    Dear Team, Even after more than 40 hrs there is no solution for my issue Engg was expected at my place on sunday(21.06.2015) morning then it was scheduled at evening to resolve the issue but no one came to do the same. I log a complaint on 19th Jun 2015 but still no response, i call thrice in call cementer for support but every time getting the update that engineer will visit early or end of the day but still no update. Please do the needful on priority basis.

        Out set top box was out of order, so we complained on 27th may 2015, engineer came nd told us to replace the box with new one with cost 399 rs . Then he told us about new offer of rs 550 in which 1 year warranty of new set top box nd 150 balance will be credited back in acct. We paid rs 550 nd since then 1 month has passed but balance of 150 rs didn't come. I called the customer care today on 21st june, they kept me waiting for 12 mins nd finally I had to cut the call as no one was answering me. My vediocon d2h cust id is 95531517. Please resolve the matter.

            We are facing problems with Videocon d2h since last 4-5 days as we are not able to view certain channels like star plus, star plus HD, Sony, Sony HD and some more. At the same time, we are able to view some other channels. I registered a complain Om their given no. [protected] and the person assured me that my complain will be resolved to my satisfaction within 24 hours and a code will be texted to my registered cell no. which I have to tell their engineer who will call me before visiting my home. Accordingly, a person named Dinkar ( that is the name he gave me)- from his cell no. [protected] called me up and enquired about the problem as well as the code no. However, after I described the problematic and told the code no., he abruptly disconnected the call. He called back today twice and asked me about the problems again and like earlier, disconnected the phone without any further talk. So far, none of the engineers has visited my residence and I am contemplating of discussing the total unprofessional behaviour by company employees with other Videocon d2h users.

              Customer ID 80241964. Every alternate day I do not get signal and in every visit by your agent, I am to pay Rs. 150.00. The repairs are not made properly, because of which every week I have to your agent to correct the defect. Please advice your agent to repair the defect urgently and also with expertise to give me signal without fail.

                Hi - i have installed common dish antenna connection at Address - Cosmos Paradise, Cirrus A 1204, Devdaya Nagar, Thane West 400606 Client Number :[protected] Package New Diamond Package with Malayalam and Tamil Channels Problem statement : 1. The second connection has been not working from the date of installation 10th June 2015 the channel are mix matched and doesn't show the channel as subscribed 2. We have paid subscription for a year and however the account dont show validity for entire year We have done numerous complaints at the customer care center however no help shown so far . it is getting difficult to cope with the stress we are going through and also in the society there are few more connection which are having same issues Please help Regard Ravi Sangameswar [protected]

                  Customer ID : 98667730 this is my last attempt at getting my compliant resolved with Videocon D2H service provider, as I have been pleading with them for the last 3 weeks to get my problem solved. but i guess Videocon dont value or respect their customer and their money. also people are so lethargic and hopeless who dont even bother to followup, if a customer has been complaining for 3 weeks then what is the problem?why is it still showing pending on the server. Ohh!!! but that can only happen when you take report from the engineer who attends the complaint. But I know you dont even do that since your own engineer has told us that they dont report back to the office. I am surprised how can a company work this way? and misuse customers hard earned money? here is the long list of complaints details: 1st time complaint : 3rd June @ 10:05 pm Complaint no: 33218673 Some of the channels were working but with some disturbance. 2. 5th june @ 1:42 pm Complaint no :[protected] The message said problem would be resolved till saturday 6th June. 3. 11th june @ 1:42 pm Complaint no :[protected] The message said problem would be resolved till friday 12th June 2:42 pm.(please note company is promising the time here) since the company had promised to resolve the problem by a specific time and nobody came yet again I called up yet again . Supervisor Chirag Waghela told me, an engineer would come in half an hour. A so called engineer came who God knows what magic he did that the remaining few channels have also stopped showing since this date 4. 12th june @ 10:00 pm Complaint no : 33492458 The message said problem would be resolved till friday 12th June 2:42 pm. Supervisor Ashish Singh attended and didnt bother to follow up further 5. 15th june @ 11:30 am had called up the service centre. Supervisor Neelu Chauhan said complaint will be resolved in 8 working hours 5. 17th june @ 1:41 pm Complaint no :[protected] The message said problem would be resolved till friday 12th June 2:41 pm. supervisor Geeta again gave the same excuse and false promise. 6. 18th June @ 2:30pm today Supervisor Arjun singh Chauhan didn't even take the complaint says that I have already registered the complaint 4 times and the problem will be attended in an hr.(im still waiting for an hour to get over...) as per above details, i have been not watching tv for past 15 days, why am i suppose to pay for it? also note since i have been calling the company many a times who would reimburse the phone bill? is the company gonna refund my money? since this problem cannot be resolved by them i would like to the company to refund of my money for the time im not using their services. also will the company refund my maintenance services charges since they don't provide services as promised while taking our money? And most importantly what about the mental torture, frustration that i went through?

                    I think it is the most worst product I ever had..I have recharged my d2h but it is still not working and when i lastly recharged it than there was no sound on some channels..Government should take strict action against this kind of company which have only aim to earn money not satisfaction of the customer..
                    Recharge Videocon d2h but still it is not working inspite of getting confirmation message of recharge. Tried doing all the things but all in vain . Even toll free number all lines are busy, tried many times to contact them but not working

                      Hi I'm Prince Bedi. I'm facing signal issues from last 4 days . i registered my complaint on 14th june 2015 & its 17th June 2015. I keep on calling every day & what get is false commitment that engineer will visit in 24 hrs but no one has even called me since last 4 days. All i get is complaint no. nothing else. There is no one who has take responsibility to take action against it. If they are giving such service to premium customers who already paid full payment for whole year. i dont know what they are giving to regular customer who pay monthly. Its really feel bad & thinking again & again why i have choosen this company who dont ever care what his customer feel about his services.                         This videocon D2H is one of the worst company we have in india. even a local cable wala is more preferable than this Videocon d2h. i have made a querry for relocation and they dont respond me till 50 hrs from request after that i asked i[censored] dont want to serve please refund my money then everyone called me for the same now they want to continue ..

                            Videocon post unnecessary Service charges and deduct the recharged money.. If we call to customer and ask the reasons, they say it is deducted by mistake and always make fake promises and never resolve the issue. Every time they use to say it will get resolved in 24hrs, but 24 hours never complete from your end. If we mail you to raise any concern, you never reply..Below is the real example of your poor service. My customer ID is: 85248973, I have relocated videocon connection under order number 31983370/31986694 on 17th april 2015 and paid 300rs cash to the engineer and get the confirmation mail for payment on 18th April continued the service. for the monthly pack renew, i recharge the account with 241rs on 31st May2015. But after few minutes of recharge, my money was deducted and service was stopped. Regarding this issue, I talked to your customer care and explained the matter, He told 300rs have been deducted for engineer's visit. But i didn't call for any service and no BULL- has come. then he told it is deducted by mistake by one of your engineer. He registered complaint[protected]on 1st jun 2015) and assured that deducted money will be returned withing 24 hours(I got a message for deadline date as 5th jun). But nothing has happened. Next day (2nd jun 2015) i got a call from your end, again i explained the issue. he assured it will resolved within 2 hours, again nothing has happened. I had to call again on 5th jun 2015. and registered complaint[protected] but of no use. On 6th jun, got call from you, again fake promises to resume service within 1 hour, but no action. 7th Jun 2015, call made to customer care, Registered complaint[protected], got fake promises of 24 hours but no action/resolution till date. and received a message "Service charges 300rs has been posted". (to steal money for next recharge). Today, on 9th jun 2015, i again called customer care and registered complaint[protected]. now that gentleman "Jagdish sitapra" promised for tomorrow 10am for service activation. But i am pretty sure nothing going to be happen. After calling so many times they returned the money but after 10 minutes you again deducted.. This is a beautiful feedback of your excellent service, where we have to call several times and wait for three weeks to resolve one issue. LOOK AT THE REGISTERED COMPLAINTS!!! Now i am fed-up with the calling to customer care and Still waiting for resolution!!! I would have to go to consumer court, i am not left with any option..

                                This post is to show my concerns towards the poor customer service by Videocon D2H team. I called D2H customer care on 7th June for relocation of my D2H connection. I got a message instantly that someone from D2H team will visit my home for installation within 24 hrs. D2H technician visited my home on 9th June & as 1-2 parts were missing so he told me that he will arrange the parts and come again on 10th June. 10th June, D2H technician came to my home. He installed the D2H, but due to network issue that installation didn’t succeed, so he dismantled the parts. The technician told me that he will come again on 12th June, as 11th June was his weekly off. As I was not available on 12th & 13th June, so I told him that I would call him for installation on 14th June (Sunday). On 10th June I also paid him Rs 600 for 1 missing part he arranged for me & DDB installation 14th & 15th June – I called the D2H technician multiple times but I didn’t get any response from him. 15th June at 6 PM – After trying multiple times to reach D2H technician, I called D2H customer care number again. I was shocked to know that status of my installation request was “Closed successfully”. (How they can close the request without confirming with consumer). However after hearing my problem, D2H team again raised a new request & told me that they will take my request on priority and within 8 hrs I will get a call for installation. 16th June 2015 – At 2:30 PM: As I didn't get any call till now so I called D2H customer care again. This time they have raised 1 more request & told me that they will take my request on priority and within 8 hrs I will get a call for installation. What kind of customer service is this??                                     you are saying that my complain is solved who said i did not say that you solved my problem.

                                    first you pay my money which is spend by recharge last month and so many calls & complain registere in your record and if you need my phone bill record i will provide Rs- 200/- for recharge videocone & Rs-200/- for mobile bill which i waisted in videocon last month. and than you close my problem .

                                      I have a Videocn D2H COnnection since last 4-5 Years. Everytime there is a problem i need to pay the technical service. Recently i filed a complaint abput recording. the techniucal service guy arrived at home said there is a problem in box and took 300rs from me. The problem did not resolved, again a new technical guy came and said there is a problem with the connection so need 450 rs for repair. Mine question is why am i supposed to pay to them, when they are responsible to deliver connection till TV. we dont know whats material and infrastructure have they installed. VERY VERY PATHETIC... I am Shifting to the new service asap.

                                        Date :[protected] Dear Signal Provider, That I Sri Rajib Dey the subscriber vide Customer ID –[protected] of Vedeocon D2H for the one year package ( GOLD HD), which commence from 22-06-14 to 21—6-15. But suddenly on 13-06-15 it has stopped without intimation. After enquiry it was informed that due to utilising the recording option my balance has become reduced to Rs. 2/- only. But surprisingly it is to be noted that after telephonic calls on several occasions, (my complaint no[protected] my balance suddenly increased of Rs. 469/- only on 13-06-15 at . It is very unfortunate on my part that on 14-06-15 at night my balance again reduce of Rs. 2.50 It is stated that being the reputed company, the fluctuation of my balance on 13-06-15 to 14-06-15 and subsequently totally sopped the user before the statutory entitled and simultaneously, I am completely depraving the opportunity for your arbitrary and signified action. It is to my request that you continue my package immediately according to existing balance. Otherwise my family would be completely deprived for enjoying the same of balance period.
