I had registered a complaint with D2h, two to three weeks, the exact date will be available in the system but to no avail.
The first technician arranged never arrived and then there was no one. Due to certain reasons, we can only opt for weekend repair service and the next two weeks they kept playing us, last Sunday the excuse was the system was being updated and we can't take complaints.
For the weeks that I was not able to watch T.v., the channel has still not been fixed, I demand an extension in the active recharge period, equal to the day I first filed the complaint. I will not be paying empty money for all these days that I couldn't and still can't watch the damn Tv.
d2h customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
