regarding date of next recharge - d2h id 136568056

I have taken Videocon d2h connection on 27th December 2014. The recharge was done for 6 months on the same day, that is 27th Dec. 14 and I am supposed to get 14 days extra for the same. I was persuaded by the salesman to buy the subscription as it offered 4 months of bonus service after the scheduled 2 years was over. D2H relocation not done after 15 days daily follow up
