on 07/07/2015 I have recharged my account with a super gold plan of Rs. 241/- for 1 month but it is now shown on my screen evenafter i have recharged on the time still there is a message of next recharge date 07/07/2015. Customer ID[protected].

    I took new connection of 3rd july and asked with customer care that when i will get it becoz on weekends only i have time, that person told me you will get it tomorrow. but now its 5 days gone but still i did not get connection and when i called to customer care they are not confirming me when they will install D2H. And height of irritation is every day i called to them. they told me that madam you will surely get it today.. I dont know why videocon teaches to their employee how to lies with the people daily and false statement. This is ridiculous. I think this is one of big mistake of my life that i have chosen videocon. I have got a call yesterday saying madam your query will resolve in 8 hrs.. what the hell.. it around 48 hrs and query is not resolved. again today morning i got a call from engineering saying madam we will come to your home at 7PM... again i should say what the hell you guys are doing. I took new connection and for that new connection, around 20 escalation mails and 10 complaints have been raised within videocon internal process. you guys are really liar and not able to provide smooth service like tata sky and dish tv are doing in the market.

      Applied for New Setup Box Installation, service engg not attended, I called customer care several times they are telling service engg ll be attending by 7P.M when I call at 6.55 P.M the executive is telling its not yet 7P.M & wait till 7P.M & this happened today on 7/7/15 @ hubli if there own customer executive is doing like this where we have to go.And before this also i called 2 times onces @ 3.50P.M & @6.00P.M And when i call @7.20 executive now telling Service engg ll come tomo @4.30P.M. So please help me I am really hurt there executive are really worst

        Sir, I am the customer being[protected] of Videocon d2h Super Gold Pack. I recharged on 08/6/2015 at about 8:00 hours. It ought to have been expired on 08/7/2015 at about 8:00 hrs. It showed that the period would expire on 04/7/2015.I complaint being no.[protected]. Your Officer confirmed that it would be resolved by 11/7/2015 though it was not done. But it was not resolved, rather my d2h service has been disconnected on 04/7/2015. It is quite illegal and against the goodwill of the company. Hope, I would not be compelled to take legal recourse. Please take immediate effect. Thank you.

          Myself DEBABRATA DHIR DEO a retd. IAF personnel recharged my D2h id 98035711 with rs241/ on line by self from UCO Rupay card bearing account no [protected] on 07 jul 15. But sadly despite the transaction shown as false, the amount was debited from bank.

          In addition yesterday, the same action was repeated when amount of 241/ was debited from bank against recharge of my brothers D2h id. 72468779. the amount was debited same UCO Rupay card but the transaction was fail.
          Now its really hard to believe the on line transactions . Please do needful to get the amount either credited against the said D2h card ids or get it credited to the account no to stand to ur reputation. thank u

            Last many days i am facing Videocon d2h dishonest service. (Complent date (26/06/2015) They not provide proper fitting service and after fitting folt they ready to forcefully charge 300 Rs. every month. When same place other service provider provide service without any single complaint last 1.5 to 2 year but i face 2 times in 2.5 month. or if not pay they block your service.               I am using D2H Videocon service since 2 and half year my Customer ID is[protected]. I have given a request to reinstallation on 05 July 2015 on 09.00 AM. My complain no.[protected] and again i have call to customer care video D2H customer care again they have told my wait for 8 hours they will send engineer to reinstalltion. CCS senior is also taking not taken any responsibly to my complaint. Please help for this.

                I have paid the D2H amount of 1961 on friday 3rd July 2015. The compnay had commitment of 48 hours maximum to install my D2H STB. Its been 96 hours since I have paid the money. The online sales team is useless. The guy called Selva is not ready to talk although he was handling the query. The girl from maitenance team named Drishti hangs up phone on my face. My registered mobile number is [protected]. The next step is I am going to pull videocon D2H in the court with legal notice.

                  My customer ID is 99669334. I had registered my First complaint on 30/06/2015 for new remote but i still waiting for the same... I m frustrated with ur very very poor service... Every time i call ur customer care number, some poor guy pick up the call and give me same stupid reason or answer like there was weather issue in mumbai / ur remote will b deliver today... Wat kind of service u people r providing??? Is this a professionalism ??? Or u dont give salary to your staff? U people r making fool of customers... I hav recorded all my calls which i hav made to ur customer care number... I will go to consumer court and will lodge a complaint against ur company if by today evening i will not receive a remote..                     I am using your service for many yrs. last yr I started using HD TV & suddenly two of starsports Channel was deleted. I only use sports and news channel I knocked the door calling at centre but it was in vain. Now I got call from one customer care person n I never consented for addition of new channel and some star prime channel was added and 60 INR per month is being deducted. This is gross violation of my customer right . I am professor of surgery in PGI and have no time to go on fighting everyday I suggest. You kindly disconnect my connection and ask your person to take your disc back and return my security back. I couldn't watch copa America final which is my hobby. Please return my left over money back ASAP so that I could switch over to another service provider

                      I have purchase of cloe 11 pc nightwear on[protected] & give payment via online prepaid same day, my order no.[protected]. when am finish my payment via online then am checking my msg on my mobile the amount of product rs 999 is deduct my account 2 time so then am complaining customer care many times but no any responce & send attached all information with bank detail & transaction no. via mail then is also no reply.. am complaning too many times then mr.deepak & mr.rahul forward my complain they send me reply but they says first our account department clear transaction no. then we will refund your amount. i received my product on 3-7-2015 & am complain against my refund amount but no reply or no satisfaction customer care. so i want to clear in your account department is he no received any bank detail of against double amount debit of same product, i want my money refund as sokn as possible. give me ur head office address & ur company ceo & md contact no. otherwise i am going court against you. my contact no. is [protected]

                        I did the worst mistake of my life by buying Videocon d2h .My customer id is[protected].it's never working.since june with start of rainy season there's no signal coming. We have called the customer multiple times. Requested them to send the engg . they keep giving false promises. No engg has come till now. It's July 4. Just because we have paid the whole amount for 6 months . I cannot even switch to another far better Services like airtel, Tata sky or dish tv . They never reply back properly. None of the supervisor has taken any action ever. Instead they will ask us to not to call back again. They will also many times close the complaint without informing. It's been 4 months now and approximately for 3 moths it never worked. Worst company. Worst customer care employees. Worst Services. Our complaint numbers[protected],[protected], 34237190. Hopeless about the results.

                          Mera customer id[protected] he. . . Humne 31 / 03 / 2015 ko online 2connection purchase kiya tha. . Engineer ghar pe aaya tha set top box leke. . . But enginner ne 1 connection properly install kiya wo chalu bhi ho gaya. . . But usne 2nd connection ke liye bola ki muje 2nd connection ke liye connector lene jana padega or wo bola ki wo 30minute me aa jayega connector leke. . . Toh wo ekbaar gaya so gay. . . Wo abhi tak nahi aaya he. . . Meine customercare me bahot complaint register karvai. . . Muje bas ek he answer mill raha he ki apki problem 8 working hours me solve ho jayegi hamara engineer aayega aapke ghar pe or setop box install kar ke jayega. . . Meine 4 month se complaint karte jaa rha hu. . . But muje koi response nahi mil raha he. . . Jabhi call karta hu to bas 8 working hours ka time dete he. . . Or mera 2nd connection abhi tak install nahi huva he or. . . Aapne d2h se activate kar diya he mera 2nd connection. . So ab jab me recharge karta hu toh mera paisa aadha 2nd connection me use ho jata he. . . Mera 30days ka package 15 days me khatam ho raha he. . . Ab me dono connection bandh karwa ne wala hu. . . Or jald se jald mera connection install nahi kiya toh me. . . Videocon d2h company fraud he wo news me update karne wala hu. . !!!

I had booked for new connection on 25-jun-2015 the person in charge was Nilesh who told by next day that is 26/june/2015, he will get it installed. Inspite of my regular follow up still installations has not done. Tired of giving the details to call centre every time I call up, they say will call you back after checking the details never contacted. Improve you service.                                     Already registered a complaint before two days (Work Order Number[protected] still no action taken yet. I even did not get any confirmation call from Videocon regarding the complaint. Not able to get any local number (within my city) where I can contact and call for the serviceman. ( PS: I have the yearly subscription but this is how they treat their customers)

                                      Hi, 28 june 2015 to till date continuously, i am complain against Videocoon d2h network issue and unable to watch any channel, but till date your engineer is not come and solve my problem. every day new customer care officers is talking with me and reassuring me our engineer will come tomorrow. but till date till time no one is visited in my home. the service providing by Video-con D2h is very worst . no use to taking with there executive. take needed action against them.

                                        our satellite dish crashed on the night of 22nd June 2015 due to rainy season so we contacted Videocon D2H customer care and told them about the incident they said they will send a technical engineer in next 48 hours. so we waited for 2 days no one came for fixing antenna so we again lodged a complaint on 27th June 2015 they again sent us same reply saying someone will come in next 48 hours yet no on came so we again contacted customer care and told them about the scene with their engineer engineer said USKO PAISA LAGEGA AND BAAKI SAB BHI YAHI PROBLEM SE GUZAR RAHE HAI AAP AKELE NAHI HO so my mother said OK he said he'll come once everything is done so the customer care representative lodged complaint against the engineer and she said she'll send another guy but still the story is same. i have attached the messages they have sent us below as a proof we are mentally harassed by the technical support from Videocon D2H
