I paid bill through the debit card.
The amount had deducted two times.
Even if i said many times to the floor manager, he didn't take any action.
I have raised this to the dmart bangalore (Sidapura branch) from last 10 days. Each time they are giving false promise that it will be resolved, but it is not resolved.

Dmart is cheating people. On a daily bases there are 10 to 15 people in the dmart sidapura branch complaining that the amount got detected twice/thrice. This is cheating which is happening in dmart. I still didn't get the amount. Still when i make a call, they assure the amount will get given back and each time they explain that there was a technical problem in dmart server. It is having the worst service and zero accountability.

On a daily bases there are 10 to 15 people in the dmart sidapura branch complaining that the amount got detected twice/thrice. What is action from DMart. This a fraud and Cheating from DMart
I purchased umbrella from dmart nadiad 10 days ago and when I opened it today.it broke suddenly. I met manager to repair or to change it but he denied. If possible do something for us.

Today i bought 3 nos hughies wonder pants from d mart chandkheda but when i went to bill counter a counter boy called somebody and said him about my purchase and that person rudely behave and said we dont sell like this take only one piece if you want
This type of behaviour not tollerable at all and politely i left the mart without purchase

    Yesterday your staff doing very rude behaviour with me on time of billing. They are saying me you don, t bill 2 psc of same product. But your shelf display the scheme is 1+1. They are saying me you are a shopkeeper and you not take this product finally they are not make bill. Sir please tell what i do.

    For the cloth bag DMart provides to customer for taking stuff home, is charging is 15rs which is way too costly for a bag and that too of extremely poor quality. Please atleast improve the quality or lower the price. Otherwise i shall have to go to consumer department for lack of quality and high charging charges.

      Hi, i had gone out shopping with my family at the above store mentioned along with my family on the 29th of july. We had found that there were 2 items missing & decided to get back for the same the very next day. They gave me the cash for the equivalent however this was not the issue. Since i had to go back there was a set of toothbrush that had to be returned which was long pending. Trust me i had no clue about the exchange policy until i discovered it on that day. I totally accept my mistake but what about yours???.
      You made me return for no fault of mine & as a good gesture you could have replaced my product as it was completely intact. The lady who spoke to was extremely rude & was hesitating to reveal her identity. She was completely reluctant & never had the skill to speak to a customer. Her expression was like i have made the greatest sin by requesting her for a replacement. Never had i had such a bitter experience & for this lady's behavior i have decided never to shop in your mart at any cost..
      To add i come from a retail background & completely understand how things work. Would appreciate if you could do something about this as i feel frustrated even after shopping for almost 10k every month...

      I bought safari magnum duffle bag from d mart near pandya pull, Vadodara. More than a month still not given response. Every time just delay. Very very bad experience. Please never buy anything from d mart. They are just interested in selling. Also executives not responding. So many times i called they always reply call after some time

        But no credit.
        I consulted store again,
        Them are raised the complainant,
        And said forward the declaration letter to mail.
        Within period of 7 days.
        No use untill now.
        I was totally irritative with you resolution.
        It's very cheaply behave like that.
        No response till now.
        Is it solve are not..

          Complaint for Ranip, Ahmedabad. Persons who wants to save money at the COST OF TIME should purchase from DMart. You may have enough customers so don't want to improve your service for billing.

          I have cancelled my purchase 3 time for the same reason.
          I hate DMart n I am saying this all in my touch. My family literally avoid visit DMart. In comparison to other super market/malls, I will not favour DMart.

            I had purchased umbrella from Demart in month of June (10/6/2018).and the quality o[censored]mbrella is very bad .they charged Rs 350 rupees for such bad product.i just opened umbrella for one time and tried to close but facing problem while closing .so I went to dmart for returning the Umbrella within 15 days .I had my bill copy .but dmart employees not even helped me .

            Around 1600 items are missing when we went there the staff are made us to wait 2 hours just showed where we made billing but we didn't took those items
            I taken 4 packets Parle -G Mr. Arun argu and insult to me near all other custmers, only 2 packets is given. This type of any rules to you shop. Pl. Conform the rules and regulations to you shop.

                Avr mart has branches in different location. I live in superetech ecociti, sector 137, noida. They are selling the fruits and other household items beyond market rates. All shops outside superetech ecociti, sector 137, noida are selling food beyond market rates. There is another sabzi shop in same location 2 shops ahead & selling illegal rates.

                Request you to review the matter & take action against avr mart & sabzi shop asap.

                  Sir mene dmart indore se kivon ki l 40 size ka shirt 19 may ko rs 499 ka purchase kiya tha. Jise kal mene pahna. Or dhone par shirt ke kapda me dhage nikal gaye. Pura shirt ek side se fat gaya hai. Uska kapda bahut ghatiya nikla. Mere pass bill nahi hai. Bill gum ho gaya hai. Mujhe shirt change karna hai. Ya fir me kabhi dmart se shoping nhi karuga.

                      Yesterday I purchased several items but in one item i.e. Everest 500g thikka lal hot red chilli powder their was a offer buy 1 get 1 free. So I taken 2 pkt of 500g .so it should be one free of charge . But u charged me 120 × 2 =240. So pl check from ur side and refunded the excess amount. I paid on card payment.

                        They have provided a product to me mentioning it’s a cooler and it works only as a fan. Not to be surprised that they would not add water and help you get it checked completely before you take it home. Once you are back to the store to tell them that it is not working fine they tell you to get it serviced and not replaced as the product may have gone wrong.
                        Why should a customer beat the cost of the product being faulty in a dayan time

                        The only thing I have with me is the bill coz the cooler is being held back by dmart and it’s staff.. it hasn’t been returned to me
                        If you gona bill large quantity from express counter then dont use express counter name, basket only is the logo hear but your employee accept trollies as well

I have also complaint about milk wherein it has been spoiled i approached to dmart where they told to bring milk bag, when seconmd time i approached there with bag they told that i should come on the same day. I feel the officers are involved in these matters by taking bribe from suppliers & giving poor quality products/ rejected goods

                            Hello,

                            This is to inform i shopped from dmart today at location - "d mart building, 150 feet road, bhayandar west, mira bhayandar, maharashtra 401101" but a my debit card was swiped by two time 1st transaction was failure and second transcation was a sucess.

                            But i was charged two times for a single purchase. On complaining to the manager from dmart he refused to refunded and forwarded the case to customer support and the customer support executive transfered the case back to manager.

                            Being a obedient female customer having a indian nationality along with paying gst regularly i didn't wanted this convenience to occur. Therefore i would request you please take a strict action and help me recover my balance.

                              We have stood in the line for quite long the billing is also happening but there is a board placed at the counter saying 'the counter is closed' but it is not placed when we stood in line the counter boy done all the billing who were infornt of me and suddenly stopped the counter, we requested him alot but he haven't done processed our billing even we tried to report it to your floor officer his attitude and behaviour is soo rude.. They were not in a position to hear us after some discussion they simply told to move to other counter.. This all happened to us at sanathnagar dmart on 5th june..

                                They are closing the counters even though the flow is huge. Standing for hours in the queue and they had wasted almost an hour of time asking us to move from one counter to another counter finally no one is billing the things. Response from the management is also worst. Shouting at the customers and not allowing the customers to speak. Worst experience at the store

                                  My wife going to purchase today 4/6/2018
                                  and purchased some dry food and she paid money for it .when I reached I released her to go to home bz outside atmosphere like rainy.so she gave all collected materials then I go to counters no 5 for billing and that time counters lady she asked me for bill of dry food material with all material. Isaid bill gone with my wife but they didn't give me material.then asked wife to send purchase bill on whatsapp and it shown to Mr.Patil supervisor but he didn't allow to take it.then asked to check CCTV for clarification but he and his boss said it take two days so I left material there so I want justice for Insulting in front of people.

                                    I went to dmart yesterday just because of sunday it was heavy crowd on the billing counter, while billing the staff member swiped two times for the same thing, i realized the same, after coming to home.. The item was 2 kilo surf excel front load matic detergent powder pkt it's price is 314 rs/packet he counted it as 628 rs. What could i do?? Is there a way i can claim this amount

                                      Hi went d-mart on 3rd june, 2018 ramamurthy nagar d-mart. My kid purchase a toy that price is 199 and billed rs. 217. I observe this and went to customer support center there. They agreed the billing fault. We found this so, its corrected. What about those things that we will not remember the price?

                                      I visited d-mart with my 2.5 years old kid. He takes chips packet and was crying to open the same. He is a small kid and we can't allow him to cry that, for just a snacks. I open the packet by thinking that, it will be billed with other glossary. He executive level person came and arguing with me in rude manner that after bill only can eat. D-mart is not allowing card access for less than 100/- rupees. So, they have to find a solution before giving this type of instructions to their personnel.

                                      I have visited many malls in poland, dubai and in india also many malls. I have eat packed food and then it was billed. Malls should keep trust on customers and customers also need to maintain the dignity. But at least no one can compromise with their children's cry. The management should consider all these ground level difficulties before giving instructions to their staff.
