I am a regular customer of videocon D2H for last 6 years. My customer ID is 49810666. I have a very serious concern about your service, which I would like to share with you and to get a proper solution for the same.
On 20th and 22nd Oct 2014, I complained for re-installation of antena to customer care, with complaint no. 27615768 and 27712073, they told me that the complaint will be resolved within 72 hrs. After making so many complaints, no response from the company and still the problem is not resolved. The team assuring that the problem will be solved in 8hrs, 24 hrs, 72 hrs day by day. but no one caring about the complaint. Every time is said that engineer will be sent next day but no one attended till now. I have requested the officials to either resume services or refund me for the equipment I purchased of videocon, but to no avail.

when ask then to replace.. the sevice charge will cost 250rupes.. to replace.. it told i am long d2h customer should be replaced with no charge. as this was broken by us.. it is a natural disaster.. and all insurer have approached to get claim for the damages.
he ask me to speak to customer service which was not going through for hours...
i believe d2h is having a good time making money from both insurer and customer ... gr8 administrations.. hats off to d2h...
when tried to speak to admin staff of d2h .. none bothers to speak softly, , , with arrogant if need d2h channel.s pay the damages.. get the chaneels .. and no reciept for the payments...either gr8 adminstration..
