D2H not working for the past 5 days

Amount deducted from my account for Relocation

Excess amount demanded for relocation of d2h.

I am working in C.R.P.F. Consequent on my transfer from Delhi, I was removed my Videocon D2h antenna from my Delhi House on 19/08/2015 for further shifting to my home town at Kerala. Regarding Video D2H double amount charge

Scrambled signal not resolved for last 20 days

Looting and harassing loyal customers

Item not dispatched even after 12 days and continuous followup

Failed set top box

Below complaint was resolved in the begining of July by providing a
refurbished DVR set top box. And now within 1 month, even that box is
