On 18-july-2014, i called 5 times videocon call centre to asked them, why my videocon d2h channel are not available? but nobody talk properly, and they cut my call. now tell me what should i do? shall i disconnect the videocon d2h connection and take some connection like Airtel or tata-sky....

I am unable to view sports channel on my Videocon D2H since last 2 months lodged several Complaints but was not resolved, Then i lodged the complaint for discontinuing the services still the team was unable to help me in that frequent call to customer care was felt on deaf ears, I received a call from retention team but they were also unable to fulfill there promise. The most crappiest customer service I have ever seen. I got my d2h suspended for 15 days on 24th June and I had given a Resume request on 4th July and yet no action on that and the service is not resumed.
