nobody talk properly.

Discontinuing of Service

I am unable to view sports channel on my Videocon D2H since last 2 months lodged several Complaints but was not resolved, Then i lodged the complaint for discontinuing the services still the team was unable to help me in that frequent call to customer care was felt on deaf ears, I received a call from retention team but they were also unable to fulfill there promise. Now i am thinking of going for some legal action against the service providers...

Illegal & unethical conduct to collect recharge amount

I applied for several time closure of one of two connections Vid D2H, despite assurance of company representative that recharge amount will not be charged to connection applied for closure, the amount was deducted for connection which i wanted to close .When contacted to company`s rep.they told there is problem in company`s server.But we are suffering losses due to fault at company`s internal setup.
