    My Customer Id :[protected] Details: I had opted for 1 years Platinum HD pack starting on 05 Jan 2014. I has asked for temporary suspension from 5 Sep 2014 till 15 Nov 2014. On 16th my service was not activated so I had called customer care on 17th and asked to start my service, which was done promptly on 17th. When I had called for activation and deactivation of temporary suspension, both the time I was told that my service will be extended for the days I had opted for suspension. On 4th of Jan 2015, my subscription was stopped which ideally should have extended. I have been chasing with customer care since last 3 days, I have called about 8 times and every time I had to explain my issue. Each time I was told that my issue will get resolved. Today on 6th I was told that I had never opted for the temporary suspension which I am pretty much sure was suspended because I had called the cc on 17th Nov to get my connection active. I was asked to give the reference number for the suspension which I was never given in first place. Also during this last 3 days I was never given any reference number for my complaint until 5th Jan late in the evening when I was harsh about the service. I am really disappointed with the service been provided and more of the unprofessional response. I seriously doubt why I was told after 4 days that I had never opted for temporary suspension? I was planning to do a 1 years platinum HD recharge post end of my subscription, but with such experience I have changed my mind and will switch to another service provider. I would call your service as more of a Fraudulent service been provided.

    Did get a response back from D2H and they told that they will respond back after looking at the call records. Now it appears to be that the customer care executive had not taken the request for temporary disconnection as the call was not completed. Still not sure why I wasn't told about the temporary disconnection had not happened when I had called first.

    Unhappy with this.

    The only satisfaction I have and I appreciate Videocon D2H is that they have got to the bottom of this case and clarified.

      I am sankar and my Videocon dth customer id 88408613.The USB DVR recording pack is activated on 24/12/2014. When I not requested for any pack how and why it is activated. I was denied to active any such service when customer representative was called me. But He activated unnecessary without my knowledge to finish his the target of the month . I requested to customer care to refund amount but he denied to refund the same. I have logged complaint no.[protected] on 4/01/2015. what can i do as customer and i came to know that :"TRAI Strict On Activation of VAS Without Subscriber Consent". how do i raise complaint with TRAI.         Hi, i am here to complaint about the problem we are facing. The customer care people have suddenly cut the connection, when we've called them that time they are informing us that our payment is due for the next month. Actually yesterday was not the payment day they cut the connection before. Later we have paid the due n still the problem was not resolved and they did not give the connection. When we called them up they are like we are refreshing it will take an hour or 2 to for the connection to come. After the time also we did not get the connection. Today morning when checked the connection still did not come. We called up again and they are like we are refreshing it will take an hour or so. But still the problem is not resolved. I hereby tell you'll that we want to remove the dish and disconnect our connection. From last night we are waiting for it n they are going on making excuses. Your company has such a great name and you people make such inconvenience to the customers. And finally you do not need to resolve the problem just your company people and remove the dish and disconnect our connection. And an advice that if you people can not provide proper service the great name for you're company is of no use.

          Audio not working in home channel and star plus complained yesterday service engineer came today he said that cable fault later he was changed new cable charged 150 for cable even after changing cable problem still exists he was not returned the replaced cable there no meaning of this kind of service and sending inexperienced persons simply charging never expected this kind of service from d2h

              This company is online e commerce which tells them as a facilitator's between parties.I had ordered on phone dated 25th Nov 2014 ORDER NO [protected] after going through DANIK JAGRAN news paper a tablet AC-770 which was calling tablet of Rs4999 including 3 free gifts . But when I received the order ON 28TH NOV 2014 I found some other model which is non calling tablet A-707. When I given a email they hardly replied my email after 13 days and when I asked to return my money along with the courier charges which I paid to return the wrong product back to them BUT as today is 2nd Jan 2015 . Without my fault as they done the mistake I am still waiting for my entire money. So now it's enough I am not a beggar which lies on the mercy of the co. for my own money. Now the situation is, I am not at all satisfied with the picture quality you are providing with your HD channels. Reason behind when I use Tata Sky HD or Airtel connection on my LED, picture quality of D2H HD channels is very much bad as compare to Tata Sky HD channels.                                 I have observed following problem on 1TB DVR 1. It is continuously skipping recording 2. many times box hangs 3. box hangs while fast forward or reverse 4.many times picture stuck or pixalization even when sunny days 5.recording wipes out fully 7-8 times in 6 month period 6. Language preference saved altered after 3-15 days interval i.e. on history/discovery etc.so i recommend do not buy any Videocon recorder.after companit to cc service persons only update software not giving replacement.

                                  I opted for videocon d2h connection on 26th dec 14, service team installed the product but remote was not working( fault in videocon product. Now service technician told he will fix it tomorrow but when we cal they dont answer the call and rarely when they recieve after trying 100 times they we are on our way. Rediculous and pathetic service. I would like to see what will happen in this forum before I go to cinsumer court

                                      I had upgraded my Videocon D2H Box from SD to HD on 20-Dec-2014 The technical team informed me to Recharge Rs. 999 on the account and took my request for Upgrade of Box. After All the Upgrade my Expiry date was 22-May-2014 with New South Gold Pack Between 20Dec2014 to 26Dec2014, the Expiry date changed to 26-Apr-2014. I dono how. Today when i contacted the support team, my conversation was abruptly cut down without any answer. Later in 15 mins, another service agent called up and explained that Rs. 350 has been charges for Installation. This is absolute Cheating. No one conveyed to me that there's a hidden installation fees for Box Upgrade. There's was no change in D2H Antenna, No change in Wiring. The technician had to just plug out old box and connect new Box. Does this cost Rs. 350 ? Pls explai
