is not understand how to behave with customers. Very bad experience at your mall. I regularly visited your mall but today i come out from mall without any shipping due to very bad experience regards behaviour. Kindly solve it

      One item is syska led bulb 💡 18w purchased
      I want it replaced 15w
      Today i go to your dmart mall and talk with your coustomer care executive he said this item i cant replaced
      Executive name is Milan chuchak

      Why sir its not replace
      If i buy it in amazone they will replace it.

      I have purchased the syska led bulb from dmart ( Malviya nagar, Jaipur ) which was not working. I checked it the very same moment I reached home. Next day when I went to exchange / return it, the staff changed it without asking me any questions.
      Happy with the dmart services. !

        Hi i visited d - mart bangalore electronic city (Avenue super marts ltd) and shoped for rs. 7102.16 having bill no[protected] dated 28/09/2018. When i reached home and validated the item again billed item then found one item (Gala broom) worth rs 135. Is missing. It's happening continusaly, could you please validate it with store and try to send the same item. To my doorstep.

          I am Physically Handicapped person living alone in my flat. I have first time order on D mart Ready App order no. 10709283.

          I have recd called from your delivery person that He is not given delivery on our place. We have to come in front of colony which is approx 300m from my flat.

          I request them that sir I am physically handicapped person not able to Carry the bags and walk.

          They said that its your problem, If you are not come then we will cancel the order and they return from near by my location.

            This with regards to the amount which was debited from my account due to i iresponsiveness of the staff 1st she swiped the amount 2584.66 at the time of 13.10. Pm the again she swiped the of amount 2600 at the time of 13.11. Pm. I spoke to the manager said your bank has an issue & it would be refunded to you in a week. Now its been almost 1 & half month i have not got any refund & when i checked from my banke they said the amount has been debited & it has been credited to d mart account otherwise you would have got the slip of receipt of failed transaction slip. When i spoke to the manager he said no madam we have not received the amount. These dmart people are cheaters. They just know to fool the people.

              I'm a regular customer of D mart.Today i brought a dabur chavanprash from D mart.
              When I went home i just recognised that there is some difference between dabur chavanprash package bottle which I brought from D mart and package bottle which I brought previous from medical store...
              I just want to know what is the difference between these products..
              Its really serious matter.

                I have ordered online yesterday on 13th sep & today picked up from andheri east pickup point centre but they have not given 2 item which i had ordered also the person told me madam all material he checked. I have cross checked after reaching home with invoice 2 packet was missing i called immediately pickup center but they not helped me. Please help me to recover my 2 items.

                  I purchased items of Rs. 2417.50 on date 5-9-18 by cash payment after unsuccessful transaction of swiping SBI debit card, but Rs. 2417.50 is debited from my bank account as it was paid in cash. I called the matter in next day, they answered me that within 7 days you get refund but till today after completion of 8 days after purchasing date, It is not refunded in my a/c ...why ?

                    During festival days generally shopkeepers are reducing prices but d mart increased prices upto 50% higher then normal price. Tomato ketch up refill price was rs 75 around 25 th aug and parle toss price was rs 25during janamashatmi prices increase by 50% and current price 110 and 37 respectivly, there is no increase in mrp by the company. Customers are helpless as no authorities can question them.

At last in billing process cash counter boy add amount of tshirt (Brick red round neck small size tshirt) which are isolate from bucket i have also said to its not include but he as added amount and put tshirt in his coustody.
                      Sir this illegle to curroupt product add money in consumer bill. Sir please check the camera or your dmart avenue on counter no3.

                        One day before bought mccain potato cheez shotz from dmart, opened next day evening, it was smelling so badly.
                        And little flies were also there inside the packet. It's captured in video.
                        I would not go back there to complaint directly because dmart was far from our area. From next time we won't buy from there. They should not keep stock products.

                          This is in regards to the fraud that's happening on the customers in D-Mart store.
                          Address: 8-1, 299/5, Shaikpet Rd, Al-Hamra Colony, Dunks, Toli Chowki, Hyderabad, Telangana 500008.

                          Today's experience of mine is the worst ever to me.

                          They collected an amount of 299/- for the bed sheet (Chaddar) that costs 229/- (attached the screenshot of the bill and the cost on the product) and the people did not even care your customers all the time they are just backing your company and doesn't even care for the customer satisfaction, Which is WEIRD.

                            The delivery time was 0700 to 0930 but the delivery came at 1115 hrs and the item tamrind was not in the cart. There was no message to me that this item was not available. I wanted tamrind for cooking the same day hence i had to go to a store to buy it. This is gross negligence and customer had to suffer for it. If you had sent me a message that the item was not available i would have purchased it from elsewhere.

                            We brought walnut of Kings company from dmart and found that it is expired but manufacturing date is altered.
                            It was very dirty product and all of small insects found in it.

                              I am a customer of dmart, koperkhairne branch. Recently there is a new role formed by the management due to which we are not getting less than a kg of loose grains. We are facing inconvienience. Kindly justify the basis on which this rule was implemented. You literally cannot tell people how much they need to buy. Atleast let us get half a kg of loose grains.

                              i can tell you one reasons. The shopkeepers around that area buy cheaper from dmart & sell on their outlets, which dmart doesnt want.

                                Hello sir this is ganesh. Friday evening i made shopping at vizag madhuravada store i draw my card at the store but that billing person said card not working and then i gave the money by hand 2757.45.
                                2757.45 amount 2 times drowned from my card plz refund my amount. I am intimated at store customer care point but they are not teod immediate respond.

                                  I paid bill through the debit card.
                                  The amount had deducted two times.
                                  Even if i said many times to the floor manager, he didn't take any action.
                                  I have raised this to the dmart bangalore (Sidapura branch) from last 10 days. Each time they are giving false promise that it will be resolved, but it is not resolved.

                                  Dmart is cheating people. On a daily bases there are 10 to 15 people in the dmart sidapura branch complaining that the amount got detected twice/thrice. This is cheating which is happening in dmart. I still didn't get the amount. Still when i make a call, they assure the amount will get given back and each time they explain that there was a technical problem in dmart server. It is having the worst service and zero accountability.

                                  On a daily bases there are 10 to 15 people in the dmart sidapura branch complaining that the amount got detected twice/thrice. What is action from DMart. This a fraud and Cheating from DMart
                                  I purchased umbrella from dmart nadiad 10 days ago and when I opened it today.it broke suddenly. I met manager to repair or to change it but he denied. If possible do something for us.

                                    For the cloth bag DMart provides to customer for taking stuff home, is charging is 15rs which is way too costly for a bag and that too of extremely poor quality. Please atleast improve the quality or lower the price. Otherwise i shall have to go to consumer department for lack of quality and high charging charges.

                                      Hi, i had gone out shopping with my family at the above store mentioned along with my family on the 29th of july. We had found that there were 2 items missing & decided to get back for the same the very next day. They gave me the cash for the equivalent however this was not the issue. Since i had to go back there was a set of toothbrush that had to be returned which was long pending. Trust me i had no clue about the exchange policy until i discovered it on that day. I totally accept my mistake but what about yours???.
                                      You made me return for no fault of mine & as a good gesture you could have replaced my product as it was completely intact. The lady who spoke to was extremely rude & was hesitating to reveal her identity. She was completely reluctant & never had the skill to speak to a customer. Her expression was like i have made the greatest sin by requesting her for a replacement. Never had i had such a bitter experience & for this lady's behavior i have decided never to shop in your mart at any cost..
                                      To add i come from a retail background & completely understand how things work. Would appreciate if you could do something about this as i feel frustrated even after shopping for almost 10k every month...

                                      I bought safari magnum duffle bag from d mart near pandya pull, Vadodara. More than a month still not given response. Every time just delay. Very very bad experience. Please never buy anything from d mart. They are just interested in selling. Also executives not responding. So many times i called they always reply call after some time

                                        I was totally irritative with you resolution.
                                        It's very cheaply behave like that.
