Dear Sir, I have made one complaint of 2 DTH connection at my home on 27th of Last month like this Dear Sir, I have booked 2 DTH on 2 nos.[protected] and [protected] and service was activated on 20 th of this month but till now no one came for making us to understand how to use the facility of recording on both machines. They are making us fool that we will come.Who soever person visited us they said they dont know this feature very well, they will visit us in a day or two. More than 10 days has passed. We dont know what to do?Are you giving us the extension of our service for 10 days more. This is a breach of service and trust. Now we can approach the consumer court for this . Than till to date this problem has not been resolved.I recd one sms from you saying that you have booked one complaint[protected] complaint no will be resolved till friday evening for connection no.[protected] and no body has turned so far to let us know how to record on 1TB Hd and other on pen drive.Now we got a call from you that you have deducted Rs. 150 for complaint.Till now we have not signed any form that installation is complete with satisfaction. Your persons do not have the complete knowledge of recording.And we have purchased one platinum package for one month than how it can expired within 20 days.So ou are requested to resolve this matter immediately.       The most crappiest customer service I have ever seen. I got my d2h suspended for 15 days on 24th June and I had given a Resume request on 4th July and yet no action on that and the service is not resumed. Have called customer care around 14-15 times and everytime the response is same that it will be done. They are not providing any timelines. Don't understand how long does it take for you guys to resume a suspended connection, do you have to walk into your satellite to connect the wires for my set-top box??? Even spoke to the floor Supervisor "Neema Notiyal" and yet no action and no resolution for the issue. Customer ID: 83392511 Service Request No:[protected] Raised on 4 July 2014 I think you guys don't believe in after sales customer service. The customer care representatives are so pathetic that they can't speak hindi or english properly and they cut the calls as and when they want to. Now you guys pls dont respond saying that you will forward this request to your backend team for checking and they will get back to me. This is the response I got in my last 15 calls.

      As per your SLA, the services needs to be resumed within 4 hrs max.
      You guys are not committed to any of your SLAs, a simple resume took you guys 72 hrs to respond on this.

      What kind of compensation you can provide as it was hell for three days talking to your customer service desk and offices and I was not able to get the service at my home.

      I need to know about the compensation on this.

          whenever i telephoned customer care no, the person on another line just fooled me dat they vil cal me after 10 mins n kindly on ur TV for sometime..then finally tomorrow i got my complaint registered n got complaint order no 25128538..but still no channel is working...very poor service has been provided by ur customer care...kindly luk into the matter.             hi my self archana a nair . i am a customer of videocon d2h. my customer id is[protected]. from past few weeks im facing problem with my connection and even logged many complaints regarding it. a technician came and changed the set of box. but after that also i am facing the same problem to say the problem has increased. i always get a error msg stating signal not available and some time insufficient balance. i have logged many complaints about this issue with the service provider but still the issue is not resolved and they have also closed my complaint without my concern.Again on friday i.e. 26th jun 2014, i logged one more complaint and the complaint id is[protected], they said the technician would come to check the problem on 27th jun 2014 aftre 4pm but no one turned up and so again twice i had called up to the customer care and they said the technician will reach out and still my problem is not resolved. i had recharged my account with Rs 400/- on 6th jun 2014 and my first complaint was logged on 17th jun 2014. i request u to go through my complaint and resolve my problem and i also request you to make the service provider to compensate on the service which they haven't provided.

                I had recharged on 4th May.. Where the next recharge should be 4th June.. They asked me to recharge on 30th May... Now they are asking me to recharge on 22nd May. Before completing the month they are asking us to recharge 4-6 days earlier.Account Number[protected]. When i call the Customer Care (Shankar), He says i selected a wrong package which is false. I selected package as per the online instructions.

                “We would like to inform you that at time of recharge on dated May 04, 2014, your d2h account activate with New South Platinum HD pack and monthly rental of Rs 541.00 but we have received the recharge amount 480.00, hence due date got reduced. Further your base package has been changed into “South Gold HD” Pack with monthly subscription Rs. 399.00 on dated June 22, 2014.” Thank you.

                  I had not recharged my a/c as I was about to switch cities (durgapur to bokaro). On 10/06/2014, engineer visited my house for dismantling my d2h. I gave him Rs. 150 for the services he gave on that particular date. He recharged my a/c with that amount though I had not asked him to do so and videocon renewed my services which I had never asked them for. Moreover, I would not be using the services as the d2h was not installed at that time. On 13/069/2014, i got the d2h reinstalled adn when i wanted to recharge my a/c, there was negative balance of Rs.121. I was charged for services I did not use and also for which I had never asked. I contacted the customer care several times but to no avail. KIndly do the needful.

I have an Videocon d2h connection.Last Sunday(15.6.2014) I have made one complaint to the Videocon d2h customer care about my problem that is my d2h antenna on my house's roof is dislocated due to heavy rainfall.From that date, till today which is 18.6.2014, I am calling the customer care executives repeatedly atleast 6 to 7 times in a day.But they do not even call us to check it.Every day when we call them, they tell us that within 24 hrs the engineer will come and solve the problem and also they will charge rupees 150 for that.But nobody has came till now.I have talked to the senior executive also.But the result is nil.Every month I recharge with rupees 410/- on time. My question is that will my problem be unresolved? Will nobody come to help me?Please solve my problem.                       I have called customer care on 13th june 14 and asked process and scheme for up gradation of normal STB to HD STB. Call centre guy has clearly said if it will be upgraded free of cost if I will do recharge of Rs999/- I again reconfirmed that will I get both the things i.e, Talk value + HD STB then he confirmed that I will get both. Then I did Rs1000/- recharge on 13th itself and my STB was upgraded to HD on the next day. The same day o[censored]p gradation talk value of my connection was ended and when I called Customer care on 14th then they said it is deducted because company has charged fees to upgrade my STB.

                      I have cleared more than twice( As I called 3 times and 1 time I got a call back as your poor connection was automatically getting disconnected which your guy also confirmed) about charges and process but customer care always said that I will get both talk value and Upgraded STB. When I filed the complaint I asked the supervisor to send the audio recording of my 4 conversation with customer care guy and if there is misunderstanding from my side than obviously I am ready to pay for it. He said that he will call me next day but till today I didn’t got any call from him. Yesterday I cal customer care 3 times and every time the guys put me on hold and disconnect the call after 15mins. At least more than 30mins got in vain because of your poor customer care service. On the very first day also I called customer care 4times because it keeps on disconnecting..


                      Finally I want that I should get my Rs1000/- back to my account or give me all the four recordings of conversation between me and customer care guy. If there is misunderstanding of scheme from my side then I obviously I will pay for it but only after hearing recording as nobody in the world will ever say that he told me wrong scheme. Overall your customer service is very very poor.

                        I have changed my residence therefore I have to reinstall the D2h . Some Videcoon sales guy comes to our place, we paid him around 3200 for second new connection along with d2h with previous connection & recharge amount for both the connections. It was told to us that connection would be done on Monday.On Monday no one has come from sales office to install the connection on top of that I have received an sms from videcoon that your id is been recharged with 1001 Rs and keep the product on to resume the service When no one has come from videcoon to install the d2h how can they send me an sms that my account is been recharged. why the hell i am suppose to pay videcoon from today when d2h is not been installed also Also the person who had come his phone is switched off. We just got some receipt from his side Guys get this sorted out.. I am not going to pay from today if d2h is not installed Also there customer service is they cant even talk Neha [protected]

                              it is very strange for me to know that customer has to pay the visit charges even in case of network issue. Customer care agent Chaya not even told me that i have to pay the visit charges if i have a network issue she even disconnect my call. It is very strange as network is not in customers hand how can they charge us for the thing in which we cant do anything.

                                    I placed a request for new videocon d2h connection as advised by the Videocon service representatives 4 days back (5th June 2014). I was promised to get the installation done in 24-48 hours worst case and so I paid one year subscription fee online. I still have not got any call from them regarding the status update. I called up their customer care hundred times and tried reaching their nodal/circle officers but nobody is picking up the phone. This company is running a very unprofessional and unethical business. Even if installing could take years, I just can't imagine about their after sale services. Cust Id:[protected] and Online Order No: D2H[protected] Please help me resolve this complaint.

                                      D2H set up box not receiving signal since 8 days ...despite several complaint to customer care no response received yet ...in my first complaint they didnt lodge my complaint rather said the issue will be resolved within 2 hr...many times the toll free numbers are unresponsive...today they registered the complaint but no action taken yet...this is the worst service encountered ever in city like delhi.In future i cannot suggest anybody to go for videocon D2H.
