Dear sir,
I am Rahul Awari. Unfortunatly we are having a Videocon d2h connection customer I'd is 60984509. We were relocated from our old address to new address in the close vicinity of old area in thane on 11 July 2014. Same day we had given request for reinstallation of our Videocon d2h connection with complaint no.[protected], and were told us that it will reinstalled on Saturday by 1.00 Pm but didn't happened, we complained again on Saturday evening for the same, They assured us that it
will be completed on Sunday morning by 9am. On Sunday 13 July 2014 also they didn't installed the connection and smartly created new complaint no.[protected].
On Sunday 13 July 2014 we called them at least 2 times to find out the cause they were unable to answer anything. And nor they taking any complaint against concern person or engineer who suppose to reinstalled the connection.Now we would like to complain against Videocon d2h for failing to provide the after sales service, loss of customer's subscription for full 4 days and for mental agony they had given us.
Please help us in this matter.
