For Customer ID# 96416530, I registered 1st complaint on 16th of June for Set Top box (DVR HD DVR) since then no service technician visited. I call up support# every day hearing same apology and promise to send engineer in 8 hrs. Sometimes reason changes to monsoon in mumbai.. but even that is no more now. Every time, they give a new complaint# and escalate against there engineer. LAtest complaint# is[protected] which due to resolve tomorrow. I am not sure what to do so trying to get some help here.

Saga Continues...

Above complaint was resolved in the begining of July by providing a
refurbished DVR set top box. And now within 1 month, even that box is
not booting up. This complaint is also pending now since last 1.5 weeks
(Complaint#[protected] /[protected] on 1st August and #[protected] on 26th July).

Can you please help me here? OR let me know what options I have other than discontinuing your services for ever.

But amount of inr :-241-00 is cut from my state bank of india account . I have recharged from debit. My sbi account is showing date (Value date) narration ref. No. 29-jun[protected]jun-2015)to transfer
    Inb bharat business channel l tech_baratb payments[protected]ig0agfzqu6 transfer to [protected] state bank of india o rs. 241.00 is showing in my account. This amount has cut from my sbi account but d2h account have not yet received this recharge.

      The complaint no.[protected] was first lodged on 23 June 2015 and I was assured to get it rectified within 24 hrs. Till date the complain is open and i have been continuously calling and lodging the complain daily on 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 of June 2015. Every time i have been given assurance of getting it rectified on urgent basis but till date no service engineer have called or turned up. I have been lodging complain to supervisors and sr, supervisors since 26 June and still thing is not rectified. It is really disgusting and shame on the part of Videocon D2h. Pathetic service!!

        The most crappiest customer service i have ever seen. Consumer no. 48640519, name - chandrakant holmukhe. Our smart card is damaged, when we complaint to the customer care they just give time to us that between 24 hours our engineer reaches at your home for repairing, but from 3 day no one has come for repairing

Where as most intresting thing is that "no one has come to attend the problem and my set top box is still break down". Good Wishes to you all and god bless you. Continue like this.

            - june 23rd 2015 recharge of 380 is been done, - customer id 98691757 - since then getting error that signal is not available - and for the same complaint has been register with customer service on 23 june 2015 - till now 29 june 2015, no engineer has visited, and the issue is still unresolved. and badly ignored. - since 23 june 2015, we are making repeated calls and getting false promises that engineer will visit in 24 hours sometimes even said in 8 hours, - its been 7 days that is 168 hours now no resolution. - being a loyal customer is this kind of service we deserve ??? - spoke to supervisors named Minal and dhruv from your department, even they promised that they will look in to this in priroty basis since 23 june 2015 but still no priority given. - I SHOULD SAY NO ONE IS BOTHERED - being so buy for whole day we have take time to call you customer service for hours and hours for this . - still no attention is returns - following are the complain raised with the complain number :[protected], 33890543 and many more. - very bad customer service experience, never going to suggest Videocon D2H to any one. - hope this email will help to get my issue resolved asap. waiting for your reply, An unsatisfied customer of yours, Regards, Manit Shetty.

              My self Kiran Tamhane. My customer ID is[protected]. I had given a complaint for D2H remote on 20/06/2015 for D2H remote control. they said you will get the remote in 24hr. but i did'nt received the same. Again i given complaint on 21/06/2015 again they said you will get in the evening or in 24hr. But i did'nt received till 24/06/2015. Then again i called customer care they was saying sir we are sorry and bla bla bla.. again they registerd complaint but same thing happend. No engineer called me or no one visited yet. Next day on 25/06/2015 again i called customer care but no resoultion every one said that sorry we will resolve shotly but not getting any resolution. Again i called customer care today i.e 28/06/2015 again they said we will resolve the issue shorlty but i dont think so that issue will get resolve. This is very pathetic service i ever seen in my life. Guys dont buy videocon d2h, the service is very pathetic. whenerer i registered compaint no service i got from videocon. I am very frusteted and i am not able to watch my tv since 9 days.               After following up more than 20 times i got the remote after 11 days with 100 rs more than the amount which was told me customer representative. After this they revert me 100rs + 11 days amount.

              Today again I called them, Also talked with their executive Prasad on [protected] and told me you will get remote control today evening as the guy is in your area only. But I didn't receive any remote control yet. I was asking them to close this complaint so that I can raise new complaint & ask for refund as due to remote I am not able to watch TV from last 10 days. But they are telling that once this complaint close, you can not ask for refund. Now I don't understand for single small remote they are taking too much time & still how much time I have to wait to get this close. They are not giving any commitment also.
              Every one is telling lies starting from customer care guys to manager to senior manager to executive.
              Every body passing calls to each other.I wasted to much time in this.
              Really very frustrated to videocon service.

                May I knw that, Videocon is making fool to the customer. Without my permission how they can discontinue my d2h. I had called on your customer care number [protected] and ask the executive to continue my d2h but still my hd channels are not visible and I am continuously daily calling on customer care but getting reply of system issue. Your executives are making fool to the customer. I will escalate to MD and as well as will register complaint to Consumer forum, after this wordings also, still not getting any resolution.                     Dear Sir, I am a very small customer of your LARGE organization with Customer ID[protected]. I use your D2H service. This is to bring to your attention that I am deprived of D2H service since 22nd of this month and at least 10 times I have contacted your customer service and in last call they briefed me that they are not able to handle this as your engineers are not responding to to their requests. Possibly, they work as an eccentric part of your organization and they just work like other govt officials, the kind of service we are very well aware of. CHRONOLOGY: 22nd June: My D2H service went dead (No Signal) 24th June I contacted at 11 AM, First they try sending some signals then I was assured it will be done and raised request has been raised work order #33892543 25th June: Early 1:30 in morning, I dialled in again. Got a response that it will be done in 1st half of the day. 26th June: I call again and ask to connect with senior officer and got response with new complaint #[protected] with assurance to resolved till June 26, 2015 06.46PM 26th June:, I called in afternoon and try to check whether request will be close today and got response that due to rain engineers are busy. You can check in pune from last 02 days there is no huge rains. I ask them to connect to senior officer and got response with new complaint #[protected] with assurance to resolved till June 27, 2015 04.22PM You have all details. I urge you to verify From the series of events, you can guess, how amazing and satisfying your customer care has been to me. I understand there is always a deliverable slide in customer service industry. However, there is always an approach to it. If this is customer service, then I can certainly say definition of customer service is rather REDEFINED, at least for your organization. To my shock, it is unbelievable that your engineers act as a separate department likes a govt office and possible, they do not have any interconnection. This is not customer service, rather EXPLOITATION and your guys are doing it successfully. Please check on my account and possibly, you will find the facts I am writing to you in a hope that someone in your organization can look into this in a responsible way. Leaving it up to your choice. You are an entrepreneur and you understand business far better than I do. Alas! I missed on many occasions, I have told your customer service agents that if it keeps going on like this, I have to contact your CEO. Trust me, they just do not care !!! Exactly same way as we see in Govt. Office and they strictly adhere to their self defined work ethics. WHY SHOULD I TAKE ANY STRESS AND INCONVINIENCE FOR A SERVICE FOR WHICH I AM PAYING TIMELY.                           My name is Bhupendrasinh Gohil, date of incident is 15 june 2015, customer id is[protected], d2h customer id is[protected]. i have purchased Videocon D2H digital video recorder from their so called customer care. now it is not running as showing in their advertisement. they are saying only next programme will show as schedule !!! i have purchase with recharge of Rs. 5990 which is also higher then their competetors. than why it is not satisfying my need of 15 days schedule to record. on the contrary it is not showing today evening's schedule !!! when it is not working as it advertise i called customer care many times and i also record their respons. their senior supervisors says it is your property now we cant help anymore to replace or stop. we only can stop your service from here. i purchased it on 15 JUNE 2015 and today ie 26 JUNE 2015 i daily called them to refund my money. i am bagging them but they are saying that our "backend team", dont know where are they, will contact you to refund. i am feeling that videocon is cheating company and all customer care are big cheaters also as they are saying dont worry your problem will resolve as soon as possible. My request to this forum please do something for me and also stop this cheating company with this kind of DVR.

[protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]------- We have raised this complaint on Sunday, 21st June’ 2015. However till date we have not received any resolution for our problem. Daily we are doing multiple follow up with your team on customer care number [protected]. Even after several follow ups, we are getting the reply that our engineer will reach to you in 24 hrs time or our engineer will reach to you by 1 PM etc…… We observed that you have not meet the committed timeline and neither have provided proper customer support. Please get this complaint resolve within 24 hrs of receiving this email. In case you miss the timeline, We will raise the complaint in consumer court.

                              I have recently registred a compliant for hot getting certain channels and support person came and requested a change of spare in th dish. They charged Rs250 for the spare and not giving receipt for the same. I am not sure whether the spare is worth of Rs 250 and also why they are not giving the receipts.

                                i complaint last month about relocation engineer come to after 4 days of my compliant than he do not feet my D2H and go to his new panvel office than i will go his office and collect my D2H than after 10 days service engineer came to my home and feet my dish and demanding 300 rupees. after 2 days this antena not working than compliant again but no any one come 5 days .this engineer is come and clear the range and demanding 100 rs .after 2days range is gone .last 17 June i am complaint his engineer came and this dish feet to window grill and demanding 150 rs he take money and go but 19 june service not avilable i am alos complit no any engineer come to till date 24june one engineer come and demanding 500 rs, , this engineer mobile no are first -[protected] second-[protected]

                                  videocon up grade his softwere 6 month ago . software not support my hd dvr no signal, hdmi signal lost, remote not working properly, i complaint so many time in last 6 month at least 30 times i call costumer care number all time i ask him my storty for 10 miniut than costumer care person assured me he solve problem with in 24 hours or 48 hours.after no one contact me then i again contact costumer care after listen full story he also assured me he solve my problem but now enough . i never seen in my life this type of costumer care my cost id is[protected] i recharge 12 month subscription. 6 month loss because of poor service.

                                    i have received a call from your outbound calling team . they informed that company is providing free recording facility for 3 months without any charge and asked me if i want activate the service. I said yes to them immediately, they informed that it will activate in next 24 hous. after 24 hours the service was not activated so i called your customer care number and they told that it will take a charge of 100 rs as activation charge. I have complaint regarding the same to your supervisors 5 Mr. Dhruv and Mr. Ashutosh Mishra but both are failed to give me solution . and every time they told that they will reply in 8 hours, but they have never bother to call to me. so every time i have called to them but they have no answer and lots of excuses . your customer care service and executives are pathetic they dont have sense to talk to the customer .Literately i thought that your executives drunk and attend the duty. Your outbound team has misguided me by giving wrong information . So i need solution for that you can check your outbound call records. i have provided the numbers to your supervisor 2 times . I have purchased new pen drive only for recording purpose.either you activate the service free of cost as per your outbound team or else return my pen drive amount . i will provide you bill also that i have purchased the pen drive only after your call i.e dated 21- june -2015.Today also they are supposed to call me but i have not received any call . useless service and ptahatic call centre. its case of misguiding the customer . i want solution for the same within 24 hours as already 3 days are passed

Even though they ahve refusing to provide engineer till 26 Jun 2015 only messaging engineer will be reach shortly . Delay in providing the necessary assistance will be very bad for costumer providing assistance in all over the India. only harassing the person not to resolve their problem. I request to be provide engineer immediately at my home.

                                        I am Mayur Patil.my videocon d2h remote is not working from 19th june.i complained 6-7 times in videocon customer service.but no response from them.my id is[protected].they are saying we will send engineer in 2 hours.but it didnt happened yet.now i am very sick.plz take an action against company's bad service.
