Yesterday v put up a complain. One guy by the same Sunil comes over n attends our complain But there is an issue that need to be further attended by other technician. That other technician gives call in the morning and asks whether or not to visit my house n attend the complain. We ask him to come n attend the complaint. Again after 1/2 n hr he calls up what is the complain why is the complain made n should he attend. We are irritated as our D2h is not working. His number is [protected] he don't mention his name and now has not even come to attend our problem. The worst part is after asking stupid questions he shouted over d phone and hung up without any courtesy or responsibility. It's high time now I believe that some strict action should be taken against such employees as they represent a brand in a very unethical and pathetic manner My name is Ahmer Shaikh work order is 27767596.     I bought a videocon D2H connection from dealer ( Raju Electronics, Sector-10, Faridabad ) . When Videocon service engineer came to my home, they informed me that it cannot be installed there due to technical issues and asked me to cancel that connection and install some other DTH service there. When I went to dealer for cancellation of connection, he simply refused to give back my money and talked in rude manner. He said he has no responsibility if it can be installed or not there. Accordingly first that dealer should have sent a engineer to check feasibility of installation but he said he does not have any responsibility. He forced me to take videocon sayin that it is best service there in my society when I went to purchase a DTH connection. Videocon informed me that it can be cancelled and dealer should give my money back but he is refusing to give back my money. He said it cannot be refunded. I talked to Videocon customer care and they informed that it can be cancelled. When I told it to dealer, he said if there is possibility of cancellation so you cancel it and get your money . He denied to refund money for cancellation. Please look into it at earliest possible as it is simply fraud to sell connections to customers telling them that it is best connection and without doing any feasibility check they sell the connection.After that they say it is your headache not theirs.       Hi team, My initial posted on 1st October 2014 is still not resloved. I own a Videocon Satellite LCD TV and an inbuilt D2H box. TV does not turn on after the Power reset command suggested by Customer care rep (might be a co incidnence). So far only telephonic conversation and no engg has visited house to diagnose the issue. Bangalore service center ( RT nagar ) branch has told me to wait for smps board to be shipped ( Not sure how did they diagnose) this issue. Please feel free to pay a visit and have a look at the TV .         The most worst, worst customer service I have ever seen. Suddenly my d2h stopped working from last 8 days (from 09 Oct, 2014 to till date) and yet no action on that and the service is not resumed. Have called customer care around 14-15 times and everytime the response is same that it will be done and every time they Create new work order.Whenever i called them with same complaint they used to answered me that your complaint is cancelled from your side. i dont understand how one can cancel his/her complaint without get resolved? They are not providing any time lines. Don't understand how long does it take for you guys to resolve the issue? Even spoke to the floor Supervisor "Mr.Amit Sonavane" and yet no action and no resolution for the issue. I think you guys don't believe in after sales customer service. The customer care representatives are so pathetic that they can't speak hindi or english properly and they disconnect the calls as and when they want to. Now you guys pls dont respond saying that you will forward this request to your backend team for checking and they will get back to me. This is the response I got in my last 15 calls. Even i have a recorded conversations with their customer care executives and Mr. Amit Sonavane and now i am planning to file the complaint against this in consumer forum with this recorded proof.

          Videocon D2H has cheated and taken money from my account and when the services are not resumed I called service centre for understanding the issue. They simply keep on hold or give some random information and hang the call. After calling some 10 times I finally was able to register the complaint and the complaint no is 25667917. I am not available in the country as I am travelling today. I also need to put and hold on services temporarily but the service centre is least bothered about all that and simply hanging up. Very Very worst service of Videocon D2H team.

            We have recharged the account Rs. 370 and the amount got debited from my account however it is not reflecting in my Videocon D2H account No:[protected]. We want to put a temporary hold on the services for 11 days as we are not in town. However the same is not process with a reason of no funds in the account. Please rectify the same immediately as we are travelling in another 3 hrs.

              Hello All, I am Rajesh Kumar, my videocon id is[protected]. I am your customer from last 3-4 month, earlier i use to TATA SKY, But this time my one of friend told videocon is good and SWADESI, Hence i took connection from videocon. In SURAT it was good, but when i relocate from there to Vaishali, Ghaziabad its not working properly. I think that engineer is not installed in proper way. Hence, it is always faulty from next day of installation.Now, I called several time in videocon cc, but there is no action from them from 7th oct 2014.At last on 8 oct the cc people told me engineer will visit to your place and they only can fix prolem. But no body come till time. No any higher AUTHORITY phone number is working which is mention on website. Kindly, do needful other wise i will switch to TATA SKY.ALSO,

                Hi, I am here to share my waste experience with their customer care services. My ID number is 3741481. I was kind of regular recharge customer of their services, they are pretty much expensive compare to other companies package then also i got beard them due to i purchase their connection. Well the waste time start from 05 October. I can’t forget it was Sunday, at 12 we all were watching Satmamev jayate on star plus, it got disconnected without making any disturbance. We were thinking that its some kind of technical problem, it will get resolved very soon. We have waited almost 24 hours of time then called to customer case no. Not i cant explain that how some customer care executive can be this much unprofessional talking with someone their regular customer. He was behaving like he is the one boos and whatever he is telling that is correct. He never tried to listen my whole story at all, and witting to that he just declared that your setup box is just got crashed. I have asked so many times that, what could be the reason to get this crash then he simply avoid that, he said me like so many story ( eg, it kind of technical problem happen sometimes internally ) not sure what the problem can be intently to watching the channel without any disturbance. Ok, lets assure the problem is there in setup box, then how it could be possible that some channels coming are some are not? Yes, couple of channels like Aaaj Tak, ABP News, Zee Business are coming, but Star Plus, Colors, Discovery Channel etc. Are not coming. After this also do you think there could be a problem for some kind of setup-box. Look, to whom you are making fool, i am a software engineer and i know these silly logics very properly that only for 150 Rs a branded company can behave like this. I said that what is the solution for that, and then he is asking that you should change the whole set-up box in this case. I was just shocked what the hell is this, i asked for setup box charge then he started telling like it will be 200 for you only, i will send you my personal engineer which will make this resolve only for you to replace someone else setup-box and he started negotiating like a vegetable market. Finally he got ready that and said me this thing ' Sir you just pay that engineering 150 rs he will make that things done '. Ohh my god. just wondering, is this your set-up box this much chewer that you can just distribute them into 150 rs. And also how it could be possible to do a negotiation to sitting in customer care chair. Just wondering. I said that then why i will spend this 150, i am gonna to replace your service with someone else, this is something frustrating that to negotiate the price, and just for 150 you are telling me so much of drama. This is the time i am so much sad with their service, i am going to change the company now to going with someone else, its fine to spend some more $$$ but how can i deal with a this silly things company. This is just a sample of content to show you your face " TO ALL OF VIDEOCON D2H CUSTUMER AGENTS ". See not just this, they have very waste network also, let me tell you little more. If whether will get some cloudy or about to get rain it will stuck until it will get fresh. Ohh man. this is India it has 3 whether session. Winter, Summer and rainy. What that mean is your service will only work for 2 season, not will work on Rainy. WHAT I AM LOOKING FROM D2H AGENTS - I want to resume my setup box functional ASAP, i know that there is no issue, its kind of fund chopping drama which you are doing currently with me, i am not going to pay a single penny to make it proper keep this in mind. If this cant be working fine, i will defetly change the service and never recommend to take this service to any one . OVERALL IF YOU ARE A NEW CUSTOMER WANNA TO PURCHASE VIDEOCON D2H, PLEASE DONT PURCHASE. IT WILL BE YOUR BAD TIME WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT IT, REALLY ! LETS THINK ABOUT SOME OTHER ALTERNATIVE WHICH ARE AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET THERE ARE SO MANY AVAILABLE REALLY MUCH BETTER IN CHEAPER PRICE. NOTE - I AM A TECH. PERSON USING THIS NOTE I CAN MAKE THIS COMPLAIN AS VIRAL AND CAN DISTRIBUTE ALL OVER WEB EVERYWHERE. TO STOP THIS COMPLAIN TO OTHER WEBSITE POSTED YOU MAY CONTRACT PERSONALLY TO RESOLVE IT ASAP.                   Am a loyal customer of Videocon D2H earlier. Took a break and now recharged to resume services on my 32 Inch - LCD ( In build Setup box). Recharged with amount for 3 months - so that I can get 4 days of service free. Payment was done on Oct 3rd - 4 days before - I write this email. Till now no service was provided. Issue 1 : Why should I pay for past 4 days, even if I am unable to use service and complaint is still open. Issue 2 : Till now I called customer care for around 20 times on STD Call and about 2hr of talk to CSR/ Supervisor - requesting for service and giving introduction about problem, every time on my money/time/headache to call them. Issue 3: You are even charging for service request complaint ( Rs.[protected] still not providing service. They claim they will provide service within 24 hours - up to 3 months. Sorry to say this - but you left me hopeless. 1) Work order No: 27191039 2) Complaint 1 :[protected] 3) Complaint 2 :[protected] All of the above are for same resolution - which is not provided.                     Pathetic service by Videocon D2H. Customer ID 96285625 Complaint was registered on 2nd Oct for Signal Not Available. SLA was given 24 hrs but so far it is not rectified.Every time I call, they register new complaint and again say that it will be resolved in 24 hrs.                           I the customer of vediocon d2h of the above given C id.i had purchased a new videocon connection recently from your online boking site after consulting your customer care reprensentive of sales department(sakshi). Its was a miltiroom connection, first of all due to your her wrong information it took 1 month to make it a multiroom connection after that when i was buying the product she promised me south gold hd connection with a 2 connection price of abt 55%. I think u wil fulfill my conditions as promised before as i am your old and valuable customer otherwise i hav to take another actions.

                            My Customer ID is : 88148619 This is to complain against painful service standard and forgery by Videocon D2H service people and having no service standards to retain a customer. I bought an HD connection last year in Aug 13, within 2-3 days the remote was not working and had complained for it, the engineer who visited said this problem is with all remote of loosing connection due to battery and nothing new. Thus he inserted a pc of paper and said it will work now. I even told him that this is new- y dont u replace it- he said we can't as we don't have remotes available. Same was confirmed by his agency manager. During all these period over past one yr, I ve faced this problem again and again but due to my tight schedule i ignored. On my recent Complain when it become worse I am surprised to know that its mentioned in customer care record that that engineer replaced my remote with a new one. Which is a clear cut forgery - @ 1 st 2nd- On my complains to n number of customer care executives over last 7 days- and painful discussion again n again- they say I have to pay for remote now. Y should I when it was not replaced in warranty and false report was generated y should i do it now??? 3rd- ON such forgery and immense pain- now I m no more interested in services. I want to take a hit of 1500 of dissolving the connection but will not pay for 325 rs for remote. For this also it has become a pain and humiliation for discussion with the customer care department.                                 Hi I am Deepak Shandilya from Hyderabad. My videocon d2h customer id: 91786130 My Mob No.: [protected] Since last 3 months I am not getting proper service from their end. After frequent complaints to the customer care and service engineer visit also, my problem could not be resolved. So I requested to customer care for the refund of balance amount and the amount paid for the set top box and subsequently cancel my subscription. But Without any prior intimation they have cancelled my subscription and also not refunded my money back. Now customer care is not even entertaining my request and saying that now no complaints and request can be made and registered. They are refusing to take any complaints and request. I request you to resolve the issue.

                                  I was using videocon d2h for last 1.5yrs(Customer id :[protected] . Form last 2-3day I was facing problem of EROR E04-4 (Smart Card Error), when I was started my system all channels working properly, after 20-30 minute error message showing on screen and system not working (EROR E04-4). I was call to Videocon D2h Customer care they said we sent engineer you will pay Rs 150/- ( Engineer charges) if any problem you have pay additional cost. This is not my problem so why should i pay the money. I think this a trick of Videocon d2h sending error & charging extra money from customer. I have word with your engineer also they giving me fake information of extended warranty.

                                  I have the same issue with error E04 ..smard card not inserted properly and same thing is told to me that it would be charged 150 rupees if engineer comes to check..but why would I pay if the problem is generated by videocon d2h itself...?my id no is 37410985
                                  engineer came to my house and just clean the card and insert tne card again ..all channels started again ..what was that ..was it the issue ? Or just money making syestem

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, this is bring to your notice my customer ID is 80480260, my D2H switch off from 15-sep, i am file the complaint on customer care, they send the engineer for checking. engineer come on dt 17.09.14 & replace the part, total estimate is Rs 550 including service charge Rs. 150. we pay the amount to customer & received the msg and D2H service on but in today morning (18.09.14) we again recd the msg that your services terminate due to non receipt of service charge Rs150. again i call to customer care & he note the complaint (No[protected]. i don't know which kind of service they provide to customer, i am pay the all the amount & already recharge the D2H before due date then why the service not given. if they are not able to give the better service, please refund the amount. i am 10 time call to customer for the same. but still my not given any solution.

                                      I relocated to a different address on 5-Sep and trying to submit a re-installion request of my DTH connection. First time on 10-Sep, a service engineer visited and told that they won't do the job of bringing the cable from my balcony to hall through the existing concealed wall pipe and I have to get it done through any electrician. Saying this, they have cancelled the request as well as my connection without prior notice. Now (18-Sep) I am trying to place re-installation request again and I told that I need the videocon cable (length of ~20m) so that I can get the job of bringing it through the concealed pipe done through my electrician itself later which the engineer can come and do the setup. Though my request is valid, the customer service is not properly responding to my repeated calls. For the past 2 days, I made many calls and they either disconnect or keep transferring my call internally or say that I will get a call back but never. This is really frustrating. Its been about 10 days since I moved to my new address but the re-installion is yet to happen. My customer id[protected].

                                        Whenever I start my tv in the day time is doesn't have any reception... till evening it is the same issue... in he evening it come back clear but switches off in between sometimes... if its my setup box problem it couldn't be resolved inn the evening... do reply to my issue
