Dear Sir,
Too disappointing service and a worst experience with videocon. I had booked for new connection on 25-jun-2015 the person in charge was Nilesh who told by next day that is 26/june/2015, he will get it installed.
Inspite of my regular follow up still installations has not done. Tired of giving the details to call centre every time I call up, they say will call you back after checking the details never contacted.
Improve you service. Videocon is not offering any service free of cost.
What next I have to do now .
