my customer id is[protected] and our vediocon d2h set top box is not receiving signal since 5 days but its not raining outside. the most surprising problem is only d2h home channels are coming, but if the set top box is not receiving signal then can these both channels are coming. I must say that the vediocon service is really very poor and customer care is also not helping. service is worst for them we are suffering so they should improve their service.

    My Customer ID is 91704266. We requested for Videocon D2H relocation on 29th April 2015. After following up continuously day and night for 15 days, our relocation request was completed on 14th May. We paid a relocation amount of Rs. 300/- to the D2H engineer and a work order 32563276 was generated, which was closed on 14th May. After this, we recharged our account on 20th May for 'New Diamond' pack for one month by paying Rs. 385. But after only 7 days, our amount in our account was exhausted, and we were asked to recharge again. When we inquired about this on 26th May, we were told that a amount of 300 was deducted from our account as a relocation charge. When we told them that we have already paid the engineer, they said the amount will be reverted back till 29th May. From that day we are following up daily, but it of no use. we are just transferred from one executive to other with no results and wasting our time. After talking, explaining for hours with the customer care service, our account is recharged temporarily for 1 or 2 days, assuring us that our deducted amount will be reimbursed back to our account. But, it was never done and we atil keep wasting time talking to the customer care. So, even after paying Rs.685 bucks(300 for relocation + 385 for recharge), we are unable to watch anything, and just listen to meaningless reasons from call center executives. In fact, if we count the recharge amount we lost for 15 days for relocation, as D2H relocation was not done, then we have lost Rs 985, without getting any service for it. I fail to understand, is the time from 14th May till 31st May(16 days) not sufficient for you guys, to confirm from your engineer, that we have paid the relocation amount to him? For the fault in your system, you are making us suffer and the worst part is we paid you guys for this suffering. I'm daily talking to D2H executive from 29th April till date, just because i'm unable to watch/avail the service for which i have already paid for. The D2H service is pathetic and now I'm really regretting having this connection.

      My ID[protected] and the running pack is south silver. I recharged on 14 Apr 2015 for Rs. 380/- for 2 months whereas the services has been terminated on 15 May 2015 on completion of one month. Accordingly I contacted your customer care centre through the local vendor from where I recharged and your people informed me that some HD channels are activated to my account and hence the problems are arised. In this connection I submit that I never applied for the services of HD channels and the HD channels are activated to my account without my consent and I demanded for refund but the customer care people expressed their inability to do so and they confirmed that HD channels are deactivated. However, I again recharged for Rs. 180/- (south silver pack) for one month on 15 May 2015 with the presumption that the above problems may be happened due to oversight. Today I got another shocking information from your customer care centre that " my services will be terminated on 02 Jun 2015" whereas I actually recharged upto 15 Jun 2015. This is not fair. Videocon D2H services deducting our hard earned money unauthorizedly. I want refund otherwise your company will loose not only one customer ... Regards. Gopakumar SK

        Hi, I have logged a complaint with 1) call ID[protected]call closed without resolution) 2) call ID[protected] Engineer visited site without resolution as confirms that this device is a permanent problem) 3) Email sent- received reply without complaint ID Issue: New connection taken 25 days back with HD 2244-RF box, but has not stereo sound, whereas the manual says Stereo output. I would like a new device which has got a stereo output as per the manual. Call Centre are closing calls without solution, keeping customer wait for 15 more minutes and then disconnecting the call. All supervisors are literally scared to speak or attend customer calls

          I had subscribed only GOLD and KIDS ZONE for which I regularly recharge my account. Last time I had recharged with Rs 2330.00 for 6 months which was the fee for these two packages with validity till 18th or 19th June for which mail was received by me from videocon. I now see that 3 more packages have been added which I never used nor have any intention to use. My account validity has been reduced by videocon and it has expired on 27/05/2015 which is a complete surprise to me. I fail to understand how these add-on can be made by videocon on their own without any written consent from me as this involves money for which I am the sufferer. Since the add-on (STAR WORLD PREMIER HD, FREE STAR SPORTS 3 HD, USB DVR Recording) have made without my consent the charges taken by videocon may please be restored to my credit and the validity may please be extended till 18th or 19th June' 2015 as per the original plan and as received by me. I would further request that no unnecessary call should be made to me on my registered mobile number as it not only disturbs me but creates problem in discharging my official duties.             I have taken Videocon d2h connection on 27th December 2014. The recharge was done for 6 months on the same day, that is 27th Dec. 14 and I am supposed to get 14 days extra for the same. Hence, the actual date of next recharge should be July 10. However, I got an SMS, asking me to recharge my d2h on or before 02nd JUNE-15. PLEASE CLARIFY. Thanks, (T.M. Surendran) d2h id[protected]

              Dear Sir, I do have D2H connection with Videocon, Someone from this company called me for a promotional call and as per this promotional event they offered me to get free one month usage of their HD channels package and after one month you have to pay for it. if you don't want this service you have to call support guys and ask for deactivation. I was totally disagree with them even on call i said that i don't want this service where to stop this i have to call your support, ideally it should be a free for one month and if someone like it they will call support and request for continue this service, Why i have to call and request deactivation of service which was not initially requested by me instead it was a part of your promotional event. They called me twice and both the time i was refused to activation then they disconnected my call and activated this service without even my permission. I was not aware of it that they activated on my account but when got to know that they charged to me for it i immediately called to their support. I called three times and every time call duration was more then 11 minutes (which even i have to pay). First call - they said we will raise complaint and you will get response on it. But no response. Second call - They transferred to their senior manager and that manager confirmed me that we will check audio recording and try to find if promotional event offer activated on your account without your permission and you will get feedback on it before 24 hours now almost 72 hours+ done, no response. I recharged my account on May 6th 2016 with Rs. 241 for a month and even my complaint they charged for HD channel package and expired my subscription in 20 days (May 27th) instead of 30 days (June 5th). Today just now i had third call - i asked for to provide response or feedback on my complaint and audio recording check but no update yet even they refused to return my deducted amount and said we can't help you in that best we did that we stopped your HD channel package. I would like to request you please take corrective action on this company along with these type of offers where without confirmation of consumer they activated additional services and then charged for them. Its really ridiculous and simply not acceptable. Looking forward for your earliest and kind support. Thanks Manish

                I have complaint many times, but no response from there end. Even my daily paid money goes waste without watching any channel, . More then 15 days as of now. they have not done any thing to replace my Set up box. Once one tech. came just checked and told we need t replace it an left. After that he ahs not come any more. After calling too they have not responded me. I request you to see to it that it is sorted asap. and you have to refund the money of 15 days which we have not able to see any channels due to your end delay for this.                   Dear consumer forum, 3 days back the videocon cable provider had come to my flat, apparently he has cut my connection and provided the connection from my satellite to another apartment, i have raised a complaint on the videocon portal but to no avail.                     I received an call from customer care last month and they informed we are providing 7 days free trial for HD, and after 7 days they activated HD service without my permission and charged amount from my account. Now they are saying that i have not called the customer care for de- activating HD service. I dint get any call or mail that free trail for HD is activated. My next bill cycle date is 23-6-15 only. But today i received an sms i have pay bill on 30-5-15. This is total cheating the public.

                        My customer ID is 96325869. With reference to my earlier complaint, of not receiving four months of Videocon D2H service that was offered at the time the time of my bi-annual subscription, I am sorry to say that the sloppy method with which VIDEOCON have tackled my complaint has left me flabbergasted. After my former complaint, I got a call from VIDEOCON executives who informed that my service will be renewed, and I will get half of the bonus service, which is 2 months instead of the 4 months which is legally due. Though I should never have agreed to this and should have demanded the full offer, I agreed, as I did not want to continue this dismal affair. I even got a message on my phone about the renewal and also on my Videocon service. I have valid copies of both this messages as proof. According to this messages I am supposed to be getting Videocon D2H till 27.07.2015. After just a day after service was restored, my service was again disconnected abruptly on 23.05.2015. Nobody from Videocon D2H team bothered to call or contact me to inform why I was again disconnected. After I made a few calls myself, I was curtly informed that the earlier decision has been 'revoked'!!! NO OTHER EXPLANATION WAS GIVEN INSPITE OF MY REPEATED QUESTIONS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE! I am shocked at the way VIDEOCON D2H is treating honest customers like me who had bought a full 2 years of subscription which came with the offer (given in print) of 4 months of "bonus" months. Add to that the shoddy way my complaint is being handled ! I don't think Videocon left me any option but to seek legal counsel.

                              Customer ID[protected] Rahman Ahmad 2 days back I complained about my DTH remote that it has stopped working. Customer care confirmed that issue will be attended within 24 hrs I waited for 24 hrs but there was no response from your end. Again i called back to customer care again they said issue will be attended by some other engineer within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs I called customer care again they said it will be attended in next 8 hrs. This is the 3rd issue i have faced in last 6 months. This is 2nd time my remote is not working. Most of the time channels stop working and every time i have to restart the box. The worst product, service and customer care i have ever seen. I have never seen a remote which costs Rs. 325 +(they are asking engineer visit charge) even TV remote is available in Rs.100. I need my recharge to be extended for the period your customer care and engineer has wasted. More than 48 hrs and again they have asked for 8 hrs in the evening which means its going to waste another day. Please extend my recharge for 3 days and ensure that you take your box n all back and refund my money. Since i am not happy with your service, product and customer care i need my money to be refunded. I will approach to some other DTH service provider. Otherwise I will be taking this matter to consumer court.

                                Serious issues with videocon d2h executives. Hi Officer, This is Naveen. I hold a videocon d2h connection with Customer Id: 93724586. I have raised a complaint on 5May for relocation. An executive have come and collected 400 after completing his job. Post that there were some voice issues after the installations. Hence I raised complaints. Enggs came and changed the set up box and demanded 400 again. When I called the customer care, they said not to give anything. And the enggs come downt o 150 Rs. I didnt pay anything to them. Not sure on what happened. The setup box was restarting every now and then. Then I raised another complaint and engg came and changed the setup box again and asked for RS.150, then only my connection will be active. When I checked with customer care executives, they said its not required to pay any amount till 6months and not to give any amount. They were two engg who visited the house and their behavior is not at all good when they visited the house. I can pay 150 and get the work done, but, what if, if the work done is good enough for further 6months-1year time frame. Every month I can't pay these charges. Till date the connection is not working. The setup box number & the number that is present at your offices is not same. I have called your customer care executives to complete this work asap. But, came to know the tickets raised are been closed by engineers, without even visiting the houses. Eg: There was one complaint, regarding the misbehavior of the engineer: I came to know that he closed it, telling that, he asked apologies. But I never got any call from anyone. With one of the Supervisor : Akram's guidance, I raised a work order to close the connection, so that, atleast the backend team will call to find out the reasons. The complaint is been closed, the status seems as, they called and I am not interested to continue itseems. But no one has called me in this regards. Its a financial loss for us. Losing everyday money on calls, on d2h unused services daily + on top of that, misbehavior of the illeterate, unprofessional engineers.                                   My Customer id is 59632128 and I am highly disappointment for the kind of services provided by vd2h. My set top box is not working and service center is also not ready to replace the box. Service center is saying that company is only not providing them set top box because of which they are not able to deliver their service to customer. Company is not giving any service on time. We are using service since last three years and we are dedicated customer. I have registered complain since 8 days but no response was there from service center. I will change vd2h very soon and I will not recommending to any body for this poor service.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam I recharged my account on Videocon website through Citibank debit card on 16th May 2015 since my due date was 17th May 2015 for which amount was debited from my bank account but wasn't credited to my d2h account. I tried contacting customer care but as usual that wasn't of much help and informed me that they cannot help at the momment and i need to wait for 2 days to check the status.But i explained to them that my account will be deactivated the same midnight but they did not understand my situation. The error message i received are as follows:- The Payment has succeeded, but the Recharge operation has failed. The payment may be posted in your d2h account id[protected] if successful or refunded within 36 hours. In case it is not done kindly contact Customer Service no [protected] and quote your Payment Reference No:[protected] and they will assist you in getting the credit. Its just about a month that i had this connection and im having lot issue with videocon and Im sure that i will not suggest anyone for a videocon connection.

                                      My videocon d2h id is 82925554.Im highly disappointed with the customer service employee of Videocon d2h .they just cut the call when I compliant about my request to remove my sports mega pack a month before, but they didn't removed it .when I called and asked the reason for not removing it .they behave with anger and talking harshly .what wrong in asking them the reason for not removing add on yet after I sent request to remove ? Why such unmatured people are in customer service ?
