Hi Team, This is inform you that I raised a request to de-install and Re-install my D2H in new location . However they diinstalled on same day means one week before and charged 300 Rupees but they have not Re-installed till today at my new location. As per the communication it need to be done within 48 hours. From one week daily I usd to follow up them and they used to communicate the same sentence "we will resolve today", but it never happened. Till today they have not finish the task, So please do the need full and help me regarding. My contact No : 91-[protected] Thanks Anjan

    I booked new connection online yesterday to help with that I called 66224343 no where Mr Sagar helped me and agreed to it will be done next day before 12 pm. I told him i have office so max i can wait till 12 pm. We agreed upon it. Next day morning i called to same no and asked to connect Sagar that time also he said it will be done by 12pm. Now its almost 1 pm no one called or came even when I am calling to same no. no one picking up. Then i called customer care they also said time is mentioned by 1 pm. This is really irresponsible and irritating thing I already got late to office still no response. My cust id[protected]

        my name is vikrant .my customer id is 83480142.I purchased your 2nd hand d2h cannection from mangesh bhoir last 2 years ago.till date your servie was good but i realy sorry to say your poor service. I launched the complaint as on 18.04.2015 about my d2h cannection.your service technician came at my placed as on 19.04.2015 he found that set top box was not proper working. he said to me that set top box charged is 400, service charge 150 & 50 rs for d2h transfaration process.I paid this whole amount.after this matter your sevice technician said to me 150 rs reacharged will add your d2h account but till date not add this amount .2nd fauls promise to me that 2 new channel will add in your set top box but till date not add in my set top box. 3 rd issue is d2h account transfaration process till date not done.this is not like to videocon d2h company after this matter 2nd complaint launced as on 1 may.2015 complaint number is[protected] above this complaint but till date no responced from your side. your service engineer contact number is [protected].               D2h signals are not available from last 3 days, we have recently installed videocon d2h. I have to say their services are pathetic despite so many calls to customer care, nobody has come to rectify the problem and to my surprise they are giving lamest excuses for not sending any service person This is something I was not expecting from so called brand like videocon. Would never trust videocon again..sheer waste of money Customer id[protected]

                I am very much dissatisfied with videocon d2h services. They activate services without the concern of the customer and when you going to complaint they say that the amount is charged as you utilised the services. I don't know whether they are concern about customer priority or not but with this attitude i am sure about that this company is not going to run in a long term. My customer id is 60030027 and videocon d2h had charged me for HD without my concern. If this the way you deal with customer then tell it in clear way, i will find some othe good d2h provider. Thank you.

                  Hi, I had relocated Videocon D2H 2 months back, but the dish was not installed properly, which I came to know now when signal started losing... 5 days back I did complaint to customer care and they had send an engineer which told me that your dish is not installed properly. He temporarily started it and now again it has started showing message that signals are not available... I again called to customer care and complaint about it, but they said that you will be charged 300 rupees again, in spite of their fault of not installing the dish properly... why should I pay again for their poor quality service... Please do the needful...

                      Account no. 97204038. I had technician visit on 30th April 2015. The technician charged me 175rs for his work. 150 for visit n 25 for a connector. I got msg only of 150 rs. Your executive said I will not get any proof for that 25 rs paid. Why?

                        I am srinivasan, my I.d. 95797675 i used morethan one year dth and used monthly south pack. six month back i added on sports pack i.e star sports etc. and sony pix till date not yet disconnected i conduct several time to customer case not pick up my call. now four days back i recharged 200/- for monthly south pack the amount has been credited but the days are reduced 30 days to 15 days without informe to the customer how the days are reduced. i request kindly disconnnect the added channels and increase the days and restore the orignal possission other wise i take necessary steps according to law. thank you srinivasan

                          respected sir, i ordered a d2h videocon wireless headphone on the 21st of march...i have not yet received the head phone.. i called to the customer care about 100 times...everytime they transfer the call to there supervisor..the supervisor confirms that they have received the money and say that they will soon send the headphone..its been more than a month and they are repeatedly doing the same thing...kindly help me to get back my money from this company..i no more need that headphone..

                            Dear Reader, My customer ID no is[protected], jayshree roy, jamshedpur, I have purchased this set top box from videocon almost 6 months back. Every time it rains, i connection gets disconnected. I am really tired of the services of videocon. In 6 month, this is my 8th complaint about the services. The engineer comes and takes 150 rs. And goes off. Again after 20-25 days the connection cuts off automatically. The money that I have spend on service charge, i could have purchased a brand new airtel or tata sky connection.I have recharged for 400 and the connection is gone and so is my money. The services of videocon is pathetic. Please NEVER buy videocon D2H services.

                              I recently shifted my d2h connection. I have paid 900 for the re installation. After 3 months, I am getting signal problems. Most of the channels are not working. I got call from customer care, and they were asking 150 rs for the visit only, plus extra for any instrument issue. I have already paid around 1000 bucks 3 months ago and still they are asking for service charge.

                                Hi, My customer id is 30499576. I recharge my account on 27 April 2015, the recharge was successful, however no channel was working. I called the customer care asking for help to which they responded that we are refreshing the system it will start in 10 minutes. Next day we checked still there were no channel available. So we called the customer care again. They replied saying that their might be some device problem so they would send a engineer and that would charge me Rs150. The engineer arrived the same day. There was no technical problem, only thing the engineer did is call to videocon center and refresh the system. My complaint is if there was no technical fault then why am I charged with 150 RS visiting charge. The engineer did not even inspect the device. I requested the call center representative that there was no issue on device, kindly check the backend system. The customer care will forcibly allocate an engineer though its is clear that their is no issue from device and then charge 150 RS. When you call customer to further enquire about it, they will simply hang up. This has happened to me when I called the customer care for further enquire, the representative (Shraddha), was unable to answer my queries and lastly she dropped the call without replying.

                                While signing the recipt, I mentioned that the engineer didnot make any repair work on device. This prevented the money deduction from my d2h account

                                Also every time the the call center representative say that it is as per company policy.I would like to have copy of the policy that is made for customers.

                                      My Videocon id is[protected]. I registered a complaint on 23rd April regarding the signal issue. No one came and 25th, I again made another complaint. I was waiting for their engineer the whole day by cancelling all other programs. Evening one person came and checked the same and told their dish needs to be changed. Except Videocon dish, none of the other disk got damaged. I told them it is a quality issue and raised another complaint for that. Next day(26th) I gave negative feedback for all the customer service executives who called me since they were not able to rectify my problem. I received a callback from their side and told that will be first priority task and they will fix it that day itself. No one turned up. I called the our Bangalore office and asked no proper reply I got. They were talking like humiliating the customer. This is the 5th day. I called the customer care and again they raised one more complaint. Samething. I received another call and same story. I didn't receive any call from the service center after that. If this is the case, I dont want to continue with their service and I want all the money back till now what I spent including the time spent to talk to them by wasting my productive time from my organization. One more thing: From tomorrow evening, I will be out of station for a week and cannot get it done also.

                                      Now they are telling like 23rd complaint is closed by the engineer without solving it. 25th complaint is still open. They are not at all checking with me whether the issue is resolved or not and always I am calling and asking them. Till there is a negative feedback, they are not at all ready to fix the issue. I feel frustrated and dont want to continue with them. I have to get all the money back.

                                        I tried to recharge my D2H account for Rs.300 on 11th Apr 2015. However the online transaction failed due to some issues though the money was deducted from my SBI account. I was waiting for refund but it never happened till date.Request you to kindly process the same at the earliest.
