Hi, My name is sandip and i have been using D2H videocon connetion from 4 month cust.id: 79138849, i have been facing issue with signal since from 6 days and i have no TV at my place i have been calling this customer services dept since from last 5 days just they are giving false promises about technician appoinment witin 24hrs and now its like more then 60hrs but nobody turn up.. and when i ask about refund of whole amount they are responding tht to properly please look in to this...No Activation of D2H service after recharge My customer id[protected], Videocon D2H service deactivated on 09th Jun 2015 & last month package due date is 10th Jun 2015, also i am recharge Videocon D2H package of six month on 10th Jun 2015, 11:48:03 am, but today's date 15 Jun 2015 not activated service. From 10th Jun 2015 to today's date 15 Jun 2015, daily two time called to customer care, that told our service engineer come to home & activated the D2H service but till date nobody not come, .what can i do for that service activation .

    I have book the 12 Months of South Silver Sports Pack on 13/6/2015 at 03 pm. And i still didn't get any installation. When i called to customer care they told call to [protected]. When i called to this number around 12 this morning the response we will install in 2Hrs. When i call them after 2 Hrs they receiving the call after listening to my name and customer id they are disconnecting the call. Finally one guy called silva receive the call around 3:30 and he told i will mail u in detail what happened and all those things but i didn't get any mail. And my problem is still not solved. Please let me know how to cancel this order. This is worst service i have felled ever.

      My connection is suspended from the morning. The company is asking for Rs .150.I didnt find any reason behind the suspension. My set top box was not working properly as I have replaced it two time and every time the company is asking for Rs. 150 for replacement. I talked to customer care department they first told me there will ne no charges this time but after replacement they have suspended my services.         I had called Videocon DTH from 29th April 2015 till 12th May 2015 regarding failure of set top box. Engineer visited my house multiple time replacing set top boxes. Issue did not fixed till 13th of May 2015; when engineer called company to fix issue. Set top box was not working from 29th April 2015 till 13th May 2015. When I requested validity extension; Videocon DTH had provided only 2 days validity; saying others are not applicable to my connection. Am I fool to call support; multiple times to fix my set top box? even though engineer visited many times; and they had changed set top boxes; company is not admitting its fault and providing me compensation for the same.

          Videocon D2H services are down since 5days. Custoemr care only gives false promises again and again that it will be repaired in 8hrs. I am loosing my recharge money for this month. very very poor and pathetic company. this company should be banned and closed down.

            My son received a phone call that u will be given additional movie channels for FREE for four months and my son replied yes without knowing the facts. But Rs. 60 has been charged for the same. kindly revert back the same policy. When I charge Rs. 241 for super gold package it should last for 30 days.

              My Id is 33029503. In 2012 for de-installation and re-installation both we Have paid Rs 250. In feb 2015, I called videocon for getting re-istallation of dish they said its Rs250. I did it. In Apr 2015 I asked them for de-istallation and re-installation they said its Rs 150 for de-installation and Rs 250- for re-installation at new place. so I paid Rs 150 for de-installation of disk. In June 2015 When i called for re-installion they say its Rs 300 for both de-installation as well as re-installation. So if it is the case Why I was charged Rs 150 for de-installation? So why the policy changes everytime? In feb 2015 also the egineer said if you will pay Rs 400(Rs250+150) then it will also give u benefit of 1 year warranty cover. I said ok and paid him. 2 days after again Rs 250 is reducted saying reinstallation charges. They are just making fool of customers. I will suggest never ever go with videocon. Network is good but there engineer service is pathetic.

                We have registered complaint on 8th June 2015 for technical problem. Complaint no. 30498248 for customer id 98456139 but no enginner has visited to our place till date. Repeated calls have been made to customer care but nobody turned up to resolve our problem since last 6 days. Please look into the matter immediately and resolve our problem

                    I am using video con D2h from last 1 year. ID is[protected]. My remote stopped responding on last Saturday 6th JUNE 2015. I filed a complaint[protected] to get the remote repaired or replaced. But the people closed the complaint without giving any services. I again called the customer care and registered the complaint[protected]. these people promised to get the issue resolved by friday. But after one more complaint[protected] and 3 more days of follow up, the issue is still not resolved. All that the customer care does is simply raise a complaint and that's it. They don't follow up whether any action is taken on the complaint or not. I am simply fed up of these buggers. With the tall promises they commit, the quality of services they provide is horrible. I will never ever recommend any one to purchase videocon D2H services.

                        I have booked new d2h connection through online on 08/06/2015. while booking one of the staff called and he asked me, pls mention my CSE no. aravind001 of his sale benefit and i mentioned and booked (D2H[protected]). For that they created customer id[protected] on 09/06/2015 after that not responded. I called to customer care and asked they raise the complaint no.[protected] and after 24hrs(i think their escalation request time(TAT)) i got msg saying that your complaint no.[protected] resolved without installation. Again i called to customer care and they raised one more complaint no.[protected]. For new customer you people are not able to give service properly for getting business, how for exist customers can you give services. Look at the complaint seriously and take the action immediately.

This recharge has not succeed. but amount of INR :-221 is cut from my state bank of bikaner and jaipur account . I have recharged from debit. My SBI account is showing value date:- 11/06.2015, and narration :- TO TRANSFER INB Bharat Business Channel L TECH_BARATB Payments, and ref. no. :[protected]IG0ADXUTO5 TRANSFER TO [protected] INTERNAT BANKING SBBJO, and This amount has cut from my SBBJ account but in my d2h account have not received this money. I am sending the proof of online payment transfer detail and please request to you take action quickly on this report.

                            Hi, My name is Prabir Sarkar and I have been using D2H videocon connetion from 1 year cust.id:[protected], i have been facing issue with relocation my vediocon d2h from sulekha, jadavpur-700032 to P.Majumder Road(Near Moitri Sangha Club), kolkata-700078 from 4 days.One engineer came to dismental dish on saturday at jadavpur-700032 and I paid Rs. 300 for this and they told me that installation will be done at new location on sunday.But still nobody come to install the D2h.I have complained many times in customer care but there is still no solution.I am very upset and unsatisfied with this service. I will change vd2h very soon and I will not recommending to any body for this poor service...

                              Hi Team, We have booked the Videocon D2H connection through Online on 2nd June 2015, As Videocon Engineer and staff know that there is local cable connection problem, still you people are giving connections, and we were waiting for the system engineer to come and visit our place, continuously calling few times they will give response and few times not. Also by spending 200 Rs extra from my pocket I have brought kit from the service centre present near to my place, after doing this still Engineer not visiting our place, its quite disgusting. atleast the engineer can visit our place at late night or else early in the morning. There are 2 videocon D2H connetions on my building and the next building. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. Regards, Vinod [protected]

                                    I recharged my Videocon d2h account with 590/-. I instantly got an SMS from my bank saying the amount has been debited from my account. But the channels still won't come. So I called up Videocon's customer care and gave all the details to them. They're saying that the payment has not been received by them, and that it must've been stuck somewhere in between due to an error by the bank. How is that even possible? That has never happened with any other online transaction in my life. Why only with Videocon? I received a confirmation of the payment saying it was successful. My customer ID is[protected]. My RTN is [protected]. It's by the name of Pronoy Prabhu. The payment reference number after the payment is 19835805.

                                      I want to let u know that i hv just recharged my d2h for one month of rs.385 but it wasn't successful, so i did it again and finally transaction was successful but my money hd been transacted twice..one at 5:31pm and other one was at 5:47pm.d2h has been recharged for a month only.so m requesting to refund my 385/-only or add it to my d2h for next month.do what u can but please provide me the solution.                                       I have Recharged My d2h account on 6th June for ₹ 786 and the recharge wasn't successful but the amount was debited from my account and then I recharged again and it was successful. I m requesting you to refund the money or add it to my next month's balance. Hoping for a urgent positive response.

                                        My Customer id is 65710661 and I am highly disappointment for the kind of services provided by vd2h, at sudden signal issue arised yesterday and no one visiting, it's really poor services because signal issue is not done by customer and of course vd2h is responsible for this. No customer value even if customer is paying to vd2h from last 5 years.. I will change vd2h very soon ...poor service...
