Videocon set top box is not working. The box is getting switched off by itself. The box is defective and this is happening for the 2nd time. Will lodge a complaint against Abhishek Bachan for the inconsistency in service provided and not giving quality product to the consumers

    Hi, I have Videocon D2H and my customer id is 58259108. I have a DVR and and engineer came to my house about one month back and told me that and software needs to be updated in order to run your box properly as channels will stop working without updating the software. after updating the software the hard drive went corrupt and stopped working. I was told by the engineer that they will replace the box free of cost as it is company's mistake. Since then it's been almost one month I am calling the company to fix the issue but same is still not resolved. Every time they take my complaint and tell me that engineer will visit and will fix the issue but no one comes. Please help. Regards, Rajesh Chopra

        I have ordered for Birde 8 Bedsheets Combo on January 14, 2015 but still i haven't recieved the product. My order no is: [protected].It have been highlighted in the order page that the product will be delivered in 2 working days but still i has delayed. and i have been trying their customer care number, the call was kept on waiting and no one answered but my balance is been deducted every time.How can D2H be so much irresponsible ?             Since the day of the installation, for all news channels, SD movies channel, religious channels, regional language channels, it says, 'Signal Not Available' . On complaining the person who fitted it, asking for a service charge of 300 then only he is willing to come and resolve. My subscription id is :[protected].

              Iam kalyan. Iam using videocon d2h from last 4 years ( ID no:[protected], They are without my concern activated Sports pack . i called customr care now, customer care people says alredy last four months amount cutter in reachrge amount Rs.180 and above, Now i raised a complaint that amount will be revise, but customer people says that amount will be not refund, Iam faceing in this 4years so many problems, finally given cancellation compliant regarding billing issue, now i have recharged amount also there, customer care people says that amoun also not refended Finally, now dissconcted the services Videocon d2h is very very bad Now my final request is refund my money Thanks Kalyan [protected]

                Customer ID[protected] Above Videocon D2H customer id is suspended Without any Intimation, even i have sufficient balance in my account. and also without my knowledge Rs 150 Deducted from my Account. I want to know why 150 deducted from my account, and why you failed to notice me.

One Year after purchasing we continue facing the problem of Sim Card Error Restart Factory sating. From The month of March’2014 Video con D2h Connection problem. Has come at our home for attend the Complained and checked and told this is Setup Box problem that is a part of manufacturing. And he has advised us to go to the company for replace your Video con D2h Setup box & he is demanding the 400/- cash without receipt end Installing repairing Setup Box. Deny Receipt or New Setup Box.                       Dear Sir/Madam Our Setup Box HD Channel problem but Normal Channel are working 08 jan'15 first complain 09 jan'15 videocon representive come to my home and check the setup box and he toldme this box checking in my office with Remot and tommorow returned your box & remot but he can't came to my home i am call your rep. 10Jan'15 at evening time your rep. told me sir your box is not repair change your box just give me one or two days time okay i am again call 12Jan'15 but no response 13Jan'15 i am call your customer care service 24 hrs sir your problem solved 14 Jan'15 rep. call me and sir what is your problem setup box i am just confused again i told my problem again he sayed ok tommorow i am come to your home 15 Jan'15 his coming in evening and inst. the setup box started the TV checking its okay but Remot is change i am say this remot not for me because before two month my remot is broken i am calling your customer care booking a new remot for Rs 425/- so sir why i am take this old remot but same day i am call again your customer care and your rep. sitting in my home talk to your customer care he sayed no problem sir whithen 24 hrs change your remot okay no problem and your complain send in my Sr, Ext.                           I had got my TV account recharged on January 4, 2015 for 6 months . The Services on TV did not resume and when I checked and called up the Customer Care on January 18, 2015 i.e. today, then only the TV services have been resumed from their end . I have been using D2H services for the past 4 years and have never seen this type of issue. The balance however for the interim period of January 4- January 17 has been deduced and the validity of the services for the said period have not been increased by the said period. On calling the customer care, the response that is being given is that there was no complaint from your end due to which the services did not resume which shows the work ethics /professionalism of the Company My Customer ID is 80963783 and Account ID is 8055812.

                            i have long term recharge for 1 year. and got 40days extra with 3% discount.its has to be end on 21.03.15. but videocon service representative said that i have add on one channel rate 40 per month since feb 14. my all surplus money and benefit adjusted in add on one channel i want to know that how its add on. i have not any channel other than package.Need yr help.videocon is asking for new recharge. they will terminate my service on 18.01.15 videocon id[protected]

Daily im calling customer care for the issue but they r keep on ssaying technicians will come...S day i have word with Mr.Mohan (bangalore manager)...He too said in 8 hrs issues will attended but no one came. ...donno what kind of customer service videocon providing...in other d2h if we call d next day they will be attending...My issues should be solved by tomorrow if not pls disconnect n pay back me the initial amount paid Rs 2000

                                Dear Sir, I Ranjit Kumar ordered one mobile phone of Samsung GT 7262 on 03/01/2015 by paying online through credit card bearing ORDER NUMBER - [protected] for amount Rs 4499/-. I received the product on 13/01/2015 via ECOM EXPRESS courier and when the product was opened in front of courier boy it was found to be used mobile. The delivery boy Mr Raghvendra - [protected] also confirmed the product to be used product and he has also given a written confirmation for the same. I am writing this for the cheat which these online companies does with the customer by manipulating with the customers.

                                  Dear sir i have order d2h connection from wazat electronics the logged my file into videocon d2h and not gave me receipt of that bill which i have paid around at 01 pm 11.01.2015 and then they told me engineer will come in 1 hour but he had not come and at 5.30 pm same day i have a call from v. d2h office the name off engineer who was on call name is rakesh and he told me that any engineer will not come in your area because local cable mafia is beating our engineer's and then i had call wazat electronics i had told whole story and told them to give my money but the are not giving my money and also telling that we are not going to change your work job so sir i m help less plz help me out from this situation d2h connection installing area is borgad, nashik, maharshtra.422003 my contact no. is [protected] add. of shop i had buy d2h - wazat electronics, panchavati, nashik, maharshtra-422003

Audio is missing for many channels like ABP News, Cartoon Network, &pictures etc. and video screen goes blank (black) for sony, star gold and many other. earlier I tht it's a temporary issue from your end and will be fixed automatically.                                       This is a second complaint i am raising on the same issue on this website.I had same problem one year back (9th Dec 2013) and was resolved on 12th Dec 2013 after big struggle of one month.This time it is because of software upgrade which happen on 23rd Dec, i am getting only black and white picture. On same day i have given a complaint (work order number[protected], an engineer came on next day and he couldn't not solve this issue.I explained about this same issue which happen a year back and it was solved by updating a software in setbox, but he was not all interested in answering to me and told me contact customer care.That complaint was closed without resolution. I raised this issue once again with complaint no.[protected] and even spoke to supervisor, but i have been told that they are not supporting that software installation which was done year before. Your customer care representative promised me that is software is available in videocon D2H while i took the new connection in 27th Nov 2013, but now your not keeping up your words. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

Since Dec 31, 2014 My STB is display massage searching for software updates and rebooting automatically after each 30 minutes. Now from Jan 03, 2015 HD Channels are not play only SD channels are playing and some channels sound has not been coming...please do something positive. Without seeing any thing on DTH our recharges has been loss. For This problem i call customer care number they told that his engineer comes in 24 hours. But Now 48 Hours no anyone come or called.
