Videocon - Cheating me on Recharge Amount and Monthly Package

I had recharged on 4th May.. Where the next recharge should be 4th June.. They asked me to recharge on 30th May... Now they are asking me to recharge on 22nd May. Amount deducted when no services given

I had not recharged my a/c as I was about to switch cities (durgapur to bokaro). On 10/06/2014, engineer visited my house for dismantling my d2h. I gave him Rs. 150 for the services he gave on that particular date. He recharged my a/c with that amount though I had not asked him to do so and videocon renewed my services which I had never asked them for. False scheme communication

I have called customer care on 13th june 14 and asked process and scheme for up gradation of normal STB to HD STB. Call centre guy has clearly said if it will be upgraded free of cost if I will do recharge of Rs999/- I again reconfirmed that will I get both the things i.e, Talk value + HD STB then he confirmed that I will get both. Then I did Rs1000/- recharge on 13th itself and my STB was upgraded to HD on the next day....

Cheaters & poor service

why to pay in network issue

it is very strange for me to know that customer has to pay the visit charges even in case of network issue. Customer care agent Chaya not even told me that i have to pay the visit charges if i have a network issue she even disconnect my call. It is very strange as network is not in customers hand how can they charge us for the thing in which we cant do anything....

NO Response from the Company

I was promised to get the installation done in 24-48 hours worst case and so i paid fee online. I still have not got any call from them regarding the status update...i have the call data..i called mant times outgoing..Still they are telling today it will be completed..completed..please help me......

D2H set up box not receiving signal since 8 days ...despite several complaint to customer care no response received yet ...in my first complaint they didnt lodge my complaint rather said the issue will be resolved within 2 hr...many times the toll free numbers are unresponsive...today they registered the complaint but no action taken yet...this is the worst service encountered ever in city like delhi.In future i cannot suggest anybody to...

Crackling Audio

Over a few weeks, we observe a terrible crackling noise in all the channels, including HD. Despite my multiple complaints to the customer support, they force me to check the connectivity often, which I found to be good always. Further, since my default language is saved as Telugu as native selection without my choice, the support team is reluctant to respond me if I talk in English - I had to explain them the problem with my limited mimicry...

Hi I am using a Videocon D2H (Consumer ID[protected]. Last Friday, my dish antenna was uprooted because of the severe dust storm in Delhi -NCR. I filled a complaint on the same evening i.e. 30.05.2014 and an engineer turned up and rectified the complaint temporarily as he was not carrying a drill with him. The same evening the dish again got uprooted as it was just temporarily fixed. I again filled a complaint with Videocon D2H on 01.06.2014...
