To Whom so ever it may concern, I have recharged with "New South Gold Sports for Rs, 310" on 31 October and I have received validity for 20 days, when I called up Customer Care they informed that as I am using HD Channels I need to Pay additional charges to get complete 30 days validity. Before taking the connection I was informed that If I recharge for Rs, 310 "New South Gold Sports" will be valid for 30 days. I been asking this people and they never informed me about additional charges. I need to get this resolved ASAP. Thanks !

    Dear Sir, I am regular customer of Videocon D2h service. I have major problem about recharge package offer which is declared by Videocon D2h But not give to customer. As per your recharge offer if any customer who recharge 7 days before subscription expiry date then he will get Rs.15 in own account.( Recharge 7 days before subscription expiry date and get credit of Rs 15 in your account) I have recharge my D2h customer ID 25152091 by amt. Rs 250/- then I have get 250 + 7.5 (3 % extra credit on online recharge via videocond2h.com through Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking will be updated in the account within 1 working day.) This recharge is before 07days before subscription expiry date which is on 16.11.14 as per your rule But Rs.15 is not credited in my account. Every month I have facing this problem. Every time I have register my complaint to customer care then this amounts will credited.But now complaint no[protected] will resolve before 07/02/2015 ! can I wait three month for Rs.15 as per your offer. I have surprised that your customer care people have zero knowledge about package offers. Then how will thy help customer ? Today I have spending more than half hour for talking with customer care & 10 minuets for this mail. If Videocon D2h is not completing above offers given on company website, Then My Question For Videocon D2h is . 1) If company is given officer to customer as per company website then why not implement accordingly in mean time.It is against cousumer forum law. 2) If customer care person have zero knowledge about company offer then how they can help & solve customer problem. Please do needful.

      I had taken a new D2H connection from videocon 1 week back. After multiple calls to them there engineer has not shown up for fixing last 1 week no d2h connection . they are the worst provider in the world. please disconnect my connection and how to get the refund and how to teach to such cheaters who take money and then no responses from them for so long

            Hi, my name is Mayank and i am writing you from Mumbai. I would like to bring to your notice that i am a troubled customer of Videocon D2h and you are my last hope. I got this connection in April 2014 for which i paid installation amount for 51mts of wire. Few days back I was facing some connectivity issue and after i your engineer gave a visit, i came to know that my connection cable has a joint and your installation people had used some leftover cable of TATA SKY. Now the issue is when i had paid full amount for 51mts of wire, why the installation people had used a wire which has a joint and more over they had used TATA SKY's wire. This is a serious offense. Because of all this i am not able to view my channels properly. I have spent a lot of money on customer care calls but nothing has been done so far. I am so disappointed with the services and the customer grievance handling procedure..               VD2H Customer ID #[protected] Relocation request is raised and after 7 days also it is not done. I got messages that your request has been successfully completed, but no engineer visited the place yet. They have created 3 complaints, work orders etc. But of no effect. Every time I call to their customer care they assure me that it will be handled, they create priority requests, foward to the superviser who again N again tell the same thing - but nobody visited the place . I even got a call from their engineer who asked me if I have put any "audio replacement" request? Mine is a simple relocation re installation request - but somehow it is updated in their system as a different one. The customer service is very frustrating. I think there is no coordination between their field engineers, call center and supervisor's. All the promise they make is hollow and in air only. Utterly frustrated!!!

                I am sorry to notify you that the VIDEOCON Disc damaged in recent Hudhud Cyclone on 12.10.2014 has not been replaced despite my complaint dt.27.10.2014. No response from Complaint Service phone lines. ID[protected] expired on 03.11.2014. I am not sure of replacement of disc or resumption of service as there is no communication of any kind. Am contemplating purchasing a disc from a different dth company. Can I expect a response to this msg in a day ?

                they have responded very late... and two days back d2h guy came to my house and checked.. that supported plastic bracket is broken...


                when ask then to replace.. the sevice charge will cost 250rupes.. to replace.. it told i am long d2h customer should be replaced with no charge. as this was broken by us.. it is a natural disaster.. and all insurer have approached to get claim for the damages.


                he ask me to speak to customer service which was not going through for hours...


                i believe d2h is having a good time making money from both insurer and customer ... gr8 administrations.. hats off to d2h...


                when tried to speak to admin staff of d2h .. none bothers to speak softly, , , with arrogant if need d2h channel.s pay the damages.. get the chaneels .. and no reciept for the payments...either gr8 adminstration..


                leaivng no option.. had to pay ...

                  Dear Team, My videocon d2h customer id is 86041696. 1 . Three months back i logged the complain for the re-installation of my d2h to new house. 2 . Without fixing the issue they company closed the complain number and i got the confirmation message. 3 . Logged the complain again and they closed again without fixing it, and after calling and asking them the reason they said we will fix on saturday and they came and fixed, i paid 350 rs cash to them . 4 . After recharging day before yesterday they dedicated the money again saying the payment was not done. How company can do this type of robbery from account .

                    I have already made a complaint for my D2H Connections at Noida sector 19 by work order no. 27951964 on 31/10/2014 After making two times telephone, two engineers came and rectified the antenna and TV started working. The engineer had not given any receipt and calculated total charges payable at Rs.500/- 150/- for visit charges and 350 for rectifying antenna for changing parts and part on my request has been given to me. He has duly collected the amount However my TV services had been suspended by Videocon on 2.11.2014 on the plea that service charges for engineer had not been paid by me. I contacted customer care and confirmed about my payment and while incident due to which they had started enquiry but for resuming services they wanted that I should first pay the charges of Rs. 150/- Thereafter after 20 minutes I got ring from your service centre who had confirmed that they had wrongly collected 500/- which included excess charges of part and they had also omitted to credit my account. They confirmed that the credit will be allowed within 5 minutes of the call. THE CREDIT HAD NOT BEEN ALLOWED SO FAR/ THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE SUPERVISOR WHO HAD NOTED THE IRREGULARITIES AND MISAPPROPRIATION HAD ASSURED THAT WITHIN HALF AN HOUR HE WILL RESOLVE THE MATTER. HE IS SO CARELESS THAT HE HAD NOT CONFIRMED ME AFTER HALF AN HOUR AND REMINDED OF MY COMPLAINT. THIS IS HIGHEST NATURE OF CHEATING FOR WHICH I WILL FURTHER TAKE OTHER ACTION AND IN THE MEANTIME PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION, IF POSSIBLE.

                      I am a regular customer of videocon D2H for last 6 years. My customer ID is 49810666. I have a very serious concern about your service, which I would like to share with you and to get a proper solution for the same. On 20th and 22nd Oct 2014, I complained for re-installation of antena to customer care, with complaint no. 27615768 and 27712073, they told me that the complaint will be resolved within 72 hrs. After making so many complaints, no response from the company and still the problem is not resolved. The team assuring that the problem will be solved in 8hrs, 24 hrs, 72 hrs day by day. but no one caring about the complaint. Every time is said that engineer will be sent next day but no one attended till now. I have requested the officials to either resume services or refund me for the equipment I purchased of videocon, but to no avail.

                      Recently I upgraded my simple videocon d2h to HD videocon ..It's working not properly but sudden today it is not showing any thing from 5:30 PM ...
                      after that I call 5:30 to 10:30 PM... Worst call centre call quality it's Like a machhi bazaar no etiquttes call centre executive ... still I am not able to see any programme... and asking money for checking the problem...
                      Big shame... I agreed for installation money but for everything money I am agreed recently I paid a 999 RS why everytime...

                        I am the unfortunate customer of D2H for last 5 years. My service has not been restored since 12 Oct 14 despite repeated complaints/requests and begging. Other service providers like TATA SKY, AIRTEL, DISH TV AND SUN DIRECT etc have not only repaired their dishes but also have been in touch with their customers for all the support. Unlike your office, wherein customer has to waste, his mob talktime for incompetence of your management, TATA SKY has given compensation . Last time I had recharged South package for 1 year 1 month free????? then you started making problem as technical errors so we called CC they said pay 150 problem will get resolved? There was no such technical error in box you people made this things like to make up everything. after it gets over I did recharge of 180 for one month south pack to check whether was wrong about you? NO! I was correct again you started making problem of s/w upgrade and technical error.. I had enough What the hell is this, better I switch another way? Or you'll sort out this problem??

                              In other DTH operator (Sun direct, Dish TV. Etc.) Providing chotta recharge
                              minimum recharge amount of Rupees 10, but Videocon DTH minimum recharge
                              Rupees 200. Please reduce as minimum recharge value is Rupees 10

                                  spoken to customer care on 25.10.2014 for reinstallation an was confirmed that it will be done by 26.10.2014. when called up customer care on 26.10.2014 since nobody turned up for installation, we got to know that the executive had not noted the address properly. this happened twice on 26.10.2014. Again we called customer care on 26.10.2014 it was confirmed that it will be done by 27.10.2014. the person from videocon called up and confirmed for 5.00pm in the evening, but didn't turn up. We kept calling him every 1 hour, but he kept postponing and didn't come. Next day, 28.10.2014 the person has switched off this cell phone, it has been 4 days but the problem has not been resolved. this has happened a couple of times, really fed up of the services provided by videocon dth. we want to stop the services and want the refund.

This recharge has not succeed. but amount of INR :-200 is cut from my state bank of India account . I have recharged from debit.                                       The in charge Customer complaint division Vedeocon d2h Dear Sir, I, K.V.Ramamurthy, Chief Manager of Corporation Bank, Shivaji Park Mumbai branch had booked through your online booking for d2h connection on 19.10.2014 vide booking order no.27625088 with a hope of getting the connection immediately. I am sorry to inform that till now, no action has been taken from your company. We have contacted your customer care centre vide contact no.[protected] several times from 20.10.2014, no proper responses from the person who is attending the call. When I gave a complaint on 23.10.2014 for connection, I received a message that my complaint will be attended by Friday 24.10.2014. But, no engineer has attended my complaint. When I contacted once again on 23.10.2014 @ about 5.00 p.m. The attendant has informed that the engineer will attend today and your complaint will be resolved. But, no action. Today I received a call from Mr.Irshad, whose mob.[protected] had visited the flat @ about 4.00 p.m. and started installation work. AFter d work the said engineer has informed that I have brought the wrong modem instead of the actual modem which is to be installed. Hence he will be able to bring the another modem only on tomorrow (I.e., 26.10.2014) or Monday. Connection will be available to me only after that. Immediately we had contacted your company official Mr.Mayank (contact no.[protected], he also expressed his inability to get the connection today. Kindly let me why you people are playing with the consumers sentiments. Why consumer's complaint are not attending immediately. If you are unable to provide the service, why you have given an advertisement that the connection will be available in one day. Who is responsible for mental agony faced by me from the past 5 days. Where the consumer's faith stands on your company. I am totally fed up with your irresponsible attitude. Your early reply to all my queries is very much solicited. Yours faithfully Ramamurthy
