Dear team,
I want to inform you that I dilip kumar mishra recharged my account on 28 may 2022 of rs 328, while recharging i put my old customer id 54305824 instead of my new customer id[protected] .please transfer this amount in my new account immediately .....

Not providing service in time.

I lauched a complaint for not working setup box on dtd 25.05.2022 but till date none of any technician visit my home till date 28.05.2022. due to not working of television i lost 3 lak rs in stock market. company said that within 4 hr. complaint resolved but actually as i experince 4 day s to go but my complaint are as same....

Channels mis-match and few are not running.

Dear team/Sir,

Since from last 13days Videocon D2h Channels not able to see and I had raised complain to Mr.Rajat, Punjab done refresh.

Then I raise same complain to Nodal officer MHA Narendra Nimbokar sir and as per telecommunication he assured me, area manager will call me and will resolve issue (no one called)but today is day 13 same issue.

I had mailed and called several times but no solution.br...

Complaint regarding service

In the previous month before the date of recharge(on 20/04/2022) one of the customer care agent contacted me and remind me on the recharge and this was the first time they reminding the same. I said him i will recharge and then he asked me whether i have any problem with the d2h and i replied no. Then again he asked the same and i replied that i have no other complaints with my dish and the only problem is there will be some signal issues...

No engineer visit after multiple times complaint

I am a consumer of Videocon d2h. My Customer ID is[protected] and I have raised a complain on 18.05.2022 for error (E18) with the customer care department multiple times. Every time they said we have raise the comand wait for 15 minutes but nothing happend and after that they told me to visit engineer will resolve this but no visit or no call till time. The same issue occur previously month back and customer......

Credited my old account by mistake

I want to inform that while recharging 307 Rs from Paytm I wrongly put my old phone number and the amount is credited to my old account. I tried calling customer care for a refund but he told me that money can't be refunded if wrongly credited to any other account. Dear TRAI,

I am raising this request on behalf of my mother. She is a Videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. I was recharging her d2h account with 300 rupees, but when I went to payment page and selected internet banking as the payment option the recharge account changed to 399 on its own. When I recharged the account with this amount, I noticed that the subscription plan was changed on its own without my mother's consent....

Recharged on wrong VC no.

Yesterday (2/3/2022) I did a recharge for my d2h account instead of the new a/c I mistakenly did the recharge on the old account kindly help me with this problem and revert the amount to the new d2h account...

Unauthorised Changes in Subscription Plan (a-la-carte) Channels and VAS (Value Added Services)

Videocon D2H have changed one of my (a-la-carte) Channels without my consent. They activated SAB HD instead of my choice SAB SD.

Further, Videocon D2H have activated VAS (Value Added Services) Cine Active LCN: 331 without my consent and charged me Rs 2.00/Month....

I have already activated DND service but still Videocon D2H is calling me twice in a day, highly unprofessional.
I requested them that I dont need any call from them, if I need any service then i will call on their helpline number or I will login to their website but still i am getting. It has been observed and experienced too, when you request dont call then they will call you from more number of times and from different numbers even...

After all that sufferings, i have to use the forum of consumer complaints for the issues I am having for the last one year. Looks like you guys keep on providing poor services so that customer calls you up and you ask for money as visiting charges everytime. This is not a good customer satisfaction you are providing. Adding channels to my subscription without my consent

My customer id is 75648370. d2h has been shamelessly adding channels to my subscription without my consent and charging money for it. This has happened twice and everytime I have to remove those channels. This is fraud. Their team members call on the registered number to harass about adding channels when I make it clear everytime I don't want extra subscription. And on the guise of talking to me, they add the channels even though I've made...

Regarding the Credit given us

My name is Pradeep Nalawade I use The D2h dish[protected]but for a few months now the company has been giving me 3 days credit when my recharge runs out. This credit is given to me without asking and in return I deduct Rs. 30 to 35 from the next recharge. I often call customer care and get notified but no one responds.
