My Cust.id.[protected] my account is showing the balance successfully done but after refreshing several of time still I am getting E18-4 insufficient balance screen I have call on d2h customer care no. they always ask to send a technician... my dish connection is all ok, correct time is display on left of my screen I also got software update successful... please send me the procedure that I manually do it my self

I want to inform you that on 15th October, 2022 I've accidently recharged with 720 rs. on my Videocon D2H id I request you to kindly please refund that amount to same Paytm account which i have used during payment.

Yesterday around 6.30PM d2H connection got disconnected, so I recharged the account immediately and informed the local (Sri Lanka) distributor for activation. Still, they haven't activated the account and I have to keep calling them to get the connection back.

I'm from Sri Lanka. Is it possible for us to pay the amount directly via the online portal?

D2h is literally harassing people by making phone calls every day about new services. I've conveyed multiple times that I'm not interested in any service or promotional offers but they keep making phone calls. First of all most of their phone operators lack communication skills.

I have recharged my d2h on 25th September 2022. But I have recharged with smart card no [protected] instead of the id no[protected] for Rs199 /. Please rectify this defect by crediting this Rs199/ in my id number at your earliest possible....

Online recharge was made on Sep 4th. According to the bank everything is ok on their side and D2H should have received payment on 4th itself

Kept receiving messages (on TV) and email that service will be disconnected on Sep 9th. Kept updating D2H about the messages and payment details.

Service was disconnected on Sep 9th.

Provided bank statement details to D2H. D2H has so far refused to acknowledge...

D2H adds channel without my consent by adding there value added services charging me from about 100-250 rupees extra per month

While recharging the d2h, I paid twice for the same id. In the 1st payment, I mistakenly recharged the wrong amount by putting the wrong digits. Therefore the amount debited but no successful recharge occurred. The amount was Rs. 252
During 2nd pay, I recharged with Rs. 256 and the transaction was successful for the recharge of the d2h.
Therefore, I request you to see through my problem accordingly....

I am using d2h service. Asia cup is live free on dd sports but nowhere find dd sports channel. As per government order dd sport channel has to be mandatory included in the service. I request the authority to take necessary action against the service provider....

My recharge was finished on 5 September 2022. I recharged it by 100/- on 6 September 2022 & 100/- on 8 September 2022. But still now chanals are not showing. I complaint so many times on customer care but they don't help us
Please help us to activate my d2h account.
