My Customer id is 84419488. I am appalled by pathetic service of Videocon d2h. Half the channels are coming scrambled for last 20 days. Have called them at least 10 times. Every time I get an assurance that the problem will be resolved in 1-2 days but the problem remains as it is. Last few complaint numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. I have talked to the supervisors, team leaders (including Umakant Bhande, Siddharth and Faiz) and Manager (Mayur). Was told that their Area head- Anurag Updhayay will call but he also didn't call. In the meanwhile we have to put up with the scrambled images as below. It is extremely frustrating and harassing.

    I have been a loyal customer of Videocon D2h since more than 3 years subscribing the most expensive platinum HD Pack. My last recharge for Rs 6640 is dated 24/10/2014 for platinum HD Pack. I received 30 days free plus 3% recharge value for payment through Videocon D2h site. So my next recharge date is 06/12/2015.
    On 13/08/2015 I placed a request for relocation for which I was told the charges of RS 300. After deinstallation I paid the said amount of INR 300 on 15/08/2015 to the visiting engineer. After reinstallation at new address I again paid INR 50 on 16/08/2015.
    Despite paying the charges upfront to the engineer, excess amount is deducted from my Videocon D2h account which now shows next recharge date of 06/11/2015 which is full one month less than the actual recharge date.
    So basically despite paying Rs 350 for the relocation, Videocon D2h on its own deducted amount for one-month subscription which amounts to looting and breaching the trust between service provider and customer.
    More so my connection was suspended on 19/08/2015 for non-payment of relocation charges (despite paying upfront charges). I was not communicated in any manner before suspension. This clearly amounts to deficiency in service.
    It was me who had to call the customer care for resumption of service despite paying upfront charges. Some supervisor customer care executive started the service by deducting excess amount from my account, saying that I must pay the charges for resumption of service. This amounts to threatening and holding ransom the loyal customer. After complaining this matter to the customer care executive, I’m yet to receive the excess amount wrongly deducted.
    A similar thing had happened during my prior relocation. This clearly indicates that Videocon D2h exploits such opportunities to loot the customers by charging them excess amount.
    It is such a mental harassment to go through all this and call the customer care again and again without any avail. Every time I call the customer care I have to repeat the entire ordeal, only to receive a false assurance.
    Videocon D2h does not provide any detailed account information about the deducted charges on my account page. So basically I’m left at the mercy of some foulmouthed arrogant customer care representative.
    I demand immediate reversal of excess amount charged and fair compensation for the mental harassment and agony because of such exploits and deficiency in service. Failing which I will refer the matter to consumer court.

      I am not able to get good quality picture on my dish. I complent customer care but they blem my t.v. Set which is old. If T.V. Problem then i can have problem for every channel but i facing problems fod some channels which are popur. Please help me to solve the problem. Thank you

        I have ordered one perfume on this site of around Rs 400/- against order no [protected] dated 5th Aug. I paid by credit card and money is already deducted from card successfully. The portal shows status of shipment from last 12 days as processing but never shipped. It is more then 10 days and sent multiple mails to this company but no response from their customer care.

          Sir I am customer of videocon D2H.My videocon id is 40836479 and my register number is [protected] which I have registered with videocon.I dont want any call from any company thats why I have registered my number for DND service but from videocon I am receiving too much calls on daily basis. 29 number has been blocked by me of videocon but every time they use new number. The snapshots which I have attached you can check from them how many numbers I have blocked. they can call their customers but they should also check for those customers who has activated DND service. I told them so many times that I dont want any call from your side.This is my humble request to you please do the needful. Gurjinder Singh

            To, The Customer Care Incharge, Orissa. Sub: Regarding Disconnecting my d2h connection & charging for the channel giving without my consent. Dear Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention that I am fade up with the service of videocon d2h service. I have take the connection on 12.06.2015 and the videocon has provided 1 months free service up to 11.07.2015. But during this time I have informed the local d2h office create the problem and after you initiation the problem sought out within 1 hrs. Again you d2h office, Keonjhar, Odisha create a problem that on 11.07.2015, I have deposited Rs. 240 for another 1 month payment but your office has intimated me to deposit sum of amount for the channel given which is without my knowledge. But when i deny to pay as they have not taken consent from me and I also strictly told them my payment is restricted to Rs.240/- every month, as i not need any more channel. But they create problem to me by disconnecting my d2h connection w.e.f. 04.08.2015 morning. I would therefore request you to kindly take immediate action to restore my connection otherwise i have to take the shelter of consumer court for the same. Further I would request you to kindly take necessary action in this matter otherwise we will have no option but to disconnect the d2h service for this type of harassment. Also I would request to extend my date for every single day dis-connection.               Saga Continues...

              Below complaint was resolved in the begining of July by providing a
              refurbished DVR set top box. And now within 1 month, even that box is
              not booting up. This complaint is also pending now since last 1.5 weeks
              (Complaint#[protected] /[protected] on 1st August and #[protected] on 23th July).

              Can you please help me here? OR let me know what options I have other than discontinuing your services for ever.

              Videocon D2H - Failed Set Top Box - Complaint open since 15 days

              For Customer ID# 96416530, I registered 1st complaint on 16th of June for Set Top box (DVR HD DVR) since then no service technician visited. I call up support# every day hearing same apology and promise to send engineer in 8 hrs. Sometimes reason changes to monsoon in mumbai.. but even that is no more now. Every time, they give a new complaint# and escalate against there engineer. LAtest complaint# is[protected] which due to resolve tomorrow. I am not sure what to do so trying to get some help here.

                I hv purchased a sheos combo order no [protected] Dr 25/6/2015, & received the same on 30/6/2015 but sheos were found tight on my feet. I hv complaint d2h & they asked me to send back complete combo and I will replacement with in 6-7 days. I couriered the combo on 4/7/15 wich delivered to d2h on 7/7/15. but till today they have not sent my sheos of next size. I hv complained so many times & always they reply that I will get my combo within 5-6 days. When I request them to give their senior 's no. they refused. What should I do. They r neither returning my combo not refunding my money.

                      I am receiving unwanted calls regarding recharge offers from videocon D2H despite having asked the customer service guys multiple times that I do not want any calls or alerts on my mobile. I have registered for DND and yet I am reciving such calls.

                        ORDER ID: [protected] I have ordered an item worth Rs.699 on 26th July, 2015. After ordering when I checked the "My Orders" section in their website, it was showing "Processing". On 27th July, 2015, I bought the same item from a local store. So I called their Customer Support Number[protected] to request for cancellation and refund. At first they were not receiving my calls. But after a few tries, they received my call and said that they are processing my cancellation request and it will take 2 days for the cancellation After 2 days, when I checked again the "My Orders" section, it was showing the same status "Processing". I again called them and asked why my order hasn't been cancelled yet. They again said me to wait and also said that my order will be cancelled very soon. I also sent more than 10 mails. But haven't received any reply yet. Today is the 7th day (already 7 days left), still "My Orders" section showing the same status "Processing". But my order hasn't been Cancelled yet. I have a great experience in buying various items from various online shopping sites. But I haven't faced a longer time for just a cancellation. In other sites, cancellation completes in within 1-2 hours. But in my case it already took 7 DAYS for just a cancellation. I don't know when my order will be cancelled and when I receive my refund. I am now feeling shame on myself. Why I have bought the item on this site...!Now I think that they are fraud. So I kindly request the authority, please tell them to give my money back. I want a perfect resolution as earlier as possible. Please help me.                         It was prepaid order, wherein the order was cancelled due to stock issue and the entire amount was refunded on 4th Aug 2015. Everything regarding to this was informed to the customer via phone.

                          Hi, I would like to bring to your notice that I am using videocon D2H connection (Customer ID:[protected] and I am facing a regular issue of NO SIGNAL on my TV Screen since 3 days. I had registered a complaint on 27 July'2015 (complaint No:[protected] which is not resolved till today. Inspite of multiple followups the engineers are not giving a proper response and solution. I ended up calling them minimum 5 times today and they disconnected the call. I am very much frustrated by your service. Also my money is being wasted as I got it recharged for 30 days and without even using the service I will have to pay for it.                             Raised complaint with VD2H customer care and they are resolving the issue. Raised complaint on 11th July'15 - still not resolved. Work Order Number 34474676, Customer ID 90186459. Complaint Number =[protected] Last time also to get issue resolved - it took more than 20 days. And that also I have to go personally and pick the engineer from local distributor and paid extra amount for getting issue resolved.
                            Very poor customer service. Very bad experience.

                              Thanks to Videocon for helping my kids get better grades since Videocon D2H Cable is not working from last few months!!! My customer id is 95989177. I have been raising complaints after complaints for video freezes and frequent no signals. STB has been replaced couple of times for which we were asked to pay. After this hit n trial of STB replacement which I think is the only options which these guys try they have now completely stopped attending our complaints. We open a complaint and they close it after 2 days without anyone calling us or visiting our place to resolve the issue. This has been going on from last couple of months. The biggest mistake which I did was to take a annual package this year most of which has already been used without us watching TV.

Now I want to change the customer name and address because when I tried to recharge d2h for a year by online then it rejected because there were no balance in Bansilal soni's account while I've .When I met to dealer and told him about my problems then he told to ask Customer care.And your customer care officer told, me to send E-mail.So I want to change it.If you can do it easily then it will be better for me otherwise I'll leave it and move to another options. Videocon D2H guys has installed the setup and activated South Platinum gold pack. The payment has taken more than the package. Actual amount as per the service: 1720 Taken amount in hand by service guy: 3234 I have waited for 4 days to see New South Gold pack and it is not reflected in my account. I request you to help in getting the refund amount. I dont want Videocon D2H anymore.. I will probably look forward to take tata sky connection.

                                      Hi, I recharged videocon d2h through online from videond2h website (http://www.videocond2h.com/wsc/index.aspx) through internet banking for my Account[protected]. Amount deducted twice, but the payment is not reflecting and all the channels are still not working. Transaction Date 24/07/2015 Transaction Amount INR 241.00. Videocon customer services are very bad and frustrating the customers. when should I expect the deducted amount to be refunded ?

                                        On 21st July, I recharged my d2h account with Rs.2310/- (for 6 months) after having spoken to customer care executive and confirmed that there will be 416 channels & services including 28 HD channels in the package costing-Rs.385/-per month. On the same day around 915PM, my HD channels suddenly stopped working. I promptly spoke to customer care again and was told that i would be required to pay Rs.150/-per month as "add on" to avail of any HD channels. I spoke to supervisor also but he insisted for same. Finally on my persistence a complain was raised- No.[protected]. For no fault of mine and having paid, I have been deprived of services for last 3 days. I request you to resolve the complaint at earliest and restore HD channels as promised.
