Dear Sir,
I, K.V.Ramamurthy, Chief Manager of Corporation Bank, Shivaji Park Mumbai branch had booked through your online booking for d2h connection on 19.10.2014 vide booking order no.27625088 with a hope of getting the connection immediately. I am sorry to inform that till now, no action has been taken from your company. We have contacted your customer care centre vide contact no.[protected] several times from 20.10.2014, no proper responses from the person who is attending the call. When I gave a complaint on 23.10.2014 for connection, I received a message that my complaint will be attended by Friday 24.10.2014. But, no engineer has attended my complaint. When I contacted once again on 23.10.2014 @ about 5.00 p.m. The attendant has informed that the engineer will attend today and your complaint will be resolved. But, no action. Today I received a call from Mr.Irshad, whose mob.[protected] had visited the flat @ about 4.00 p.m. and started installation work. AFter d work the said engineer has informed that I have brought the wrong modem instead of the actual modem which is to be installed. Hence he will be able to bring the another modem only on tomorrow (I.e., 26.10.2014) or Monday. Connection will be available to me only after that.
Immediately we had contacted your company official Mr.Mayank (contact no.[protected], he also expressed his inability to get the connection today.
Kindly let me why you people are playing with the consumers sentiments. Why consumer's complaint are not attending immediately. If you are unable to provide the service, why you have given an advertisement that the connection will be available in one day. Who is responsible for mental agony faced by me from the past 5 days.
Where the consumer's faith stands on your company.
I am totally fed up with your irresponsible attitude.
Your early reply to all my queries is very much solicited.

Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
when ask then to replace.. the sevice charge will cost 250rupes.. to replace.. it told i am long d2h customer should be replaced with no charge. as this was broken by us.. it is a natural disaster.. and all insurer have approached to get claim for the damages.
he ask me to speak to customer service which was not going through for hours...
i believe d2h is having a good time making money from both insurer and customer ... gr8 administrations.. hats off to d2h...
when tried to speak to admin staff of d2h .. none bothers to speak softly, , , with arrogant if need d2h channel.s pay the damages.. get the chaneels .. and no reciept for the payments...either gr8 adminstration..
