Sub: Regarding Purchase of Videocon d2h Dish Antina.
Dear Sir,
I have purchased the videocon d2h dish antina from Mital Electronics, New Market, Near S.P. Office, Keonjhar, Odisha. From the beginning the supplier give trouble to me as I have paid Rs.2, 000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) in cash for d2h antina but the shop owner had issued me a memo no.477, Dtd:12.06.2015 by mentioning Rs.500/- only. When i told the the owner of mital electrical he told me that only Rs.500/- memo he can issue. During the time of purchased he told me that the d2h have provided 1 months free service from the date of installation, so as my antina is installed on 12.06.2015 then my 1 month free service is on 11th July, 2015. But I regret to intimate you that the videocon office intimate me to deposit the next month dues by 31st July, 2015. As per their intimation I have only allowed 18 days instead of 30 days. I have contacted the Mital Electronics personal but they told me to contact at their Keonjhar Office. When I contacted at videocon d2h office they told me to bring the d2h antina to their office for checking. I am very much fade up the service of supplier as well as the videocon office personal to create me trouble. I would request you to kindly send your service personal to check and extend the date of free service as told earlier otherwise I shall be bound to file an application before Hon'ble consumer court for this issue.

I have been following up with the Videocon d2h customer care for more than two weeks now, in order to get my SET TOP BOX replaced. Every time I call in, I get the reply that the engineer visit will happen inside the next 24 hours. I have got several complaint numbers & email assurances stating that the issue would be handled inside 24 hours. Till date nothing has happened. No engineer has visited & nothing with regards to resolving my issue has happened from the service providers end. The order number & the compliant numbers I have received from the customer care are given below :

Apart from all there I have sent numerous emails to the customer care email ID & also raised STB complaints from the service providers website. Yet till date absolutely no step has been taken towards resolving my issue.
I would want to get the issue resolved by today itself or get the full reimbursement of the amount that I had paid to the service provider on the 18th of May, 2015 as recharge money so that I can get rid of this worthless service provider & go for something better.
