Madam / dear sir,
This is a complain regarding one of the worst service, I am receiving from such a brand like you. Sorry to put a note that, I am a regular customer of your's since last 5 yrs, recently also I had availed the VPC Sl No HD[protected] till 12/01/2016, up on the request of your engineer during the visit on[protected].
But since 22nd April, I am unable to watch the TV and did not get any response from your end even after several complains as under.
1) called the local personnel - [protected]@ [protected], on 22-04-15 at 10.30 pm & 23-4-15 at 7.30 am, who had earlier provided the VPC.
2) lodged the complain on 24-4-15 at 7.48 pm (as mr Ashok did not respond even after more than 15 calls continuously for 2 days) vide complaint no[protected].
3) Since there was no respond till 25-4-15, I had again spoken to customer care ( nilamani Das at 6.20 pm ) and subsequently spoken with Pankaj Kumar and described the details, and lodged an other complain against the engineer - vide complain no[protected].
4) Mr Pankaj called me at 7.10 pm and told some baseless things I;e a) Engineer called me and I did not pick up and then b) weather is bad, hence engineer cannot visit the address.
5)how could the engineer / supervisor tell base less things as now days every activity can be recorded or proved with substances ?
SORRY TO MENTION EVEN AFTER SO MANY DRAMA, NO BODY HAS VISITED MY ADDRESS OR CALLED ME AS ON[protected] TILL 7.40 pm. WEATHER WAS ABSOLUTELY FINE INTHE LAST 2 days EXCEPT SOME RAIN ON 25-04-15 after 8.30 PM.
This is the worst service I have ever received from VIDEOCON, and if I do not get any respond and an apology letter by tomorrow along with the recovery of the charges since 22nd April to the date when it will be rectified, I will be force to take legal action against you.
