Videocon post unnecessary Service charges and deduct the recharged money.. If we call to customer and ask the reasons, they say it is deducted by mistake and always make fake promises and never resolve the issue. Every time they use to say it will get resolved in 24hrs, but 24 hours never complete from your end.
