I'm a user of Videocon d2h. I'm facing problem with d2h setup, I have done complaints in their customer care several times but there is no response from thr end.
Few weeks ago I had problems with their dish that is connected in my home, I called them they said within 24hrs engineer will visit and slove your problem, but they took 4- 5 days just to visit my home.
Now again I have some problems with the setup box which has provided, I called them on 29th June 2015 in afternoon, they said they have registered my complaint, next day engineer will come and solve your problem, from 29th of June to today 1st of July I'm only calling them and lodging complaints. I had word thire supervisor also they also told me the same thing.
On 30th June 2015 I received a call from this no.+[protected], they told me by today your problem will be solved, but it didn't. Today again I called them they again registered my complaint again I received call from this no.+[protected], they told me the same things.
Now today I'm getting calls from Videocon d2h stating that madam your last call was dropped how can I help you, I have explained almost each and every executive of Videocon d2h who has called me.
My Videocon d2h is not working from last 5 dayz but they don't even bother.
They are wasting my money, my time, my energy.
My biggest mistake was to choose Videocon d2h, they don't know how to handle customers problems.
As per your requirement I do not have that much of proof with me right now, but you can find in their data base for sure.
