My consumer ID is[protected]. I had done booking of the product by a phone call on customer care number where Ms. Priya was guiding us & in that call itself i had done booking. I was confused between two products of HD recording. So i had asked to explain the difference of the same & it was told me that one HD recording product was of Rs. 1961/- & other was of around 5000/- & difference in money was because in 5000/- worth product Hard disk was inbuilt. I already had a hard disk so ordered product worth Rs. 1961/- however later on when product was installed i got to know that there are monthly charges of recording in the product which i bought. The charges of the same was not informed to me on the call when i had ask about the differences. I had written so many mails to online.[protected]@d2honline.com saying i will not bear the charges as it was not informed to me. I had also told me that if you are not able to provide recording at no cost then give me email ID of Mumbai Circle Head, compliance officer but they had not given any of the email ID's. As charges was not informed to me i am not going to bear charges of recording & request to make recording at no cost.

It is more than a month, however videocon haven't reply yet. This is type of professionalism behaviour that videocon have it. I am giving one week to resolve the matter. If no one replies Or problem doesn't get resolve then i will escalate the matter further.

    Hi, I was purchase a videocon D2H online on 12 May 2015, as per policy of company they needs to installed within a 24 to 48 hours, i was tried to call them 15-20 times/ put a mail 4-5 times; but they have not responsed well. I have received a call from one of videocon serviceman and asking for extra 500 Rs for installation. Now I dont want to purchase the product, i put a mail for refund after confirmation of process, but still they dodnt replayed. They are making a people fool.

      My customer ID is 96325869. I am a customer from Guwahati who had installed Videocon D2H on 31.05.2013 and bought basic package subscription of 2 years by paying Rs.7320. I was persuaded by the salesman to buy the subscription as it offered 4 months of bonus service after the scheduled 2 years was over. That means I am supposed to avail of service till September 30th 2015 (30.7.2015). BUT ON 13.5.2015 MY SERVICE IS SUDDENLY TERMINATED!!! After repeated calls to a very non-cooperative customer care I am callously told that my service will be no longer provided and I have to renew my subscription. As reason, I was told that 4 additional sports channels had been added at Rs.60 tariff each and hence my free months have been deducted. First of all, how can videocon add 4 channels and deduct my subscription fees WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!?? This is the most unethical and fraud behaviour I have come across. Secondly, I was informed that the rate of the basic package had increased to Rs. 220 from Rs.200 in between these 2 years and so more amount has been deducted. Infact I did not even get the full 2 years of service that I paid for let alone my free months which was offered. How can a service provider claim that the rates have been increased and deduct subscription without even informing the customer. Also what is the point of subscribing for 2 years if the rates keep increasing in between and the customer has to pay the penalty for it!!! How can the service provider deduct money for channels which it added without permission of the customer. THIS IS COMPLETE FRAUD AND CHEATING. The customer care personnel just kept repeating this ridiculous reasons and is forcing me to take back my complaint. But I will not leave this. It is not about money but the complete lack of honesty and transparency by VIDEOCON d2h that is so troubling. Unless my subscription conditions are fulfilled I will keep complaining. I will also go to the national consumer court and lodge a complaint unless corrective action is taken.

        My Customer id is 68336937 and I am highly disappointment for the kind of services provided by vd2h, at sudden signal issue arised today and you are clamming Rs.150 for site visiting, it's really poor services because signal issue is not done by customer and of course vd2h is responsible for this. No customer value even if customer is paying to vd2h from last 6 years.. I will change vd2h very soon and I will not recommending to any body for this poor service.

          Hello, Since 8th May i have requested for de installation and re installation of my D2H in same city just 1 km diff... and it has n it done yet... i am all exhausted speaking everyday to the customer care also have complained twice. But nothing seems lto be done, they say Army apartment some other persons installs, i have no words now to say, just tht very very bad services... if possible then pls c to this aand make it possible asap. rgds, praveen singh [protected], [protected]

            We gave a request for shifting of Videocon D2H connection on 29th april and till now after completing 15 days, our DTH is not shifted to our new apartment. Videocon D2H claims to finish a shifting request within 24 hours, but thats far from reality. We have been following up daily with the customer care, but its of no use. They just keep us on hold and transfer the call to higher officials, who promise us to complete the request within few hours. But all this promise goes invain, when noone turns up to relocate our DTH. We requested to shift the DTH from Nerul area to Kamothe. After 11 days of following up with the company dailly, there engineer turned up on 9th May to remove the antenna n system from Nerul(old location) and took a shifting charge of 300/-. This included both removing the system from old place and installing the antenna to the new place. The engineer assured us that an engineer will visit us the very next morning to install the system at our new place(kamothe).But the engineer turned up after 2 days on 11th May late evening and went back saying that some part of our antenna is not working properly and needs replacement. He too like other enginers promised to come and fix the issue very next day. Now today whole day came and went, but the engineer didnt turn up. SO, we are stll stuck up not having our DTH installed at our home after 15 days of raising the request with the videcon D2H and even paying them the full amount for the service, which they failed to deliver.

                Dear Team, I am using Videocon D2h connection from last 2 year.I recharged Rs.330 on Sunday 10/05/2015 & its successfully recharge.its showing balance Rs.329.14 & recharge due date is 21 June 2015, but i am not able to see channels.Its showing disconnected also i was speak with customer care executive but he is not behave properly on phone.he is not giving proper solution.so please do the needful on urgent basis, otherwise i will escalate these matter to consumer forum.                   I have relocated my d2h before 3 days. After it there are problem in 3 channels volume. I have done 5 time complaint. But engineer called me and said that i[censored] will change set up box than i will come. I want to say how can he say that setup box is out of order. My i.d is 46577413. Plz give me solution otherwise i will file case in consumer court

                    I Raman Verma and I've placed an order in the name of sriyansh sinha Order # [protected] for Skullcandy S5URGY-164 (Uprock With Mic Supreme) Carbon Mint Headphones on 3-5-2015, as i'm continuous following These guys to track the status of my product but no one at their customer care will be able to give me the correct status of my order. As per Mr.Tariq from D2H customer care, on 6-may-15 he told me that sir your order is dispatched but it takes 24 hours to update the same in system.. seriously 24 Hours...????????? but still it is showing "PROCESSING" in "the track my order link"..I've mentioned that i need the order urgently at the time of placing the order but i guess no even bother to remember it..due to an occasion ("Birthday" of my younger brother) i need the same would be delivered to me till 6-may-15 evening so i can gift it to my brother but because of their poor customer service now i can't gift him anything on his birthday which is on 7-5-15.. 8-May-2015 Ritesh from their customer care told me that sir we will not deliver the product at your address as you are not ready to wait for more 4 to 5 days..From last 3 days i'm asking him to let me speak to his process manager but he is keep telling me sir i'll arrange a call back for you in next one hour..even yesterday i'm having a word with karan (executive at their customer care) he is laughing on call as i'm telling him my problem he put my call on speaker and laughing with his colleague at the same time after listening my problem.this is the height of poor customer service. Since the beginning you guys are making wrong commitments. I request you to please launch a complaint against Karan, Ritesh, Pawan and Tariq.Hope to get a positive response from your end. The most worst videocon d2h channel .i paid require amount, even they not provide the subscribed channels. i lost my patience for calling no of times to the customer care number.when trouble was facing they don't solve .The most and most worst and and worst, dirty and dirty providing the videocon d2h service.Nonsence doing .they are playing tricks with customers and not at all looking to solve services in a good manner.this is customr problem.this time iam ready to change my d2h service .good bye.

                        I have a Videocon D2H connection for which I am not getting any audio feed only receiving video feed. We have called them numerous times & we keep getting various complaint numbers but nothings getting resolved. We keep getting told that they will resolve it by 6pm then they say they wil resolve it by 11 am and days are just passing by without any redressal. My complaint number is 32342744 & customer id 3815332. the connection is on my fathers name Mr. Arun Junnarkar who is a senior citizen and is very ill.

                            I am really disappointed by your service. I have bought a new connection on 15th march. I was told i will get 1 month free subscription. I got calls and text that my account is set to expire on 11th April. I thought the free month has not lasted long. I recharged on 11th April for 1 month. Again this month i got text that my package will end on 5thMay, then they made it 6th of May as i had activated something extra on my account. I have called your customer service last month saying i don't want anything extra on to my account and they said they have removed it. On 19th April i got a call from you guys saying if i want to add d2h cinema, i said no, they hung up the call. Now I am being told that i activated the service so i was charged for that. First i never asked you to put it on. Second i have already called you guys and cancelled all extras from my account. Why should I still pay for your mistakes. I want my refund straight away.                               Hi, I had to recharge Videocon D2H on or before 6th May 2015. But, from 4th May 2015 I am getting an error 'Signam not available'. I recharged on 6th May 2015. But even after 2 hrs of recharge I am getting same message. When I call customer care he told me to turn off the Set top box and turn on again. But same problem even now. He said it's technical problem and have to lodge a complaint. I am facing thills problem again and again. Initially I had problems with Set top box that the audio suddenly goes to mute. Set top box changed and now I have different problem. Please take necessary actions to avoid this kind of technical problems.

                                I have taken d2h connection in the month of MARCH but since installation there is no voice in more than 60% CHANNELS Ihave contacted their customer care many times all the times they are promising to rectify the fault in 24 hours but no rectification of fault till date either you rectify the fault immediately or give my money back or i will lodge case against you in consumer redressal forum from my experience i can say that you are the worst service provider and i regret my decision i should have gone for TATASKY I HOPE YOU WILL ATTEND MY COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY [protected]

                                  My Customer ID 18915912, I am Recharge my d2h on monday 4-April-15 noon time (three month recharge 1317/rs) by your D2H vewside, But balance is not come my account, them i am contecked your customer service, she is inform in 36hour your balance in come in my acount, first is this 36hour very long time, but i agree with your costomer employ, but after aprox 42hour my balance is not come my account, and today i am again contecked your comtomer service no [protected], he is hold me aprox 2 minits, after 3minits he is say me our sr.officer conteked me after some time, what is this service,

                                    I have videocon d2h connection in delhi. My customer ID is 78406048 and connection modem card no. [protected]. Against this connection in Sept 2014 I got the setup box changed as the earlier one was not working. Now again it is not working. What leads me to complaint at this forum is to let you know about the poor quality of setup boxes being supplied to the customer and this has become a rather way out to force them pay engineer charges of rs. 150 for visit. this visit is nothing but to find the way to mint money. the engineer comes, he has to do nothing with the box since they know that they cannot repair it and would ask the customer to get the box replaced by paying another rs. 500 or more.my request is if this type of practice goes on, how long videocon d2h would be able to sustain. market is full of other competitors. you would get bad name since i am going to flash my complaint over twitter and facebook to let people know what quality of product videocon is supplying through their contractors whose aim is to harass the customer and load extra charges each timepreet sagar[protected]

                                        I paid ₹499 to their engineer for warranty extension but he recharge my account instead of warranty extension. When I called him he said your warranty recharge is done.. But didn't get any channels which was in the offer but my account was recharged with ₹499. And now when I called in CC for my remote issue they said my warranty is expired.. And I used ₹499 so I have to pay again for warranty extension.. I just wanna know why should I pay again ₹499 for warranty when I already paid for that and their engineer told me that my warranty is extended... That's not my fault.. Its their engineers fault..
