Simply worst Customer Service experienced yesterday. I have recharged with Rs200/- on 6th Sep and received the below SMS. Pls find. Cust id 42619670 recharged with Rs.200, Balance Rs.199.39, Due date 29/9/2015. If services haven?t resumed, keep product switched on and SMS REF to [protected] from RTN. To know your Account Balance, Recharge Due Date and Customer ID - Call toll free on [protected] or SMS BAL to [protected] from RTN. However, it was been expired today. Why? On asking to the Agent, she is giving some illogical reason, which I was unable to understand. On demanding a proper explanation, she said I am transferring your call to supervisor and put it for a long hold. Do your Agents have quality monitoring? What is th hold procedure? Listen the call, you will know the quality. I want my service to be resume with immediate effect, with the proper compensation for time & money (for calling chargeable Customer Care number) wasted in this.     Hi, I requested for the cancellation of Videocon d2h services for customer ID:[protected] on dated a5 sept 2015. When I requested this, Customer Care Executive told me that I will be getting the refund once the service is stopped. Services are stopped from above mentioned date and till the time I have not received any update from neither Billing team not any representative of Videocon. I would like to know the status on the same. Please consider this as high priority request and do the needful and for any queries please call me on [protected].       I've facing problem since the day I start my connection with videocon d2h. 'Signal not available' is a common issue for them. total four times I've complained for this issue. Two times they attended but situation remain as usual after few days. Third time they have not even solve my complain and my complain remain unattended. My complain here is for the fourth. I've lodged the complaint on 13th Sept, 2015 for 'signal not available issue'. After that, they visit me on 16th Sept, 2015 in evening and promptly started requesting me to cancel the complain as its a long gap from the time of complaining, to the time they visit me. As soon as I've done it (cancel the complain), they started to replace my d2h dish from its place to 1 ft distance and after the work they demanded Rs 300 as service charge. Soon i contacted their customer care and the customer care representative inform me that i've already cancelled the complain, and then i told him in details the whole matter what happened actually and then he suggested me not to pay him a penny and he instructed the engineer (atleast he claimed him so) the same. So, the engineer agreed and went. Now today (17.09.2015) i found my ac is debited with Rs 300 and when i contact customer care, they told me that i've lodged a complaint of relocation on 16.09.2015 at 10.51 pm from [protected] (which is not even my number) and for that they debit my ac for relocation charge. They debit my ac without my consent and thousand times i tried to tell them that its not me complained for relocation, they were not even ready to hear. they gave me only this number [protected] and told me to find who the guy is and do my own enquiry. I call that number and its switched off. Is it possible for a common people to fight against these fraud and a corporate giant like Videocon d2h? This is matter of prestige of debiting a/c without consent and without proper verification. In this case i want a full refund of my a/c and i'm not ready to pay for a fraud complaint. this is for your kind investigation and resolve the issue as soon as possible. For videocon d2h its easy to find out who attended my complain and whose ac is credited with my false and fraud complain charge. but question is here, are they ready to hear a common man's call or corporate giants are always deaf to common man's plea?             Since the day I have purchase Videocon D2H there are this or that problem everyday. Don not purchase because- 1- It will automatically start synchronizing date & time anytime. Doesn't matter if you are watching movie or serial the screen will go blank for several minutes and this will happen several times. 2- Smart card validation every 5 seconds and screen will go blank and this, also will happen several times. 9-10 times in 5 Minutes. 3- Their technicians don't know how to solve these problems. So, eventually you are left with nothing but to purchase another DTH service. 4- Don't expect them solve your problem over e-mail. They will forward you advertisments.

              Hello, I have purchased videocon d2h online on 21 august 2015 for Rs. 4420/-. After installation i found video and audio clearity issue in this box. Then i submit complaint against this and their five engineers come my home for same issue and unbale to resolve this issue. After that I had submit a cancellation and refund request on 31 august. He accept my request and stopped my connection on 8 september 2018. After that he refund me only Rs. 2500/-. I have already told him to give me my full money refund. I am trying to contact on his customer care number but he is not take care me. Also he do not reply on my email. So i request you to give me my full money refund and collect your box from my home.                   Dear Sir My Customer ID in Videocon D2H is 29103354. I was call to D2H customer care about 8.30 P.M. dated on 04.09.2015 for the purpose of changing my Local area (Old Address to New Address) I have provided all the information which was asked by the customer care person but when next day I call for services then the person says that your complaint was not lodged due to disconnect of call. and he told me that your service will start within 24 hours And I also confirm that they can uninstall the the set up box and fix at the new address. But at the old address only the person just removed the set up box without stand. And he told that i will not come in our services. And then I complained against that for the providing of services in the customer care and they assured me that your complaint against[protected] will short out up to September 2015 I have not receivbed any service from the company but they are charged of Rs. 300.00 from my Account and send the messages to me for disrupt of services. I had call minimum 10 time to the videocon D2H local boy for install the setup box but in the all day he only promised to that i will install. But he was not install till 07.09.2015. Then I call the customer care and complaint against the boy then they also provide me another complaint no. and told me that your service will start within 8.00 Hours. And dated on 08.09.2015 the local boy about 11.00 a.m. came my new address and told that you will pay for extra for set up stand which was not uninstall by the earlier boy. then after he told me that your wire are useless and you are charge for Rs. 12.00 per meter. Then I asked him for estimation cost of the wire and he lod me that i will come around 20-25 Meters and then after he charged from me Rs. 500.00 and not provide me any receipt for that. And thereafter I recharge my Account with Rs. 1020.00 for three month. but when I discussed with the customer care then he told me that your Balance is remaining of Rs. 549.00. Then I was shocked that the boy charged for Rs. 500.00 and the company deduct the Amount Rs.471.00. And in my all life I can not see this type o[censored]seless services. the Person are so irresponsible for their services but immoderately charged for the Amount. I was again complaint to the customer care and the No. is[protected] the promish me that your problem will resolve till 10th september 2015. And After that i am swich from all the product of videocon.

                    My D2H connection stopped working from Friday night 04/09/2015. On Saturday Morning I raised a complaint with D2H customer service ( complaint ID WOID[protected]. I was told the technician will visit my house in 24hrs. But no one came. Again on Monday morning I called and raised another comlaint WOID 36467630. I was told they will resolve it in 8hrs by sending an engineer. No one came till Evening. I called them again at 6pm. They registered another complaint WOID 36482550. On Tuesday evening an Engineer came and fixed the issue at 4pm. The connection was fine till 7pm, but after that it didn't work. I tried repeatedly calling the engineer on his mobile, but he hasn't responded till now. I've been without D2h for 5 days now. I'm really fed up calling the customer service on a daily basis and asking them to send someone to fix the issue. Can someone please help on this regard. My cust id is[protected]. I will be discontinuing the service if my connection is not fixed in 2 days. Thanks Sundaram

                      Hi, My customer ID is 38131280 and I have relocated from Bangalore to mohali and placed a request of deinstall/reinstall of the product on 23rd July 2015. The engineer came on 24th July and deinstalled the product and i paid him the charges which is Rs 300. In mohali i have resintalled the product on 15th Aug 2015 and after that i recharged my account and found Rs 300 deducted from my videocon d2h account, I checked with customer care and they told me that for relocation thay have deducted the amount, i told them that i have paid the money to the engineer who came to deinstall the product. i lodged a complaint with the customer care regarding this on 26 Aug 2015 which they told me will be resolved within 24 hours. I waited for 2 days and didnt get the amount and when i called again customer care executive told me that i will get the amount credited within 8 hours, but its been 9 days that even after repeatedly calling the customer care i have not yet received the credit to my account.

                          I am working in C.R.P.F. Consequent on my transfer from Delhi, I was removed my Videocon D2h antenna from my Delhi House on 19/08/2015 for further shifting to my home town at Kerala. I was paid a sum of Rs. 300/- while removing the antenna. As per information given by the Customer Care (Videocon) a sum of Rs. 300/- is required to be paid to the engineer of Videocon who will relocate the D2h products. Accordingly, one engineer from Videocon approached to me at my Kerala house for installing the products. Before installation, he told me that a sum of Rs. 650/- (Rs. 300/- for installing antenna and Rs. 350/- for wall mounting of D2h product). But, I refused to paid the amount. The engineer returned back without installing the antenna. Accordingly, I was contacted with Videocon customer care and told the facts. They assured to install the antenna and wall mounting of Videocon D2h Customer ID 16605285 for Rs. 300/- only vide Complaint No. 32335580 dated 26/08/2015.                               Cust ID 67302777 Complain No[protected]) In May 2015, we changed our box from SD to HD and were promised 3 months HD Channels in our Diamond package but the company changed the entire package to Platinum HD and is now refusing to solve the complaint even after 7 days of follow-up. I have the Voucher stating the pack offered as evidence.

                                  I have lodged complaint of no working of D2H services on 19 Aug 2015 at 9 am. Not having heard on 20 of Aug again numerous complaints were made followed by various calls on 21st n 22nd. Only assurances made but till writing of this complaint nobody called or any body came to attend the problem. It's ridiculous that company like Videocon is letting down customers like this.                                     I have been using Videocon D2H service from last 2 years and paying 270 Extra per month since then. My D2H plan costs Rs 520 and we have been made to pay RS 790 every month. We have been made to pay for 2 Set up boxes, one for us and the other one for the FRAUD engineer SRIKANT C.P who installed the set up box. Even our setup box is registered with His name and he is no more with Videocon D2H.He is enjoying the service on our money from last 2 years. Would like to tell you this installation engineer SRIKANTH C.P from Bangalore is a fraud. He is making us to pay for his set up box as well. we have logged complaint for the same many times to Videocon D2H Customer Care, but no proper reply till date. Every time, they log the complain but no solution. Latest Complain No :[protected] Customer ID: 30510555 Registered Name : SRIKANTH C.P (the fraud installation engineer) Now we need a refund of whole amount we paid during these 2 Years. This month too they have charged double as the complain is not being look into. Attached is the screen shot for proof. Please help to expedite the process so that we get the money refunded back ASAP.

                                      My Customer id is 84419488. I am appalled by pathetic service of Videocon d2h. Half the channels are coming scrambled for last 20 days. Have called them at least 10 times. Every time I get an assurance that the problem will be resolved in 1-2 days but the problem remains as it is. Last few complaint numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. I have talked to the supervisors, team leaders (including Umakant Bhande, Siddharth and Faiz) and Manager (Mayur). Was told that their Area head- Anurag Updhayay will call but he also didn't call. In the meanwhile we have to put up with the scrambled images as below. It is extremely frustrating and harassing.

                                        I have been a loyal customer of Videocon D2h since more than 3 years subscribing the most expensive platinum HD Pack. My last recharge for Rs 6640 is dated 24/10/2014 for platinum HD Pack. I received 30 days free plus 3% recharge value for payment through Videocon D2h site. So my next recharge date is 06/12/2015.
                                        On 13/08/2015 I placed a request for relocation for which I was told the charges of RS 300. After deinstallation I paid the said amount of INR 300 on 15/08/2015 to the visiting engineer. After reinstallation at new address I again paid INR 50 on 16/08/2015.
                                        Despite paying the charges upfront to the engineer, excess amount is deducted from my Videocon D2h account which now shows next recharge date of 06/11/2015 which is full one month less than the actual recharge date.
                                        So basically despite paying Rs 350 for the relocation, Videocon D2h on its own deducted amount for one-month subscription which amounts to looting and breaching the trust between service provider and customer.
                                        More so my connection was suspended on 19/08/2015 for non-payment of relocation charges (despite paying upfront charges). I was not communicated in any manner before suspension. This clearly amounts to deficiency in service.
                                        It was me who had to call the customer care for resumption of service despite paying upfront charges. Some supervisor customer care executive started the service by deducting excess amount from my account, saying that I must pay the charges for resumption of service. This amounts to threatening and holding ransom the loyal customer. After complaining this matter to the customer care executive, I’m yet to receive the excess amount wrongly deducted.
                                        A similar thing had happened during my prior relocation. This clearly indicates that Videocon D2h exploits such opportunities to loot the customers by charging them excess amount.
                                        It is such a mental harassment to go through all this and call the customer care again and again without any avail. Every time I call the customer care I have to repeat the entire ordeal, only to receive a false assurance.
                                        Videocon D2h does not provide any detailed account information about the deducted charges on my account page. So basically I’m left at the mercy of some foulmouthed arrogant customer care representative.
                                        I demand immediate reversal of excess amount charged and fair compensation for the mental harassment and agony because of such exploits and deficiency in service. Failing which I will refer the matter to consumer court.
