I have been complaining about my D2H from past 2 months. But every time the engineer come and say he cant do. And ask me to register complaint again. I have registered the complaint more than 20 times. and have even complaint against the engineers but no action has been taken yet. Consumer Id[protected].

    Bought videocond2h HD set top box on 7-6-14 and it has been troubling since day one.It stopped functioning on 27-7-14.Despite registering complaints and making frequent calls to their customer care centre.They haven't responded yet.Very poor after sales service

          i have lodged an compliant on yesterday stating that set up box is not working, after registering they said in two days the engineer will attend and this service is payable, till now nobody has attended on issue, we really fedup with the service of Video con in goa, its really wastage of time and money if anybody buys D2H In Goa.

            I have purchased Videocon D2H service since last three years.My customer Id is 34316680. We are unable to watch uninterrupted TV during monsoon due to poor broadcasting. It's company universal problem since last three years. Our neighbours have disconnected in past. Now I complained customer care today no. of times and they insist me for charge Rs 150 with out my fault. I told if any problem from my end is there than I will pay Rs 300. Now I want my money back with charges of all accessories supplied by them so that at least other customer can not be cheated by these kind of company.               Dear Sir, My Videocon D2H customer id is[protected]. I have activated Super Gold plan + Kids and my billing cycle is 24th of every month. 1. I have received call / message from D2H (before 20th) regarding recharge and increased Billing amount Rs.220 To 331 without previous call. 2. Today’s called customer care Mr. Rahul (5:15 PM) but he not resolved my Query. 3. I have already requested Deactivated Kids plan (additional) throw call on June -14 but still not activated. Please don’t change my Billing cycle (24TH TO 20TH) and increased billing amount will be applicable from 24th July 2014. Thanks !

                On 18-july-2014, i called 5 times videocon call centre to asked them, why my videocon d2h channel are not available? but nobody talk properly, and they cut my call. now tell me what should i do? shall i disconnect the videocon d2h connection and take some connection like Airtel or tata-sky.

                  I am unable to view sports channel on my Videocon D2H since last 2 months lodged several Complaints but was not resolved, Then i lodged the complaint for discontinuing the services still the team was unable to help me in that frequent call to customer care was felt on deaf ears, I received a call from retention team but they were also unable to fulfill there promise. Now i am thinking of going for some legal action against the service providers since it was the pathetic experience i had with the service i am with videocon D2H for last 4 years but now i am feeling guilty for taking there service.

                      VPC plan has been activated in my account without my request.and amount of Rupees 499 has bees deducted from my account.i have called nearly 10 times to customer care but all are saying, it will be refunded after 8 hours but still i didnt get my amount.Always im getting poor response from videocon customer service.they never cared about my issue, they just dodging and cut my call saying, we will resolve i soon, but its obvious that videocon is cheating me. WASTE OF TIME TALKING TO CUSTOMER CARE!! They are dodging and cheating my money .

                          My Customer ID—83206344. I have been given many complaint numbers since November 2013 to till date regarding only one problem. I want to inform you that the complained was not resolved from November 2013 to till date. Whenever I call to customer care regarding my complain, they only say that my all tickets is closed but without proper resolution and my confirmation. As discussed with Mr. Vimal (senior supervisor), he gave me the work order no. 24784569 but it was also closed without any information. So, I request you to kindly take the necessary action on the above issue.                               Customer ID[protected] 1. The response of the set top box and remote not good and I had called the customer care regarding the same and the answer I get from the executive is that HD boxes have that software issue and the supervisor tells that it might be due to bad weather. 2. I recharged with Rs. 410, and I get a message quote ' Dear customer, your d2h recharge amount for 1 month subscription is Rs. 541 where as recharge received on 9-July-14 for customer ID[protected] is Rs. 410'. I called the customer care and I had arguments with them and they would just disconnect the call or say that they would connect to the floor manager and I don't get any response. After trying many times I get to talk to a mindless supervisor who responded saying that our executive would have informed you that the basic package is of Rs. 541 and any recharge below Rs. 541 is not acceptable unless I inform them before hand that I'm going for a lower package. I responded saying that nowhere did I have an agreement saying that the basic package is Rs. 541 nor was I told by the executive that I need to call customer care telling them to allow me to recharge with lesser value as I bought the connection with their agent and that it is my right to go for any recharge. The response I get from the supervisor is that I need to resolve the issue with the agent/distributor and the call is disconnected immediately. This is unfair and rude of them. 3. My next question is why a toll free no is not provided to contact the customer care executive and instead we are charged for the call. That sends a message that videocon is cheating customers. I would like to know if toll free no is mandatory or not?

                              Videocon d2h are big time cheaters and scamsters. Purchased South Silver Sports Pack for 1 year and at the time of purchase said my pack will have price protection and there will be no changes in the channel pack. 1 Month back they removed Big Magic, Cinema TV, B4U Movies, Enterr 10, Dicovery Kids, Dangal and other channels. Called the customer care the same day and the guy started telling all kinds of lies and stories which made me angry & upon raising my voice he started telling sorry and please bear with the missing channels, I asked him connect to his superiors he said yes and the call never got connected and this call isnt toll free and wasted my balance for nothing. Called the CC again again the same story.
                              Now from today morning Times Now is not coming, Says I have insufficient Balance! I Have subscribed it for 1 year.
                              People at Videocon d2h are playing with customers and looting them by scamming. They seem to have an attitude of 'What will/can these will people do if cut down dozen of channels or increase the price'.

                              When I Pay for specified number of channels for a certain period how can they just take out channels and say sorry for the inconvenience! This plain Fraud and Videocon will soon lose all its customers at the same rate that they gained them. Cheaters will have to pay.
                              DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER VIDEOCON D2H EVER. EVEN IF THEY ARE GIVING ALL CHANNELS FOR 1RUPEES. THEY WILL TAKE THAT ONE RUPEE AND STOP YOUR CONNECTION. BEGGARS ARE BETTER THAN THESE FRAUDSTERS.

                                Complaint already registered in Consumer Complaints Redressal council. on 13th July 2014 CCRC.in :: Consumer Complaint no :: 0030959/2014 [protected][protected] Dear sir, I am Rahul Awari. Unfortunatly we are having a Videocon d2h connection customer I'd is 60984509. We were relocated from our old address to new address in the close vicinity of old area in thane on 11 July 2014. Same day we had given request for reinstallation of our Videocon d2h connection with complaint no.[protected], and were told us that it will reinstalled on Saturday by 1.00 Pm but didn't happened, we complained again on Saturday evening for the same, They assured us that it will be completed on Sunday morning by 9am. On Sunday 13 July 2014 also they didn't installed the connection and smartly created new complaint no.[protected]. On Sunday 13 July 2014 we called them at least 2 times to find out the cause they were unable to answer anything. And nor they taking any complaint against concern person or engineer who suppose to reinstalled the connection.Now we would like to complain against Videocon d2h for failing to provide the after sales service, loss of customer's subscription for full 4 days and for mental agony they had given us.                                   This is to bring to your kind notice that we had been on vacation from 16th June 2014 to 21st June 2014. I had raised a request for temporary disconnection through my number [protected] from 17th June to 21st June 2014 (5 days) and my brother Mr Snedden Manuel got complaint message too on his same number which was registered with your company. As all our family members were travelling we could not trace whether the connection was active or disconnected and we did not take trouble too thinking we had raised a request. And today that is 13th July 2014 it was disconnected due to insufficient balance. The below part shocked me about the worst customer service I have ever seen when i called to this number [protected].

                                  1st call on[protected]Afternoon): Answered by customer service representative Mr Sayed stating that we did not raise a request at all and later transferred the call to his supervisor who did not attend the call for long time, reason given to me was that he has gone for lunch and assured he would call me back but he did not turn up.

                                  2nd call the same day (Evening) : Dont remember his name but he spoke to me in Kannada and again after long hold he raised one more complaint bearing no[protected] in which it was mentioned it was mentioned it would be resolved till Sunday, July 13th 01:00 pm

                                  3rd call today ie[protected] after disconnection : Mr Imamhusain answered the call and again i had to explain him each and everything and again after long hold Mr Manjunath who was a supervisor answered the call assured that he will get back to me in half and hour but so far no call from him.

                                  4th call today : Answered by Ms Vidya and again i had to explain her everything and again call was transferred to her supervisor which was disconnected without answering.

                                  5th call today : Answered by Ms Kavita where she was unable to hear or speak and gave the call to a different person and even she transferred the call to supervisor and while reaching it was disconnected.

                                  6th call today : Answered by Mr Harry and i am feeling sorry again i had to explain him and from him i got the information that temporary connection is available for 7 days and above not for 5 days lilke i have requested. And I told him that one of your people has misguided me and he confirmed that request for 5 days has been processed and we received request number also through message. And he also confirmed before transferring the call to his supervisor that amount for balance days will be credited in my account and later the call was disconnected without speaking to his supervisor.


                                  I really wonder in such a competitive and in such a advance world these kind of services to customers is meaningless only but to make MONEY. Not even a single representative nor supervisor has solved this issued so far. When is spoke to your representative at 1st call in HINDI he told me to speak in ENGLISH where in ENGLISH he is unable to form a sentence. How can these kind of situations and services can make your customer service better. Till now not even a single representative nor supervisor spoke to me confidently.


                                  My request is to activate the connection immediately for 5 days from today where half a day is already gone or else your company itself will be responsible for loosing a customer and i will make sure people come to know the exact instance of your service rendered.

                                    I have purchased d2h southern platinum new connection through online and got istaled the same. In that jaya group also was showend on pakage, but sudenly two day back
                                    The jaya grou was disconnected and asked us to pay rs-38 to continue we have paid got connection. However after included in the pakage why you asked extra moneny to pay
                                    Kindly confirm it will continue to pay every month with my rechage of 410++
                                    If yes why it was informed to us before buying the d2h it mean you triying to fool us.

                                      I Have taken Videocon Connection on 30-6-11 At that tine i was having subscription of 150 monthly without Giving pRior information At present we were having 175 rs plan and we paid rs 2100 single amount For a year In which We were suppose to get 2 months free subscription ie 12+2 Months.and it should expire on 30-10-14 But withouT prior informaTion the company has upgraded our plan fRom 150 to 231 rs per month And they have also disconnecteD My d2h service which was suppose to expire In october month I kindly request you to take strict action agaiNst videoCon d2h for which they are not also replying properly for the probleM And solve It thanking you Yours faithfully Birendra Baid M-[protected]

                                      they are on a mass scam mission.
                                      Videocon d2h are big time cheaters and scamsters. Purchased South Silver Sports Pack for 1 year and at the time of purchase said my pack will have price protection and there will be no changes in the channel pack. 1 Month back they removed Big Magic, Cinema TV, B4U Movies, Enterr 10, Dicovery Kids, Dangal and other channels. Called the customer care the same day and the guy started telling all kinds of lies and stories which made me angry & upon raising my voice he started telling sorry and please bear with the missing channels, I asked him connect to his superiors he said yes and the call never got connected and this call isnt toll free and wasted my balance for nothing. Called the CC again again the same story.
                                      Now from today morning Times Now is not coming, Says I have insufficient Balance! I Have subscribed it for 1 year.
                                      People at Videocon d2h are playing with customers and looting them by scamming. They seem to have an attitude of 'What will/can these will people do if cut down dozen of channels or increase the price'.

                                      When I Pay for specified number of channels for a certain period how can they just take out channels and say sorry for the inconvenience! This plain Fraud and Videocon will soon lose all its customers at the same rate that they gained them. Cheaters will have to pay.
                                      DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER VIDEOCON D2H EVER. EVEN IF THEY ARE GIVING ALL CHANNELS FOR 1RUPEES. THEY WILL TAKE THAT ONE RUPEE AND STOP YOUR CONNECTION. BEGGARS ARE BETTER THAN THESE FRAUDSTERS.
                                      STAY AWAY FROM VIDEOCON D2H.

                                        i am videocon d2h costumer id no 85336595. i have not received service from videocon d2h. i talk to company custmer representative's but they reply it is not our fault you must pay rs 150/= visit charge. sir it is compny fault why shoult i pay visit charge which totally illegal.sir please help me and tell me visit charge is legally chargeable my e mail id no dhaval.[protected]@gmail.com.
