I had given a complaint for D2H remote on 20/06/2015 for D2H remote control. they said you will get the remote in 24hr. but i did'nt received the same. Again i given complaint on 21/06/2015 again they said you will get in the evening or in 24hr. But i did'nt received till 24/06/2015. Then again i called customer care they was saying sir we are sorry and bla bla bla.. again they registerd...

May I knw that, Videocon is making fool to the customer. Without my permission how they can discontinue my d2h. I had called on your customer care number [protected] and ask the executive to continue my d2h but still my hd channels are not visible and I am continuously daily calling on customer care but getting reply of system issue. I have recently registred a compliant for hot getting certain channels and support person came and requested a change of spare in th dish. I log a complaint on 19th Jun 2015 but still no response, i call thrice in call cementer for support but every time getting the update that engineer will visit early or end of the day but still no update. Out set top box was out of order, so we complained on 27th may 2015, engineer came nd told us to replace the box with new one with cost 399 rs . Then he told us about new offer of rs 550 in which 1 year warranty of new set top box nd 150 balance will be credited back in acct.
