    Customer ID[protected] Recharged on 3/7/2014 for 1 year and paid 2760/-. I was told that I will get 40 days extra. But now the services are stopped w.e.f.19/7/2015. Why?
    One of your service engr visited us in Feb'15. I paid him accordingly as I was directed on phone by your company representative. Your service engr also told me to pay for STB insurance that I also paid. (I don't remember the amount exactly.) But he did not deposit the collected amount at your office and you have adjusted it from my D2H recharge amount. Where am I defaulter?
    Please look into the matter and resume my services.

      To, The Customer Care Executives, Videocon d2h, Mumbai. Sub: Regarding Purchase of Videocon d2h Dish Antina. Dear Sir, I have purchased the videocon d2h dish antina from Mital Electronics, New Market, Near S.P. Office, Keonjhar, Odisha. From the beginning the supplier give trouble to me as I have paid Rs.2, 000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) in cash for d2h antina but the shop owner had issued me a memo no.477, Dtd:12.06.2015 by mentioning Rs.500/- only. When i told the the owner of mital electrical he told me that only Rs.500/- memo he can issue. During the time of purchased he told me that the d2h have provided 1 months free service from the date of installation, so as my antina is installed on 12.06.2015 then my 1 month free service is on 11th July, 2015. But I regret to intimate you that the videocon office intimate me to deposit the next month dues by 31st July, 2015. As per their intimation I have only allowed 18 days instead of 30 days. I have contacted the Mital Electronics personal but they told me to contact at their Keonjhar Office. When I contacted at videocon d2h office they told me to bring the d2h antina to their office for checking. I am very much fade up the service of supplier as well as the videocon office personal to create me trouble. I would request you to kindly send your service personal to check and extend the date of free service as told earlier otherwise I shall be bound to file an application before Hon'ble consumer court for this issue.         mobile no [protected] belongs to me i.e. mr. b.n.roy by profession advocate.Despite of taking any connection from videocon d2h service from about last 1 year in almost every months i am receiving calls as well as sms regarding recharge of videocon d2h id[protected].I am just tired of phone calls and sms of the company.I couldnot understand i haven't taken any connection from the company then why i am receiving sms and calls from the company.kindly look into the matter as soon as possible or otherwise i have to take leagel action against the company.

I can install videocon d2h on 14th july 2015 to signal not available . i complaint the customer care then he given work order no[protected] and he tell his engg. visit next day (15.07.2015). but the engg cannot visitt.then i again complain to customer care the they said given again complaint no[protected] and she is tell visit next day (16.07.2015). but the engg cannot visitt.then i again complain to customer care the they said given again complaint no[protected] and she is tell visit next day (17.07.2015) .the customer care behaviour is so bad they cant talk properly they can harash me.the service is very poor and they can make fool of the customer.please take action of these type company which make fool and total harash to the customer

                        This is a follow up to an earlier complaint I had raised with regards to the Videocon D2H transmission at my home. My Videocon Customer ID is 77246702 & I have dual D2H connection at my place. Earlier I had raised a consumer complaint with regards to my Set Top Box not being replaced even after 2+ weeks of submitting the complaint with the customer care. After almost 3 weeks finally today the Videocon D2H engineer came to my house to replace my Set Top Box. But after he left a new issue has cropped up. Now my secondary connection has conked off. There is no transmission on the secondary connection(Card number '[protected]') I have no idea what happened. When I called up on the customer care number I was told that one of my connections had been cancelled. I have already paid for 1 years subscription for both the connections. Never should have any of my connections been cancelled. Also I too have never, even by mistake, asked for any kind off cancellation. The customer care executive, today gave a new complaint number for reactivating my cancelled connection. Complaint '[protected]'. He also mentioned that the connection would be reactivated only by tomorrow, post 12 p.m. This is simply not acceptable. The Videocon Customer Care & its Technical Support needs to be severely dealt with. Their customer care executives are all, partially literates & their on field support just takes way too much of time to visit the customer & get the issue resolved. But the biggest problem is that the service provider(Videocon D2H) takes its customers & their complaints for granted. They just keep giving excuse after excuse & delay the resolution to be provided by days & weeks. Now they have also started cancelling connections for no reason. As I had mentioned earlier as well, I desire a full refund of the amount(recharge amount) which I had paid earlier this year to continue with this service providers subscription. Let them discontinue their service after reimbursing the amount to me. I don't care about it. Also I would suggest strict measures to be taken from the consumer forum against this D2H service for their irresponsible ways of dealing with the customer complaints.

                          As I had complained on dt. 12.07.2015 to rectify and return my amt. but now still not I am satisfied. My A/c (ID:[protected] is showing the balance. Rs.100. 1. Previously it was showing Rs.127/- after deducting Rs. 60//- 2.The recharge date actually it should be 23.07.2015, where as it is showing 20.07.2015. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                              I had made complain for shifting of Videocon dish on 8th July 2015, but till today I.e 12 July 2015 none of the technician has visited our place. This is bit of shame on such a big service provider company that they aren't possible to provide after sales services. I would term Videocon as service provider who only concentrate on New connections an not solving querries.

I have been following up with the Videocon d2h customer care for more than two weeks now, in order to get my SET TOP BOX replaced. Every time I call in, I get the reply that the engineer visit will happen inside the next 24 hours. I have got several complaint numbers & email assurances stating that the issue would be handled inside 24 hours. Till date nothing has happened. No engineer has visited & nothing with regards to resolving my issue has happened from the service providers end. The order number & the compliant numbers I have received from the customer care are given below : Order number :[protected]received on the 25th of June, 2015) Subsequent Complaint numbers received :[protected],[protected] &[protected] Apart from all there I have sent numerous emails to the customer care email ID & also raised STB complaints from the service providers website. Yet till date absolutely no step has been taken towards resolving my issue. I would want to get the issue resolved by today itself or get the full reimbursement of the amount that I had paid to the service provider on the 18th of May, 2015 as recharge money so that I can get rid of this worthless service provider & go for something better.

                                    I've never experienced such a loot in services industry. I started off with Videocon D2h about a year back and bought a new connection for about 2k and then added another one after 3 months where they didn't provide us a dish antenna despite requesting for a separate dish and added the new connection in the same antenna by installing a part 'lfnb' and removing the original one, which they had taken back (ideally should have given us as we paid for it). After 4 further months, I bought another connection in my new house and requested them to relocate the second connection from old house to the new one. Firstly, there was about 3 emails required with 9 forms with NOC etc, which was a painful process. Second, when their engineer arrived, just to inform that if I take out the part from the old connection, the remaining original connection will not work and left. Because he closed the request in his books and I didn't pay the supposedly 300 rupees relocation charge (which was never done) and the engineer didn't ask for it either as he didn't do any work. My second connection was blocked due to non-payment. I recharged with 9500 rupees for one year for both the connections and made the blunder by committing just a day before. When I called the customer care, he mentioned that I can only resume services after deducting 300 rupees from your account and then resumed services. Here is the arm twisting and non-customer eccentric behaviour for which I'll drag videocon d2h to the for the following issues: 1) not providing dish despite insisting while buying the second connection 2) forcing to charge again for the hardware which we have paid for already 3) stopped my satellite link for non-payment of 300, which even their personnel never asked due to no work done. Despite having a balance of 9500 rupees in the account, I had to face all this. I've never gone through such a pain EVER in my relationships with 10 other service providers. PLEASE BUY VIDEOCON D2H ONLY FOR YOUR ENEMIES! Rohit [protected]

                                        I took new connection of 3rd july and asked with customer care that when i will get it becoz on weekends only i have time, that person told me you will get it tomorrow. but now its 5 days gone but still i did not get connection and when i called to customer care they are not confirming me when they will install D2H. And height of irritation is every day i called to them. they told me that madam you will surely get it today.. I dont know why videocon teaches to their employee how to lies with the people daily and false statement. This is ridiculous. I think this is one of big mistake of my life that i have chosen videocon. I have got a call yesterday saying madam your query will resolve in 8 hrs.. what the hell.. it around 48 hrs and query is not resolved. again today morning i got a call from engineering saying madam we will come to your home at 7PM... again i should say what the hell you guys are doing. I took new connection and for that new connection, around 20 escalation mails and 10 complaints have been raised within videocon internal process. you guys are really liar and not able to provide smooth service like tata sky and dish tv are doing in the market.
